Wedding Dress Fitting & Purchase

I bought my wedding dress from The Ultimate Bride in July 2022 and had a fabulous experience start to finish. The team was really easy and flexible in scheduling, especially when I had to cancel my first appointment due to COVID exposure. Between my first consultation to buying and picking up my dress, I worked with three different bridal consultants, and they were each stellar. My original consultant Eleni was especially wonderful in helping me narrow down my options when I was feeling overwhelmed and listening to what I wanted and needed (both style and price-wise) from the experience. My mother, my friend, and I felt very welcome and cared for as part of my wedding dress shopping experience. I could not recommend The Ultimate Bride more highly.

Beautiful Dress

The dress itself was around $1,200 and the alterations and steaming got it up to around $2,000. Best money I’ve ever spent, it’s a BEAUTIFUL dress

I had a great experience with The Ultimate Bride for my wedding dress. The first time I went, I went by myself and Mona was a huge help as I didn't have any particular style in mind. She spent a lot of time picking out gowns for me before I found the one. I went back to try dresses on with my bridesmaids and Mom and she was just as helpful. I was amazed that when my dress came in it fit me like a glove and I didn't even need any alterations. We had even added length on and I didn't have my wedding shoes when we ordered the dress, and somehow it was perfect. Thanks so much, Mona!! The Ultimate Bride pressed my dress (and my veil, even though I purchased it elsewhere) and did my bustle for me. Everything was seamless from start to finish and I highly recommend them!

This store makes all of the dresses look so beautiful! The elegant setting truly makes you feel at ease when trying on dresses. Large dressing rooms and seats for our parents to sit in were nice too. Alteration costs were also reasonable and they had late hours after work so that was very helpful.

The Ultimate Bride was such a joy to work with! They were my first and last stop when finding my wedding gown (the third dress I tried on!). Mona was our stylist during the shopping process and was so sweet. She fit in so well with my family and I as were were looking at gowns and she was so helpful when determining the style I wanted. Needless to say, we found the perfect gown! My gown was very intricate, but Cecilia, the alterations manager, did a fantastic job! She insured that the gown fit perfectly and paid attention to every detail. I loved getting to visit both Mona and CC with every fitting. I highly recommend The Ultimate Bride!

They were great! They let us take our time to shop for both bridesmaids dresses as well as my dress. They were honest in their opinions when asked. The alterations lady did an excellent job as well. I couldn't be more happy.

I purchased my gown from the Ultimate Bride. I visited several stores and this store is beautiful and all of the ladies are so friendly and helpful. Megan was my consultant and she is awesome. Her knowledge and experience in bridal is unsurpassed. She knew exactly the kind of gown that would look good on me and fit my personality. She made recommendations for accessories to match, and they were all fantastic. My gown was a show stopper!!! The Ultimate Bride is the best bridal experience in St. Louis.

After several appointments at other bridal salons in St. Louis, with no luck,I decided to stop into the Ultimate Bride without an appointment. I was immediately greated and felt welcomed! Even though I wasn't scheduled, Meghan took the time to see what was looking for in a wedding gown.... She immediately understood my vision! She pulled 3 dresses for me, and the second dress I tried on was PERFECT! It was everything I had hoped to find, and within my budget. She made me feel so comfortable, and treated me more like a friend, offering great advice. Don't waste your time at other salons. Go to the Ultimate Bride, and ask for Meghan!!!!

I bought my wedding dress from The Ultimate Bride. I only had 3 months until my wedding and they were able to find me a designer that could ship my dress in a couple of weeks. I also had my alterations done there and KiKi did a fabulous job!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone! Great experience!

I said yes to the dress at The Ultimate Bride and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else! Sheila was my stylist for the day and she helped me pick out the most beautiful gown - an all lace sheath dress by Essence of Austrailia. I came in last minute and purchased my veil - a beautiful lace cathedral veil. I was able to purchase the veil off the rack for a 40% discount! I received all of my alterations at the salon as well. Laura, their head seamstress was wonderful and she didn't charge me any extra to have a few last minute finishing touches. The customer service was great and I highly recommend future brides to purchase their dress here!

