Yummy and Affordable!

The cake was an absolute hit! Not only was it delicious, but it was stunning — like something straight out of my own Pinterest board. 10/10! I would definitely use PoshCakery again for my next event.

And the price with super reasonable!

Incredible!!

Posh was the perfect addition to our wedding! Our wedding cake and mini cupcakes were a hit! It was probably the best cake I’ve ever had and they were so beautiful!! Caitlin was great with communication and suggesting the best pairing of cake and icing. Highly recommend, they are the best!!

Posh cakery for the win.

Wonderful flavors and oh so moist. The first 2 photos are the inspiration. Pics and the third is her design. Even better than the inspiration. Easy to arrange and communication was outstanding. Don’t look any further.

Amazing Bakery

The most delicious wedding cake I have ever had with the most unique flavors. We used posh cakery for our wedding, and the cake looked just like the reference photos we submitted. The pink champagne flavor is divine. We also had an assortment of mini cupcakes. The lemon cupcakes had fresh slices of lemon on top, and the pink champagne had a little capsule of champagne on top! We would definitely recommend. 10/10. Super fresh and aesthetically pleasing.

So delicious

Caitlin was so amazing to work with and her cakes are to die for! I’m not a huge cake person, but loved hers. It’s so moist and has great flavor. Both of cakes and mini cupcakes for our big day turned out amazing. Plus everyone loved it because we had almost no leftovers.

Exactly what my daughter wanted!

We used Posh Cakery for my daughter’s wedding. Emily had a very specific cake that she wanted which involved taking parts of three different cakes she had previously seen and make into the cake of her dreams. Not an easy task but they delivered 100%!! Not only beautiful but delicious as well. We also had them do boozy cupcakes and everyone loved them as well!!!

Blew me away!

I walked into my wedding reception and saw my cake & the groom's cake, and my jaw hit the floor. They were STUNNING. My husband lost his mind when he saw Sanford Stadium as a cake!!! Not to mention, both cakes were beyond delicious! So moist (even the next day when I had cake for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!) I am dreaming about digging into our anniversary tier!!! Thank you Caitlin and the Posh Cakery team for making our wedding cake dreams come true!!

Delicious Cakes/Cupcakes (Plus! GF/DF Options!)

We were referred to Posh Cakery through the Carl House and were very pleased. We needed to find a bakery that could bake a delicious GF/DF cake and the Posh Cakery exceeded our expectations. The tasting was great with the various options. The promptness and professionalism of the staff was also great. We were able to decide right then that we found our wedding cake/cupcake vendor.

Fast forward to our wedding day and the cake & cupcakes were delicious (and a hit!) and everything was gorgeous.

Delicious/Beautiful cakes

The owner and her assistant make the best Wedding cakes and cupcakes in Georgia. Very comfy place with excellent service. The owners are so smart and nice and do a fantastic job. Plus they are so talented to design the cakes so perfectly. It’s a can’t miss place in Monroe. Love it a lot!!

Highly recommend them!!!

I highly recommend The Posh Cakery! My experience with them has been smooth and awesome! They respond to emails quickly and were able to do a tasting the same week I requested. The tasting went very well too! They allow you to taste different cake and icing flavors and also let you try a few fillings. They will help you in any ideas that you might have too. We are looking forward to eating our cake and cupcakes at our wedding!!!

We had the absolute best experience with Caitlin. From the cake tasting to our actual wedding, everything was perfect. Our wedding was almost two years ago and we still have people talk about how delicious our cake was at our wedding. Also, follow the direction the freeze your cake topper. We are ours a year later and it was still so good.

Our wedding guests can not stop RAVING about how incredible and beautiful our wedding cake and cupcakes were! Caitlin did an absolutely amazing job bringing our wedding day vision to life and she was so accommodating and easy to work with. Best tasting cake we have ever had by a long shot! Caitlin made my daughter's wedding cake and it was fabulous! She offered an extensive 'tasting', which really helped making the decision easier. If anything, it might have made it a little difficult only because she had so many flavors to choose from and they were ALL so delicious! She gave very helpful information and suggestions, which we needed. She'll do whatever you want or will guide you if you are undecided. She was SO pleasant and easy to work with and took care of everything, so we didn't have to worry about anything once the flavors and decorations were chosen. I can't recommend her highly enough and will absolutely use her again! You won't be disappointed - she is a true artist!!

