    A Gem of a Venue with Heartwarming Hospitality

    My name is Cindi Sanden, and I recently had the pleasure of working alongside Derek Kukura to plan an event for Keep Soddy-Daisy Beautiful, held at the stunning Cedar Hills Farm. I cannot praise this venue and its co-owner, Lindey Goodrich, enough for their exceptional service, making our experience truly unforgettable.

    From the very beginning, Lindey and the Cedar Hills Farm team demonstrated unparalleled professionalism and dedication to our event's success. Their communication was prompt, clear, and always helpful, ensuring that every aspect of our planning process was seamless and stress-free.

    Although our event did not utilize the outdoor spaces due to the winter season, the beauty and potential of these areas left a lasting impression on us. Cedar Hills Farm boasts breathtaking outdoor settings that I can only imagine would add a magical touch to any wedding or event.

    Inside, the venue offered everything we could possibly need. While we didn't use the bridal suite or groom's area for our event, it was clear that these spaces are thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and elegance for special moments. The indoor areas we did use were warm, welcoming, and perfectly suited to our gathering, with top-notch kitchen facilities that catered to our needs flawlessly.

    Lindey Goodrich's personal touch and genuine care for our event made us feel like part of the Cedar Hills Farm family. This level of personal investment and commitment to excellence is what sets Cedar Hills Farm apart as not just a venue, but a partner in creating memorable experiences.

    For anyone seeking a venue that combines natural beauty, exceptional facilities, and a team that goes above and beyond to make your day special, Cedar Hills Farm is the place. We are immensely grateful to Lindey and the team for their support and can't wait for future opportunities to work together.

    Amazing Venue

    This venue was absolutely perfect!! The owner was very nice and helpful with any questions we had throughout the day. It had plenty of room inside and outside for our guests to socialize including games and a fire pit area. The bridal suite and groom suite were awesome too and spaced away from each other so the bride and groom could exit if needed before the ceremony. The property is absolutely gorgeous and perfect for pictures!!! Highly recommend!!

    James, the owner, literally did everything to make this day my perfect dream! I couldn’t be happier. It’s been over two weeks and I’m still dreaming about how perfect everything was for our special day. James helped out with everything and is extremely professional. He met with us multiple times before the wedding to make sure everything was just perfect for us. I had friends who love the venue so much they wanted to use it for reunions or hosting an adult prom just to go back!! There was plenty of space and the bridal suite is beautiful!! I seriously could go on forever - best decision we made was choosing The Ranch on Denali as our venue!

    Terrible new owners

    When we booked cedar hills farm we were so excited! The owners were great! They offered so much and were willing to help with vendor suggestions and everything else! We were told , and our contract said they would set the tables, chairs, bar, cake table, etc. up for us the week of all we had to do was tell them how many, where, all that good stuff. Unfortunately the venue changed owners about 2 months before our big day, and the new owners were unprofessional and rude. I had to wait over an hour one day to drop off our final payment, after setting the time up with her days in advance. She told me through text to put the cash in her mailbox instead. Because it’s totally logical to leave $1000 in cash in a mailbox of someone you’ve never met without being able to get a receipt in return. No thank you. Her husband was so rude when we got there Friday and were short 4 tables and several chairs from the form we sent the week before. Nothing was set up and he refused to move anything and tried to refuse to bring the extra tables and chairs. Thankfully we had a wonderful wedding party that helped set up things and helped unload the tables and him chairs the owners did not want to provide. Our day still turned out wonderful, but to save yourself stress don’t use this venue
