We are so happy we found and chose The Roundhouse for our wedding. The venue was perfect and the staff really knows how to run a wedding flawlessly. We were able to have our Friday night welcome drinks, Saturday reception, and Sunday brunch all on premises in different spaces, which our guests appreciated and made planning much easier.
Amber, our day-of coordinator, was an absolute dream to work with. She went above and beyond to help us whenever needed. She really understood us and how to make our vision possible. Danielle and Gina were amazing and so attentive during the reception. They and the rest of the staff made sure the night was everything we hoped for. We could not recommend The Roundhouse enough as a wedding venue. -

This is the perfect venue 100/10
The venue is the most important decision you will make for a wedding, and we really feel like choosing the Roundhouse was the best decision we made. From start to finish, Amber, Danielle, and Gina were the most attentive—thinking of things we hadn’t thought of ourselves and making sure we had the dreamiest wedding. The utmost professionals.
Of course, the venue is just stunning—you get the mountain views along with a waterfall, ample greenery, a beautiful ceremony space, and the red brick event space that gives it a modern touch (the range of textures is every photographer’s dream). The food is outstanding. All of our guests were impressed not only by the variety but also by the quality during both the cocktail hour and the reception. Our family is multicultural so we wanted to have various types of food available and each food station and dish was above and beyond. From the Indian food station, the Hudson valley charcuterie station, that Bao dumplings, steak and vegetarian options for the reception, truly all the food was prepared to perfection.
And Beacon is such a special town. Our guests—mainly from NYC, just an easy 90-minute ride—enjoyed the weekend escape, going on hikes, vintage shopping, visiting Dia, and trying out all the cafes. It truly was perfect.
Again, Danielle, Amber, and Gina were superstars through and through. They were so kind to us, our family, and our friends, making everyone feel special. The best part is, with a team like them, you don’t need to bring your own planner or coordinator—they really have it down. I would recommend the Roundhouse to everyone. It was a dream come true. -

My Wife and I had our wedding at The Roundhouse just this past weekend. We had initially planned on having our ceremony outside, but after some surprise last minute rain, our coordinator Carrie Conklin did an incredible job modifying the reception hall for an indoor ceremony, and our wedding turned out even better than we expected. Carrie and her team went out of their way to make us feel incredibly special on our big day. The food was absolutely incredible as well. The Roundhouse really went above and beyond to make our wedding day one we would never forget. -

Our wedding at The Roundhouse was absolutely incredible. From start to finish, the entire team was amazing. Our guests kept commenting on how great the service was, how seamless the flow felt, and how much they enjoyed the food.

We had an incredible wedding at the Roundhouse!!! The venue was the perfect mix of nature vibes with Fishkill Falls and the surrounding greenery, while still being just off of Main Street in Beacon, in a gorgeous historic brick building, and metro north accessible from NYC. It was the perfect amount of space for our guest list of about 160.
From the get-go, our coordinator Carrie was organized, responsive, and super easy to work with. Throughout the whole planning process, she quickly answered the many questions we had! The flow of the events of our wedding day was flawless - the Roundhouse event managers Danielle and Gina steered a seamless ship. It's clear that the staff at the Roundhouse are well-practiced professionals at what they do, which made them a joy to work with!!
We loved the flexibility we had to make the space our own, while still being able to be guided with suggestions from those who know the space well. The food was delicious and plentiful, and we've received multiple compliments on it in the weeks that have followed our wedding. We had absolute confidence in our venue going into our day, and thrilled to report we had a fantastic day there! Highly recommend!

The Roundhouse was fantastic in every possible way. They made the wedding day absolutely perfect , it truly couldn’t have gone any better. The entire staff puts so much love and care into everything surrounding the wedding- starting with the initial tour and signing, to the tasting, and finally to the wedding day- they make sure that the experience is top-notch with every step. This place KNOWS WHAT THEYRE DOING! The food is EXCELLENT, the venue is beautiful, and the town is fun and unique for guests to visit. I must give an extra special shoutout to Carrie who couldn’t have made the process more seamless. She is on top of it and so so helpful and a pleasure to work with! I couldn’t imagine doing the day any differently. I am so beyond over the moon with how everything turned out and the guests are still talking about how fantastic and stunning everything was, along with the staff, including Carrie! She was quick to answer any of my questions- big or small, and thought of details that I would have never thought to look to include. Overall the Roundhouse is a perfect wedding venue, and I couldn’t imagine getting married anywhere else! -