Posh Cakery was AMAZING! Caitlin did such a fantastic job! We did cake, cupcakes, and parfaits and ran out of everything at our wedding because our guests absolutely loved it! Holy cow! I am SO impressed with the Posh Cakery! We fell in love at the cake tasting and then with our wedding cake! Caitlin at The Posh Cakery did an amazing job on our wedding cake. She hosted my family and I for a tasting prior to choosing for our cake and had many flavors and designs to choose from. We chose to do a 4 layer cake with each layer a different flavor and WOW was it amazing! We did not have any cake leftover after our wedding because guests were going bananas over how good the cake was! My absolute favorite was the vanilla with raspberry filling. We used cream cheese icing over all with a lace finish and monogram letter C on the main layer. With added florals from The Carl House, the cake was classy and beautiful as well as tasty! Caitlin gives the option of saving the top tier of your wedding cake or she will make you a fresh layer 1 year later identical to your wedding day cake. We went with the fresh layer. Who likes frozen cake anyway?! Thank you Caitlin for the perfect wedding cake. We cannot wait until year 1 for our top tier cake :)

Caitlin did a fantastic job on our wedding cake! The taste, design, and value of the cake was a 10/10. My wedding guests tell me how great our cake was and the other deserts we ordered (cupcakes and cake parfaits). Everything was so yummy. Caitlin had us over for a tasting a few month's before our wedding and was so so helpful! You cannot go wrong with anything that you get from her. I 100% recommend!

Caitlin was amazing! Her show room is SO cute. My situation is different than most since I'm marrying a Navy Sailor. She was so accommodating and was willing to whatever we needed to make our currently undated wedding cake look amazing. We even talked about cake stands and her sample photos on the wall gave me ideas I never thought about. She even asked
for photos of designs and said anything was possible. Her cakes were SO good and even offered us samples that I hadn't asked for and ended up being one of the flavors we chose. I believe she is my cake girl!!

Caitlin is an incredible vendor to work with. She has such a passion for what she does and her enthusiasm is contagious. The cake tasting was one of the most fun experiences during the planning process and Caitlin and Ms. Helen were wonderful. They worked with us and our vision to create a truly spectacular dessert table and wedding cake. Caitlin was so accommodating and consistently worked with me throughout the process- even to surprise my husband with his groom's cake! Our guests raved about the dessert and it tied our whole reception together. Caitlin not only set up the table but served guests and made sure we were taken care of as well! She even packaged our 1 year cake for easy transportation for us. Book with Posh Cakery- you won't regret it!!

Catilin and her team at Posh Cakery came highly recommended to us from our wedding venue. After a nightmareish visit with another baker, we went for a tasting with Posh Cakery and were sold! Her facility is adorable and her cakes are DELICIOUS! She was able to advise us on the appropriate size cake (layers and diameter), what flavors worked well together, etc. We gave her an inspiration photo and a photo of our cake topper and she went to work! The cake was absolutely gorgeous and it tasted even better than it looked! We had so many compliments from guests and we are counting down the days until our first anniversary when we get to eat it again. We will be using the Posh Cakery for all future events going forward!

The Posh Cakery delivered the most delicious and beautifully decorated cake for my daughter's wedding on Saturday! If you are looking for any kind of a cake, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND The Posh Cakery. Such an amazing experience with Posh! I loved knowing that I did not have to worry a bit about the cake. Caitlin is SUPER organized and professional, and you can tell she really loves what she does! Had a cake tasting with Caitlin on yesterday. Her professionalism and attitude was super. Her place of business was clean and her showroom was dynamic. It gave me and my daughter some ideas that we could use. Her customer service was awesome. Oh, and the most important her cakes were very moist and tasty. Her frostings were amazing and her presentation was on point. Her fillings were delicious and she gave us some great ideas of what fillings pair good with the cakes. She showed us different ribbons, pearls and other cakes she has done. We have had 2 other cake tastings before this one and we are going to choose Caitlin. You won't be disappointed!!!

