We had our wedding here this past week and it was the most perfect day. Kevin the manager is the most friendly kind and ll around amazing guy he truly treated us like family and royalty all at once. Our coordinator Olivia was an absolute rockstar everything went off without a hitch all thanks to her. Truly the kindest coolest people. The food and cake were DELICIOUS. The venue is stunning the planning was simple the sales team was always innovative and never made me feel pressured. I truly could not have had such a picture perfect wedding had it not been for this amazing team. My family is still talking about how amazing they were.

Our wedding day was absolutely perfect, and we are so grateful to the entire team for making us feel so special. The venue was beautiful, everything ran smoothly, and the staff went above and beyond to create an unforgettable experience. A special thank you to Amanda, our wedding coordinator, who was incredibly organized, attentive, and supportive throughout the process. She made our day stress-free and truly memorable. Highly recommend this venue!

I don’t even know where to start… My husband and I got married at The Sanctuary about a month ago, and choosing this venue was truly one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. From the moment we walked into the cathedral for our tour, we just knew this was the one. The venue is absolutely breathtaking, but what truly makes The Sanctuary so special is the incredible team behind it.

From the very beginning, we felt so supported throughout the entire wedding planning process. I sent many, many emails and text messages over the course of 14 months (while balancing grad school), and never once did the team make me feel like a bother. Everyone was always so kind, patient, helpful, and genuinely excited with/for us.

We chose not to hire a wedding planner or third-party coordination team because we trusted The Sanctuary team completely, and I am SO glad we did. They brought our vision to life so beautifully, even during moments when I didn’t fully know what I wanted for myself. Whether it was helping with layouts, timelines, or day-of details, they handled everything so seamlessly and thoughtfully.

We were so happy with everything included in the Elite Package — photobooth, food, bar, florals, etc. Our guests especially loved the hors d’oeuvres! We also had such a great experience with the preferred vendors – DJ Gio and Annie from Little Blue Hummingbird.

We had the pleasure of working closely with Olivia in the months leading up to the wedding, and she is truly the best — warm, fun, understanding, experienced, and so incredibly sweet (I seriously love her). On the wedding day itself, Olivia and Kelli made me feel so relaxed, taken care of, and fully present. They truly went above and beyond for us.

We are endlessly grateful for the entire venue team, especially Olivia, Kelli, Nayla (our banquet captain), Madi, Fumi, and Kevin (general manager). One thing we appreciated so much was how intentional everyone was throughout the day – constantly checking in on us, making sure we had everything we needed, and genuinely caring about our experience. Kevin even went table to table introducing himself to guests and making sure everyone was having a wonderful time, which meant so much to us and our families.

Everything went so smoothly, and we felt so supported, understood, and cared for every step of the way. Our wedding day was more beautiful and magical than we could have ever imagined — filled with so much love, joy, and special moments we’ll cherish forever. We truly cannot recommend The Sanctuary enough. This team became like family to us, and we are endlessly grateful that we get to say we were married here.

Our experience with The Sanctuary by Wedgewood Weddings was nothing less than extraordinary. When my husband, Nick, and I first toured the venue, I immediately fell in love with it and knew this would be our dream location. After speaking to Maddie and figuring out exactly how to make this work with our budget, we felt at ease knowing that basically everything was going to be taken care of. Truly, they made the wedding planning process a breeze and were readily available whenever I had questions or needed clarification on anything. Our day of coordinator, Fumi, was absolutely phenomenal! We love her! She brought so much joy and positive energy from the moment we arrived to the venue. She was extremely organized and helped make everything flow so smoothly. All my guests were also very impressed with how seamlessly the day flowed, with no awkward pauses and definitely no visible hiccups. Kevin, the venue manager, was also present and made an effort to stop by every guest table to ensure that everyone was having a good time. That made everyone feel important and taken care of. Nick and I were able to fully be present at every moment of our wedding and not have to worry about what was going on behind the scenes. We had an absolute blast and honestly didn't feel stressed at all! I can confidently say that my wedding was exactly the way I had always hoped it would be and I owe it all to the Wedgewood team! I would recommend them 100x over!

