The Red Barn at Outlook Farm was the first wedding venue we toured, and it stuck with us through our other visits. The team there was extremely helpful and communicative as we made our decision to ultimately book with them. We were then assigned a coordinator, Rachel, who over the next several months helped us through all the decisions that needed to be made. When we arrived on the day of the rehearsal, I felt absolutely sure that we had checked all our boxes and had no concerns that anything was going to fall through the cracks.
The venue itself is absolutely beautiful. Very spacious, with lots of different areas for guests to gather - and take photos! Many of our guests enjoyed the patio throughout the night. The food and drinks on wedding day were fantastic, as were the servers and bartenders. Everyone who works there is so friendly!
Bonus: Booking a wedding there comes with a free round of golf! My husband was able to golf after our rehearsal the day before the wedding.
Would recommend The Red Barn to anyone!

Married 5/2026. We had a short engagement- we booked our date at Red Barn just under nine months in advance and every single step of the process, from Nicole’s thorough, pressure-free tour, to Colleen and crew boxing everything up for us to easily grab the day after our wedding was 10/10, absolutely a dream come true. Colleen made the entire day the greatest day of our lives Her communication before, during and after was quick and detail oriented. She always made us feel like we we were number one priority, her only clients and everyone raved about how organized and helpful she was. The food was great, the bar was well staffed and fast, the servers were efficient and so so kind. The communication and coordination with vendors was so easy and hands off for us because Colleen took care of EVERYTHING, even things I hadn’t thought of.
I could go on and on but all you need to know is if you book a wedding here, everything will be INCREDIBLE and you won’t have to lift a finger. Zero complaints, we want to have all my events run by Colleen and the staff at Red Barn! -

My husband and I are eternally grateful for the Red Barn and their staff. From the beginning, Nicole was extremely attentive and answered all of our questions when booking the venue.
One of the main reasons we picked the Red Barn was because of its natural beauty inside and out. The wood finishes and landscaping are the perfect backdrop to any wedding, which allows you to decorate as much or as little as you want.
We worked with Rachel in the last 3 months before the big day and could not have asked for a better day of coordinator. She made us feel so calm and heard throughout the process. She was open and excited about all of our ideas. Her and the staff made our decorations and personal touches look better than we could have imagined when we arrived on wedding day.
The food, drinks and atmosphere were amazing, as well.
The Red Barn made things feel so easy on the most important day of our lives. We will cherish these memories for years to come! -

We had a wonderful experience at Red Barn for our wedding! From start to finish, Red Barn was communicative, friendly, and super easy to work with! Our wedding coordinator was a wonderfully kind and lovely person to work with, and she made everything super easy and stress-free! We had our wedding early in November and our ceremony was in the Grand Ballroom - would absolutely do this again, it was so perfect. Thank you Red Barn for the best day of our lives - highly recommend! The value was also very reasonable and the venue was just absolutely stunning. -

The Red Barn was truly the most perfect place we could have ever chosen to get married. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this beautiful barn is made even more special by the incredible people behind it. The staff was consistently kind, attentive, and eager to do anything possible to make our day absolutely perfect.
Our wedding coordinator, Emily, deserves the highest praise. She was, without question, the most supportive and helpful person we could have asked for throughout the entire process. Her professionalism, care, and attention to detail made every aspect of our wedding shine. Emily thoughtfully included us in every decision while also guiding us with her expertise, enthusiasm, and genuine excitement for our day — a balance that made planning feel effortless and joyful.
A few months before our wedding, my dad unexpectedly passed away. What should have been an exciting season became incredibly difficult, as much of my time and emotional energy shifted toward planning a celebration of life and navigating grief. During our planning meetings, Emily went above and beyond, helping keep us organized, reassuring us that we were in a good place with planning, and, most importantly, helping me find the excitement and joy again. On the day of our wedding, they ensured I had everything I needed to be fully present and embrace the happiness of the moment.
Our wedding day was truly magical. I cannot recommend The Red Barn enough — not only for its stunning setting, but for the kindness, compassion, and dedication of its staff. And the food alone is reason to book. This venue will always hold a very special place in our hearts. -

We had an unbelievable experience having our wedding at The Red Barn! Colleen, our day-of coordinator, was absolutely amazing—so kind, incredibly responsive, and made everything feel seamless from start to finish. The wait staff and bartenders were all fantastic, especially Moe went above and beyond, bringing us appetizers right after the ceremony while we were off taking photos. The outdoor ceremony space was beautiful and so well maintained, and the reception room was exactly what we envisioned—open, bright, and filled with natural light. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day. Highly recommend The Red Barn to any couple looking for a stunning venue and an exceptional team! -

