My daughter didn’t want to travel to far from Agawam and wasn’t even sure what she wanted. As soon as we met with Angie up at the Ranch we were sold. The grounds are beautiful, the buildings gorgeous and we had the flexibility of having the ceremony right outside the barn area or on the patio overlooking the golf course. When we went back to book, Angie had asked my daughter if she ever thought of a winter wedding. She explained how cocktail hour could take place in their pub, as it was shut down for the season, how the entire place could be ours. SOLD! Every detail and vision my daughter had came true with Angie and the entire staff at The Ranch.

The food choices were amazing. We highly recommend the mini grilled cheese and tomato soup shooters as one of the appetizers. The food choices are setup as a buffet and moved seamlessly, all of our guests complimented us on it. Our food choices were incredible and they were very flexible with us, as we did have guest with food allergies.

The barn itself with the chandeliers makes this a standout from other barn type weddings. The rich wood tables, which are mixed with rectangular and round tables, added a uniqueness that we had never seen before.

The bridal sweet is an entire house! Plenty of space for all the bridesmaids, moms, hair and makeup professionals. I highly recommend getting the butler service package which comes with continental breakfast and lunch. The bride and bridesmaids were all relaxed and enjoyed the morning with delicious food and mimosas!

On a more personal note, as the mother of the bride, I was so worried about every detail: the table centerpieces , the placement of seating charts, the sweetheart table decorations, the memory table, the time line, the bar, the vendors, etc. I wanted everything to be perfect for my daughter. What makes the Ranch different isn’t the beautiful grounds or gorgeous barn or bridal suit, which don’t get me wrong were amazing! It is the staff which makes it truly the best place ever. The wedding coordinator Angie, along with her entire staff, in my opinion, is what made my daughter’s wedding the most memorable day ever. I am forever grateful for how each and every person at the ranch made us feel like family and made this day one we will cherish forever.

As all couples do, finding a venue can be one of the most challenging tasks when planning a wedding. If you at all are considering The Ranch, I would highly recommend it. Angie is a professional among professionals in what she does to assist in coordination of one’s wedding day. If you are anything like myself and now husband and value food, the food provided by the Ranch is absolutely phenomenal, every guest was very pleased. Our day on 9/20/2025 was an absolute dream, I cannot think of any hiccups or mistakes whatsoever. Down to the details of having an assistant with me or reachable at all hours of the day was a touch I didn’t know I needed but was extremely helpful. When I think of what I imagined a wedding to be, the reality was even better. Consider the ranch as your wedding venue, you will not regret it!

My husband and I got married at the Ranch in May 2025. Our guests still rave about the food, venue, and service that the Ranch provided. The venue is stunning and the food is amazing. Beyond that, the service is everything we could've asked for and more. Working with Angie and her staff was one of the best parts of booking at the Ranch. Angie is incredible and she made every part of wedding planning fun and not stressful. She is very transparent and answered any questions we had along the way. Booking with the Ranch is the best decision we made in our wedding planning era.

We got married 06/20/25 and had our dream wedding at the Ranch. I cannot say enough good things about Angelica and her team. She was responsive, reassuring and listened so well to any concerns or questions I had, as well as to my vision. She executed our wedding day exactly, if not better than we imagined. Her and her team even went above and beyond to help ensure my elderly grandmother was comfortable throughout the whole event!
Our wedding day was absolutely stress free because Angelica and her team TRUELY took care of everything. The venue is stunning and the food is great! Our guests were blown away throughout the night. We are so happy we chose the Ranch for our big day and have zero regrets! Choose the Ranch if you also want to have an amazing wedding day!

We could not have been happier to have our June 2025 wedding at The Ranch Golf Club. Angie and the rest of her staff were amazing and so professional from the start of the planning process. Angie was so accommodating with us living out of state from the venue, and was always willing to set up video or phone calls to discuss details! The venue was stunning and exactly what we pictured for our big day - Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful the barn was! The service throughout our wedding day was incredible, everything ran so smoothly and it was the most perfect day. We cannot thank Angie and her staff enough for making our wedding day so special!