I said yes to the dress at The Ultimate Bride! I worked with Jan recently to shop for my wedding dress and she was very professional and personable. I felt comfortable telling her how I felt, what I liked, what I didn't like, etc. and she provided incredible service just by listening and taking everything I said into consideration. I grew close with her within the hour and a half appointment I had and wish I could work with her more throughout my whole wedding planning process. I will likely come back soon to pick out bridesmaid dresses because of the professional service I received and because of the wide selection of dresses they have. Rachel at The Ultimate Bride is the most amazing individual. I worked with her over 6 months and I never once had any issues. She really listened to what I wanted and we found the perfect dress in my price range. I couldn't have asked for a better representative to help me with my dress and my bridesmaid dresses. She spent hours going over bridesmaids dresses with us and never once got frustrated or annoyed. She truly is amazing!

This was my third shop - everywhere else was really great, but Rebecca put me in the first dress I showed her and it was the one! I loved that she put me in a dress almost completely different because it was similar to dresses I had tried on in the past that everyone kept trying to get me into and it just reassured me that the first dress was the right one.

Of all the bridal shops I visited, this one is the best! The woman who helped me, April, was extremely nice and excited for my wedding. They had absolutely gorgeous wedding and bridesmaid dresses at fair prices. They had beautiful accessories, too. I ordered my wedding dress from Ultimate Bride and they told me it would take 8 months to arrive, but it only took 3 weeks! It is in perfect condition and I could not be happier with the experience!

I went to The Ultimate Bride for my first experience trying on wedding dresses. It was everything a newly engaged woman could want. Megan Rumsey made me feel absolutely beautiful. She really listened to what I wanted and at the same time opened my eyes to styles I never thought of. Even thought I went to 2 more bridal shops after The Ultimate Bride the experience wasn't the same. I ended up back where I started in the dress I couldn't get out of my head. They say you know when you know... I totally knew! : )

This bridal store was the best by far. The wedding stylist was running a little behind from her previous appointment and I had to wait 10-15 minutes. I used the time to look around the store. The wedding stylist was great! I explained what kind of dresses I had already tried on and I described what I wanted. She knew exactly what style of dress I was looking for and found the perfect dress. The service was better than any other store I went to.

When the supplier decided they couldn't supply the dress 2 months before the wedding (it had already been ordered for 5 months) the owner at The ultimate bride took over and worked miracles. We found a dress we liked more and everything worked out fine. They did it right.

Wow! Best place on the planet to get a dress! I LOVED that the staff really LISTENED to what I was saying in my description of a dress. I was very happy to simply provide a list of adjectives and then see what they pulled out--all under my $2500 budget! I thought I knew what I wanted and had been to 2 other places looking through the racks and trying dresses on, not falling in love with anything. At Ultimate Bride, I let the staff look through the racks based upon my descriptors, and I ended up liking pretty much every dress I tried on (none of which I likely would have chosen off the rack myself). One dress ended up being 'the one' and I knew it the minute I saw myself. After buying the dress, Rezzi did all of my fittings and she was the best! She made each visit fun, and the dress fit perfectly! I would not go anywhere else in St. Louis to buy a dress!!

You cannot go wrong with The Ultimate Bride when it comes to a wedding dress. It's worth a visit - I promise. I was debating between a less expensive gown at David's Bridal and the gown I ended up selecting at the Ultimate Bride... money of course was the issue. I can honestly say I'm so glad I splurged on my wedding dress. Not only was it perfect, but the service at the Ultimate Bride can't be competed with. Alana McKnight and her sales team are friendly, professional and I swear just as happy as you are to be shopping for a wedding dress. This is a great place, it is very clean and they go at a great place. My consultant listened to me and stayed well within my price range! Great first experience!!