Our wedding at The Roundhouse was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the attentiveness of the staff. Amber and the dinner Captain were exceptional, ensuring that every detail was perfect and that we felt completely taken care of throughout the entire event.
One delightful surprise was the bagels and baked goods provided each morning by the hotel for all of our guests. It was such a thoughtful touch and added to the overall exceptional experience.
The venue itself is a well-oiled machine—everything ran smoothly without a hitch. The space is the perfect blend of modern, minimal, and moody, with big barn windows that created a lovely, romantic ambiance. The outdoor ceremony space was equally beautiful, with meticulously kept landscaping and the serene sound of the falls as we exchanged our vows.
The food was another highlight. It was absolutely incredible, and every single guest cleaned their plates! We received so many compliments on the meal, and it truly exceeded our expectations.
Overall, The Roundhouse made our wedding day unforgettable. We couldn't have asked for a better venue or more dedicated staff. Thank you for making our special day so perfect! -

Highly Recommend!
When you plan a wedding with lots of vendors and moving parts, you have to assume something is bound to go wrong. Shockingly, we can’t think of a single thing at our wedding that wasn’t carried out to perfection and that was mostly due to the team at the Roundhouse.
First, the Roundhouse is absolutely beautiful. It’s a rare event space that’s so charming on its own that you really don’t need to add much else to it to get it wedding ready. Even though our wedding had to be entirely inside due to weather, the venue was very accommodating and we were impressed by how the team utilized the space for the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and afterparty.
We also need to mention how incredible the food is. Everything, from the cocktail hour stations and passed hors d'oeuvres to the main courses and sides to the wedding cake, earned major compliments from our family and friends. We had a blast at our tasting and choosing the food options was truly one of the hardest parts of the wedding planning. Everything was just that good.
But at the end of the day, it doesn’t matter how nice your venue is or how fantastic the food is, if there isn’t an incredible staff to execute your vision. We spent over a year planning our wedding with our Roundhouse coordinator Carrie and were continually blown away by her organization and attention to detail. Even if we emailed her on a random Sunday after changing our minds on something, Carrie was accommodating and quick to respond. We appreciated how invested she was in our wedding and how helpful she was when we had a lot of decisions to make. We felt very confident in the success of our day because of Carrie.
The day of the wedding, we were amazed at the attentiveness of the staff (led by Danielle and Joe!) and how every element of the day had been carefully considered and timed. They’re a well-oiled machine and it allowed us to just enjoy the day and not worry about anything.
There’s a million more positive things that we could say but we’ll keep this brief. We HIGHLY recommend the Roundhouse. -

The Absolute Best Venue & Team
We were recently married in November 2023 and cannot sing the praises of the Roundhouse and the staff enough. We could go on and on about how they truly made our day perfect in every way (they did), but if you look at all their other reviews, and you should, you’ll see this is not unique, but rather the norm. Rather we’d like to share a quick story which we think exemplifies the kind venue, and more importantly, people you will be dealing with. Amber was our coordinator and we are so grateful and thankful she was. While she was incredibly professional, communicative, friendly and amazing throughout the process, its what she and the staff and vendors did for us just 2 weeks before our wedding day that touched us and showed what kind of people they are. A family emergency meant we may have to cancel or move our wedding date. We reached out to Amber, and rather than inform us it was too late to make any changes, she was incredibly sympathetic and understanding. Within 24 hours she and the team at the Roundhouse had coordinated with all our vendors and everyone agreed to work together to find another date for us within the next few months if we needed to make a change. They made what could have been an incredibly stressful situation seamless and manageable, and allowed us to focus on what was important. Amber, our vendors (of which DJ, Florist, Lighting, and Photographer were recommended), and the entire team at the Roundhouse showed us who they really are by being compassionate, caring, wonderful people and professionals. A quick and well-deserved shout-out must be given to Joe, Danielle, and all the staff as they were all incredible on our actual wedding day - as well as Antonio and Katie behind the scenes coordinating things like hotel and rehearsal dinner. If you want an amazing venue that’s run by great people, book the Roundhouse. You’ll be happy you did. -

