Amazing!! The best in the area

All I can say is WOW!! They did an amazing job from the start of the planning process through the end of our reception. I can’t think of a single negative thing to say about them. Donna and Bill were awesome. Jill and Gloria who helped facilitate the day/night were superstars!

Best Venue in West Michigan!

The Pinnacle center made my wedding reception a stress free event. They handled everything from decorations, music and annoucements, to food and drinks. Instead of having multiple vendors for all of those things I only had one point of contact. When I had to postpone due to COVID they worked with me to quickly find a new date at no charge. The staff were friendly and fun and helped make the night special. I would recommend this venue to everyone!

Best Venue in West Michigan

The Pinnacle Center made my wedding reception a stress free event. They handled everything from decorations, to food and drinks, to music and announcements, and all my questions during planning. When I had to postpone due to COVID, they made the process quick and easy with no extra charge. This was perfect because instead of working with multiple vendors I had one point of contact. The staff were fun and friendly and helped make the night special. I would recommend the pinnacle for everyone!

Absolutely wonderful venue and team to work with! The Pinnacle Center is absolutely beautiful and exceeded expectations in every way.

Every aspect of The Pinnacle Center was exceptional. Everything from the beautiful ballroom/dance floor, accessible outdoor deck and garden area, incredible food and outstanding staff, to the private area for the bridal party, The Pinnacle Center sets themselves apart. We booked this venue for our wedding reception and had so many guests rave about how friendly and helpful the staff was. Through the overwhelming process of planning a wedding and trying to keep track of all the details, the Pinnacle staff kept me on track and was patient and clear with their responses and communication.
This venue checks all of your obvious boxes (beautiful place, delicious food, great communication, exceptional staff), but also checks boxes you didn't know you needed. As the bride, I loved having a private room and bathroom for myself and the bridal party. There was also a staff member who made sure that I was cared for throughout the night (checked in with me every hour to see if I needed anything.) They made our guests feel cared for all night- MANY guests told my husband and I how helpful and kind the staff was. The stress of finding a DJ was eliminated, as they already have one. The dance floor was completely elevated with tons of lights. The Pinnacle made sure that our reception was everything we had imagined it would be. We can't recommend this venue enough! You won't regret booking your special event here.

We couldn't have done better

In true COVID fashion, our original venue cancelled on us two months before our wedding. I reached out to Bill and Donna about our very popular date and miraculously they had availability! The Pinnacle was incredibly communicative in the weeks leading up to our wedding and made several adjustments based on what we had originally planned to do. Our room supervisors, Gloria and Heidi, did a great job and are such friendly people. Everything on the day of went smoothly, and if it didn’t, I never heard about it until the next day. We had the most perfect weather and were able to have our ceremony and cocktail hour outdoors. Dinner inside was very spaced out and all of our guests felt safe. A really nice bonus was that our DJ and video/livestream services were included in their price. The Pinnacle Center is a great option for your wedding, no matter how big or small!

Very impressed

We got married in June in the midst of COVID-19. The Pinnacle Center did a great job accommodating us and helping our day to run smoothly. We were very impressed with the food, staff, the venue, and we just wish our day could have lasted longer!

Wonderful Wedding Experience

The Pinnacle Center team is first class! The offerings that are included in their packages provide the perfect experience from start to finish. Beautiful location, planning assistance, amazing food, and attention to detail set them apart from other venues. From the tour to details following our daughter's wedding, Donna, Bill, and the staff at The Pinnacle Center provided great communication and coordination with ourselves, our Master and Mrs. and all the outside vendors. They met all expectations in helping us enjoy the day!

Perfect Experience

Immediate responses to every question. Incredible professionalism, up front on all pricing, always accommodating. From the servers to the owners, everyone made sure the bride was happy every step of the way (which made it so everyone was happy every step of the way). Can't say enough how perfect our night was and how the experience was created by Pinnacle Center.

Great Venue for Ceremony + Reception

Pinnacle Center provided the perfect mix of a beautiful venue and all-in-one service to help us make our big day happen with minimal headache on our end. It was very convenient to have ceremony, reception, food, beverage, and DJ all coordinated through the same venue and Donna was very helpful and responsive when we were getting everything planned and arranged. We had a fantastic wedding day and the staff at Pinnacle helped it go off without a hitch.

compare the value, nothing tops the Pinnacle

They were very organized and took care of our every need. Not the cheapest, but the best VALUE indeed. It's a lovely indoor and outdoor space with easy access and nice parking. They are owners who are personally involved in their business.