Angie and her team at the Ranch made our wedding day the absolute best. When we first stepped foot at the Ranch, we knew it was the spot. We just had that feeling. After meeting with Angie, we were amazed at how great of a coordinator and planner she is. She was the absolute best from the first meeting all the way through the wedding day. We were so lucky to have her to guide us. So on top of everything, super responsive, and very helpful. She made our day perfect and we can't thank her enough.

I could not recommend having your wedding day at The Ranch more! Angie, our wedding coordinator, was absolutely fantastic and truely exceeded our expectations for our special day! She made sure that everything we imagined came to life! She was there with us every step of the way to support our dream wedding and made sure that no one would get in the way of our special day! I seriously could never thank her enough! The venue itself is absolutely breath taking and the addition of the chandeliers made it that much more magical! The food was incredible and all of our guests have been raving about how amazing everything was!

I highly recommend this venue, as Angelica and the rest of her staff ensured that my wife and I would have the most amazing wedding. Angelica was there every step of the way meeting all of our needs big and small without hesitation.

From top to bottom, both the ceremony courtyard and the pavilion were everything my wife and I could imagine and more. The pavilion stands out from any other venue we visited, as its rustic look falls hand in hand with class and top of the line table setting and decor courtesy of Angelica’s business Theng Creations.

You will not be disappointed when you book your special day at the Ranch, I know we weren’t!

Words can't describe our gratitude for Angie and the Ranch Golf Club team! We were first attracted to this venue for its price--renting out the Ranch for our wedding was significantly cheaper than many other similar venues (and it included more things; ex. all the twinkle lights and drapery we would have to pay extra for at other places). However, what really stood out throughout this process for us was the incredible staff. Angie was patient and kind, bearing with us through every changed decision and request; she was flexible in meeting our needs and worked so hard day-of to make everything run perfectly smoothly! Angie's team of Abby, Bryan, Amanda, and Chef Steve were also fantastic...they treated us like celebrities all weekend making sure that we were taken care of at all times. All guests kept commenting on how smoothly and effortlessly our wedding ran, and all that was thanks to Angie and her team for all their behind-the-scenes work. We couldn't more highly recommend the Ranch to anyone interested! We will be back for all our events in the future.

I truly cannot express how amazing our wedding was and it was all thanks to Angelica and the staff at The Ranch. Angelica is superior at her job, she was incredibly quick to respond with any questions we had, she is kind and thoughtful, so easy to work with and really made us feel special. Angelica also has a keen eye for decoration and our room was breathtaking. The food was beyond delicious and our friends and family are still raving about our wedding well over a year later. The process was made so easy that I would be quick to relive it all again if I could. I did not find planning a wedding in the least bit stressful because Angelica took care of it all. The day we had to make all of our decisions was filled with laughter and a few signature cocktails. I will forever be so grateful for the wonderful day we were given.

From beginning to end it was perfect, our guest love it, great food customer service and I highly recommend it, Angelic and Bonnie were Great!