We fell in love with the Roundhouse the moment we saw it and all of our guests felt the same way. The planning process was easy and very comprehensive. We had the pleasure of working with Amber as our coordinator and she went above and beyond. She was very responsive to emails, is organized, and worked hard to make sure our wedding day was exactly as we wanted it to be. Because of all of the hard work Amber did on the front end, the day of our wedding truly felt seamless; this is also a testament to all of the other staff at the Roundhouse who provided exceptional service to us and all of our guests. We were also able to have our after party and post-wedding brunch at the Roundhouse restaurant which was so convenient and beautiful with a view of the waterfall. Choosing the Roundhouse was undoubtedly the single best decision we could have made for our wedding day. We got married Memorial Day weekend and the day was 10/10 perfect perfect perfect!!
First of all, Beacon is the perfect place to gather friends and family for the weekend. It's an adorable town with plenty to do (hiking, shopping, eating) and it's accessible from NYC via MetroNorth. But the Roundhouse is the real treasure.
We wanted an indoor ceremony alternative that would be just as beautiful as the outdoor option if the weather didn't pan out, AND we knew we didn't want reception to be in a stuffy ballroom with no windows. The gigantic windows in the Waterfall Room let in so much natural light and the high ceilings make the space feel so airy and open without feeling cold - it's a gorgeous room for reception and would have been perfect for our ceremony, too. We ended up having great weather and could take full advantage of the gorgeous outdoor setting for both our ceremony and cocktail hour.
One of the standout stars of our wedding planning journey was Carrie, the venue coordinator. She was a true rockstar who went above and beyond her role. We didn't hire a wedding planner but Carrie essentially became one, answering our countless questions and offering invaluable guidance every step of the way. Her professionalism and dedication were simply outstanding and we could not have gotten through the 18 month planning process without her. Day-of she was incredibly calm and level-headed, which is the exact energy you want on your wedding day.
Few other things that stood out: the food, the recommended vendor list (we got all of our vendors from the RH and they were all 10/10), the hotel accommodations / bridal suite
We had ~190 guests and the space fit everyone comfortably, which was a concern of ours leading up to the wedding. Any more than 200 might be a bit tight if you're thinking of going bigger. Wedding package comes with 15-room hotel block in RH hotel, but rooms are pricy; we had family stay at RH and blocked hotels in Fishkill 10 min away for our peers (and booked shuttles/transportation for the wedding).

We can not express how thrilled we are we chose The Roundhouse for our special day. I grew up in Beacon and had seen the venue built from the ground up, always hoping one day I could get married there so, after 10+ years of building the venue up in my head, I never thought they'd be able to live up to the hype – but they totally did, and then some. Not only is it a beautiful venue, the food is AMAZING, the staff is incredible and Amber (our coordinator) made everything so easy and stress free. She worked so incredibly well with our vendors and had such great recommendations as we thought through floor plans, drinks, etc. As we went around and said hello to our guests during dinner, entrees had barely been served and our guests' plates were licked clean. So many guests came up to us that it wasn't just the best "wedding" meal they've had, but for some it was just the best meal they'd ever had. Even cocktail hour had just the most amazing food, we were almost too stuffed for our entrees! They were also so flexible with setup and logistics – doing everything they could to help us stick within our budget and enjoy the day completely. We so appreciated this! Lastly, as I know I am rambling, what is included at The Roundhouse is really impressive. Of course, weddings are expensive, but they really do go above and beyond with their packages making it completely worth it. We of course splurged in some areas, but they really made it possible to keep things absolutely timeless and beautiful, but also as affordable as possible. Most importantly, we felt there was value in everything. We weren't spending money for an ok steak – it was a filet our guests have been talking about for weeks. Makes it all totally worth it. I could go on and on, but if you are considering The Roundhouse for your wedding, don't even hesitate! -