We planned our wedding back in the beginning of 2025 for a March 2026 date. Choosing the Sanctuary was perhaps the best decision we made to set ourselves up for a successful wedding journey.

We are so eternally grateful to Madi for taking care of us from the very first time we stepped into The Sanctuary for our first tour. She was phenomenal in every sense of the word, helping us feel extra special and being a major factor in making the day go so well. We are also grateful for Kelli as she stepped in during her training alongside Madi during the final two weeks, becoming such an integral part of our day and making us feel safe and secure.

We also want to say thank you to Sam for being so amazing as our captain, providing the same amount of care, direction, and grace as Madi and Kelli, making the reception portion of our night run seamless while ensuring we were all having a great time. She made sure we had food, drinks, and dessert as she was always present with us, providing a personal touch that made the night feel special.

One final shout out to Kevin for being such a welcoming presence throughout our time here. He is a welcoming hug in the form of a person.

To the most amazing team at the sanctuary, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the care and genuine kindness you showed us. You took such beautiful care of our families, and that meant the world to us.
Never forgetting the little moments, like helping my sister find a pencil, making sure we were always fed, hydrated, and had our favorite drinks, and even surprising me with my favorite pasta outside the menu! Thank you so much chef Fancie! Those thoughtful touches left me feeling all the feels!
Fumi, my fellow cat lover and fairy angel, you're an unforgettable core memory, absolute perfection! Thank you so much for matching my goofiness and driving me from point A to B and C. I really enjoyed feeling like a passenger princess so spoiled and safe I was able to turn my brain off totally at ease! When I started hiccuping before the grand entrance and dropped a lemon with Tajín on my dress you jumped in right away, fixed everything with Tide To Go so fasssstttt, and made me look like nothing ever happened. I still crack up every time I think about how you tried to scare and squeeze the hiccups away. That's definitely one of my favorite memories hehe
Seriously, after attending other weddings and seeing how stressed the bride and groom can get, not really enjoying the meal, the dance floor, and rarely getting a moment to themselves, emphasized how exceptional you are! Our wedding at the Sanctuary was absolutely incredible! From the beginning, the communication with their team was amazing. They were always responsive, organized, and made the entire planning process feel smooth and stress-free.
On the wedding day, there was just so much love, and they truly made the whole day feel like it was all about us. The staff constantly made sure we were taken care of and even made sure we had time to eat, which meant so much because the day goes by so fast. Our coordinator, Fumi, was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind, organized, and calm throughout everything ( wish I could have been her! my nerves were all over the place with excitement!). She truly felt like our third brain and made sure every detail was exactly how we had dreamed it would be ( we loveeeee her!) Kevin, who runs everything, was also incredible. He was walking around all night making sure everyone was taken care of and that everything was running perfectly. When he had to leave, he even went around saying goodbye to our guests, which just shows how much he truly cares. The level of service at the Sanctuary was beyond anything we could have hoped for.
We honestly wouldn’t change a single thing about our day. It was perfect, and we are so grateful to the entire team for making our wedding so special and unforgettable. 💍✨

Choosing The Sanctuary for our wedding was the best decision my now husband and I made during the wedding planning process. From the very beginning everything felt easy, organized, and enjoyable instead of what we thought would be stressful. Every meeting left us feeling even more excited for the big day and so appreciative of their supportive team. It really felt like everything was taken care of so we could just enjoy the process.

The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, the food was amazing, and the whole atmosphere on the wedding day was everything we hoped for. You can tell the team truly cares about making sure couples have the best experience possible.

A very special shoutout to Madi, our day-of coordinator, who made sure everything ran smoothly so we could relax and enjoy the day and made sure we had the best wedding day possible. Sam, our banquet captain, took great care of us throughout the reception, Fumi brought such great energy capturing content during the celebration, and Kevin, the general manager, was always so warm and welcoming from the very first time we visited.