If you want a magical, stress free wedding, then you have to choose the Red Barn. Our coordinator, Alex, helped us every step of the way and gave us great recommendations up until the final day that made this our dream wedding. The staff was incredible - for example, they were like ninjas serving dinner and would serve the entire table at the same time! The venue is beyond gorgeous! Our October wedding had beautiful mid-70s and sunny..add to that the fall foliage. The venue stands on its own, even if you want to do minimal flowers it is still beautiful.
We cannot say enough great things about the Red Barn and staff. I recommend them to everyone I know who is getting married! -

We got married at the Red Barn in June 2025 and can't say enough good things about the wedding and the Red Barn staff. At every interaction, they went above and beyond for us. The venue is absolutely stunning and I loved that there were so many options for taking photos. We also stayed at the Stage House Inn and did our rehearsal lunch there, which made the whole experience easy and seamless for ourselves and guests.
One thing future bride/grooms will understand is how overwhelming starting wedding planning can be, and how hard it is to figure out pricing for all your vendors. I've heard horror stories from girlfriends on hidden fees and surprise costs. The Red Barn was so transparent on costs from the start, which was a huge differentiator for me.
We worked with Alex and Colleen and they were both fantastic- so organized and communicative. As someone who didn't have a dedicated planner, it was invaluable to have Colleen available to help plan our day. Colleen was on top of my 10,000 emailed questions and put me at ease in the days leading up to the wedding. Everything went so well, our guests had a great time and we owe that to the Red Barn and the staff! Big shout out to Moe as well who made sure the groom and I were well fed and always had a cocktail in hand (and a smile on our faces!). Thank you to everyone at the Red Barn who made our day so magical! -

There are not enough words to describe the impeccable wedding experience we had at The Red Barn! This is a family owned and operated event space that will leave your guests in awe. The location and building are spectacular, the food was incredible (my brother asked for a second meal) and the service was absolutely fantastic! Our wedding coordinator Emily made sure that our day was flawless and helped make our dream wedding a reality. She was a complete Rock Star that knows exactly what she is doing. I had almost no worries with her by our side. Every guest left our wedding telling us it was the best wedding they had ever been to. They have literally thought of every detail to help make your wedding experience seamless for you and your guests! I highly recommend renting their inn, The Stage House and mini mansion, The Nealley House for guests to stay in. The outstanding service extends to all their properties!! We cannot thank the team at The Red Barn enough for helping to make our vision a reality!! It was the best weekend of our lives!! -

My husband and I can't say enough great things about our experience at The Red Barn at Outlook Farm for our wedding. Everything was truly outstanding. Alex (our wedding coordinator) was incredibly organized and invested in making sure our special day was what we imagined. We even had unexpected weather the day of and Alex was so helpful with rearranging a few details last minute. All of the staff were absolutely wonderful and helpful. The food was delicious and the venue is stunning. We are so grateful that we chose to get married at The Red Barn at Outlook Farm. Thank you for giving us the BEST wedding we could ever ask for!

Red Barn went above and beyond to make our wedding day our best day ever!!
The Red Barn at Outlook Farm was an exceptional wedding venue! We could not have picked a better setting for our wedding reception. The venue was clean, polished, and truly does not need too much (or any) decor to make it feel like a special place. The grounds of the Links course were perfect as well as the guys in the bridal party played the course the day before our wedding. Emily, our wedding coordinator at the Red Barn, was responsive, positive, engaged, involved, and so organized. We cannot say enough good things about her; Emily is amazing at her work! All of our special requests to make our wedding day feel like OUR day were heard, appreciated, and accounted for. Let’s not forget to mention the perfect New England fall foliage at this location during our end of October wedding date. We would recommend this venue any and all couples looking in the future. We got married at The Red Barn this June, and we can not recommend this wedding venue enough. We knew from the moment we toured the building with Lisa that this was where we wanted to get married—not only because the venue was stunning but also because Lisa was so kind and professional. Our coordinator, Alex, was an absolute dream to work with. She was so supportive during the whole planning process and answered all of our questions promptly. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect. It was so nice to be able to relax and enjoy the day because we knew that Alex was taking care of everything. If you are considering The Red Barn for your wedding- DO IT! You will not be disappointed. Our families and friends still talk about how great the wedding was and how professional the staff was.
We also stayed at the Nealley House and The Stage House Inn. The Nealley House was perfect for our immediate families. They appreciated the kitchen space and all the bathrooms throughout the house. We even hosted a welcome party the night before the wedding and got to make use of the backyard and deck. The bridesmaids, mothers, and I (the bride) got ready here in the Bridal Suite. There is a separate room for hair and makeup, which makes getting ready feel more relaxing. The bridal suite and other rooms in the Nealley House made for the most dreamy pictures.
Many of our friends and families stayed at the Stage House Inn for the weekend. Everyone had very positive things to say about the rooms—they were spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. They also said that the staff there was very professional and kind. -