My husband and I were recently married at The Roundhouse. We also had our welcome drinks and brunch there - everything was awesome! The entire experience from first visit to final touches the night before was seamless. Our planner, Carrie, went above and beyond to accommodate every need including responding to my rapid fire emails at 3am. Every other manager and staff member (Danielle, Barry, Antonio… just to name a few) we’re welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable about their part in the wedding! Aside from all that, the food, the vibe, that WATERFALL - our guests were treated to an A+ experience. My one piece of advice is to book the hotel rooms early and quickly for your guests that need to stay over. We could not have picked a better venue or worked with better people to make our dream wedding a reality. -

This was the wedding venue of our dreams. The space is so beautiful if you’re looking for a modern venue with an industrial and slight farmhouse vibe. The staff are so easy to work with. Amber handled the planning of our event and I can’t keep praising her work. She is so wonderful to work with and so experienced in the industry. She felt like family by the end of the night. The Roundhouse is so organized with their events which makes it very easy on the bride and groom. The day-of staff are so kind and friendly and cater to every guest’s needs. The set-up went very smoothly and run of show went very smoothly with no hiccups. This allowed us to enjoy our night and not stress about anything else. We also hosted our after party in the lounge and everyone loved this part of the night. I would 100% recommend hosting your event here.
My only piece of feedback is that the hotel rooms are a bit overpriced for what you get in terms of service and rooms, however, it is very convenient to stay on property if you can. -

There will never be enough words that explain how I truly feel about The Roundhouse and Carrie Conklin. From the moment I googled “Hudson valley wedding venues” and The Roundhouse popped up, I knew I had found our wedding venue. And then when we saw it in person for the first time in August 2020, it all made sense. From the moment we met Carrie, we instantly connected and from start to finish, she was nothing but helpful, kind, supportive, and so excited for us. She made it easy, from selecting our menu choices, table settings, flow of the day, hotel blocks at the Roundhouse hotel - and everything in between. Especially the small details, Carrie, alongside the incredible Director of Operations, Angela, knew our vision, what we wanted, where we wanted everything and totally executed. Every email I sent over the almost 22 months, Carrie answered with ease, clarity, and in a timely manner. Everyone at The Roundhouse (staff, beverage directors, hotel manager, etc) are just wonderful and we feel so blessed to have had the chance to be married at the the most beautiful and special venue in NY and the Hudson valley. I can’t thank The Roundhouse and Carrie enough - we will forever be grateful for having them help us make our dreams a reality for the biggest day of our lives! -

Our wedding at the Roundhouse was nothing short of dreamy. We were looking for a venue with an industrial feel but mixed with romantic and modern vibes. This venue checked all the boxes. It is smack in the middle of nature- with the outstanding waterfall and beautiful manicured lawn and garden area. The food is also 10/10 and every bite is truly delicious from appetizers to mains to the gorgeous wedding cake (with soo many fun delicious flavors to choose from their in-house bakery). There is nothing not to love! We received so many compliments on the stunning venue and the TLC staff. The staff, especially our coordinator, Amber was extremely organized, detail oriented, and helpful throughout the entire planning process. She offered personalized suggestions which truly matched our vision & style and went above and beyond to make sure our day was incredible with the rest of her team. So pleased with The Roundhouse!
We looked at a small number of places before selecting The Roundhouse as our venue. It was the best decision we made. Our original date was Sat. 1/2/21 (some of the drearier days of the pandemic). We were able to delay to the summer to a Saturday - which was really generous on behalf of the venue. Carrie, the event coordinator, was wonderful to work with. She is so talented, has a good sense of humor (and a good soul). The weather was absolutely perfect on our wedding, and we were given the option to take cocktail hour outside as a last minute decision. I loved that flexibility and thoughtfulness. The food was delicious and the bartending staff were really amazing and accommodating (we had requested some nice NA beverage options for sober relatives and they were really happy to make that happen). Beautiful hotel, too! I would recommend them highly. -

