From day 1, Giuliana was responsive, knew exactly how to guide us in our Vow Renewal for our 25th Wedding Anniversary! She understood Bermuda, the community, the island, the people! Why is that important, you may ask… Because when the unexpected happens, you NEED someone who has relationships, connections, and respect for all people to help save the day! Well that is Giuliana and The Traveling Bride.
Ask yourself a few questions: When the unexpected happens, will I know who to call? When planning our day, do I have connections to reputable people to be responsible and responsive? When thinking of how special you want the occasion, will you know the area well enough to understand crowds, visitors, fees and country requirements?
Be honest and do yourself, your guests, and your occasion a favor and count on The Traveling Bride.
Our day was planned and we were ready! We had only that day for this to work. And out of nowhere, Bermuda had a day full of much needed rain on the island. The problem, a beach vow renewal would have been a wet, sandy, wind blown mess!
Giuliana to save the day with the most beautiful, precious chapel to host us. We loved the history, the age, and property and it was so memorable to us!
Along with new venue, she had to coordinate with 4 other Bermudians to make this day possible. And everyone was wonderful!
They were local, talented, and friendly- the kind of people we felt comfortable sharing a touching moment with.

Amazing attention to detail
Since we worked with Gigi, we've been to so many more weddings, and compared to anyone else, nobody even comes close, the attention to detail, the speed, and care. We planned an Indian wedding in Bermuda (at the time, it might have been only the second on the island) with many new requirements. Gigi and the team worked magic to get everything we needed and more. An amazing team I would recommend to anyone. Maybe you're not sure if you need a planner, you probably do, and go with Traveling Bride! -

Golden anniversary
Giuliani was a perfect fit for our golden anniversary vow renewals. Although we met 50 years ago in Bermuda, we knew nothing about getting a venue, minister, and a fantastic photographer. They all treated us like we were having our very first wedding! We . Couldn’t be happier with all the arrangements, especially the photographer who took many gorgeous pictures of us. -

Awesome value for the money. My husband and I wanted a small wedding in Bermuda on the beach with just two guests and we got exactly that! GG was always very responsive, and even confirmed details multiple times including the day of- which is good because I was off in my head of the pick up time by 1/2 an hour! We cruised to Bermuda, and GG took care of coordinating everything for the wedding, including pick up from the ship, permits for the beach, the minister, the paperwork, photographer, even drinks afterwards! Our driver was amazing and told us to take as long as we wanted at drinks... we were trying to make a 9:00 dinner reservation back on the ship- so we didn't stay long but it was lovely! Every single moment was amazing. I was recommending GG when we got back on the ship to everyone we ran into. She is amazing, and it was a great decision to save money by eloping to Bermuda through The Traveling Bride!! -

Thank you Giuliana for making our wedding day perfect! We were married in Jobsons Cove on June 16, 2024. We are from Rhode Island and cruised to Bermuda.
Bermuda is my place of birth and very dear to my heart. Coming back to Bermuda to wed was a dream of ours. Giuliana made that dream a reality! She took care of every detail, from filing paperwork, to arranging transportation, service and photography!
We were welcomed by her staff, Pastor Leon and our amazing photographer, Amanda who captured the most amazing moments! Everyone was so welcoming and immediately put us at ease. We cannot thank Giuliana enough! I highly recommend The Traveling Bride to any couple looking to wed on the beautiful island of Bermuda! -

My daughter was married August, 2022.
We, like many, had everything planned and had all thoughts of doing it all ourselves.
Thank goodness for Christine!! There was no way we could do it all and she helped alleviate any and all stress on the day.

I'm so glad that my husband and I found The Traveling Bride! We wanted to do a vow renewal for just the two of us where we originally had our honeymoon 10 years before—in Bermuda. The Traveling Bride seemed to be just the thing, with a small and customizable package option. Giuliana (gg) was so helpful, helping us keep things organized but low-key just as we wanted. She and her team took care of everything as we planned, from beach permits to hiring a photographer and minister. She made suggestions but was never pushy, and always helpful. On the day of the event in Bermuda, Cheri took the lead, helping the day go smoothly and keeping everything calm, organized, and fun. The whole Traveling Bride team was responsive, transparent, efficient, and kind. Really grateful for all of them—I only wish planning our original wedding had been so easy! -