Great experience -- everything was so organized. Donna/Bill were so much help answering questions before our daughter's wedding. The day of the wedding: Gloria, Karla, Jill and the rest of the crew were fantastic!! They offered their support wherever we needed it. Food was wonderful. Would recommend The Pinnacle for any event. The Staff at The Pinnacle Center made our daughter's wedding reception a piece of cake. They took the stress and anxiety out of all of the planning for the reception. We had just under 300 guests and the service was impeccable. The food was delicious and it was served hot and on time. All of our guests were served expeditiously. I would highly recommend The Pinnacle Center for stress free event.

We planned this wedding from out-of-state and everything went so smoothly. The team at the Pinnacle Center are excellent and give great advice. There wasn't a time that we didn't feel important to them.

TPC did a great job throughout my wedding night and made it stress free. They were easy to work with and were very helpful! The only thing I would make sure of is that you write down the exact song, title, and version of songs you want at the reception- some of the songs we wanted the wrong version was played. But overall, they did a great job!

We had the most fabulous experience with the Pinnacle center, owners, and staff. Everyone there made our daughter's wedding the best day ever! They are very professional and have very unique touches to their venue. Everything is taken care of right there, food, drink, dj and a beautiful venue. We had such a fantastic experience with The Pinnacle Center! Everything was clearly laid out from the beginning-- no hidden charges or surprises at any point. We were planning our wedding from out-of-state, and Donna was so accommodating to talk with us over the phone, email, and in person when made trips into town. They walked us through all of the decisions we had to make step-by-step, and made us feel comfortable the whole time. The day of the wedding everything went off without a hitch and the staff stayed in close communication with us the whole night. I really can't recommend this venue and it's team enough!

It's only after the big day has passed that one can fully understand the value received from the choice of vendors. While we chose The Pinnacle Center after a thorough comparison of event centers and restaurants in the area, looking at the benefits and costs of each, we now understand just how much of a difference this choice made in our daughter and son-in-law's planning and wedding day and budget. These people are true professionals and have a system and staff that remove the possibility of any surprises. I could list everything that they did for us that we were delighted with, but it would be a list of everything that they did. The one aspect that bears mentioning is in regard to providing meals for several members of our family that suffer from extreme food allergies. While they normally cannot eat food prepared outside of their own home, the chef delivered them a meal that they were able to eat safely and they were absolutely pleased with. Amazing! We now have an experience to look back on without blemish of any kind. Choosing The Pinnacle Center for their reception was certainly the best choice that our daughter and son-in-law made outside of choosing each other. Thank you Donna and Bill, you made the day wonderful for them and all of their guests!!!

Bill and Donna were both very attentive and flexible during the planning process. The night of the event, we had a couple of unexpected guests, Donna didn't bat an eye, told us not to worry and very quickly the staff were adding place settings, the guests were warmly welcomed and well fed! Throughout the evening the wait staff were attentive and professional without being overbearing. There was another event going on at the same time and we never knew that we weren't the only party in the building. Great work TPC!

As the mother of the Bride, I truly believe that The Pinnacle Center and the staff were out to make my daughters dream come true on her wedding day. That is exactly how it went, a dream come true. From the ceremony to the reception, the flow of the event was so smooth and on time. The staff was very professional and pleasant. Any questions that we had there was a staff member to assists. Very knowledgeable regarding the order of events, from the start of the ceremony to seating guest for dinner. I was very impressed with the high quality of the meal that was served. Our server introduced herself and shared with us what were having for dinner. I thought that was a nice personal touch. I would highly recommend The Pinnacle Center.

5 STARS! The Pinnacle Center was the absolute best possible place to have our wedding. Bill & Donna were wonderful to work with. Donna and her staff even fixed the bustle on my dress when we arrived the the reception! If you're looking for a place that has it all (DJ, AMAZING FOOD, great priced bar, and beautiful rental space) this is definitely the place for you. I loved that The Pinnacle took care of everything (I'm not a type of person who wanted to set up/tear down/micro manage the entire reception), it definitely alleviated a lot of stress in planning our big day. Thank you guys of everything!