This was the first place I booked an appointment with to find my wedding dress. I have to say I loved working with Megan! She was so helpful, patient and really sweet! My appointment was only an hour and a half but because she didn’t have an appointment afterwards, she took the time to make sure it was a wonderful experience for me and my best friend by not rushing us out. I was surprised to find “the one” so soon and I knew it once I got emotional along with my family on a Zoom call back in Houston! Here it is almost a week later and she called to let me know my dress is back, cleaned and looking brand new. I’m so glad I got my wedding dress from here and close to my small budget!

The staff is super friendly and very helpful. Not only did I get my gown here, but all the bridesmaid dresses too. CeeCee, the main seamstress, is seriously amazing. That woman can do anything and made my entire crew feel like princesses. Not only do they have a great selection, but I can't imagine having trusted anyone but CeeCee with my dresses!

I got my dress and veil at The Ultimate Bride and also had alterations done on my dress here. From start to finish, I had a great experience. The interior of the store is super nice, so we immediately had a good first impression. We were given champagne at our appointment and the service we recieved was top notch. I ended up choosing a beautiful Stella York gown, which came in almost exactly when my consultant had predicted. The seamstress who did my alterations, Kiki, was amazing. She was a delight to work with, as she is very enthusiastic and very thorough. I had 2 fittings and then I tried on my gown a final time to make sure it was perfect, which it was. I was able to store my gown at the store until a few days before the wedding, which helped prevent my husband from seeing the gown prior to the wedding day. Overall I'd highly recommend The Ultimate Bride.

I did not go crazy dress shopping and only went to two other places before going to The Ultimate Bride. Kara is the best! She was so helpful and gave her professional opinion when necessary, which was appreciated. She knew the ins-and-outs of everything that we needed to know. I never thought I was going to be the person that stepped into a dress and just knew...and I wasn't. That's why I appreciate The Ultimate Bride that much more, I was indecisive and they were great. I ended up with the perfect dress that I love and was admired by guests.

I started looking for a wedding dress 10 weeks before my wedding. This was very much last minute. I found a very elegant dress at Ultimate bride. We did not have time to order my size, so I bought the dress from the rack. It was way too big and for my taste a little to fluffy but their In-House tailor did a beautiful job in altering the dress the way I wanted. It looked so pretty! The stuff did a wonderful job from the beginning to the end!

I really liked the Ultimate Bride for my gown and bridal party dress. They were easy to work with and made me and my family feel comfortable. I am a bigger girl, so naturally, I was worried about fitting into a dress. I initially left after my appointment without my dress and went to another store. I had my heart set on a dress and wanted to go back and get if (after I talked my Dad into getting it for me) They were really busy that day and I called to see if I could come back to get "the dress" and have my "say yes to the dress" moment with champagne. They happily said yes and gave us all the time we needed. We had so much fun. After that, all of my fittings went well and as planned. I had a special request to sew in blue heart from one of my dad's favorite shirts and they said yes without hesitation.

They are all very nice, friendly, and helpful. I loved the fact that it is not as huge like Davids Bridal and that it is very personal.The only little minus: alterations are very expensive, but that might be something in general. I paid about $1300 for my dress and another $550 or so just for alterations.But the seamstress was really nice.

I had the most amazing time working with Megan and the other staff at Ultimate Bride. From my first appointment to my final fitting they were so accommodating and helpful. I love the dress I selected and could not have been any happier with the service I received from Ultimate Bride. They have a cute shop with a ton of amazing gowns to pick from and a knowledge staff that helps you through the entire process. They also partner with Savvi Formalwear which provides a great opportunity for discounts on your gown and accessories as well as your wedding party! I definitely recommend Ultimate Bride!