We’re so grateful we chose The Sanctuary and would absolutely recommend it to any couple looking for a beautiful wedding venue with an amazing team behind it. It was also a great value! Nothing beats an all inclusive venue with a 100/10 team!

100/10 would recommend. There’s so many things I can say about this place!!! Our experience was fantastic. The appointments, the staff, the place..all of it. We got married in front of the window and -the window in person is so beautiful to get married in front of! Just breath taking. They really nailed it with everything I wanted! And let me tell you, I was a detailed bride and they literally made my VISION COME TO LIFE. What is nice about wedgewood is a lot of things are included! Which makes the process SO much EASIER. Ceremony, officiant, Food, dj, cocktail hour, open bar, cake, all of it is included, depending on what package you choose! We chose the elite package but could downgrade for example- we did no wine at the table, top shelf liquor would be available for purchase for guests if they were interested. They took the cost off because our friend was our officiant, and invitations -because I made my own! For 91 guests the price after all of it -WAS THE BEST WE COULD FIND IN OUR BUDGET especially in ORANGE COUNTY/LA COUNTY

-fumi was our main girl! THIS GIRL. She was absolutely amazing. Always on top of everything. When I had my appointment to go over everything, she just really made what I wanted feel top priority! Ceremony rehearsal the day before..I didn’t know what to expect. And Fumi..made everything so easy and seamless.
But our WEDDING DAY…she really out did herself! Our wedding looked absolutely gorgeous! And everything was perfect! She made sure our timeline was on time, even did a quick lint roller on my husbands jacket before he walked out! Just every detail was just so spot on and made OUR DAY that much better!

NAYLA was our captain for the 2nd half of the evening. And she was absolutely amazing! She made sure we had everything we needed!

KEVIN is the nicest person you’ll ever meet. As a boss, you can tell he just really loves his job! And he made us feel so welcoming whenever we would see him! Obviously he is doing something right, because this place is just the BEST!!

My now husband and I had our wedding on Oct 4, 2025. I knew about Wedgewood because my cousin had a wedding in Chino Hills at the Vellano Estates with Wedgewood.

I didn't want to stress about having to find all the vendors (florists,djs and etc) so I decided that I wanted to go with a Wedgewood venue. We came across The Sanctuary and immediately fell in love with it. The groom's suite and the bridal suite are both so pretty. And the ceremony room is nice and big and beautiful with the stained glass and the reception rooms gives like a farmhouse vibe. It's big enough to have a big wedding count but also small enough that everyone won't be spread out. I also loved the fact that we could have both the ceremony and reception indoors literally all a few steps away.

The team was wonderful. The venue manager was so sweet. We had Amanda as our day of coordinator and she was the best too. She was so patient with us even when we had our minds changed to the very last minute and us having korean parents, our guest count changed a couple of times. She also made me and my husband a candle!! All of the vendors were very communicative as well. When it comes to planning a wedding, there's no way you can't not get stressed. But because of this team, they made wedding planning so much easier. My husband and I had such a blast!! Thank you so much The Sanctuary Wedgewood!! I would say I would come back again but...i don't think that would be a good thing? ahaha. But I would definitely recommend this venue to my friends who get married in the future!

My wife and I couldn’t be happier with our wedding at The Sanctuary by Wedgewood Weddings. As a working couple, we needed a venue that was professional and efficient, and Wedgewood’s modular planning experience was a total game-changer. It allowed us to customize our dream day without the stress of managing dozens of outside vendors.

The venue itself is stunning, but the staff truly made the night. Our Day-of Coordinator, Fumi, was absolutely incredible—she kept everything running like clockwork and ensured we didn't have to worry about a single detail. Our Banquet Captain, Sam, was equally amazing, providing top-tier service and making sure we (and our guests) were well taken care of all night.