I met Caitlin at another bridal expo and her cupcakes were delicious! She was so nice and personable. When it came time to choose our cake/cupcakes the Posh Cakery was the first on my list. She was so prompt in emailing me back, answering any questions I had. She set up an appointment to come taste test the flavors and fillings we decided on. My now husband and I met with Caitlin at her studio in her home and talked over what we were looking for and our vision. I cannot express how sweet and accommodating she is. She listened and took notes detailing everything we were looking for. Her cakes and cupcakes were just the best and her pricing is very reasonable. We also rented a few wood chargers as we couldn't find just the right size to set our cupcakes/cake. After we met with her & tasted her cakes we knew we wanted to go with her. We were so excited leading up to the wedding to finally get to eat our cupcakes and my husbands grooms cake. Waited patiently for 6 months leading up to the wedding and talking non stop about how excited we were! On our wedding day every thing was so delicious and everyone loved them. The cake and cupcakes we had were picture perfect. I still cannot believe how beautiful and yummy they looked. I can't thank Caitlin enough for the helpful, and kind attitude she has. You can really tell she loves what she does and that was a huge factor into why we chose her. She is the sweetest and makes beautifully delicious wedding treats. I would highly recommend her to anyone else I know who gets married.

The most delicious cake ever! The Bride is not a “cake person” and will pick any dessert over cake, so I was surprised when we were at our first bridal show and she tasted Caitlin’s cakes and came to me and said, “Mom, I have found our baker!” One taste and the decision was made. Caitlin invites you over for a taste test and she prepares 4 different mini cupcakes based on the bride and grooms choices of 4 different cake flavors and icings to assist you in your decision. We ate every bite and even got to sample some of the fruit flavors as she had another taste testing earlier in the day. I am not a fruit flavored cake person or really a cake person like my daughter, but they were all absolutely delicious and there wasn’t a crumb left on anyone’s plate! Caitlin is so great to work with; a pleasure and a delight are my adjectives to describe her. She decorated both the wedding cake and the grooms cake exactly as the bride and groom requested. Both were simply beautiful. She can take any design you send her and bring it to life on your cake. She arrived on time and then decorated the cake with the flowers that we had ordered. People who have had a wedding will tell you to order significantly less cake for than the number of people who are attending the event as you will have so much cake left over that you will be giving it away and bringing it to work the next day. Well, we had 215 people attending the wedding and took a chance and ordered cake enough for 200, as we ordered an extra sheet cake from Caitlin. After the wedding, I went home with not enough cake to offer to the 8 people who came over the next day to dinner. More guests commented on how delicious the cake was and how they couldn’t resist trying all 3 layer flavors! I would absolutely recommend The Posh Cakery and Caitlin to anyone who needs a cake for any occasion especially one as important as a wedding!!!

Caitlin did an amazing job working with me to create my dream cakes for our wedding! She allowed me to pick out ideas that I thought would look good and then made the cake even better with her special touch! Not to mention that the cake tasted as good as it looked!

The Posh Cakery is absolutely incredible! I highly encourage you to use the Posh Cakery for your wedding and for other special occasions!

I have a huge sweet tooth, but honestly I have never been much of a cake (or cupcake) person. I even thought about finding some kind of alternative dessert for our wedding. I met Caitlin (owner of the Posh Cakery) at an open house at our venue. When I tried one of her sample cupcakes, it was absolutely delicious (and I really am very picky when it comes to cake)! I looked at some of her sample books, and was immediately sold! Her cakes are unique and very well-executed. They are also really fairly priced.

She has a really lovely bakery area where she welcomed my then-fiance and me and my parents for a tasting. Every flavor combination we tasted was amazing (even my now-husband who is not typically a fan of fruit-flavored desserts enjoyed every one of the flavors we tried). It was hard choosing from so many wonderful options!

Caitlin is very flexible and really can do anything! We had three different cake flavors in our wedding cake with various icings and two additional cakes (groom's cake and an extra sheet cake). I sent her descriptions and some images of ideas for the cakes and knew she would do a great job, but I am still amazed at how perfect the cakes looked! She literally made our visions come to life, and the decorating is PERFECT! (I used to decorate cookies at a store and am picky about the execution of decorated baked goods--Caitlin's talent amazes me!).

I cannot rave about Caitlin and Posh Cakery enough! Caitlin (and her grandmother/ assistant Helen) are so kind and organized, and her cakes are incredibly delicious and, again, truly perfect! I will encourage everyone I know looking for wedding cakes in the future to absolutely order from the Posh Cakery!

