We had a great experience working with Kelly during the planning process. We unfortunately had to cancel, both Kelly and Kathy were very understanding and helped us with that process as well.

Our plan was to do a cocktail style reception and they were able to accommodate this idea when other restaurants in the area only provided the sit down dinner option. Thank you for all your hard work! We hope to see you all as soon as it’s possible.

The Plantation House was amazing. The food was delicious and the services was phenomenal. Trying to plan a wedding and reception from the mainland and having never been or seen the Plantation House was hard, but Elaine made it so easy and comforting. When I finally met Elaine, it was like meeting a friend that I had known. After the wedding my guests raved about the food and service at the reception. I loved everything about the Plantation House and so did my guests.

We had our cocktail hour/reception at the Plantation House in Kapalua in June, and I couldn't have been happier. The location was stunning, food was delicious, and the coordination by Elaine was incredible. We did a full buyout of the restaurant with a cocktail hour on the lawn for 80 guests, and I can't say enough how beautiful it was at sunset.

Since our ceremony was at a different location, the wedding day timeline was a little complex. Elaine worked with me on many, many occasions to make sure the flow of the day went well and that it was well planned so that we wouldn't have to worry about anything on the wedding day. Since we were coming from Philadelphia, Elaine was also wonderful about helping me ship items straight there so that I would have less to bring on the plane, which was a HUGE help. Elaine also helped coordinate catering appetizers for a welcome reception we were doing with our guests which received many compliments as well.

Leading up to the wedding, I was fully confident that the day was going to go smoothly, and that's exactly what happened. I'm not sure if there were any issues behind the scenes but they did not hit my radar, so that's all I can ask for as a bride! Elaine and our DJ partnered to make sure the night flowed nicely, and it truly was a magical evening. I would recommend the Plantation House and Elaine 100% for your wedding day!

I cannot say enough about this wonderful vendor that we booked for my father's wedding. This place is spectacular, I only wish I could upload the photos for you to see! We had a simple, outdoor wedding just in front of the restaurant at sunset. We followed this with a champagne toast on the lawn before moving into a private room for dinner and dancing. We did not have to lift a finger, the vendor took care of everything for us! We had our own private dressing room with bathrooms, private dining, dance floor and bar. Elaine Kerr was our coordinator, and I will absolutely utilize her for all future family gatherings. Our guest list was only 33 people, but Elaine Kerr and the location could easily accommodate large or small weddings. We will never forget our experience and our family's special day, thanks to Elaine Kerr! A big mahalo to her and the Plantation House!

One of the most gorgeous spots on Maui. We held the wedding on the lawn with dinner under a tent. The view of the ocean, the rolling green hills and the enormous Norfolk pines was gorgeous. It's a westward view, and the sunset was magical. It was very easy to work with Elaine at the Plantation House. All of the food was outstanding and the beef tenderloin was the best we've had in years. Guests were shuttled a short distance to clubhouse to use the facilities, which was no problem. We had a wonderful experience at the Plantation House, and highly recommend it.

We had our perfect wedding at the Plantation House Restaurant. The wedding venue has a magnificent view overlooking the golf course and the bay. The sunset view was unbelievable.

It was a destination wedding so at the beginning we were concerned about the challenge of planning our wedding over 2500 miles away. Elaine the event coordinator had made it all so easy and painless for us. She patiently answered all our questions on emails, whether it’s about decorations, vendors, menus, and all kinds of little things. Her replies were always quick and helpful. All the vendors she recommended to us were great to work with and they provided top quality services! The whole event, from the ceremony, cocktail hour, to the reception, all went perfectly smooth. We felt lucky to have Elaine coordinating our wedding. She’s very professional and simply amazing!

We had our reception in the Grille room, which was a perfect private dining room for a party of our size. The food was great. The staffs were super friendly and provided the best service. A Big Thank You to Elaine and all the wonderful staffs who helped to make our big day so special and memorable!

We had a brunch wedding at this location and decided to have the reception at this same location, indoors. It was perfect and Elaine was able to accommodate every single request we had. I would recommend paying the extra bucks to have her as your wedding coordinator. We had a smaller wedding in the downstairs room but the staff that day and Elaine ahead of time were absolutely perfect.

One of the most awesome things was that we got to pick an array of options for our guests rather than one fixed menu. When the guests got there, they had an option of 4 different entree choices which they could select at the time, no need to select ahead of time.

The location was beautiful and the pictures turned out fantastic. it got a little hot in the room, and my only wish was that the AC could have gone higher.

The Plantation House was a beautiful venue to have our reception. The grounds were beautiful overlooking a golf course and the gorgeous ocean surrounding Maui. Elaine the event coordinator that assisted us in our reception planning and decorating was magnificent. She had the best attitude and provided the best customer service. We planned our wedding while still on the mainland before going to Maui for the wedding. She assisted in our flower, cake, dinner menu and bar services without any problems and everything was perfect for our reception. If you are looking for a place to plan your ceremony or reception the Plantation House does a phenomenal job!

We had the absolute pleasure of being married at The Plantation House. I worked with Elaine to plan my event. I was so thrilled with the quality of vendors she recommended, and could not have asked for a better place to have the wedding. It was beautiful. Just beautiful. The food was fantastic, Elaine was amazing to work with, and the views--well my goodness, you can't beat it. I wouldn't change a thing if I were to do it again.

The Plantation House venue is gorgeous! We had our ceremony on the lower lawn and reception in the the Grille Room, it was beautiful! Our food was execellent-the presentation and quality was wonderful.. Our families felt spoiled... Elaine is absolutely wonderful to work with from the beginning through the very end of event. She had great ideas as well as accomodating and implementing our ideas for our wonderful day! We married September 27, 2014... We feel like we have a new friend!

Elaine did an outstanding job helping us organize everything! I orchestrated everything from the mainland and she helped ensure it was executed well. She responded to all of my questions within 24 hours and was a great help! Thank you!

My husband and I recently got married at the Plantation House Restaurant and it was absolutely perfect! The grounds are gorgeous and view is breathtaking which made for great pictures. We ended up going with the 'Something Simple' package which included everything we needed from the reverend to the flowers, everything was covered.

I was nervous about planning a wedding in Hawaii from the Mainland but Elaine made it so easy! Elaine was able to suggest vendors for everything, all of whom exceeded my expectations. When the videographer I had booked backed out just 2 weeks before our big day, Elaine was able to find a replacement (Captured Maui Dreams) the next day who again went above and beyond my expectations. Elaine always got back to me quickly and was able to accommodate all of my requests.

The meal that we had at the Plantation House was awesome, with the added bonus of a beautiful view. People are still raving about how good the ceasar salad and steak were! They also offer a delicious and reasonably priced breakfast.

Absolutely beautiful and elegant. At first I thought we were way over our head and that we were in snob land but it was fantastic. The best food on Maui and wonderful rooms and views for any size party you may have. The food is fantastic and so is the staff. HIGHLY recommended.