I cannot say ENOUGH about the Ranch Golf Club!! Literally, this was the absolute perfect wedding venue for our big day. We weren't sure about getting married on a "golf course", but honestly from the pictures I've seen of our day you cannot even tell. The beautiful original barn that is on the grounds is amazing. We were going for a rustic themed wedding and it matched our ideas perfectly. Speaking of perfect, the wedding coordinator Bonnie, is another huge plus to add to this venue. She is remarkable!!!! From day one of looking for venues and meeting her, we left their knowing that this was going to be our spot. Bonnie went above and beyond answering all of our million questions and responding to emails right away, even during the busy wedding seasons! We met with her multiple times, and she encouraged us to come check out other weddings that were set up so we could get a feel of how the barn looked all set up. The first one we checked out, we were in awe!! From that day we couldn't have been more excited to really start the planning process. Bonnie helped us every step of the way with helpful ideas and suggestions! During the Spring, the Ranch hosts a big tasting event filled with their preferred vendors and that's how we booked our photo booth as well as DJ, it was so helpful and not to mention, the food is DELICIOUS!! There are so many great choices to choose from and seasonal options it was tough to decide, but Bonnie let us come in for our own private tasting where we got to choose the choices we wanted to try to narrow down our decisions. Fast forward to the wedding, everything ran so smoothly and was flawless. I would not have changed one thing! The Ranch has its own bridal suite for the girls to get ready in as early as needed which was a big relief because our wedding party had 6 bridesmaids so we had ample time to get ready. I was so calm all morning and day leading up to the ceremony all thanks to Bonnie!!! She had everything running on time, and made sure we were all ready, and helped everyone be where they were supposed to during photos and during cocktail hour. She also coordinates with all of the vendors and is so organized! I could keep writing on and on about how fantastic Bonnie is and the Ranch because my husband and I are so extremely happy with how our day turned out. Our guests kept commenting on how beautiful the venue was and how great the food was. It is a homey feel when you are inside the barn and it's a very intimate & romantic setting. Once you meet Bonnie, you will love her sweet, funny, calming and enthusiastic personality which swayed our decision on the spot to choose this venue. The staff helps set up the tables and your decorations, and every worker that we met at The ranch is just fantastic and you can tell they really all love what they do in playing a role to make your wedding come to life! Thanks to Bonnie and all at The Ranch, our dream wedding came true and it would not have been so perfect if it were not for them! If you are looking for an affordable, rustic, barn wedding that will be amazing in every aspect, The Ranch Golf Club is your place and Bonnie is your go-to "Chaos Coordinator"!!

The venue was absolutely beautiful and the staff was great. Bonnie was the coordinator and was very easy to work with and ensured all of our needs were met.

My husband and I loved the Ranch! I knew the moment we walked in that it was the place! Bonnie made everything so easy and she always remembered us every time we went in! The day of was seemless and amazing!! 100% recommend them to anyone!

After an exhaustive venue search, the final place we looked at was The Ranch. We originally shied away from the country club setting, as we wanted something more classic New England. The Ranch was that, and so much more! The barn was STUNNING and the perfect size for our reception of around 90 people. Bonnie was an absolute pleasure to work with. Throughout the entire process, she promptly answered our many questions and repeatedly set our minds at ease. Also the food was outstanding and the staff was extremely friendly and very attentive. The setting allowed our photographer ample scenery to work with and while it did rain, we did not notice a single drop. The simple elegance of The Ranch created the perfect backdrop to the best night of our lives!! Cannot recommend having your wedding here enough.

My husband and I were married at The Ranch Golf Club in June and it was honestly the perfect venue for our relatively small (~100 guests) wedding. The price was very reasonable for the area and the food was absolutely outstanding! Months later our guests are still talking about how great the short ribs were!! We had hoped for an outdoor ceremony, but a last-minute rain shower changed those plans! The staff at The Ranch quickly moved all of our decorations inside and made the space look more beautiful than I could have imagined. They even sent covered golf carts to shuttle my bridesmaids and I from where we were getting ready to the barn. However, the absolute best feature of the venue is their event coordinator Bonnie. I cannot even count the number of times I said “I love Bonnie!” throughout our wedding planning process. She is absolutely spectacular and went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and make any special accommodations that we requested. That woman deserves a raise! I don’t know how anyone plans a wedding without “a Bonnie”. We love you!! <3

Celebrating our way and had our ceremony here as well and the weather could not have been any more perfect ! The inside is stunning and the outdoors is the perfect place to set up and decorate to entertain everyone ! The food here is the best food I have had at any wedding the menu is wonderful there is so many options for appetizer station the dessert station was a big hit as well ! Everyone was wonderful and accommodating and you have the Farm house to get ready in thats just a few steps away from the reception super big and roomy for the morning of to get ready with all the girls ! The foliage here is beautiful as well .... The pricing here is extremely affordable included all the linens and napkins and food was delicious couldn't have had a more perfect day here ! Absolutely beautiful here !