Carrie was amazing - if you can book with her as your coordinator, do it!! We had the most magical day, thanks to Carrie and her team. So many guests told us it was the BEST food they had at a wedding. We loved being able make the switch to have our ceremony indoors when the weather was rainy, and we were so glad we did because the beautiful windows were a fantastic backdrop. We booked The Roundhouse prior to the pandemic, and they did a great job over the two years keeping us updated and on track. Everything came together perfectly on our big day. Pristine! Amazing! Amber and the staff at the Roundhouse did an outstanding job. I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience over the last 2 years of planning. To be honest, a big pull for our wedding to be at this venue was Amber bc she is a boss and basically coordinating everything. we basically chose from great options and were not stressed bc Amber handled literally everything from the rehearsal to the vendors to the post celebration breakfast sandwiches. When we had to change our wedding - including our state, venue, guest list, everything - with 2.5 months to spare due to COVID-19, I was nervous about how things would come together. Let me tell you, The Roundhouse made it easy, beautiful, and seamless. Amber (a COVID bride herself) put me at ease and thought of all the details. The micro-wedding package was amazing. It included incredible food, alcohol, the cake, menus, and such dedicated staff members. The Roundhouse staff was so helpful when it came to setting up and breaking down the wedding, helping me create a day of schedule, and also making everyone comfortable and safe with great COVID protocols. Our family and friends are still raving about the food (especially the lamb) and the beautiful venue and loved they could walk to their hotel rooms right after the festivities were over. Beacon also has so much to offer for anyone traveling from out of town, even with COVID. I cannot recommend The Roundhouse enough! -

The Roundhouse is THE perfect venue! It was exactly what we were looking for - an industrial chic/romantic vibe with lots of windows, tall ceiling and beautiful brick. I researched every venue upstate and this was the only one with the look and feel we wanted. The grounds are breathtakingly stunning, so well manicured, and the waterfall is the perfect backdrop for photos. Amber was a dream to work with and made everything seamless. The food was out of this world, cocktail hour was mind blowing with so many great unique cuisines and foods that my guests had never tried, and the staff/service was impeccable. My girls and I got ready in the penthouse suite and we did our after party in the lounge right on site. You don’t even need to leave the grounds the entire weekend with the reception site, hotel and restaurant, bar/lounge all right there. I would highly recommend this venue. We had the best experience and most beautiful wedding day! -

The Roundhouse is the perfect wedding venue. It is close enough to the city to be convenient, but far enough away that you can still make a weekend of it. The event space (indoor and outdoor) is beyond beautiful. Our guests raved about the space, and everyone loved the food. The staff is gracious, and everything ran smoothly. Our venue coordinator (Amber) worked with me all year leading up to the wedding to make sure everything was planned perfectly. And if all of that wasn't enough, the hotel is beautiful, and the on-site restaurant is fantastic. We hosted an after party in the lounge, and had a post-wedding brunch at the restaurant the following day. I can't wait visit the Roundhouse in the years to come and reminisce about our amazing weekend. -

My husband and I got married at The Roundhouse less than a month ago and we can't stop talking about how amazing it was. From the second we met our wedding coordinator, Amber, during our tour, she never failed to meet our needs throughout the entire planning process. She was able to answer all of our questions with confidence and in a timely manner. She put as at ease for all of planning anxieties knowing it would all be handled smoothly. The food was incredible and the service both during the tasting and throughout the wedding weekend was impeccable. We viewed so many venues but from the get-go, The Roundhouse stood out from the second we first saw it. The venue is so unique and beautiful that people haven't stopped complimenting on what an amazing place it was. We had an amazing experience working with Amber on planning our dream wedding at the Roundhouse in April 2019. She was so helpful pulling together all the details, big and small, for us. Super helpful answering any questions we had leading up to the day. The day couldn't have gone any better. Our guests commented on how smoothly the ceremony into cocktail hour into reception/dancing ran. The food/drinks were amazing, and the service from the entire staff was wonderful. Not only is it beautiful and clean and modern and scenic, but the service and the food were unbelievable. Most people don't leave a wedding and say, "oh the food was really good". People left our wedding and are still telling us how great the food was. The amenities were also just beyond amazing. We stayed on site for two nights and the hotel was so accommodating, the guest rooms are clean and modern and beautiful and the penthouse suite was perfect for getting ready in the morning and a romantic evening with my husband. Beacon is breathtaking and the roundhouse could not have been a better venue to hold a wedding. I will sing their praises until I'm blue in the face. We had Carrie as our day of coordinator and she did everything, I mean absolutely everything for us. We were beyond pleased with the whole experience from booking to wedding! If you are on the fence, go see it in person. The grounds are stunning and the space is absolutely perfect for any type of wedding. We had a black tie optional formal event but the space works perfectly for a rustic backyard feel as well, totally transformable! We are just so pleased and plan to return to the roundhouse every year on our anniversary to celebrate! -