I honestly can say I had no issues with my dress. The staff was professional and handled my needs. There was a misunderstanding on the bridesmaid dresses and were ordered about a month later than they should have been. So that was a bit nerve wracking worrying about the time line. My wedding dress was ordered, received, fitted, and altered flawlessly. I did not have an assigned person working with me. However, everyone in the store was knowledgeable about my orders and were always able to help me. I would highly recommend The Ultimate Bride for your wedding attire.

Resi did my alterations and bless her heart she did a wonderful job. I think she had to do a total of 5 different alterations to the dress, but she did it with such grace. It was perfect and I will treasure it forever. My dress was gorgeous.

Cara was my consultant and helped me stay on budget. She took what I liked into account and she introduced me to a variety of styles within my interests. She had me try on a dress I wasn't excited about while on the hanger, but I loved it on and I actually picked that one. I would suggest trying on everything they suggest since they are the experts and may see something you don't see. Unfortunately, I bought a dress from a new designer, Maggie & Shirley-the shop wasn't pleased with their quality since they had missed stitching and odd sizing on the bust. They demanded stitching and beading from the designer and my seamstress, Resy, was able to make it look like it was always perfect! I am convinced that if I hadn't gotten my alterations done there by Resy, my dress wouldn't have turned out as well. She was able to beautifully bustle an organza train and made the dress fit me like a glove. Be prepared to spend a bit of money (I spent over $300 on alterations as a package price), but it was definitely worth it. Resy even went to the fabric shop on her own time and got some pretty flowers to sew on my dress to camouflage some hooks she had to use for the bustle. She went above and beyond in so many ways...and she was hilarious and a total pleasure to work with! The only negative thing I have to say is that pricing for alterations are high (but worth it, in my eyes) and some customer services complaints-there were a few times when I had to look for someone to help me and had to wait quite a while to get helped in order to pay for things. This may be due to their recent move to a new location and getting settled, but when addressed the staff was attentive and very nice.

Overall, The Ultimate Bride did an excellent job with my wedding dress. I loved my dress and my veil. The professionals they have there to make alterations did a WONDERFUL job as I ended up losing 15 pounds after I ordered my dress. Everyone was always nice and friendly when I went in there or called. They are pricey, but they do offer discounts if you use Savvi for the guy's formalwear and I bought my veil at a trunk show and got it at a discounted price as well.

Ask for Sheila! She is great to work with and found a dress I never would have thought I wanted but that I lit up in as soon as I had it on. Between the alterations and the dress and slip, it all seemed a bit expensive, but I got a beautiful dress, and the seamstress went above and beyond, taking home the material we had cut off of the bridesmaid dresses to create a special sash for the flower girl to match the beautiful blue color exactly. My dress was designed by Elizabeth James, a British designer whose dresses are only found at The Ultimate Bride in St. Louis, and the girls wore Mackenzie Michaels dresses. Although I had one bridesmaid that was 8 months pregnant when it was time to order the dresses, and one that was pregnant on my wedding day, they were able to get all of the dresses in with time to be altered, and everyone's dresses fit great for the wedding. My seamstress was able to create a complicated double French bustle so I could still show off a lot of the intricate beading on the train of my dress at the reception without sitting on my dress, and she was able to alter the beading on the front of the dress to better suit my tastes. They were so busy that sometimes it was hard to get responses from them about when dresses were coming in or changing a size of a slip, but overall, they were a great company to work with. Oh, and they offer a discount if you use Savvi Formalwear for your tuxs!

I loved my dress and when I originally visited there I had an attendant that was a little rude, but once I returned everyone else was very helpful. All in all my experience was very positive.

Working with Ultimate Bride was a pleasure and I had a GREAT experience! You describe what you are looking for or what you like in a Bridal gown and they pick some options for you to try. It was stressfree! The only negative I had was you have to make an appointment and you can never just walk-in. (not too bad of a negative really.) Also, the dresses were around $1,000 but had lots of beautiful details. I highly suggest checking them out!