After planning on using another bakery for our wedding and them closing down a month before our wedding we were stressed out trying to find someone to
Bake a cake for our wedding. A friend suggested The Posh Cakery and we couldn't have been more pleased. They were able to move things around in their schedule to be able to create a beautiful cake for our special day. They literally saved the day! Caitlin and her husband were so helpful with a wonderful cake tasting, tons of samples and a show room of styles and cake stands (built by her crafty husband). We went with a three layered almond cake with strawberry, rasberry, and caramel fillings. We chose a wooden cake stand for the cake to be placed on. They delivered the cake and cake stand promptly and perfectly! The cake was to die for! All of our guests loved the cake and couldn't get enough of it! They are the BEST and we can't wait to use them at all of our special events!

Caitlin with The Posh Cakery was so wonderful to work with!! Very responsive and her prices were affordable. Our wedding cake and groom's cake were exactly what we wanted. She sets up a cake tasting and truly takes time to understand what you want. Her cakes are very delicious!! It was hard to pick what flavors we wanted!! Delivery of the cakes went smoothly as well. If you're looking for someone to do your cakes, definitely go with The Posh Cakery! You will not be disappointed!!

Our wedding cake was gorgeous and most importantly it was delicious! Everyone loved our cake. Caitlin was great to work with. She is such a sweet person and was very accommodating to the design we wanted for our cake. My sister (the artist of the family) drew a sketch of what we wanted and Caitlin did exactly that. What is also great about The Posh Cakery is that Caitlin lets you try several different cake and frosting flavors (not just two like some bakers I contacted). We were also able to have each layer be a different flavor at no additional cost. We plan on having Caitlin make some more cakes for us in the future.

Caitlin at the Posh Cakery was great to work with for our wedding. She made a beautiful cake for my bridal shower as well as our wedding cake, groom's cake and cupcakes for the reception. She is super friendly and great to work with and extremely talented. Our cakes were creative and beautiful and extremely reasonably priced. We plan to use the Posh Cakery for all of our party pastry needs in the future! I highly recommend this vendor- she was one of the best involved with my wedding!

Caitlin's cakes are amazing! My husband and I chose a 4 tier cake with alternating tiers of spice cake/cream cheese frosting in rosette design & french vanilla w/strawberry filling/vanilla frosting in lace design. This was the easiest decision that I made during the wedding planning process! I received many recommendations from people I knew and even random people who noticed I was planning a wedding. The tasting was the cutest cupcakes I have ever seen and we all had a wonderful time! Every cake, filling, and icing option was wonderful and so was the price.....that is why we ordered 4 cakes! Since the wedding I have received SO MANY compliments!

The coolest thing- I did not get to eat any of my four cakes at the wedding :( but...... one week later when I got back from my honeymoon I ate a slice of the cake that had been in the refrigerator for a WEEK...it was STILL AMAZING! Thank you Caitlin and your sweet grandma Helen

Caitlin was truly amazing from the beginning of the process to the end. From the tasting, to the set up of the cake at the wedding, she exceeded every expectation. As we went through tasting so many different cake combinations, she was listening to us and obviously very in tuned to her customers. At the end of the tasting, she really had insight on what Emily's (the bride) vision was of her cake, and gave us some wonderful options. You will not be able to beat her quality, her professionalism, her service, her setup, or her presentation. The cake and cupcakes were absolutely incredible. We still have guests commenting on how delicious and beautiful the cake was. On the day before the wedding, Caitlin made our bridesmaid's house a platter of chocolate covered strawberries. Caitlin is the sweetest person and her cakes are AMAZING!!! She is great at getting back with you whether it's through email/text/phone. Not only does she deliver the cake and stay at your venue the entire day, but she cuts the cake for you! And to top things off, she makes you a cake for your one year anniversary!!! For free!!! We were blown away by Caitlin and her creations. She was professional and on top of things from the get go. We learned very quickly that you don't always get a sense of trust from some of your wedding vendors - not with Caitlin and The Posh Cakery. Caitlin delivered exactly what we agreed upon with no hassles. She instilled the feeling that we could depend on her. Not only was she a pleasure to work with, her cake was delicious. We had a hard time deciding which flavors to go with during the tasting, but decided on the butter yellow cake, lemon, and butter pecan - all with vanilla frosting. They were all so delicious! She constructed a cake design exactly the way we wanted and came up with a chocolate dipped bacon bar for the Groom's cake. Both were so good that we barely had any cake left, and the bacon was gone before everyone got through the food line!!