We loved this place our wedding was out in the garden and then the reception was inside and it turned out great! Everything went off without a hitch and I've heard nothing but great comments from our guest about how professional the staff is. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Starting from our initial visit (checking out various venues) through our follow up meetings, both Bill and Donna were fabulous. Very down to earth, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful when we were uncertain of things. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it- no worries of running out with the buffet option.
The staff is very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make everything perfect.
Once we stepped through the doors the night of the reception, everything worked like clockwork
.The one-stop-shopping made the entire process of planning the reception easy and cost effective.
We actually felt like the invited guests to a great reception!

Everyone at the Pinnacle went above and beyond to make this the perfect day. They made our reception unique by working with us and ensuring we had our own music, events, videos, entrance songs, and decorations. The food was fantastic and the service was good. Far better than any other place we looked at in the area. Modern, clean, and refreshing facilities. The outside gardens are beautiful and made for a perfect place to take family pictures.

The Pinnacle Center is a first class facility in all areas. We have received so many compliments from our friends and family on how amazing the food was along with great service. Everyone was amazed at how beautiful the room was decorated for our reception. Working with the Pinnacle staff from start to finish was so enjoyable and easy. Make sure the DJ is prepared. He played the wrong song for my daddy daughter dance and started the wrong song for my wedding party dance (not as big of a deal as the daddy daughter dance). I recommend telling the bride of any surprise videos. Donna was very accommodating to my requests and nice to work with. The server we had at the head table was a pleasure to work with as well.

The Pinnacle is awesome! They set up the tables beautifully. The service was outstanding! Very professional wait staff. The food was delicious! I had many guests tell me that was the best dinner they have had at a wedding reception. If there was a problem they took care of it so you had no worries that evening. I highly recommend the Pinnacle to everyone!

We had our daughter's wedding reception at The Pinnacle. The owners, Bill and Donna, helped us plan and coordinate our event, making sure that every detail was attended to. The entire staff was helpful, kind, knowledgable, and efficient. Set in beautiful surroundings, our photographer was able to get very nice pictures. The food was delicious, and served quickly. The unique sound system allowed people on the dance floor to enjoy the music, while the other guests sitting at the tables were able to easily visit with each other. Having our event here enabled me to simply enjoy the evening completely, without having to tend to the many various details. I highly recommend The Pinnacle!

I did not pay for the event, so I am not able to accurately rate on the value. However, I was very impressed with the quality of the food, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, and the facilities. A true gem in the Grand Rapids area for hosting an event. Everything was GREAT! Donna was an amazing help through out the planning, and the wedding! Everything was beautiful, the food was great, and everyone had a great time. We are so happy that we chose to have our wedding here! My husband said that if he had to do it all over again, he wouldn't change anything. Myself, I think I would have done the recessional line following the ceremony, because there just wasn't enough time to thank everyone that was there-almost 200 people. I think we could have also given the DJ some more specific songs to play, but he did a good job with the music-there were always people on the dance floor. Thank you for making our dream wedding a reality:)

I cannot think of one negative comment to make about my experience with The Pinnacle Center. I have heard great things from our guests about the food and venue experience. They were helpful in answering my many questions! We were so blessed that everything came together so smoothly.

Wow! Hands down The Pinnacle Center is the most wonderful place to have your wedding reception! Planning for our wedding was easy, smooth and without any stress. We saved money because of their package deal that includes so many aspects of a wedding that I didn't need to book separately. If I had questions before, during, or after our wedding, the event planner would get back to me promptly and would be willing to be flexible to adjust our plans if we wanted something done differently. The food is AMAZING! Our guests could not stop talking about how good their meal was until weeks after our wedding. The service staff is friendly, accommodating and very professional (very different from a typical reception hall). They take time to explain your meal, greet you and offer what they can to please your needs. One of the best things about The Pinnacle Center is how the reception is run so smoothly. If you have them do all your announcing (which is the best way to go) they use the perfect balance of announcing, yet leaving you and your guests to enjoy the night. We were able to fill a music selection form with songs that we wanted to hear as well as let our guests request songs. The light effects and music are also top notch. Our guests had so much fun dancing the night away on a dance floor that was huge. Additionally, everyone appreciated how the Bridal Party was up on risers at the head table. All our guests could see us and were not trying to look around a pole or corning of the room just to see the Bride and Groom. Overall, I cannot tell you how pleased we were with our choice to have our wedding reception at The Pinnacle Center. The day I have dreamed about all my life came true and went so well thanks to this facility and staff. Thank you Pinnacle Center for helping to make my wedding day the best day of my life!