Bermuda wedding 2022
I cannot express how happy we were with our wedding. I email traveling bride only a few months before our wedding. GG got back to us immediately with all kind of options and answers for us. There was a total of 12 of us coming from a cruise and GG answered every question along the way even with accommodating with guest number changes last minute. The day went so smoothly all the vendors she recommended did a great job. Her assistant Christine made everything flow smoothly. You could really tell Christine loved her job. She was there to greet us and guide us along in Bermuda. -

GG was always available to us, even letting us know via text that our chartered venue was on its way! Christine was incredible the night of our ceremony, making sure everything was exactly the way we wanted it, and never letting us go without food or a beverage! Best team to work with!
GG and her team were the absolute best! We got married on the beach in Bermuda on May 18, 2022. From the moment I called her from the first time back in June of 2021 I knew she was the right one! It was the easiest and most pleasurable experience! Communication was on point from beginning to end. Gg was in constant contact making sure we had all our cruise and Bermuda papers in order and was making sure everything was running smoothly on our wedding day. Liz who was on the ground and physically there with us on the day was one of the nicest people we've met! Everyone loved interacting with her and she made sure everything went smoothly! The photographer she hired was also perfect! Our photos were absolutely beautiful. If you are planning a Bermuda wedding we highly recommend GG and her team! -

We started planning with Gg pre-pandemic - not only was she fantastic to begin planning with, but she was phenomenal in guiding us through a year postponement with changing travel and event guidelines and so much uncertainty. We eventually cancelled our destination wedding in Bermuda due to Covid, but Giuliana was amazing to work with while we planned it! We are from Boston, so we really needed someone to help coordinate vendors on island. From our first call with her, she was extremely helpful! She has great relationships with all the local vendors and knows the best options to recommend. At one point, we postponed our Bermuda wedding to another date and she was able to move all of our same vendors over to the new date. When we made the difficult final call to cancel our dream Bermuda wedding, she was very understanding and helped us work through it all. If you are getting married in Bermuda, this is the planner you want! -

Between a crazy Transatlantic relationship, visa issues and COVID, my partner and I needed just one thing to go right. We wanted a no sweat elopement and honeymoon. GG was truly a joy to work with - professional, punctual and trustworthy. She was transparent about prices and vendors. She has close ties with the best makeup/ hair artists and even advised me to go with silk flowers from Etsy (great tip!). She also offered great advice on pre-trip COVID testing. Our wedding was situated in between two hurricanes and GG made sure we had no issues. Even after the wedding, GG knew we were in a rush to start the visa process and got us the wedding certificate before we even left the island!! GG and her team are the best money you will ever spend! -

Ever since I had first seen the videos on the Traveling Bride website where you are taken down the paths to each location, I just knew this is where I want to get married. I fell in love with the Stonehole Bay location and it is more beautiful in person! Some people might be a little hesitant to pick a destination wedding due to the unknown, but Giuliana really came through for us and eased any anxiety or concerns that we had throughout the planning process. She made us feel confident that everything was going to be perfect on our wedding day, and it truly was and so much more! The process was so stress free because she really took care of everything. I don't even feel like we had to do one thing for the planning, just basically show up!
We booked our date about 10 months in advance and Giuliana was in communication with us as often as we needed throughout this time; very quick with her responses and informative. She offered her opinions truthfully and genuine, from suggesting to have my flowers purchased from etsy so I have the ability to keep them, to suggesting to have my hair and makeup done on the cruise ship instead of in Bermuda to be more cost effective. To me, this is going above and beyond the "wedding package".
The wedding day: The bus (included in the package) picked us up at the cruise ship port and brought us to the beautiful location that I still can't even believe exists because it's just so perfect. The type of location that you don't even need to enhance in photos and honestly photo filters look worse than the original. The ceremony was everything we could have ever dreamed of and more - weather was beautiful and perfect! The photographer, Alex, was AMAZING! He knew what looked good in photos, body placement, height ranges in group shots, etc. Just absolutely perfect and captured the true beauty of the day!
If any couple is looking to do a destination wedding, DO IT! Absolutley go to Bermuda and you better choose the Traveling Bride to plan it because it will be better than even your dreams could even imagine! I highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend! I have nothing but praises to shout for Giuliana at the Traveling Bride. Our Wedding unfortunately coincided with a category 3 hurricane. Yet she managed to make everything go off without a hitch! We had the perfect ceremony and reception. She has even won over my hard to crack husband (he’s been recommending her left and right ever since) and she stood well within our budget. She’s also so sweet and made the most delicious cookies for everyone. So glad we went with her for our wedding planning! -