Amazing amazing amazing!
Words cannot describe how amazing the Red Barn was – from the beautiful holiday decorations, to the incredibly accommodating staff, wait staff and bartenders, and who could forget Emily! Leading up to the day and the day of, Emily and the Red Barn team made us feel so special and accommodate our every request. Emily even offered to run to the grocery store to pick something up the day before!!! She is literally so, so amazing, along with everyone at the Red Barn! My husband and I will never forget how truly incredible this venue was, and we will recommend The Red Barn to anyone looking to have the wedding of their dreams!! -

Perfect venue!!!!
My husband and I got married at the Red Barn in July and it was everything we could have wanted in a venue. The inside and outside of the venue are absolutely stunning. We booked both the Stage House Inn and Nealley House as well, and both were absolutely beautiful and perfect for housing our family and friends. One of the best parts of the venue was its staff, especially our coordinator, Alex. All of the staff were so nice and professional; you can clearly tell they are so passionate about what they do. Alex was truly amazing and was such a huge part of making our day everything we dreamed of. She was assigned as our coordinator as soon as we booked our date and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. She always made us feel like a priority and was quick to put us at ease at every meeting. On our wedding day, we never had to worry about the flow of the day or anything related to the venue. Alex and the rest of the staff took care of everything from putting up and taking down our decorations to directing guests, keeping the day on track, and putting out desserts and favors. They really listened to our vision for the day and made it come true. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better venue, from the beautiful setting to the amazing staff. -

We got married at the Red Barn in June of 2023 and could not have had a better experience. As was the case with almost every summer weekend in New England this year, it ended up raining on our wedding day. We had planned to get married in the garden but our coordinator, Emily, and the entire staff at the Red Barn were extremely accommodating and allowed us to make the last minute call to move everything inside. Not only were they extremely flexible, Emily was calm, cool, and collected and made sure I wasn't stressed out about the change of plans. She expertly moved out outdoor floral arrangements inside on the mantel of the fireplace and everything looked so beautiful. Besides her attentiveness on the day-of, she was extremely helpful in the months leading up to the wedding--meeting with us a couple of times to go over every single detail and answering any other questions promptly. We didn't hire a wedding planner but Emily was so helpful that I really didn't need one. The entire staff at the Red Barn was also incredible (special shout out to Mo who made sure my husband and I got some appetizers during the cocktail hour and packed up the extra cake so we had some to take home!). The venue is absolutely beautiful, inside and out, and our guests all had such an incredible time. We also rented out the Stage House Inn which was absolutely lovely. Tegan and Gary went above and beyond to make sure we, and our guests, had everything we needed. I cannot recommend both The Red Barn and the Stage House Inn enough! -

We absolutely LOVED having our reception at the Red Barn at Outlook Farm. We are so, SO glad we chose this venue. The food was INCREDIBLE, and they were absolutely great to work with. My coordinator was Alex, and working with her was an absolute dream. She made the process so easy! She was highly communicative, and so SO helpful. I cannot say enough good things about her. It was decorated so beautifully, and organized SO incredibly well. Alex seemed to always know what I needed before I even had a chance to ask. She is SO SO SO good at what she does! Our entire bridal party was raving about how great it was to work with her, and how well taken care of everyone was all through the night. Throughout the entire planning process I was so thankful to be working with someone so on top of it. My mom and I constantly spoke about how much we loved working with Alex!! It ended up raining on our wedding day, and we had planned to have fireworks to close the night out. We were worried that the weather would impact this, but the red barn team made it happen! They were able to give us an excellent show despite all the rain (and eventually lightning)! All of my guests were absolutely amazed at this site. They truly went above and BEYOND! The night was absolutely flawless! I highly, HIGHLY recommend having a reception at this site. We'd do it all again in a heartbeat! -