We recently had our wedding at The Ranch Golf Club and it was fantastic! Our guests raved about how delicious all of the food was and how beautiful the property and barn were! The Ranch is certainly a gem, especially if you are looking for a rustic and country feel to your wedding. Throughout the wedding process we worked with Bonnie, who is absolutely wonderful! She is responsive, organized, enthusiastic and so much more! She made the whole process so simple and enjoyable! We were so happy that we found this location/venue and that we got to work with such an incredible event director. I would highly recommend this venue if you are looking to have a rustic wedding!

We got married August 20th, 2011 and it was fantastic! The grounds here are beautiful and the staff here was amazing. Maria put all my worries at ease and the day went off perfectly. Everyone literally said it was the best wedding they have ever been to! We had our ceremony outside in their courtyard, then the cocktail hour was in the same place. The reception was inside the barn and it was beautiful, no decorations needed. The barn has sides that opened up and was air conditioned too so it was very comfortable, even with 100+ people dancing! The food was delicious and the set up of everything flowed very well. I really liked that guests could go in and out of the barn into the courtyard and not feel segregated. The weather was awesome so we were able to have our bar and buffet set up outside. The bridal suite was a little house next door to the barn and it was ours all day. My girls and I were able to get ready there and then the guys joined us after our first look photos and after the ceremony. If you want a perfect wedding and a place that puts your mind at ease and covers all the little details, then this is definitely it!

We had our wedding here last week and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience. First off, Bonnie was absolutely amazing. Obviously this is a stressful time for a couple, but she made it as seamless and straightforward as possible. She walked us through each step, was open and honest about our options, and helped us design our dream wedding. They are very lucky to have her on board! The venue itself is stunning. We had our ceremony outside then moved into the barn for the reception, and we received tons of compliments from our guests about how beautiful it all looked. They had some decorations they'd used in the past which they graciously let us borrow, but also let us bring in our own touches as well. Lastly, the food - delicious! They accommodated dietary restrictions and the children we had attending, and the buffet was great. I've heard people say they forget to eat during their wedding, well both of us ate our entire plate! The food was too good not to. At the end of the day, we would 100% recommend Bonnie / The Ranch to anyone who asked about where they should have their big day - A+ all around!

The Ranch Golf Club is a spectacular wedding venue. It is beautiful, reasonably priced, and has an awesome staff. Angie the wedding coordinator is super kind and flexible, and she seemingly has endless energy. The assistant staff is very friendly, and the chef makes excellent food.
One example of the exemplary service is how they handled potential bad weather. Our ceremony was supposed to be in the courtyard adjacent to the barn, but there was a surplus of ice present there 2 weeks before (March wedding). To deal with this, Angie offered us the patio next to the 1st tee for FREE, even though it is normally significantly more expensive. We happily took our deal, especially since the view there is gorgeous. She also let us wait until 2 days before to officially decide if we wanted to do the ceremony indoors or outdoors. Crazy flexible.
The day of our wedding, Angie and the staff worked their magic behind the scenes to make our day perfect. They made sure that everyone was taken care of and allowed us to be worry free and really enjoy every moment.
Between the location, the enchanting reception hall, and the incredible staff, we couldn’t think of a better place to get married.

The ranch is a perfect location for a New England Barn wedding. Dino the general manager was very very flexible and helpful, quite a wonderful person in general. He truly made our day just that much more spectacular along with highly professional staff. The food was amazing and the decor of the barn was just gorgeous. The farmhouse on the property is suited for bridal party for the preparation and it was wonderful being able to be there all day and not worry about anything because I was already on site. My day was absolutely perfect and the Ranch made that possible.

We absolutely loved The Ranch. It was everything we dreamed of. Bonnie was the most accommodating person to work with and she didn't miss a beat. She always got back to me right away and knew exactly what I was looking for. My guest are still ranting and raving about how much fun they had at The Ranch.