I actually went in to the ultimate bride twice. The first time I didn't find anything I liked in my price range. My cousin works with Saavi and she got me to go back in there and someone different helped me the second time. This time they showed me dresses that were more what I was looking for and I found the perfect Mori Lee gown that in my budget!

My mother and I made three trips to the final two stores that had the two dresses in contention for my wedding. We ended up purchasing my dress from The Ultimate Bride due to its uniqueness and relatively more reasonable price when it was at its old location, but doing fittings at the new location on South Big Bend. Our sales associate was Sheila, who was very nice and patient with our many appointments. Our seamstress was Laura who did a very nice job. They have an alterations package that includes hemming, fit alterations, and pressing your gown - it was nice to have alterations in house. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and were happy with the dress in the end!

I found my perfect dress at Ultimate Bride and have found most of the staff I work with to be extremely helpful and professional. While they are not the most affordable of the salons I visited, it's where I found my dream dress, and with a convienent location for me from home and work, I'm happy I bought my dress here.
The only issues I experienced with this salon were that on the date of my original appointment when I showed up, they were understaffed, so I didn't actually have a consultant to work with. My party and I pulled our own dresses and one of my bridesmaids was the one putting me in the dresses. I actually enjoyed this, but it wasn't my first trip dress shopping so someone with less experience might find this overwhelming or frustrating.

I would recommend Ultimate Bride as a good place to shop for Wedding Dresses (and purchase as they seem more reasonable than many other St. Louis area bridal stores), but would not recommend using them for alterations. I have a few friends who had issues with alterations related to timing, cost, etc. and as I am out of town I did not use them for alterations. However, I purchased a dress from them that they "forced" me to get a larger size than I wanted / thought I needed for a bridesmaid dress and I then had to pay a third of the cost of the dress to essentially get it completely remade as it was absolutely huge! Additionally with my wedding dress I purchase it early and when I asked if they could hold it for a bit rather than ship right away since I have a small condo and my fiance was not allowed to see the dress, they told me they do not have space for that and even if I was getting it altered there I would have to take it home and bring it back. This whole process seemed odd to me, and required multiple phone calls and back and forth on my part. The dress was reasonably priced and I love it, so I would still recommend shopping there and purchasing the dress, but I would suggest looking for another store or seamstress to provide alterations after you purchase.

We got our bridesmaid dresses for my wedding from Ultimate bride. We were able to get them here due to the discount they give to client who also rent from Savvi Formalware. they charge you a shipping fee per dress even if you order tem all at the same time and ask for them to be cut from the same bolt. That part was kind of bad because it upped the price of the dress quite a bit almost negating the discount they give for Savvi customers. Otherwise the measurements were on point and the dresses looked beautiful. They came in time before their bromised date which was great.

I am very torn on this review. By the time I visited the Ultimate Bride, I had tried on over 100 gowns at 4 or 5 different shops, thinking MY dress just wasn't out there. I gave them an idea of my budget including alterations, a description of what I was looking for, and we began to try on. I ended up falling in love with THE dress. Then I looked at the price tag. Even with the 25% discount I got for getting tuxes from Savvi, the dress was well over budget, even without considering alteration costs. I am very lucky that mom gave the thumbs up and let me get it anyway. If we hadn't had the money to splurge, I wouldn't have been able to get the dress after all that searching, and I would have been heart broken.

Once I got the dress, the alterations cost even more than what was given to me as an estimate because of the intricate beading on the dress. We also ended up having to buy a wrap to cover the rules at our Catholic Church ceremony location. Jim Hjelm the designer was a big enough pain in the butt to deal with, but I really wasn't happy that I felt as though I needed to stay on top of the ladies at Ultimate Bride to get things done instead of them handling things without me having to worry.