Booking the Red Barn at Outlook Farm for our July 2022 wedding was hands down the easiest decision to make and most definitely the BEST decision we made. From start to finish, from the very first time we viewed the venue, until months later- our wedding was seamless, amazing, and most importantly, stress free.
The Red Barn was the first venue we looked at. We knew we wanted an outdoor ceremony, outdoor space for cocktail hour, and a beautiful, big room. The Red Barn checked all the boxes. We put down our deposit the very next day as we knew this was a venue we did not want to sleep on!
Planning was SO easy and straightforward. As soon as we booked, we got set up with the amazing Alex, who was going to be our day of coordinator. She was communicative, helpful, and patient. She responded quickly to every annoying query I had, she kept us updated with our timeline of planning, and she was understanding when oopsie- we missed the tasting we were supposed to go to. She graciously set us up at the next one with no questions or drama.
The planning process was very smooth due to Alex’s expertise. The rehearsal was stress free and straightforward. The day of our wedding was more than we could ask for. Literally everything went to plan due to Alex being so on top of everything. She was kind to the many personalities in both of our families and felt more like a friend to us by the end of night.
I cannot say enough good things about the Red Barn as a venue for a wedding. It is absolutely gorgeous, I feel like we did not need too many decorations as the venue itself is stunning. The food was delicious! During cocktail hour, it felt like there were so many servers with so much food, on top of the stunning cheese and fruit display. The kitchen was also very helpful and sensitive to the allergies in our group- one being my husband who had a nut allergy. The drinks and bartenders were fabulous- we told Alex that our group drank a lot of espresso martinis and the bartenders were ready when we started ordering them. AND they were delicious to boot. The staff was fabulous! All of the servers were professional and personable. The price for everything and the many options for food and drink were well suited to many budgets.
I could gush for many more paragraphs about how amazing this venue is. Alex and the crew have made the Red Barn into a well-oiled machine. I cannot say anything bad about our experience and I know I can attribute that to them. Our guests are still talking about our venue months later. If you want to have the most amazing wedding day at a beautiful venue with wonderful people, do yourself a favor and book the Red Barn. You will not regret it.

If you are dreaming of an idyllic, rustic, southern Maine wedding, the Red Barn is your all-in-one venue. Since my husband and I live in Los Angeles, we wanted to try and have as minimal stress as possible, so we wanted to find a venue that could tackle most if not everything. Not only is the venue itself stunning (seriously, less is more when it comes to decor bc the venue really does have the whole aesthetic down on lock), it also includes food, liquor, AND a coordinator! What more could you possibly ask for?! We are so incredibly grateful for our coordinator, Colleen, who took care of us since day 1. Not only was she incredibly on top of e v e r y t h i n g, but her communication was always stellar. She even arranged our florals the day of the wedding :') Everyone we worked with – from Colleen to the staff to even meeting the owner the next morning when we came by to pick up our decor – were beyond kind, generous, and just overall there to help make your day the best damn celebration ever. Would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to host a southern Maine wedding! -

After visiting several venues in the NH/MA/ME coast, we just never had that feeling it was the one for us. That all completely changed after one initial meeting with our coordinator Emily Francoeur and the staff at The Red Barn! The property is absolutely beautiful and the barn itself is a truly magical place. The Stage House Inn was also the perfect spot for our rehearsal dinner and our family loved their stay.
After our big day when we went back to the barn to gather our decorations, Emily came up to us and said that she genuinely found herself having fun watching our families on the dance floor and smiling. If you're looking for a venue that has it all, this is the one! I worked with Alex as my wedding coordinator, she is the best of the best. She responded to me immediately, and always had an answer to my many questions. I felt so at ease working with her because I trusted that she would take care of anything that came up. It felt so great as a bride to be confident in my coordinator and venue. I had NO STRESS on my wedding day and it was an absolutely perfect day. It was everything I imagined it to be when I was searching for my venue.
Pros of this venue:
- BEAUTIFUL aethetic;
-indoor and outdoor ceremony options (this was important to me because I wanted an outdoor ceremony, but realistically as a New England bride you need a back up option);
-easy to get to for guests;
-plenty of parking;
-up to 200 guests;
-provides the food and beverage;
-package includes everything (you'll know what you're paying for up front);
-beautiful maple tree to get married in front of;
-large indoor space;
-bridal suite;
-because the space is so beautiful naturally, there's no need for decorations (besides some florals);
-Stage House Inn affiliated with this venue right down the road (INCREDIBLE BRIDAL SUITE FOR GETTING READY!!!);

