🎶 When we decided we would have our wedding at home - I was very unsure of how we would get it all done AND how 100 people would fit comfortably in our backyard 😳 BUT I knew ONE thing for sure! Our special day HAD to include The Sun Followers!! This was the first decision after location that was made and everything else was decided from there. This was not just a decision about music - let me tell you, Ben & Samantha made our day a dream! They made sure we got to hand select special songs, helped create the format of the entire event, made sure everything ran smoothly, sent a pre recorded version of our daughters’ song in the right key for her, helped her feel comfortable singing 🎤 live in front of over 100 guests, they worked with our officiant (my handsome and hysterical Brother) to coordinate the timing of the ceremony and they made every special request a reality! It was truly a custom experience! 👰♀️ 🤵🏻 They filled our day and our backyard with the most beautiful sounds. 🌙 How I wish they could play for us everyday! This memory and their sound will echo in our lovely backyard for years to come! 💕 Truly Ben & Sam from the bottom of our hearts, thank you for filling our life with so much beautiful music 🎶 -

We couldn't have been happier with The Sun Followers, Ben and Samantha, who performed at our wedding. Their extensive catalog of songs for both our ceremony and cocktail hour set the perfect tone for the day. Not only did they learn a new song for our first dance, but they also took on the role of emceeing, making the entire evening flow effortlessly. Their voices are simply stunning! Beyond their talent, Ben and Samantha were incredibly kind and supportive throughout the planning process, offering encouragement and handling every detail with ease. Working with them was such a breeze, and they truly went above and beyond to make our day unforgettable. We highly recommend The Sun Followers to anyone looking to make their event even more special! -

Ben and Samantha are amazing. They are not only easy to work with, but they bring a positive energy with them that will enhance your event. Their music is beautiful, fun, and soothing for the soul. I felt so blessed to have them at our rehearsal dinner. They made the event fun and enjoyable for all! Don't think twice, just hire them! You will not regret it! -

The Sun Followers did the music for our ceremony as well as our cocktail hour and I couldn't have asked for more. Incredibly easy to work with, eager and willing to learn new material, and overall just real delights to work with!! That's not even to mention how WONDERFUL they sound!! Their talent is outstanding and they are just so cute to watch. I highly recommend this duo for any event, and will definitely be looking into them for future events. -

If you are looking for live music for your special day, do yourself a favor and hire Ben & Samantha! Don't even question it. Just do it.
But really, when my husband and I were starting to plan our wedding, we knew we wanted live music. With Covid in the mix, we did not really know how that was going to play out for us. (In the end, it obviously worked out.) But, I had been searching online for hours, when I randomly came across a local news video of a "Singing Telegram Duo." Needless to say, I was intrigued. I preceded to find Ben & Samantha on every social media platform I could think of, and I listened,and watched many videos. I sent them to my husband and he agreed, let's do it.
The communication process with them was more than spectacular (even if it wasn't on our end, sorry Ben)! Ben responds promptly and answers whatever questions that arise on your end, making you feel comfortable with the process. They also are great listeners and they vision what you vision, even if you aren't able to verbally explain it. We initially did a Zoom call with them to see if we "vibed" and when we hung up, my husband was like, yea, we're doing it. We loved their personalities and just the way they came across. We knew they would fit in great at our wedding with our guests. (And boy, did they.) ;)
Day of wedding was great; they arrived, set up, got ready, everything without any problems! (If there was, I didn't hear about them. I think that is how it's supposed to go though, anyways.) They provided the music, the sound equipment, the fun, the dancing, the smiles and everything else that comes with a wedding. They had our guests dancing well into the evening, which is EXACTLY what we had asked for. Oh, and we threw a crazy wrench at them with asking them to learn a song that they had never heard before for our first dance. And HOLY SHIT, they NAILED it. Like seriously, it was awesome. We couldn't have been happier with our decision to hire them and feel so fortunate that they said yes to our wedding. They just felt like old friends that we were lucky enough to join in on the fun. And afterward, we feel that we gained a new lifelong friendship.
Honestly, like I said, don't question it, just hire Ben & Samantha!

Sam and Ben are the Best!!!
Hands down The Bidwells are some of the best humans on the planet! Sam and Ben helped us every step of the way, learned some new songs just for us, and made sure everything was perfect! They truly love to perform and are extremely good at it! Thank you Sam and Ben for being so professional, fun and for making our day so special! -

From the moment I reached out to Ben from The Bidwells, I was beyond amazed at the genuine kindness and excitement for playing out small during our small wedding ceremony and through dinner. He was quick to respond, and always ready and willing to jump on anything to help make our big day special. He was easy to work with, and they were great about learning songs that were requested. They were fantastic about working with and communicating with our venues events manager so that on the day of the wedding I had no worries. Aside just the amazing customer service expired, their performance was just perfect. Every single one of my guests made a point to tell my husband and I how much they loved the musicians. I honestly believe, had we not had The Bidwells perform and gone with our original planned D.J. our wedding would not have been as special. The postive energy this duo bring to the table was truly wonderful. Ben was kind enough to act as an MC, and helped keep the night moving forward with no pressure or sense of urgency, (which for this mellow bride was very appreciative). While they are based out of Chico, they were happy to make the two hour drive to our venue, and still managed to more affordable then our originallly planned D.J. and they even surprised my husband and I with a wedding gift of band shirts, (which
is so comfy, and rocks their awesome logo!) Honestly and truly The Bidwells went above and beyond, and blew all my expectations out of the water. They made our day perfect.