Our wedding day was perfect! The pinnacle center provides everything you need and is so helpful our day was care free. We never once had to worry about anything they had it all under control. The food was fabulous we had countless compliments on how good the food was and the service. A big Thankyou to Bradly and Donna the event planners who were so accommodating! We are so happy and pleased with the pinnacle center!

The pinnacle center did an amazing job with our reception. From the food, to the music, and the event staff, we couldn't have asked for a better venue. We experienced such a high level of customer service it is almost unexplainable. From the cook who prepared such fantastic dishes, to the event planner Bradly who made us feel so welcome, comfortable and relaxed throughout the evening, and the remaining staff who made everything else come together. I truly can't thank everyone enough for all the help and effort they put in to making our day truly unforgettable. Thank you all so much, we had the times of our life because of you!

Dear Bill, Donna & Bradley: I want to extend a warm thank you to all of you, but especially to Bradley for his work both during rehearsal and on the wedding day. The rain made for some very tense moments and he worked hard to keep on top of everything. As the mother of the bride I felt like I could really enjoy the day since Bradley had a good handle on the schedule. Thank you for allowing us to bring in food for the bridal party (they really were hungry after pictures earlier in the day). The service at the reception was very good. The food was delicious with one exception - the mashed potatoes tasted watered down so there was little flavor to them. Overall - I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE PINNACLE CENTER ! Thanks again everyone!

The Pinnacle is your all in one stop shop for an event center. We had our wedding reception here and it could not have gone any better. Even our professional photographers said it was the best venue they have ever been to.

The food options are vast and the food is fantastic, our guest complimented how great the food was. They have great packages for open bar and my groomsmen were very delighted.

The technology is great, they have GOBO lighting which is the latest craze for all weddings. They also have lighting that switch's colors during the beat of the music so the dancing made you feel like you were in a club! They were also very flexible with music-not only do they have a large playlist selection they were able to accomdate specific Thai/Laotion music we wanted to play. There is also a video of the entire reception that is given to you at the end of the night.

The venue has many areas to take great wedding photographs, there is also a meeting/office area where we were able to change. There are many vendors (Photobooth, Floral, etc) that are familiar with The Pinnacle Center and they enjoy working with them.

The staff and owners of The Pinnacle Center are great, anything my wife wanted or asked they either had or accomadated for us. It made things SO MUCH EASIER for me. If I had to do it all over again I would choose TPC without a doubt.

The Pinnacle Center is a wonderful venue for a reception (and ceremony, if that is what your needs may be). The staff, and Bill & Donna were great to work with and very flexible with requests that helped to make our reception truly our own and unique.

The food was outstanding and we received many compliments on good the food tasted, the presentation, and the amount of food available for our guests.

I would not hesitate at all to recommend TPC to another couple in their wedding planning.

We had a great time at our reception and could not have asked for a better experience from TPC to make it all happen. :)

The Pinnacle Center was a beautiful place to have our reception! I fell in love with it the moment I saw it.. I loved that it has a sound booth with their own DJ, who was great; plated meals that were indescribable; and wonderful services! They were very professional and organized which I loved! Even at the last minute they were assisting with setting up another room for us to use for our ceremony due to the rainy weather... I will always be appreciative of that! They are definitely worth it!

The staff at the Pinnacle Center helped out so much after the first reception hall we had reserved for our daughters wedding went out of business. When working with The Pinnacle Center we always knew where we stood and they were very willing to answer all of our questions. We were very pleased with our reception at The Pinnacle Center. Tammy was fantastic to work with and made everything very clear from the beginning as far as what we needed to do and when. I could not have been happier with The Pinnacle Center. The staff was awesome and really made the planning fun! There was so much included that other places would charge extra for so that was a huge plus. The food was amazing. Our ceremony on the deck was beautiful and everything flowed and was organized. We got tons of compliments about how great and how much fun our wedding was from our guests. One of our cousin's actually ended up booking thier wedding at The Pinnacle Center after they came to ours. Overall everything was perfect!