When we went to tour the property, we knew immediately this was the place we wanted to get married. There were multiple ceremony options to choose from that fit whatever theme we wanted. We had an August wedding, so we wanted outside by the tree, but had the option of being inside if the weather ended up not being great. Alex and the team at Red Barn were extremely understanding, accommodating to our requests and flexible with anything we needed. She was always responsive, and let us know if there were going to be times where she may not be available right away so we knew when to expect a response. At the time, my husband and I were closing on our house (that we were building), so as you can imagine, we were under a lot of stress and making so many decisions between the house and the wedding that we needed the wedding to go smoothly since house building never does. Alex had made our process so incredibly easy and stress free. She went above and beyond, and I am so thankful for her & the team. The food was great and highly regarded by everyone, and the day went by without a hitch! I highly recommend having your wedding or ceremony at Red Barn at Outlook Farm! The place is beautiful and the staff is wonderful. -

Best day ever!!
Where to even begin… The Red Barn exceeded all of our expectations. From the delicious appetizers to the stunning views, we truly couldn’t have asked for a better venue for our special day. Alex was our coordinator and she did an absolutely amazing job making sure our day ran smoothly. We were on schedule the whole night, she helped fix my bustle when it broke, and she made sure we sat down to eat dinner! Dream Wedding Venue!
The Red Barn at Outlook Farm was an absolute DREAM of a wedding venue! From the very first time we saw pictures of it online, we knew it was the right place for us. The space is absolutely gorgeous, and quite literally every single vendor we hired who had worked with the Red Barn in the past said to us, "Oh my gosh, I absolutely LOVE doing weddings there, they are SO on the ball!". It felt so great to know that we were in good hands. Emily was our coordinator and we absolutely love her. Super professional and friendly, she was the epitome of patience as I walked her through my ridiculous decor sketches at our final meeting, and leading up to the day she always responded to my questions thoroughly and quickly. When the forecast was threatening rain for our day, Emily was completely calm and assured me that the rain plan would be just as great (fortunately, we ended up with absolutely perfect weather!). We had SO many guests gush about how incredibly beautiful the space was and about the phenomenal staff. Every single staff member was kind, thoughtful and attentive -- they completely took care of us! We even had hors d'oeuvres delivered to the bridal suite after the ceremony, which was extremely appreciated when it took 20 minutes to bustle my dress (and by the way, Emily saved the day by helping with that too when the bustle was proving to be a difficult endeavor for my bridal party). Incredible Experience
Alex and the entire team at Red Barn made our wedding dreams come true. From answering all of our questions leading up to the big day, to keeping everyone under control before, during and after the ceremony. Alex allowed us to have a stress-free wedding day and was so accommodating to all of our needs. Perfection
Absolute perfection! That’s the best way to summarize our wedding at the Red Barn. It exceeded our expectations. From the very first time we stepped inside, we could see our dream wedding coming to life. It’s breathtakingly beautiful, the food was delicious, and we loved that there was space for every type of wedding guest.
Alex was BEYOND incredible and executed our vision better than we ever could have imagined!! She was so supportive, flexible, and a calming presence throughout the planning process. She did an excellent job communicating with our guests and vendors to ensure things ran smoothly and checked in with us multiple times throughout the night to see how we were doing.
Every single staff member was kind, thoughtful, and professional. When we went through our photobooth guestbook, we found such a sweet surprise: the last page was a picture from the staff with their well wishes. We cannot say enough positive things about our entire experience and recommend the Red Barn to anyone looking for a wedding venue! -

Our wedding at the Red Barn was perfect!! Alex was incredibly organized and kept us informed and on-track throughout the wedding planning process and on the day of. Her attention to detail is part of the reason why I would recommend using the Red Barn. The Red Barn itself was also phenomenal, with great décor (add the bistro lights if possible, they’re well worth the cost) and good food. All of our guests went home very happy. I would definitely recommend the Red Barn at Outlook Farm (and Alex) to anyone I know that is planning a wedding! -

Best barn-style venue in NE
This is the best barn venue we came across in all of New England. It is so beautiful on the inside you don't really need much in the way of decoration. The food was great so no need to figure out catering. Emily Francoeur was our coordinator and she was the absolute best thing about the venue. She had every situation under control I did not worry about a thing the entire day. She communicated so well with every vendor we had, created the entire timeline for the day, and was around whenever we needed her. If you choose this venue I recommend you seek her out to be your coordinator. She thought of things I didn't even consider. The absolute best!
The only downside to the venue was waiting for some photo/video shots to be clear of cars since there was a road nearby. Also, the bridal room could use an A/C or at least a fan in there. Other than that, great venue! -