If I could give more stars, I would. The Sanctuary was one of our top contenders for our wedding, and to this day, we still dream about it. The chapel itself is absolutely stunning — it’s the kind of place that makes your heart skip when you walk in.

But the true gem of this venue isn’t just the building — it’s Fumi. From the very first conversation, she brought the vision to life in a way that no one else could. Any space can be called a wedding venue, but it takes someone special to sell the dream. Fumi sold the crap out of it. She listened, she guided, and she made us feel like our day truly mattered.

We ultimately went with a resort for reasons outside of the venue itself, but if I could pick one person to have at my wedding (and honestly, on my sales team), it would be Fumi. She’s that good. Wedgewood Weddings is lucky to have her, and anyone who gets to work with her is in the best hands possible.

Fumi was absolutely amazing during the whole planning process!! I couldn’t ask for a better coordinator!! She truly was the best friend I needed in thid entire wedding process! From staying on the phone with me to hash out family drama, to going over last minute checklists, Fumi was right by my side through it all 🥹.

This venue truly is the most beautiful! Hidden gem in Long Beach and their prices/all inclusive packages are perfect!! All of my guests commented on how beautiful the day was, as well as how great Dj Gio & all the staff were! The food is also fantastic! If you are an engaged couple and are look into wedgewood, I would HIGHLY suggest the sanctuary! I’ve included some photos below!!

We seriously cannot imagine planning a wedding any other way than doing it with Wedgewood Weddings. They make everything so much easier by asking you what you want and helping you to make it happen. They also refer you to trusted vendors (for florals, photography [TNK Photo is amazing btw!], etc.). The Sanctuary staff was so easy-going, kind, and patient (shout-out to Amanda and Olivia, who we worked with the most!). You can always ask them questions anytime you have them throughout the planning process. I was nervous about the food at my wedding because we're vegan but they were able to accommodate us and make all of the food vegan. And all of our guests loved the food and forgot it was even vegan! They also set everything up for you which is so amazing - so no stress for you or your family or wedding party about that on your wedding day. And they set it up beautifully. Another thing you don't have to stress about - you have a day-of-coordinator and banquet captain so they help you navigate your day and make it seamless! The Sanctuary staff are true and trusted wedding professionals. They made our wedding dreams come true!

I don’t even know where to begin! I am so grateful to Wedgewood team for making our wedding so seamless and easy! From our first meeting with Mason (super helpful with locking in our date and explaining every tiny detail) and Kevin (kind general manger of venue) greeting us with smiles and supporting through the beginning stages of our planning. To Fumi (the most encouraging planner/coordinator) and Samantha (superstar banquet captain) taking over towards the end of the process and ensuring our wedding celebration was a hit!

There is so much that goes into wedding planning and having this team guide us every step of the way was truly a gift.

Our wedding was beautiful, the cake from Torrance bakery was delicious! Our florals from little blue hummingbird were exactly what I wanted. Overall our celebration was simple and elegant and really set the stage for our guests to have such a blast!

The food - my personal favorite panko crusted chicken and mashed potatoes. We chose buffet style and many of our guests raved about the food and going back for seconds!

Open bar was an absolute hit! Also having the Photo Booth near the bar made for some hilarious memories. DJ Gio kept everyone dancing all night. So happy we went with all the recommended vendors. You can tell they all work together so well.

Thank you Sanctuary team! I wish we could do it again (haha).

where do I even begin about the Sanctuary. You always hear the horror stories about wedding planning, the stress of finding venders, what food do you want, ”do they really charge for plate and silverwar……”. the sanctuary is a one stop shop. everyt is included in the different packages they offer. We did the elite package and I honestly wouldn’t have changed a single thing. The food and drinks were amazing. I come from a Sicilian family who at times couldn’t be a little opinionated, we are still getting phone calls about how beautiful and amazing our wedding was.