The Pinaccle Center made it very easy to enjoy the reception. The food was delicious. The DJ played great music. And the MC kept things moving at a great pace. They covered all the details. They met with us during the few times that we were available. They asked our preference on everything ahead of time. By the time we got there, all we could do was enjoy our night!

If I could get married again I would chose the Pinnacle center. The place is beautiful, the services was excellent, the staff there are super nice and the cost was very resonable. Most of my friend that came to my wedding was so impress with the services that they have decide to look into getting marrried at the Pinnacle Center. We felt the Pinnacle provided a beautiful venue for our daughters wedding. They were very professional throughout the entire reception. The food was excellent. Everyone was served in a timely fashion. We had alot of compliments from our guests on the food and what a beautiful reception we had. The music was great - everyone had alot of fun dancing. The big screens to view the entire event all evening was wonderful. I will highly recommend the Pinnacle to anyone.

The Pinnacle Center was able to take care of everything which was great! Tammy was very nice and we enjoyed working with her. The food was excellent and we had a nice variety to choose from for appetizers, main course and late night snacks. The room we had with the terrace/patio was beautiful! Bill, Donna, and Tammy made my wedding day the most perfect day. They were really able to work with me and my very short time frame to get everything planned and organized. It was a huge benefit being able to have the ceremony and the reception all right there. The stress level for my mom and I was zero: we were able just to sit back and relax and enjoy every minute of that day. They were very helpful when it came to planning everything and had some ideas and helpful hints when it came to planning everything...things that I would have never thought of. The catering and the staff were amazing, very polite and the food was amazing! If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing! The Pinnacle Center is the best place to get married or just have your reception there....I found the whole process for getting everything done (like the food, the music, the flow of the night and all the other details) was actually the least stressful part!!!! I would definately recommend this place to all the brides looking for a reception venue!

I would recommend The Pinnacle Center to anyone who wants a beautiful and worry free reception. I can't say enough good things about it. Everything was taken care of for us. The food was amazing and the service was very quick (by request) so we had a lot of time for dancing! The bar service was perfect. I have been to several weddings and nothing compares to The Pinnacle Center. Unlike other Reception sites, the only thing you have to set up is your table decorations, everything else is set up for you (tables, silverware, plates, etc), which cuts down on the stress of the day! My husband and I came to the reception a little early and took pictures in the garden. They were our favorite pictures because the background was beautiful! Being so busy the month before the wedding made it SO nice to have the Location, DJ, Catering all included. I only had to have one meeting with them and we covered all three vendors. There is nothing we would have changed about our reception! It was perfect!

What I liked most about The Pinnacle Center was that every aspect of our wedding event was done with the upmost professional courtesy! The entire Pinnacle staff is excellent. The management professionals are knowledgeable and offered expert advice for my daughter's wedding ceremony and reception. I was told exactly what the facility would offer as far as the room, tables, linens, sound system, videography, amenities, etc.-- the complete perfect package for my daughter's wedding day needs. The food/catering by Two Chefs was wonderful as well. The catering staff was efficient and the food presentation and taste beyond our expectations. Everything about my daughter's wedding at The Pinnacle Center was wonderful. An outside deck ceremony was planned. Before the ceremony, it started to rain so the staff was right there to either move it inside or if the hard rain held off, to wipe down the seating outside and go ahead with the outdoor ceremony. With their amazing efficiency, the ceremony went ahead outside as planned. A 'bit' of rain, but guests brought umbrellas. The speaker system outside was wonderful. The people speaking/ leading the ceremony were clear and the music wonderful-- thank you Pinnacle for your wonderful attention to the outdoor 'speaker/sound' details! Snack-type-food and beverages were served for guests immediately following the ceremony, while bridal party pictures were being taken. When the wedding party gathered in the hallway to enter the reception, management staff (Donna and Tammy) lined them for entry. Bill Worst, the manager, introduced each wedding party member as they entered the room-- it was a happy and perfect moment. Everything was perfect. The Pinnacle's music/sound system played music that had been picked out by my daughter prior to her wedding day. Pictures of my daughter and her groom were displayed on the screens in the room--yet another item perfectly attended to/planned prior to the wedding day! The reception was great--the room (seating, tables, linens, carpeting, lit trees, head table lighting, spot lighting), the food, (we had a buffet, my daughter's choice), the music (lots of fun) and the enjoyment of each moment with friends and family a wonderful memory thanks to The Pinnacle Center!!