Totally exceeded our expectations!
We contacted GG to assist in planning a beach wedding ceremony and casual reception while we were in Bermuda for only 7 hours on a cruise stop. It was an incredible wedding experience! We trusted her with our request to get us to a private beach for the vows and man, did she deliver!! GG and her team put together the most amazing day to help us get the most "bang for our buck". From the venue, to her crew, to the food and cake, to her professionalism.... it was spectacular! Everyone raved about the entire experience, especially the cliff jumping. So fun and memorable!! -

We loved working with GG and the rest of the Traveling Bride staff. They made the wedding planning process very easy and simple for us. We changed our location a few times in the early stages and she was great with giving us options and detailed prices for each one, she was also very responsive. The vendors she uses are great! The flowers were beautiful, the cake was delicious, the catering staff was courteous and everything was better than I expected. Planning a destination wedding can be an extremely stressful task and we would not have been able to do it without the help of Gg and her team!
From our very first meeting with Gg, she was able to gain an understanding of exactly what we were looking for and kept our ideas and interests at the forefront during every step of the process. We truly felt that our vision was coming to life!
Gg remained in contact with us (and all family members eager to help) and was quick to respond to every comment, question or concern along the way.
During our visits to the island she organized all venue tours, food and wine tastings, hair and makeup trials and engagement photo shoots. She attended all events and kept detailed record of our likes and dislikes and immediately got to work on implementing any changes we suggested. She made us feel confident in our decisions and presented us with all options to make sure our Wedding Day was going to go exactly as we imagined.
The final product was better than we could have ever dreamed. Not only were we blown away by the florists, photographers, hair/makeup team, musicians and resources that she was able to set us up with, but by her presence and professionalism every step of the way.
Gg remained professional in a way that made us feel comfortable, relaxed and taken care of throughout the entire experience. We received numerous comments and praise from our guests about her level of involvement and her dedication to ensuring that every guest had an amazing experience.
We could not have done this without her, will be forever grateful for her help and would recommend the use of her services over and over again!

I cannot stress enough the joy and pleasure of having the Traveling Bride work with me to plan my wedding. GG did an amazing job - from the moment we first spoke until the moment we left for our honeymoon. From the very beginning. she was willing to go above and beyond to turn my dream wedding into a reality. Truly, there is no one I know that is as good at their job as GG. She made the planning process easy and actually fun! There was no detail too small that she didn't cover. No moment I had doubted her skillset. I trusted her with my WEDDING and it was better than I could have even imaged. GG even stayed up all night a week before the wedding to make a taco piñata from scratch. She put together a presentation for our venue to convince them to let us use a portion of the property that had been off-limits in the past. She's like the fairy godmother of wedding planning. Her preparedness made her stand out from every other planner I had vetted, and there was never a moment where her and I were not on the same page. She was constantly working to make every last detail perfect. Having GG plan my destination wedding was not only a blessing, but a real pleasure. She made my day incredible, and most importably, stress-free! How many brides can say that?! Every single thing she did for us, she did with a smile. I can't imagine what my wedding would have been without her. Not only is she an extraordinary planner, but she's an extraordinary person. It was an honor to work with her and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to plan a wedding the right way. Truth is... my friends and family STILL talk about how magic my was wedding was - and consider it to be the best they had ever attended. Giuliana was recommended to us by a couple of vendors in Bermuda to help organise our wedding. We arranged a call with her as we had initially planned to organise everything ourselves...I can't say how glad we are that we thought better of that and went with The Travelling Bride!
Giuliana was on hand whenever we had any questions and dealt with all of the necessary (but not very exciting) paperwork etc. When one of our vendors let us down in spectacular style just a couple of months before our wedding day, she stepped in straight away and delivered something even more amazing for us. There's no way we could have achieved the same ourselves from overseas and she didn't stop until she was sure everything had gone to plan on the day. Behind the scenes, she made continuous check in's with each of the different aspects of our wedding throughout the day (beach wedding, sunset cruise, reception) even making sure that the hotel had arranged our taxis at the end of the night (anyone who's tried to get a taxi in Bermuda will understand this is not straight forward!!). Much of her efforts were way over and above what she was contracted to deliver and we are so incredibly grateful for the recommendations we received. We can't recommend The Travelling Bride (Gg) highly enough, she was amazing and took so much of the stress out of the whole process and ensured we had the most wonderful, memorable day of our lives. -