Alex, Jessica, and the entire red barn team were simply Amazing from start to finish! Our original wedding date was spring 2020, so you can imagine the stress and anxiety we had with navigating the beginning of Covid and rescheduling etc. Even though a pandemic was completely new to wedding vendors at the time, the red barn kept us updated every step of the way, and had an alternative solution to everything. They were incredibly professional and it was SO clear that they were determined to make our day the best day of our lives, and they absolutely 100% succeeded! Alex was incredibly organized and responsive through the whole process. And the day-of was flawless! Alex was right there at any point of the day, made sure we both had drinks to sip on, gently let us know of the time and when we should be moving on etc. She was just fantastic! We worked with Alex over the course of two years given all our delays, and I feel like she became a friend to us. And I could see how much she enjoys her job. She’s so good at it! I cannot recommend Alex and the red barn enough. Our wedding was an absolute dream!!! Thank you red barn!! -

Amazing Venue!
We cannot say enough good things about the Red Barn! The venue itself is stunning and the staff was amazing to work with throughout the entire planning process. We received so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was! The wood beams and large mantles really make the space stand out. We also loved that there was an option for guests to spend their time inside or outside on the covered patio during cocktail hour. The venue provides a coordinator for the wedding day and our coordinator Emily was simply outstanding! She was organized, responsive to all our questions and really brought my vision to life. She truly made our whole wedding planning process stress-free! Emily made sure the timeline of the day went as planned and it was so nice not to worry about those details the day of the wedding. Even our guests commented on how attentive she was the entire night. She really made our day a success and cannot thank her enough! We would recommend the Red Barn to anyone looking for a place to celebrate their wedding day! -

I got engaged December 2019, two weeks later I visited the barn and knew this was where I wanted to say “I Do” shortly after Emily was my coordinator, she reached out and always kept me well informed about what was going on, then the pandemic hit, without hesitation Emily kept me updated every step, helped me make my wedding date perfect! The day before and day of couldn’t have gone smoother, I gave Emily my decor and she brought my vision to life! I had so many compliments on the venue, the food, and the people. I can’t say enough, how perfect my entire day was. Emily and The Red Barn staff, made me feel like a VIP that day! The Red Barn was hands-down the best decision we made for our wedding. It's a great value as the package price is inclusive of fees, taxes, and gratuity, which also made it incredibly easy to budget for. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful. The ballroom was gorgeous and needed minimal decorations. The patio area was so great to have and we had guests utilizing it to mingle throughout cocktail hour and after dinner. The garden area was also great and gave kids an area to run around without being a disturbance for the rest of the guests. The food was delicious and the drinks were great. Most importantly, the service was amazing. Alex was our coordinator and she made everything so easy! We booked pre-COVID, but when the pandemic hit, she kept us updated on all the restrictions and gave us great advice along the way. She answered every question we had and she was so attentive on the wedding day itself. Every time we needed something, she took care of it, from moving guests to a different table to avoid drama just a couple hours before the wedding to making sure we had drinks ready for us at our sweetheart table. She worked with all of our vendors to make sure everything went smoothly, including taking us and our photographers on a golf cart to get sunset pictures after dinner. So many of our guests came up to us and said it was the best wedding they had ever been to and that they loved the venue. The Red Barn made the wedding of our dreams possible and we would absolutely recommend them. -

The Red Barn was everything we asked for and more. Leading up to the wedding (pre-COVID), Alex worked with us to answer all questions and make sure we were well taken care of. Without hesitation she replied kindly and professionally to my many, many questions. Once COVID struck, we were concerned with the idea of our big day being cancelled without being given any other options - as we had heard happened with other couples at different venues. This was not at all our experience - again, Alex worked tirelessly to make sure the decision we made was one that we wanted and felt most confident in. We ultimately chose to keep our wedding date and cut of guest list down significantly. From the second we made that decision to the wedding day - the team at Red Barn made sure everything was taken care and seamless. Alex, Emily and the rest or the Red Barn team truly made sure our day was everything we had dreamed of - despite all the changes. We cannot recommend this place more! One of the biggest reasons we loved the Red Barn was the all-inclusive price, including tax and gratuity, so that we knew what our cost would be upfront and we didn't have to worry about hidden costs. It was made even better by the outstanding beauty of the venue and the highly skilled staff which made sure our night went smoothly. One more major plus: the kitchen is equipped to serve any guests with food restrictions, and they make safety their highest priority. My guests with food allergies raved about how they were treated impeccably. We highly recommend the Red Barn for any couple! -

We can't say enough good things about the Red Barn! Every step of the way, from our initial venue visit to our food tasting to the big day itself, the staff and organizers at the Red Barn were professional, easy to work with and helped make a sometimes overwhelming process very manageable. Carlee, our wedding planner, was efficient, organized and really great at giving little bits of advice and tid bits about what to expect and how to make the day as fun as possible with minimal stress. The entire team did so many things behind the scenes to make the day a success. The other thing we loved about working with them, is they have a real sense of how the day can flow in order to maximize the things that are important to you. For us that meant keeping cocktails and dinner on time to give us more time for music, dancing and a special set of Irish music with family members at the end of the night. We'd recommend the Red Barn to anyone and everyone!

