A very accommodating and quality business
With all of my wedding tasks, I hadn’t considered how far in advance I’d need to order a cake so I reached out to The Quintessential Cake quite last minute. They still happily agreed to create my dream wedding cake for me in shorter notice than usual and it came out exactly as I imagined! I found an image of a cake on instagram and was dead set on it the moment that I saw it and they made my vision come to life! I am so happy that I found this business and yes the cake was also very moist and delicious! -

Working with Victoria at The Quintessential Cake for my 10/29/2022 wedding was a great experience from start to finish! My husband and I first met with Victoria for a consultation and tasting to discuss our needs and our vision for the cake design, as well as sample her cake and filling options. Everything was so delicious, we had difficulty choosing our favorites! Once we had settled on the design and the cake/filling itself, the process was a breeze—Victoria is an excellent communicator and followed up with us for any necessary information as we got closer to the wedding day. On the day-of, Victoria arrived promptly with the cake and set it up beautifully with our topper. Everyone loved our cake and wished they could eat even more! Overall, I would highly recommend working with The Quintessential Cake for your wedding or special event. -

Victoria was such a pleasure to work with. I could not decide on my design for such a long time, she really helped us to narrow down what we wanted and we ended up with a stunning cake! She also had amazing flavors to choose from and puree's that we included with our buttercream filling between the layers. I am a wedding planner myself and I highly recommend Quintessential Cake. -

Such a wonderful company to work with!! We live in California now, and wanted to do the tasting. She was able to overnight ship the samples, and they still tasted scrumptious!
She made it easy to pick the cakes/icing/filling!! And gosh that cake was absolutely stunning. Many guests complimented how delicious the cake was, and from my experience no one ends up raving about cake! She deserves 6 stars for her work! :) -

We loved working with The Quintessential Cake for our New Years Eve wedding. Victoria brought our vision to life and made the wedding cake of our dreams! She was incredibly easy to work with, quick to respond, and flexible when I changed my mind completely on how I wanted the cake to look a few months before the big day. From the in studio tasting, the design process, payment, creation and delivery of the cake, the Quintessential Cake team was so wonderful to work with, I would highly recommend them! -

Love our cake!!
My husband and I are beyond happy with Victoria's services. The cake was gorgeous and everything we wanted. Victoria was amazing helping us narrow down a style that worked for both of us. We have guests that still comment on how beautiful and how delicious the cake was. It was hard decided on flavors because there were so many good ones at our tasting. We would highly recommend this vendor for cakes as well as her macaroons. They were a big hit at our rehearsal. -

Incredible experience
Victoria at The Quintessential Cake is the best cake designer you will find out there. She is an extreme talent. She took my wedding invitations and made my vision come to life. I had a very non traditional cake that was black and gold. It turned out stunning and all of my guests said it was the most delicious cake they have ever had. Victoria is also soo kind and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone! -

A dream come true
Words cannot express how beautiful, not to mention delicious, my wedding cake was. I had a vision, like many brides do, of the perfect cake design to match our outdoorsy barn wedding. My then fiance and I came to the tasting with a picture of a three-tier wedding cake that looked like a birch tree. Crazy enough, Victoria knew exactly who the designer was and how she would make it, so I automatically felt at ease. Now let me tell you, I'm hard to please but so is my hubby- he had it in his mind that since we are doing a fall wedding we should have pie flavored fillings...you know...apple cinnamon and a pecan pie flavored...the works...Victoria never said no but always provided guidance on flavor combinations to create the best cake ever! It ended up being perfect- omg I still dream about the cake Victoria made. Nom nom nom. The cake was an honest show-stopper- so much so that one of my guests thought it was fake because it was looked so realistic. Anyway, long story short- Victoria is amazing, her cake design and flavors are impeccable and I wouldn't have changed one thing about our experience with Quientessial. All in all- a great experience :) -

COVID wedding cake
I met Victoria at our venues vendor event, and we were able to try her cupcakes - and they were some of the best cupcakes we have ever had. Fast forward a year, and our big, dream wedding in May was affected by COVID-19. We decided to move forward with a small intimate ceremony with family so I reached out to Victoria, remembering how delicious her samples were, to see how she could help us. Victoria was not only extremely responsive, but she walked us through everything and set up a virtual meeting to start thinking about designs and flavors. From explaining my vision and colors of our original day, she drew up a sketch for a cake that was beautiful. Due to COVID, we also could not have a tasting so we described what flavors we enjoyed and she gave us a few suggestions. We decided to go with a 2-tier vanilla cake, white chocolate buttercream and raspberry preserves along with some mini cupcakes. When I picked up the cake it was absolutely beautiful! The detail that went into the design was incredible and everything, if not more, than what I imagined. And the most important part - it was so delicious. Her meringue buttercream is to die for. Everyone was raving about the cake and said it was one of the best wedding cakes they have had. We will absolutely use Victoria and quintessential cake in the future -

We were so impressed with Victoria and her work from beginning to end. Her cake tasting experience was so helpful and fun and everything was so delicious which made it hard to decide on our final flavors. We were looking for a smaller cake for a micro wedding and she was very accommodating and treated us just as if we were having a bigger traditional wedding. She gives very detailed information on her cakes, pick-up, drop-off, and lets you know all the ins and outs. Our cake turned out exactly as we had asked and envisioned. It was so tasty, all our guests enjoyed it so much so that we didn't even have any leftovers for our anniversary.