I spent months trying to plan this perfect beach elopement in Bermuda. We chose the date 1/20/18 as it was exactly one year from our first date. I was struggling and getting depressed. I couldn’t get vendors to call back and nothing solidified but the flight and hotel. I was convinced that hiring a wedding planner would be super expensive and they would do all the things I could do myself. My then fiancé stepped in and insisted we call a professional. On December 19th I googled wedding planner in Bermuda and Giuliana popped up. I sent an email request thinking it would probably be a week before she reached out. Within an hour she called me and within two hours had the venue, photographer and hairstylist. Within a week everything was finalized even things I hadn’t considered.
Now I’m not advising anyone to plan a destination wedding in a month but with the time given, she worked miracles. The big day was so easy and effortless and I didn’t have to think of anything. I couldn’t have done it without her! -

She helped us formulate a vision for our wedding when we had no clue about anything! Giuliana was consistently available to give us advice and answer all questions. She was so honest and humble. I was always impressed by her quick response times, her organization skills, her efficiency, her attentiveness, her professional disposition and her work ethic. It’s evident that she is passionate and that she sincerely loves helping couples plan their perfect day. However, what makes Giuliana truly exceptional is twofold. In addition to her skills mentioned prior, it’s her personality. After I first spoke to her over the phone I could tell instantly she is a kind, warm, charismatic and genuine person, and humorous! Honestly, it felt like talking to a friend, so personable and easy to talk to, yet at the same time always professional. What resonated most was meeting her in person and everything that she did for me thereafter. She definitely goes out of her way with a smile. She even took us grocery shopping! My wedding day was stress free because Giuliana handled everything! She took care of my bridesmaids and I, and made us sandwiches!! That day she definitely went beyond her role as a wedding planner. At my reception she assisted me in unexpected ways (and that she did not have to do!) as she genuinely cares, and for that I am truly grateful. I’ll never forget how she made me feel that day. I have the utmost admiration and respect for her as a wedding planner and as a person. I would regard her as more of a friend now. We are so lucky and thankful to have met her, and for her to have orchestrated the perfect wedding for us. It’s truly inexpressible to describe what a great experience it was to work with Giuliana. At that time, we already had our venue booked and we thought that we could successfully plan the wedding ourselves. However, after talking with GG on the Ubervida one night, I quickly realized that I really had no idea what I was doing. (Especially when dealing with vendors in a foreign country!) I was so reluctant at first on spending money on a wedding planner since my (now husband) and I are still in school and have very little income, but I can’t stress enough how having GG was so worth it!!! Her rates are very reasonable for all of the heart & soul that she puts into every little detail… & not to mention all of the experience, knowledge, and connections she has!!
GG made my dream wedding come to life. From the moment we got to Bermuda, GG was there all smiles. Always offering to do things that she definitely did not need to do… just because she is a kind person. GG really goes above and beyond for her clients to the extent that I have NEVER seen before!!!
Words cannot express my gratitude for GG & her staff. We are so happy that we had GG plan our wedding. Best customer service that I have ever received from someone! She truly was a pleasure to work with and I can say that if I didn’t have her, I don’t know what I would have done. Furthermore, GG is always super easy to reach, always in contact and upfront and honest about everything. She worked with our tight budget as well, and made the best out of what we had to work with and showed us where it was important to spend our money on. Taryn Sent on 08/04/2018Right off the bat Gg was very responsive and willing to discuss any concerns that we had about having a destination wedding. She responded to our initial inquiry the very next morning after I sent her an email on New Year’s Eve. I immediately loved her and didn’t even want to consider working with any other wedding planner. About a year before the wedding, I was in Miami for vacation and she offered to come pick me up from my hotel and bring me to dinner. It was so nice to finally meet her and really solidified my choice. Planning a destination wedding could have been really stressful, but I knew that Gg had every single detail taken care of. Even when it did become stressful, she was there to help iron out the kinks. We cruised into Bermuda with all of our wedding decor and she had taxis ordered and ready for us to get to the venue. Once we arrived at the venue she was waiting for us with open arms. She made sure the day went smoothly by making us lunch and having everything set up even better than I could have imagined. She made sure that the guests arrived safely and on time. The ceremony and reception were absolutely perfect. Gg gave us the wedding of our dreams in Bermuda. I can honestly say that I consider Gg a friend and I would absolutely recommend her to any bride!