The Pinnacle Center did an amazing job with everything! They really made all of the reception stuff easy! At first my mom didnt want to used them but then we visited and after the wedding she said that was just the way we should have went! They did all of the set up and tear down except for center pieces! The food was really good! The music was really good! All in all i would recommend this for anyone!

The Pinnacle Center made planning a wedding very easy. We had the ceremony on the deck surrounded by trees, the pond, and water fountain. The reception was also held there. To date, the food that we had has been rated by all our friends and family as the best wedding food they've ever had. Everything was planned out perfectly and they were very accommodating. They are the cater, the wedding planner, the DJ, and so much more.

This is a great venue to get married. They provide everything you need for the day of your wedding. The food is amazing, the DJ service is fantastic and they do everything they can to make your day special. Doing it all over again I would still book The Pinnacle Center.

We had a great experience working with Donna leading up to the event. When I'd ask about adding a photo booth and the possible location for it or the times for our cake and flowers to be delivered or the schedule for decorating, there was always a positive, "can do" response. Those running things as people arrived and during my daughter's wedding reception did a fantastic job. Aubrey and team were so helpful. They seemed to look for ways to help us as we were tearing down and finishing things up. We would definitely recommend The Pinnacle Center to anyone looking for a venue for an event.

The Pinnacle Center was a fabulous venue for our son's wedding reception. The food was delicious, hot and presented beautifully. The servers were courteous and professional. We had our wedding AND reception there. I thought it was beautiful and everything went very smoothly . I received several compliments on what a nice wedding we had. The only thing I would give say to maybe improve the service was I thought the drinks for the wedding party was a little slow. We had a HUGE bridal party. (10 on each side) I think it would've been a nice touch if the Pinnacle took the wedding party's drink orders AHEAD of time and after the ceremony had their drinks waiting for them. Instead after the ceremony, a server took everyone's drink order and then had to go back and make 20 drinks. TOOK FOREVER. I had a huge wedding. The adult count was 294 and kid count 27. Bill told me there would be 1 server per 2 tables and I think there was only 1 server for every 3 tables. Really this wasn't a huge deal I just personally really wanted the wedding party to be taken care of because they spent a lot of money on dresses and tuxes and the drinks could've been a little faster is all. I also thought they were a little stingy on the potatoes. (we had a plated meal) Otherwise it was a beautiful day and a beautiful wedding. I really have no complaints those are just a little constructive criticism to make the Pinnacle a little bit better. It's already an awesome place. I hope my kids get married there someday :)

I loved having my wedding at The Pinnacle. The have just about every service you need there. I did not have to find a DJ, caterer or rent anything. I even had my ceremony there. The garden is so beutiful. Guests of mine still comment on that. The rooms are so beautiful you do not need much in terms of decoration. The only issue I had was my music when I walked down the isle. It did not start on time. That is such a small issue that it is almost not worth mentioning because everything else was great. The food was really good, thanks Tim and the staff of 2 Chefs. The Pinnacle is an awesome place to be married. My photos are so beautiful because the Pinnacle is beautiful. I will remember it always.

Great Venue-Absolute Professionals

Your wedding day only happens once and there's no do overs, don't take the chance on a venue that doesn't have experience. The Pinnacle Center knows weddings and events like the back of their hands-they've done it for over 15 years! Their staff was amazing, the food was delicious, the setup was great and overall everything was amazing. Our wedding went-dare I say-Flawlessly because of them. Thanks Pinnacle Center!

We're so happy we chose The Pinnacle Center for our wedding! They think of all the details and are seasoned veterans of hosting big events. The food and service was wonderful. The DJ was great and my family loved that they could dance or still have a conversation (the dance music plays over the dance floor, not throughout the whole venue). It was nice to have both indoor and outdoor areas for guests to enjoy. Our family and friends that couldn't make it loved having access to the live stream feature. You won't regret choosing them for your event!

We had an amazing reception thanks to Bill, Donna & the rest of the staff! We are so blessed and thankful to have had a staff so flexible and willing to tackle small bumps in the road. I would definitely recommend to anyone getting married!