I'm glad I went to Ultimate Bride, as they were the only one in St. Louis with a sample of the dress, and one of two that even carry the designer in wedding gowns. I also know I got a great price for that dress (even though it was over budget and wasn't supposed to be shown to me), and I appreciated the Savvi discount. Just beware of them showing you dresses out of your budget. I've heard it happens to a lot of brides there. NO surprise considering they work on commission.

The quality of service on the alterations of my daughters wedding dress was beyond exceptional. The only problem we ran into was the length of the dress was not discussed when it was ordered. It came in too long and could not be altered because of the kind of lace. We had to wear an extra slip under the dress(which they provided at no cost) to bring it out more and buy a higher heel to keep it from dragging. The young manager on duty was absolutely unapologetic. We were told we should have brought in the shoes she was wearing with the dress and that they probably assumed she was tall enough. Empathy goes a long way..!! We were absolutely boiling when we left the place and we are typically pretty laid back. You need to teach this young lady to listen and empathize. That's all we wanted. The lady who sold us the dress was great..and I'm sure this happens and would have otherwise not been so frustrating if handled otherwise.

In addition, The Ultimate Bride offers a 15% discount off of all bridesmaid dresses in conjunction with Savvi Formalwear if the groomsmen decide to get their tuxes there.

The real complaint I have with The Ultimate Bride is the staff - they did not seem very organized at all, and when I tried to explain which types of dresses I wanted for each girl, it had confused them more than once.

I had four bridesmaids and I let them choose their own Jim Hjelm dress style, as long as it came in the same fabric and the same colors. The staff at The Ultimate Bride couldn't get these orders straight to save their lives.

I had been anticipating this, unfortunately, from what I've heard from other brides, so I made my bridesmaids order their dresses by June. The wedding was in October.

Maybe it was the fault of the dress manufacturer in New York - but two dresses arrived in the wrong color. Twice. Only one dress arrived on time in the right size and the right color, one dress arrived late, and two dresses were both late and completely wrong.

Instead of notifying me about the screw-up, the staff at The Ultimate Bride had shipped the dresses back and put in a second order. When it was time for the bridesmaids to get their alterations, only two girls had their dresses. The second order had arrived three weeks before the wedding and the colors were STILL wrong, so they had to put in an additional rush order again. My girls literally got their dresses a week and a half before the wedding. This, in my view, is absolutely unacceptable, especially if the dresses were ordered in June.

The professionalism of the staff is way below par and they didn't offer any additional discounts for my bridesmaids, even though the service was terrible. This was the first store that I visited on my hunt for a wedding dress. I was informed that appointments were one and a half hours long and they offered me a four o'clock appointment. While trying on dresses, I felt rushed and like I was not being heard as far as what I was looking for. Little did I know, they close at five o'clock. The only thing on my consultants mind was getting off work. I'm sorry but please don't offer your clients a four o'clock appointment that should last an hour and a half when your store closes at five o'clock. Not a very good first impression for me. On another note, we got our tuxes from savvi and with that, we qualify for a 25% discount at ultimate bride for bridesmaid dresses. However, I'm not sure I feel comfortable making my girls buy a dress from them. It may be worth it to go somewhere else even if we don't get the discount.

This is a warning review. Just warnin' ya!

I went to UB in August and met with Kara, a wonderful consultant who spent over an hour with my mom & I, pulling dresses happily and listening intently to my needs. She was really great. I narrowed it down to 3 dresses, so was excited to return to UB and re-try them on with my bridesmaids in tow.

I made an appointment for 2:30pm on a Saturday. I received no reminder phone call on Friday, which was somewhat of a concern. I ended up calling on Saturday around noon, and was told that Kara wouldn't be available to work with (darn!) but that I would definitely be taken care of. Ha!

My bridesmaids and I stood in the main lobby for about 15 minutes, literally being ignored, while others were helped. I finally let a woman (who did not look busy) know that we were here & ready for the appointment. STRIKE 1.