We had a "just the two of us" wedding but I always felt like gg still gave us her full attention even though we were small potatoes compared to many of the weddings she plans. She was upfront, honest and made recommendations on location but supported any decision I made. She was always in contact and easy to reach if my wedding party or myself had any questions at all.
As I sat in the salon on the cruise the morning of my wedding I watched as the clouds rolled over and poured rain on Bermuda. Giuliana had been in contact with my fiance (now husband) all morning and they made the call an hour before our beach ceremony to move it to a beautiful location at Newstead resort. Everything on our end was seamless. Giuliana and her assistants made sure everyone made it to the new location (vendors, photographer and even our family who had flown out there). I honestly never once felt stressed on my wedding day and I owe that all to Giuliana. She is amazing at her job and due to that we had an amazingly beautiful wedding, more than we could have wished for despite the pouring rain!

Diana Sent on 06/02/2018Where do I begin.... Giuliana helped me plan a 'Pinterest wedding.' Every vision I had she worked hard to bring it to life. The pictures below speak for themselves! The day was absoltely beautiful and I will never forget it. Giuliana has so many wonderful qualities- she's VERY responsive. I dont think I ever waited longer than 6 hours for her to respond to an email. She cares which is huge, she has great passion for what she does, and she pays close attention to detail. I not only had the pleasure of working with the best wedding planner in the world but I also made a new friend in the process :). Highly recommended!!! And this is coming from someone who is quite picky.

Alycia Sent on 11/13/2017Let us start off by saying there is no one else to use for a destination wedding. Giuliana helped us create our dream wedding! Her process was very simple and easy. We spoke about what we had wanted and it was one set price! We had setup our wedding in Bermuda to line up with when our cruise with Norwegian cruise line's would be on the island. When we got redirected because of hurricanes and had to leave the day of our wedding Giuliana made the impossible possible! She moved our wedding from 5:30pm to Noon that same day and made our dream day come true with a perfect amount of time to make it back to the ship before we had to leave. If it wasn't for Giuliana my Husband and I would not be married right now! I can't say thank you enough to Giuliana and her team for making our day truly beautiful! Thank you again! Kimberly Sent on 10/31/2017Working with the Traveling Bride was the best decision I made in regards to wedding planning. I got engaged in March, and we decided to get married that summer! Giuliana helped me plan my PERFECT wedding in Bermuda in FOUR months. She took care of every little detail, things that I hadn’t even thought of! Without her help and guidance I would have been a stressed out mess! She made it so easy! I had never been to Bermuda before so her knowledge of the area and vendors made all decisions so much easier! Each vendor she suggested was AMAZING! Hair and makeup were awesome, flowers were gorgeous, cake was perfections, DJ was THE BOMB! She even found a ukulele player and violin player for us because we wanted a specific procession song. She also arranged a bonfire at our hotel for after the reception! Even obtained the s’more ingredients! I am sure I am forgetting even MORE things she did for us. Day of, the weather report was not good, and Giuliana was on top of it with options for us, even looking into some more creative options for an indoor ceremony (luckily it ended up being a beautiful day). She and her team were very hands on and took care of everything. We had a small snafu with the cake (staff brought it out to early and it sort of sank a bit to one side) Giuliana took care of it and I didn’t even know there had been an issue until she told me about it later on! I could feel that I was in the best hands, and was taken care of. That feeling of trust is priceless! - Especially in terms of your wedding day. I can’t say enough good things about Giuliana and the Traveling Bride!

