  Amazing experience

  We went around Black Friday time and it was great! They had a buy one get 3 free deal! Included wedding bands and sports bands! The associate we had was amazing and helped us with all of our needs.

  Elegant and reasonably priced

  We worked with a few different people at the Greece location and they were so helpful from picking out my engagement ring, to wedding bands and even gifts for our mothers. This has truly become our jewelry store and I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

  Great Service and Quality

  The Source has made engagement & wedding ring shopping fun and easy to do. They made us so comfortable every time we walk in and we know that walking out we have quality jewelry and great customer service if we ever need anything. I would highly recommend!

  Beautiful Rings and Great Service

  We got our wedding bands at The Source back in November and just had our wedding last week and couldn't be happier! They had great service, were easy to work with and just happened to have our dream rings that went great with my custom engagement ring! They made the engraving process very easy and their customer service is beyond amazing! I would HIGHLY recommend.

  Beautiful rings (and earrings and bracelet!)

  We're obsessed with our rings and the sales reps were wonderful! They worked with my fiancé on pricing and we're so happy with our rings and my new earrings. And they clean everything every time we go in!

  The Source worked with my very demanding fiancé to provide a ring that I absolutely love! They double-checked everything for him and always made sure he felt comfortable with his decision. The ring is absolutely gorgeous, and they have been incredibly flexible! They sized my ring within 3 days to make sure that I would have it back in time for Thanksgiving!

  My FH and I went into their newest location at Eastview Mall on whim after checking out a few other of the mall staple Jewelry stores. We met with Valerie (Manager) and told her we were just looking. However, the time and attention she gave us in helping to pick out a setting, allowing us to try on many different styles and configurations, we took the plunge and bought the ring right then and there! The custom ring came back just when they said it would and it fit perfectly. We had an equally pleasant experience going in and shopping for our wedding bands, and even got a free gift of engraved champagne flutes with our names and wedding date on them! We've had nothing but positive experiences working with Valerie and her team and will most certainly go back to them for any jewelry needs in the future!

  I purchased my wife's engagement ring at The Source as well as our wedding bands. We were very happy with our service as well as the products. My band was too big and they were able to replace it with a smaller one 18 months after our wedding (I paid a $50 service fee, but that's better than a whole new ring!). I would definitely recommend The Source.

The spent over an our assisting my husband and I in selecting, trying on and deciding on the perfect rings. The were very helpful and time efficient when came to ordering and sizing rings. They offer great deals and insurance/coverage for rings as well.

  Don't believe the "We guarantee customer satisfaction." this company is so insensitive! My mother sold her family silver to the Source. Mom purchased jewelry, and the Source gave her a store card for the remaining balance.(less than $100). Mom has since passed away and they will not give a refund. My father can't drive, and his jewelry buying days are done. They refuse to help or even negotiate. Don't shop here!