The Roundhouse staff took care of us from start to finish. I cannot express how incredible their entire team is. The space is beautiful and the food is wonderful - what more could you need! If we could do it all again, we would choose The Roundhouse, no doubt about it. -

Best venue and team!
We feel so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with the roundhouse for our wedding. Our vision came together better than we had ever imagined thanks to the incredible team, led by Amber. In addition to all the support and guidance, Amber creatively designed our menu and escort cards, paid great attention to detail, was available and communicative, and always demonstrated tremendous professionalism and kindness. They worked seamlessly with our vendors and it really was such a joy to work with everyone there who helped orchestrate the most perfect weekend! Everything felt so personal and no stone was left unturned. Also, the food was fabulous! -

There are no words to truly describe what a perfect experience my Husband and I had getting Married at The Roundhouse over 4th of July weekend this year. From the initial visit with Amber who was then working with us side by side up through the day of, to Danielle helping to make that vision come to life through the breakdown of the event, the whole experience at The Roundhouse was seamless. I think every guest came up to me to rave about how great the food was and the service as well. What I think is so special about this space is how unique it is but also lets you customize it to really make it your own and no 2 weddings are the same. The whole team there is amazing but big shoutout to Amber who was so patient and helpful throughout the planning process. I would recommend over and over again! -

We had a perfect wedding day here. The space is the ideal mix of rustic, elegant, and warm, with the charm of the Hudson Valley. Beacon is the most amazing town. The staff is really great (we worked with both Amber and Carrie) - they know what they're doing 100%, were super responsive, and helped everything run smoothly. The reception room is what dreams are made of, complete with a massive staircase for a big dramatic entrance, and all of the brick on site made for the perfect photos. Icing on the cake - people are still raving about the food. It is out of this world and so excited to come back to celebrate anniversaries! -

The planning process was incredibly smooth. We had a last-minute coordinator change and Carrie ended up being the absolute best. We had some issues with a dead tree right behind our ceremony spot, but morning of they had fixed it all up and it ended up being absolutely beautiful.
The space is stunning, everyone kept wowing at how it turned out and our photography is amazing.
However, probably the most I've heard about our wedding is how fantastic the food was. Usually, this is a big complaint at weddings, but not ours. They were amazing. I also got my favorite cake made for me, so I was VERY happy. They are incredibly accommodating and helpful. -

Carolyn Sent on 01/14/2015Our wedding in October of 2014 was a great experience. The venue, hotel, and restaurant are repurposed factory buildings, and we especially liked how they channelled the historical character into a space that felt contemporary and chic. We wanted a space that would allow for dinner and dancing in the same room, and the Roundhouse’s dramatic space was perfectly suited.
The event coordinator, Simone, was lovely to work with and helped us throughout the planning process. She was prompt in answering our questions we especially appreciated her bourbon selections for the bar - she ended up including one of our favorites. She helped us narrow down a wide variety of options in a productive way - however we felt that the initial presentation of the menu options was overwhelming. Main courses were presented as a list of meat, sauce, vegetable, and starch options with no recommended combinations. After we asked, Simone provided recommendations - we felt that should have been presented in the first place.
Once we narrowed down our menu, everything was delicious. Trying not to be biased here, but this was the best wedding food we’ve ever had - and several guests made the same observation. The hors d'oeuvres were creative and artfully displayed, and the main courses were tasty and perfectly portioned. The cake (included in the package) tasted unequivocally great - not just great-for-a-wedding-cake.
The event staff on the day were great - unobtrusive, efficient, and responsive. They were unphased by the unexpected rain halfway through our ceremony and rapidly ushered our guests and the cocktail hour inside! Our one complaint was with the bar - there were several staples missing, such as sweet vermouth, and the bartender was not familiar with classic cocktails. Based on the bartenders at the Roundhouse’s restaurant, our expectations were higher.
In short, we had a lovely time and were very happy that we chose the Roundhouse for our wedding.