The Red Barn is seriously a dream! My parents actually discovered it and as soon as we went to visit it we fell in love and knew we had to get married there. Carlee was our wedding planner and she was nothing short of amazing through the entire process. She is so organized and not a single detail is not attended to which was perfect because my mother and I are extremely detail oriented and like to get things done in advance. The venue itself is beautiful on it's own, but also provides the perfect setting for any type of decor style you could want. The food is also that of a 5 star restaurant, and the service staff are the best in the business hands down. We could not have imagined a more amazing wedding day and I can honestly say that not a SINGLE thing wasn't short of perfect. We cannot thank the Red Barn and Carlee enough helping to make our dream wedding come true! -

Best Choice!
We chose The Red Barn at Outlook Farm as our wedding venue due to the simplistic charm, cleanliness and beauty of the property. The modern barn’s stunning architecture allows a minimalistic approach to additional décor. We received a lot of comments from our guests on how beautiful the facility was. The Red Barn’s inclusive packages of catering, tables, chairs, linens and a ceremony location allowed for a cost effective and reduced stress planning process knowing these items did not require coordination with an outside vendor. In addition, The Red Barn assisted in coordination of the outside vendors, including the DJ, Videographer, Florist and Bakery to make sure every minor detail was addressed. For every event, the Red Barn assigns an in-house coordinator. We were assigned Alex, who was excellent! She clearly has a lot of experience in the wedding business, is passionate about what she does, and takes pride in her work. She was extremely responsive with all communication during the planning process and accommodated all our needs. Our parents continue to comment on how on top of everything Alex was during our wedding, making sure every detail was addressed and the day ran smoothly. She is a major asset to the venue, and we were so pleased to have worked with her. The Red Barn at Outlook Farm was clearly the right choice for our special day and we couldn’t be happier with their service. -

We hosted a winter wedding reception at the Red Barn on Outlook Farm in January 2019. Our event couldn’t have been more flawless. The space is just as nice as the pictures show. However, it’s the service & logistics that really impress. When our guests arrived, The Red Barn on Outlook Farm had everything ready. Bartenders & wait-staff were excellent. During the cocktail hour, drinks were served quickly & appetizer trays got instantly refilled. At dinner, everyone was served at the same time & plates were cleared with efficiency.
We can’t say enough about Carlee & the entire staff for making our reception completely stress free. I never once had to worry about Carlee & the team not meeting expectations throughout the entire planning process. We’d highly recommend this venue in Maine! -

I love, love, love The Red Barn at Outlook Farm! I just got married this past weekend and when I say it was the best day of my life, I truly mean it. I've had a vision about how I wanted my wedding to be, look, feel, and everything else for so long and I don't think it would have been possible if I hadn't chosen The Red Barn. I wanted a rustic yet elegant wedding for awhile and this location gives you just that. I'm so lucky I came across it online and after taking a tour of it, I knew immediately I had to book it. In fact, I didn't even bother looking anywhere else. It was perfect. The timeless yet modern elegance of the woodwork, the decor, the stone fireplaces, the beautiful veranda, the high ceilings that go on forever adorned with charming chandeliers - the place speaks for itself. It comes complete with two full bars, beautiful and clean bathrooms, a bridal suite, and both indoor and outdoor space for your ceremony. I had my ceremony inside and the speed at which the staff flipped the room during cocktail hour to transform it into an amazing space for my reception was unreal. The property is so beautiful and gave us so many backdrops for stunning photos. The food is top notch, the staff is impeccable in everything they do, they're professional yet fun and sweet. I cannot say enough about Alli Bicknell; she's one of two coordinators that you're given when you book the venue. The level of organization and knowledge that she has is impressive. She was AMAZING. I could contact her about anything, being the crazy stressed bride I was, and she was so responsive, sweet, positive, and most of all, patient. She never once made me feel like I was a burden, a bother, or ridiculous in any of my questions or concerns. She had all of the timing and coordination with the vendors nailed down and she allowed for my wedding day itself to flow so smoothly without a hitch. I felt like I connected with her so much and she was such an important part of my day. I'm so happy I was paired with her and got to share my experiences with her because not only is she incredible at her job, she makes you feel so comfortable and at ease. It was as though I had a best friend there guiding me every step of the way. She is truly skilled and perfect at what she does. I had the best experience at Red Barn, from my wedding day itself to my meeting with Alli, to our food tasting, our initial tour, our rehearsal, and everything in-between. They really think of everything and make your wedding day easy and exactly as you want it. It's a beautiful place in every way imaginable. -