We highly recommend Caitlin and the Posh Cakery. Professionalism, great product and quality, and great price! We already have a friend using her for their wedding in June after tasting Caitlin's cake at our wedding and we will definitely use her again for any specialty cakes/desserts in the future.

Caitlyn was amazing to work with! She always responded to me very promptly whenever I had any questions. We tasted Caitlin's cake at a bridal show at the Carl House. Although, we did not decide to be married there, we did decide on using her as our bakery! We went for our tasting at her home, and wow, the cake was so amazing!! She did not disappoint us on our wedding day either. Our cake was absolutely as yummy as it was stunning!

Caitlin makes THE BEST CAKES EVER! Our groom cake and wedding cake were absolutely delicious! Before we made our final selections for our cakes, we did a tasting. ALL of the samples were so good it definitely made it hard to make our final decision! The groom cake was a Dallas Cowboy theme for my husband since he is a HUGE Cowboys fan. The cake was a the football field and she used chocolate covered strawberries for the players and the football. It was AWESOME! I absolutely love rainbow sprinkles, so the middle layer of our wedding cake was all sprinkles and then the top and bottom layers looked like ruffled flower pedals. She added real flowers for some extra color…it was EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED! When I saw it, I couldn't believe how beautiful it was! It definitely tasted as good as it looked! I highly recommend Posh Cakery to any bride looking for the perfect groom and wedding cakes!

I am so happy that I saw Cailtin with Posh Cakery at the Carl House Bridal Event. We were able to sample some cake at the event and I knew I wanted to have a formal cake tasting with her. We went to her studio and got to try 4 different options with some filling options as well.

She runs this business on her own and out of her house, but based on the way the cake looked and tasted, you would never have known that. She is very professional and was a dream to work with through everything. I really liked getting to know her and I am so glad that we went with her.

I would highly recommend her for your cake, cupcakes, etc. as she is very talented and even helps with the decorations.

I find out about Caitlin (the designer for Posh Cakery) at an event at The Carl House in Auburn, GA. I loved their samples and even won a prize so my fiancé and I decided to stop looking and go with her.

We attended a cake tasting and it was amazing!! She had the samples set up in her baking kitchen and our choices gave her a combo that she hadn't tried yet and we ended up going with it for our wedding cake!!

Fast forward and we find out that we have a wedding shower so I decided that I wanted cupcakes from her for the shower. So I drove from Buckhead, to Dacula, then to Knoxville, TN for cupcakes I love them so much.

All I told her for the cupcakes were "orange with a script E" and when she showed me the cupcakes they were even better than I imagined!!

The wedding cakes (bride and groom) were delicious as well. They looked perfect and I could not have asked for anything better than what Caitlin was able to provide.

Great prices, more options than other bakeries, rentable cake stands that are perfect to customize your cake, custom cakes that are made to order, personal tasting, awesome flavors, cake delivered to location, and most of all BEAUTIFUL work! We were so impressed with the flavors of cake at our tasting that we knew immediately that they were the one for us. Caitlin and her mom were so friendly and helpful at the cake tasting. We signed a contract right then.
Day of the wedding was a HOT 96* and was a outdoor wedding, our cake had butter cream frosting, so I am sure that was the reason for them showing up at the time they did. As we expected the cake was decorated just as we had requested and all three flavors were a big hit with all guests.
Caitlin and her team went above and beyond by helping the mother of the bride to finish decorating the groom's cake.
If using this vendor, the cake cutting fee is well worth the fee they charge (which is very low in my opinion) it was very helpful for us so that the family didn't have to worry about what to do with the leftover cake or trying to find someone to cut it properly.
Caitlin and her team were dressed in very cute pink chef's coats. We loved the whole experience with this vendor.

Worst decision of my entire wedding. Her pictures she showed me looked nothing like the cakes she made. You get what you pay for which is cheap. The cake was so small and not what we asked for, she said she couldn't find what we asked for but she didn't try to ask my opinion before she put something I didn't want on my cake. DO NOT USE. Unless all you want is a box cake with no decorations.