After a consultant pulled my 3 dresses, I was left to my own devices with my bridesmaids to get into the dresses. Our "consultant" literally disappeared the moment I walked into the dressing room. She came back once briefly, and we explained 1 of the 3 dresses was missing. She leaves to (maybe?) go hunt it down. For 15 minutes. STRIKE 2.

After waiting around with no one in sight to help us, we grab Consultant #3 to inquire what the deal was. We explained a dress from the original 3 was missing but we hadn't seen our consultant in awhile. She finds said dress immediately (yay!) But then, disappears.

Who is helping us?!? I'm buying a $2K dress, I would imagine I'd receive better service than at Macy's. Sheesh!

After all that, my bridesmaid overheard a *Not Busy* consultant telling other *Not Busy* consultants that she had just sold 5 bridesmaid dresses. Nice. So apparently you all work on commission and like to brag about it in front of customers. We all agreed this was extremely unprofessional. STRIKE 3.

Ultimate Bride, you're OUT!

Don't get me started on how dingy the place looks, inside and out. I'm sorry, but if you're selling expensive gowns wouldn't you want to spiff the place up a bit? Maybe switch out the cruddy hunter green carpet from the early 90s? Just sayin'.

I will be purchasing my dress from Town & Country Bridal, who I highly recommend. I was very surprised with my UB experience, actually - considering how awesome my 1st appointment went. If you must go to UB, only ask for Kara. Otherwise, RUN.

They are very unorganized except for when it comes to collecting your money. Suddenly they're on the ball. They act like they're listening, then you find yourself repeating things over and over, I found myself insisting they take notes so the thousands of dollars I'm spending are protected. They're greedy and I've been nervous ever since I found a dress there, and I can't get my money back, even though they've not yet placed my order. Sweating bullets over here.

I am not sure where to start. The girl I worked with when I bought my dress was great, but I already knew what I wanted when I went in. The first issue I had started at my first fitting. My dress showed up and had two zippers attached in the back of the dress and one of them did not work. They sent the dress back to the manufacturer and said it would take two weeks to get the dress back. It was more like 4 weeks. They called and had me set up an appointment for a fitting and when I showed the dress was not even in the store. They asked me to come back in two weeks! When I showed back up for my 3rd attempt at a fitting the dress still was not there and they could not give me any answers. The next day I found out the dress hadn't even left NYC because the Ultimatre Bride never told them to send them a new dress! Once the dress finally arrived, I only had time for two fittings. I asked the seamstress not to bustle the dress the way she did, but she swore it would work. Well the bustle did not hold longer than 5 minutes! The bridesmaids dresses were ordered 4 sizes too big and they were told they would have to purchase a second dress because they were measured correctly. Obviously they were not measured correctly because none of the bridesmaids lost weight (especially not 4 sizes). I would not recommend this place. They were not helpful and especially not forth coming with information!

Posting this on behalf of my wife who is pretty distraught about the experience. She wrote: The selection of dresses was good and I found the dress for my wedding. I trusted the staff to measure and order the correct size. The employee never disclosed the size of the initial dress I tried on, so I had no way of know how much bigger the ordered dress was going to be. When the dress came in one month before my wedding the dress was huge and the bust did not fit. They said if it fits in the natural waist the chest will fit fine. I trusted the alterations team could make it fit. They had to take the dress in over six inches in the waist and did not alter the chest. While I did sign off on the size and final alterations, there was no other option as it was days before my wedding and I trusted the employees, who reassured me multiple times, that the dress would stay up. Needless to say the bust did not stay up and my chest was out for most of my pictures and almost all pictures of me on my wedding day cannot be shared with family and friends. It brings me to tears to look at them. The alteration team did not listen to my concerns and this led to a very uncomfortable dress experience. Also, I did not lose weight between the time of purchase and my wedding. Afterwards, the company has continued to blow me off and continues to show that this is how they continue to conduct business and are not a quality company for a bride to rely upon for her wedding day.