The Red Barn at Outlook Farm could not have been more perfect location for my now husband and I to get married. We had an original guest list of 180 and ended up with about 160 guests. The venue was perfect for our large party! After choosing the Red Barn we were given a "day of coordinator" This was Alli. Alli was amazing! She helped us schedule our tasting, answered all my questions in the months leading up to the wedding, and then made sure our day ran smoothly. The food was amazing, and our guests had nothing but good things to say about their meals and service. We would highly recommend the Red Barn to any couple!! -

From the moment I walked into the Red Barn during out venue search, I knew it was the spot where we would be getting married. Carlee is one of the best in the business and I am forever grateful that she was our wedding coordinator and was there to guide us through every single step during this journey. She treated us like we were the only couple she was working with and created an environment which we felt 100% confident and comfortable about our wedding. Throughout the planning process, Alli responded quickly to all of our emails and always had an answer for each question we had! We met with her multiple times while planning, and she made an otherwise overwhelming and new process VERY easy to coordinate and plan with her suggestions and recommendations. Her experience in the planning world is remarkably evident and we cannot say enough about how extraordinary she is! Our wedding day was FLAWLESS! We left all of the decorations in labeled boxes and Alli worked her magic and the venue was beautiful! Our guests are still raving about the food - it was even better than at the tastings! Our pictures are stunning because the grounds at the venue are beautiful with so many different photo options! If we had to do it all over again, we would come right back here! The Red Barn at Outlook Farm was where my fairytale day happened and where those who made the dream come true work. In addition, I will say that our wedding in January 2017 had a unique component. One of the members of the wedding party was a political celebrity, who required a security detail. Alli and her staff accommodated the unique requests of the secret service and made sure our wedding party member got to relax and enjoy the day with his family.

We got married at the Red Barn on 9/30/16 and it was one of the most amazing days of my life! I knew the moment I walked into this place that this was where I was going to get married, I completely fell in love.
We worked with Jeseca when deciding on the venue, she was super helpful and so nice. Answered all of our questions and just made us feel comfortable. Alli was our wedding coordinator and she was PERFECT! She answered any crazy questions that I had, never made me feel like I was asking too many questions. We dropped off all the decorations the day before the wedding and for the most part, let her know our vision and she executed it flawlessly. I was so blown away when I saw the venue the day of the wedding. I even mentioned that I loved cider donuts and was thinking of having them as a dessert and she recommended an amazing bakery where we ended up ordering them from.
They gave us golf passes for the guys to golf the day before the wedding. The weather was kind of iffy the week of the wedding and I was really nervous since we were having our ceremony outside. Allli completely calmed my nerves and in the end everything worked out and the weather was perfect.
The entire staff at the Red Barn was hands down the best of the best! The food was out of this world and we had all of our guests commenting on how stunning the place was, how amazing the food was and just how amazing the entire staff was. Alli and our server always made sure that me and my husband had everything we needed.
I could go on and on about this place, they literally made my dreams come true and we had the most amazing day of our lives. I am just so sad that the day is over, I joked about wanting to celebrate my anniversary there just so I could go back and relive that night! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being so amazing!!

Caitlin Sent on 07/05/2016Where do I begin, The Red Barn is wonderful! We had the most amazing wedding day but also a seamless planning period because of them. Alli is wonderful and an incredible at her job. She was always an email or phone call away with a question or idea and always so quick to respond and willing to give me her feedback from her experience which was so helpful. My entire family felt like the staff at The Red Barn was part of our family, between quick visits to just "see the venue," to lunch at the tavern, mother's day brunch, and to a 30 person round of golf the day before the wedding, we couldn't get enough of them!
We were lucky enough to be the only wedding the weekend of ours, and Alli allowed us to come by on Thursday to help set up. When we walked in, the barn was completely done and it brought me to tears. They were so accommodating and helpful to let us come in on Thursday, had music playing and it turned out to be a wonderful afternoon.
The day of our wedding couldn't have gone better. Alli had everything under control and even saved my husband and I some late night sliders as we never left the dance floor to get some.
I can't thank you all enough for helping give us the wedding of our dreams. My family and I are forever grateful and will be back for many more lunches, brunches and rounds of golf in the future.