From the very first time we stepped foot in to the Sanctuary we fell in love with it . The staff was absolutely perfect from day one. During the whole process they are quick to answer any questions you might have at a very quick response time. The cathedrals stain glass windows, beautiful wood doors, stairwells make for the most beautiful wedding photos.

Day of the wedding: omg the staff was perfect from the top to the bottom. Kevin (the manager) was super helpful, friendly and genuinely a great person. Our day of coordinator was Fumi and our banquet captain was Nestar. Fumi was on top of absolutely everything. She made me and my wife’s day completely stress free. Fumi honestly made us feel like family not just a client. she even made our entire wedding party and parents feel the same as well. Nestar took over in the evening for our reception and he kept the love rolling. If we needed a drink he’d grab it for us so we didn’t miss a single part of our big day. He constantly checked in on us to make sure we had everything and anything we needed. so to all of the staff at the Sanctuary thank you again for making our special day even more special.

My now husband and I got married at the Sanctuary on 3/9/24 and I can not give the venue and staff enough praise. Wedgewood Weddings allow for customization and helpful guidance along the way to make the planning experience as seamless as possible. They truly think of EVERYTHING. We were so thankful to have both bridal and groom suites to allow us and our parties to get ready without rushing. The venue has 3 areas for wedding ceremony and reception, which is extremely convenient. We were really drawn to the vintage charm of the venue and the ease of working with a reputable company like Wedgewood. Big shout out to Sarah J and the rest of the team for making our dreams come true. I can’t believe Sarah helped me put my veil on and bustled my dress. She is truly an angel. Our guests loved the oven roasted salmon & braised short rib duo plates. We highly, highly recommend this venue!!!

Wedgewood Weddings has been around for generations, and for good reason. When I began planning for our wedding, I was overwhelmed with choices – choices I didn't even know I needed to concern myself with. Because of this, I knew from the get go that I would need an all-inclusive venue, but I didn't expect to find one with the flexibility, collaboration, and intention that Wedgewood provides for their couples.

I would recommend this company over and over again, and I can only sing the highest of praises for The Sanctuary in Long Beach as a venue and for the staff that works there. Thank you, truly, for the effort you put into coordinating an organized, beautiful wedding. We appreciate the attentiveness, were impressed by the execution, and grateful for the overall warmth and kindness of your staff to us and our loved ones.

I received SO many compliments about the whole day and how seamless everything was. I couldn't have done it without any of you! If we had the budget to have a second and third wedding, I'd do it all over again and I'd do it with Wedgewood. I have always heard nightmares about how stressful wedding planning could be, but going with Wedgewood Weddings was the best decision we have made during the entire wedding planning process! The Sanctuary caught our eye, not only because it was close to home, but because it was unique and different from the generic Country Club/Golf Club venue. The stained glass windows in the Cathedral and the Reception Hall were so incredibly beautiful and unique. Everything just had a very rustic charm that we loved so much. We also loved the fact that everything was onsite and we had both outdoor and indoor elements. We loved having the entire venue to ourselves and didn’t have to share with any other people! We just fell in love with everything about the venue. It really felt like a private event. We did the venue tour with Annie and she was the biggest help and so lovely to work with! She was incredibly responsive the entire time and she made the planning process so easy and fun! She gave all the information we needed to make an informed decision which made it easy to choose The Sanctuary! On the day of the wedding, Olivia and the team were super warm and welcoming of us and our entire family/guests. My husband is still raving about how well they catered to us on the day of. They made sure that we always had a drink in our hands and something to munch on while we were taking pictures so we didn’t miss out on our cocktail hour appetizers. We wanted for nothing! The food was incredible and our guests absolutely loved it! There was enough for people to go back for seconds AND they even packed my husband and I a to go box at the end of the night! They were incredibly communicative the whole time with us. I never thought that a wedding could be so stress free! Thank you so much again to The Sanctuary Wedgewood Team for making it such an effortless process! It was definitely worth the price of everything!
