After visiting 5 other venues and mentally committing to a Summer or Fall Wedding, we arrived at The Preserve, met with Mary on the porch, and confidently pivoted to Winter and NYE. BEST decision ever. We had the absolute greatest weekend of our lives, and got a lot of “this is the best wedding I’ve ever been to” comments (humble brag).
The Preserve, Mary, Shannon, Paul, and the staff all helped create the perfect Wedding Weekend. From the home cooked meals and everything in between; it felt like a winter weekend reunion away with all of our closest friends and family.

The Preserve was literally our dream wedding venue. From rolling beautiful fields to multiple cottages and farmhouses to accommodate guests and host events, everything we could want and need was ON SITE. People joked that it felt like upscale, adult summer camp and it fulfilled our view of an inclusive weekend with our family and friends. Mary and her team were so kind and the site has so much character. We simply cannot overstate how ideal this venue was for our wedding… and hopefully for many many others! Thank you, thank you! Can’t say enough wonderful things about the Preserve. The venue is stunning and picture perfect, the location is right near lake Chocorua, and the staff at the Preserve are so kind, thoughtful and truly go above and beyond to make your event perfect. We had the pleasure to get married at the Preserve in July and it was magical. Every step from the first tour to the day the Preserve staff supported us and helped bring our vision to life. I don’t even know if I can write this review without getting teary. The Preserve is the most wonderful venue with the most wonderful people. If you are looking for a place that is going to feel like home, and staff members that are going to treat you like family and will go above and beyond to make your day exactly as you imagined, book the Preserve. Mary is a godsend. She and her brother in law Paul helped us set up for our rehearsal, moving furniture and setting place settings exactly like I wanted, but better. Paul was under the sap house installing additional heaters to make sure our guests didn’t freeze on our frigid wedding day. The... -

We had an absolutely incredible experience having our wedding at The Preserve at Chocorua. Mary and Erica and their whole wonderful team worked with us to prepare for the various events of the weekend, then when we arrived they were consistently helpful in setting up areas for various meals and events and responding to our questions and needs as they came up. It really went a long way towards letting us just relax and enjoy all the moments with our friends and family.

We had the most wonderful wedding weekend at The Preserve! Mary, Jodi, Sam, Erica and the team made every part so easy. From accommodating our guests, to endless changes due to covid, they made our experience so effortless and special! Cleanliness and safety was obviously a priority with sanitation stations at every turn.
Mary and the team were so attentive to our needs while still giving us room to be with our family and friends.
We were so lucky to choose a venue that cared about us as a couple and our unique experience. They made us feel so special with sweet notes and thoughtful gifts along the way.

My husband and I can't recommend The Preserve at Chocorua enough. We had an incredible four days of wedding activities with our closest friends and family there over July 4th weekend, 2019.
The family who runs the venue are incredibly warm, loving, caring, generous, and helpful in any way you could possible need. They really want you to have the best time ever. We were even surprised that they left individually wrapped home-baked cookies in each guest bedroom with fresh cut flowers - what a lovely and welcoming touch for our guests!
The venue itself is picture perfect for an outdoor or indoor wedding (our outdoor wedding turned indoors due to an unexpected rainstorm). There are multiple different... -

I cannot say enough amazing things about Mary, Erica, and the rest of the staff at The Preserve. They are warm, loving, accommodating, and patient. You feel like family when you’re with them and they make the process so seamless. Their experience shines through when you’re feeling overwhelmed with planning. They provided such beautiful detail and thought of things I would have never known. You cannot go wrong having your wedding here. They provide you with a weekend full of memories that will last a lifetime. There wasn’t a single person who attended the weekend away or wedding night with us who didn’t comment about how absolutely stunning this space is. I cannot thank everybody enough. -

Our wedding would not have been as memorable and special without the incredible staff and amenities provided by The Preserve at Chocorua. This place and people have a way of making you feel like you're family and at home. The Preserve has so much to offer from the different locations onsite, accommodations, and decor. They were very responsive to my many questions leading up to our November wedding and while we were onsite they were only a phone call away. Our favorite features were the beautiful barn and vintage bar inside, the outdoor pavilion where we spent nights by the fire and the onsite bridal suite. My husband I got married at The Preserve on 11.3.18. I have been trying to find the right words to say for this review, truth is, words will never be able to explain the magic that happened that weekend, all thanks to the best venue around. From the beginning, Sam was so organized, responsive and friendly. The second we walked onto the property for the first time, we knew we wanted to get married there, the grounds are so beautifully kept, all year round, the Farmhouse, cottages, and rooms are so clean, warm and welcoming. Amazing venue!!
My husband and I got married at The Preserve August 2020. Everything about the venue was amazing! Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we elected to delay our wedding a few months - the TPC team was incredible throughout the entire re-planning process. Sam, Mary, and Erica (and the entire Preserve staff) were extremely organized and went above and beyond to make our wedding weekend run smoothly. Erica even helped us run our rehearsal the evening before and stepped in to help with so many last minute details! The grounds are absolutely magnificent throughout every season (we know this because the Preserve allowed us to make many trips to visit throughout the planning process)! Mary, Samantha, Ed, and their whole team worked tirelessly to create the most beautiful tent venue with their Sperry Sail Tent. Our family and guests are still remarking on how comfortable and accommodating the event was, especially to be able to spend a whole weekend together on The Preserve property. The Bridal Room was set up with every detail we needed to ensure a smooth time for getting ready with hair, makeup etc. The Preserve coordinated so well with all our other vendors, making it easy for the parents of the Bride to relax and enjoy every minute all weekend long. Right from the start I felt like family and not a customer, Mary is so accommodating and helpful. My husband and I chose The Preserve because we wanted a weekend event and not just one day. Obviously the place is absolutely beautiful but we loved the casual atmosphere and the fact that we could have all our loved ones around us for the whole weekend. It is the most stunning property, with so much rustic New England charm, all thanks to the hard work of the wonderful owners Mary, Ed, and Samantha. From the moment I first called to inquire about touring the property, right through every step of our wedding weekend, they were so communicative, kind, and thoughtful. They listened to every detail so attentively, fielded every question with such patience, and each time I visited the property made me feel so at ease in the midst of what was otherwise a pretty stressful cross-country wedding planning process.