She was attentive to our needs and did everything in her power to make sure our wedding dreams came to fruition. We were pleased with the officiant, photographer, steel drummer and transportation she chose for our special day. Giuliana answered all our questions and gave very relevant suggestions to assist us in making our wedding day memorable. We experienced one last minute change which was completed without our guests even knowing. Giuliana was on top of it and made sure we were pleased. Kristian Sent on 10/27/2017My husband and I decided to have a private wedding in Bermuda and it was so incredible. We just had our 3rd baby and planning was the last thing I wanted to do. The Traveling Bride was a miracle for me. Giuliana took care of everything i needed!! I chose to speak mostly through email and I always got a response immediately. I appreciated very much the convienience of paying one set price and knowing everything was taken care of. It really was too, we cruised to Bermuda and when we were ready our driver was there to bring us to our beach wedding. Everyone who took part in our big day was wonderful to work with!!!

Megan Sent on 10/13/2017We had an amazing experience with Giuliana through The Traveling Bride! Over the course of about a year Giuliana was so helpful in exploring various venue options (land and sea!) for our wedding and helped us to find our perfect fit! We got married onboard the Elizabeth out of the Royal Naval Dockyard in Bermuda and Giuliana helped us to find the best vendors to fit our needs! Her day of coordinators Rachel and Kelsey were very helpful and worked so hard to make sure we were happy with every little detail!
As I mentioned above, we got married on the Elizabeth which is owned by Consort Cruises Ltd. out of Bermuda and is a newly refinished Martha's Vineyard Ferry that was converted into a charter boat. It fit our group of 86 people perfectly and the staff was great! We were able to have the ceremony and dancing on the top deck while food and drinks were served on the lower level in the air conditioning! For vendors we went with Fourways Catering for food, Alex Masters for photgraphy, Class Act for arch and tablecloth rentals, DJ Allstar Brian Purvey for music, and Cake Celebrations Kayo for our cake. The food from Fourways Catering was amazing, we went with a mix of hot and cold heavy appetizers and various cheese and fruit platters. Alex Master was AMAZING for photography. Our pictures are better than I could have ever imagined. He was also very quick in getting them back to us. Our wedding was Sunday and we had all of our pictures Wednesday!!! Class Act had a lot of rental options for decor and table cloths in a large variety of colors and sizes! DJ Brian Purvey was great! He played a great mix of songs and had people dancing all night from start to finish! Our cake by Kayo was gorgeous and did a great job withstanding the Bermuda heat!
Other than helping us create our perfect day Giuliana was quick and helpful through email, phone and even text responses! I would highly recommend Giuliana and her staff to anyone looking to plan their dream Bermuda wedding! -

Stella Sent on 06/15/2016When we decided we were going to have a destination wedding we knew we were going to need someone who was on point and could help us with this huge task of not only planning a wedding in another country but helping us coordinate our family and their traveling needs. We are both the do it yourself type and perfectionist, so this was a lot to put on someone else's shoulders. From go she paired us with vendors and a venue location that not only worked with our budget but our vision for our big day. If something wasn't right, she made it perfect. We had a question (we had tons), it was answered quickly even when she was on vacation( from dealing with us). She was by our side the whole way through. All the ways we imagined this day it exceeded all our expectations. It was out of a story book and the story is ours.
Our guest cannot stop telling us what an amazing time they had at our wedding. They loved the food and were impressed with the selection. This was a big concern for us because we didn't get to try anything before hand.

Bermuda Destination Wedding
As someone who hasn’t been in many weddings & was not well acquainted with how to even start the planning process, GG and TTB group were the perfect way to find assistance in coordinating all the moving parts that come with wedding planning, without the cost most often associated with that. Her group acts as a great primary “point person” to help decide on, coordinate, and organize all the separate vendors involved to create a beautiful unforgettable day. We took a cruise to Bermuda and when we were told the cruise couldn’t accommodate off-ship weddings on that sailing we felt devastated and lost not knowing where to begin to start planning. Thankfully we discovered TTB which helped us easily navigate all the “small” (seemingly huge and stressful at the time) details. Just days before our wedding GG helped completely re-arrange and troubleshoot weather troubles and managed to quite literally save our wedding day, and we couldn’t be more thankful. -
