Our experience with Little Hills was amazing.
After a frustrating few months of talking to venues who were rude, unresponsive, and whose costs were vastly different from their websites, we finally found Little Hills Ranch on WeddingWire. When we reached out to them, they were immediately responsive, friendly, helpful, and were absolutely transparent in their costs. Everything on their website is true! When we toured the venue, we fell in love with the beautiful nature setting and the really nice reception tent and other facilities.
Lindsey worked with us to plan a wedding in just 4 months of time from the date we booked the venue. She was incredibly helpful in guiding us in the areas we needed help with, and also allowing for our own vision and ideas to come true. Lindsey and her team worked behind the scenes with all of our vendors and made sure that absolutely nothing slipped through the cracks. We were also so pleased that Little Hills has all of the furniture and table settings themselves, and that we didn't have to get any separate rentals.
When the day of the wedding came, I was beyond amazed by how well Lindsey and her team handled everything. They set up all of the furniture, decorations, etc. and all we had to do was show up. We had an incredible time and knew everything was in good hands.
Little Hills Ranch was our absolute dream venue. There is not a single thing I would change. I will recommend them to EVERYONE. Thank you, Lindsey, for everything you did!!

Lindsey and her team were extremely responsive to all our questions and made sure to be available for us when wanted to visit the site. The venue itself was beautiful - even though it was going through some renovations a couple months before our wedding date, Lindsey made sure to send us updates and let us know what it'd look like. Never did we feel stressed or worried about our venue. She even took care of some of the decor and communications between our vendors, including our photographers and caterer. We did both the reception and ceremony at Little Hills - parking was no issue with the Little Hill's parking lot that fit 200 guests. Got many compliments from our guests how beautiful the wedding was. We highly recommend Little Hills! -

Amazing Venue and Wedding Service Company
We got to be the first event for Palmdale Estate Events at the Ranch at Little Hills...they have been in the business for a long time but just recently added this venue to their portfolio. As it was new we were a bit worried....No need. Clare and Lindsey were amazing. Helping with details we didn't even know to ask. It was clear they were experienced and professional. The wedding day went down without a hitch. Everything went perfectly. The venue was set up perfectly and looked amazing. Claire was there every step of the way. Constantly reminding us where we needed to be and what the next steps were. All our venders, which were recommended by Lindsey were amazing. The DJ...the food...everything was great. Our guests all let us know what a great time they had. Hindsight, I wouldn't change a thing. Thank you so much Clarie and Lindsey, Lindsey's Husband....and all the great staff! You rock! -

Planning a wedding during COVID was definitely a challenge, but Angie and her team were amazing. When we needed to push our wedding out a year, Angie worked with me to update the contract. Angie was an amazing day of coordinator. She kept the event on schedule, brought us drinks and snacks during photos, and made sure we had plates to eat for dinner. Unfortunately, the park is changing management companies at the end of the month, but Angie and her Basecamp team were wonderful for our wedding! -

We happened upon the Ranch to Little Hills completely by mistake, and afterwards, we did not care at all about seeing any other venues. RLH had everything we wanted and more. The food was good, the staff was on top of things and kind, and the venue is GORGEOUS. Our guests could not stop talking about it. Halfway through our wedding planning we ended up losing our wedding coordinator to another job, and RLH gave us another. Then the weather happened and the bridal suite ended up burning down. I was crazy with anxiety, but the new coordinator, Angela, she killed it and put all my stress at ease. What an amazingly wedding venue! -

Even while away on vacation she responded to emails. Everything went according to schedule and the way I had envisioned and everyone came to me and said how great the space was and how well the ceremony and reception went. -

Tiffany Sent on 05/30/2014I just came back from my honeymoon a few days ago and knew one of the first things I had to do when I got back was give this place a fantastic review. My husband and I had such an amazing experience with RLH, and we literally were smiling about how perfect our day was through the entire two-week honeymoon. First of all, through the venue we were given the most amazing wedding coordinator, Lauren Maser, and I must say she is the absolute best. Everything from the months/weeks/days/hours/minutes/seconds leading up the wedding were completely under control, there were no surprises, and I felt SO much relief knowing I had a coordinator to help oversee everything. She was so much more than just a day-of planner, she was practically my maid-of-honor and I can't imagine doing this without her. We met with her several times before the big day, not to mention clogged her inbox with questions, confirmations, and other random chit chat that she was all so responsive, helpful, and organized with. She sat with my fiancé and I for hours helping us decide patterns for Japanese lantern colors, table arrangements, flower placements, and gave us so much advice and ideas that we used to the last drop for the big day. I honestly don't know how I could have stayed so calm throughout this entire journey had it not been for her amazing support along every step of the way.
The Ranch at Little Hills is a complete gem, I loved how hidden it was, the trees and lights and tent and everything felt exactly how I always wanted it to be on my special day. The staff was kind, professional, and willing to bend over backwards to see that every detail was perfect and just as expected for the big day. We chose to have our ceremony at the Wildcat location (which is up above in the trees), and it looked absolutely stunning in May with the sun streaming through the trees.
I'm so so happy with this experience, and I would recommend this venue and of course Lauren to anyone lucky enough to have her :) -

Megan Sent on 01/31/2012We had our wedding at the Ranch at Little Hills, which we chose for a multitude of reasons, including (but not limited to) the ambiance, the professionalism of the staff, and the value. The Ranch at Little Hills is a jack-of-all-trades sort of site, but its location in the wooded hills of San Ramon give it the sort of natural beauty that my wife and I were looking for in a venue.
Our wedding coordinator (and the manager for the venue) Amy was always just a phone call away and was extremely patient when dealing with some of our last-minute freakouts. During the planning process, Amy really went out of her way to help us figure things out and offered some great insight on how we could best incorporate the plans we had for the big day. She knows how to run a tight ship and adapt to changing situations, and as a result, the wedding ran much smoother than we had anticipated.
Amy and the rest of the extremely helpful and courteous staff of the Ranch at Little Hills were always on-hand when needed and made sure that my wife and I didn't have to worry about a thing on our big day. Frankly, we're very grateful that we were able to work with Amy. Without her help, we would have turned into nervous wrecks.
Our wedding couldn't have turned out better, and all of our guests agree wholeheartedly. We're very happy we chose the Ranch at Little Hills, and we'd recommend the venue and its staff in a heartbeat. -

My (now) wife and I selected Little Hills in March 2021. That summer, the management of the venue changed, our contract was suddenly a question mark and it was highly stressful. However, Palmdale Estates Events came in and worked incredibly hard to make everything work out. They honored our previous contract and went above and beyond to make our day perfect. In the meantime, Palmdale Estates had done a few renovations on the venue that were absolutely stunning - they took a venue we loved and made it even better. They kept us in the loop about every change and even asked our opinion on a couple things, eager to make sure the venue we selected was perfect for us. Fast forward to day of, the staff was the most attentive, helpful, and just all around wonderful. They were easily accessible if we needed anything, checked in on us throughout the day, and made sure everything about our wedding ran smoothly. They helped our coordinator set up and clean up, even though that task was set to be on us. Lindsey even snagged a couple photos of our day on her phone and sent them to us so we could have glimpses of our day before we got our official photos back. I honestly cannot speak highly enough of this venue and this staff. -

Amber Sent on 11/11/2009The wedding planner was great to work with. She returned calls ASAP. The meetings with her went smoothly, and all directions I gave for my wedding day came out exactly how I asked ( table settings, staff uniform, clean grounds).
There are many food menus to choose from, good variety. Loved the food. I do recommend paying the extra charge for the glasswear, It gave the outdoor setting a touch of elegance.