The Pinnacle Center was a great find! As far as wedding venues go they are incredibly reasonably priced and provide a ton of extras. Most venues we found try to nickle and dime you for every little thing and have a ton of hidden charges. The Pinnacle Center is straight forward, provides a ton of great extras, at no extra charge, and is very upfront and clear about additional costs. The serving staff was great, attentive, and friendly. The food was great for both our rehearsal dinner and our brunch, guests for raving about it, and again all reasonably priced. The staff was extremely accommodating and willing to work with us around weather concerns, ( we had an outdoor ceremony in their garden in the middle of January!), shoveling and setup. They made a ton of things very easy, helped ensure the event went off without a hitch and were fun around the whole thing. Additionally they have a beautiful, modern and well kept facility. My wife and I highly recommend the Pinnacle Center!

Everything was so wonderful! Donna was a pleasure to work with, the cook was very accommodating and everyone craved about how good it was. Aubrey is a sweetie and came and checked in with us frequently. I only met the bar tender closet to the entrance and he was very patient with sometimes crazy guests! And the night of the event went very smooth!!

We were so pleased with the service rendered by The Pinnacle. Donna was our chief liaison before the wedding and was so helpful in the planning. Gloria and Donna coordinated everything on the day of the wedding. Our daughter and son-in-law had the wedding they wanted and were very happy.

Some special dietary needs were met in terms of food. The only complaint was that the gluten-free pork was dry. The sauce, however was quite tasty. Everyone else thought the food was delicious and served in a timely manner.

I had such an amazing experience working with everyone at The Pinnacle Center! They were so helpful and took care of a lot of the odds and ends for us. The event was BEAUTIFUL, and there was not one negative comment on the food! Hats off to the chef!! I would definitely recommend this venue to friends and family in the future.

I was very pleased with every aspect of working with the Pinnacle Center when planning my daughter's wedding. They responded very quickly to any questions phoned in or emailed. My daughter lives out of town and they would make sure that they communicated their responses by email to both of us whenever we had questions or comments. The day of the wedding was almost stress-free for us. The Pinnacle Center runs like a well oiled machine.

I absolutely loved having my wedding at the Pinnacle Center. They were so helpful and organized that I was worry-free the day of. Their waitresses and waiters were amazing as well! We had such a great staff that night--very pleasant, and attentive. And the food was amazing! I would recommend the Bourbon Sirloin Steak and the Island Chicken. I have so many great memories because of the Pinnacle Center and everything that Bill and Tammy did for us that day. I had my ceremony outside in the garden which turned out beautiful! Then I had my reception inside in the Terrace ballroom. There was another reception occurring the same time as mine, but you could not hear them at all. I would highly recommend them! The only thing that was a small problem was the fact that I wasn't able to get into the Pinnacle Center until 1:30pm. (I had a 5:00pm wedding) I didn't have my hair done prior to getting to the Pinnacle Center and underestimated the amount of time it was going to take, and ended up being a bit rushed right before the wedding ceremony. But everything worked out. I would just recommend a bride and her bridesmaids to have their hair done BEFORE you get there. And because my florist/decorator could not be in the room until 1:30pm, she was rushed to get the room decorated in time--but she was awesome and made it happen!

They did such a great job. They discussed all the options at the first meeting meeting and made us a budget so we knew exactly what everything would cost. They handled all of the details and made sure that everything was done the way we wanted it. Whenever we had questions they would get right back to us with answers. Tammy was exceptional helpful with this. The food was excellant. Everything the night of the reception went perfect and we did not have anything to worry about. I would highly recommend them to anyone getting married.

The pinnacle center was WONDERFUL! They did everything and it went perfect. They are very flexible too, if i needed to change something last minute, they just said OK and did it. It was AWESOME!! I would HIGHLY recommend them to any bride!

Everything was going to smoothly until the day of the wedding. I was a little bummed out when the DJ woman announced all my bridal party in the wrong order and pronounced their names wrong. I was also a little bummed when some of the music that played wasn't what I had on my music list. Also, the microphones didn't work so I didn't get to hear performances people did at my wedding. Those were just three major things that kinda bummed me out. Everything leading up to the day was great though. The staff is helpful and friendly.

The Pinnacle Center was a great place to have our wedding reception. We were very pleased with the overall professionalism, service, and quality of the facilities. The planning process was smooth; they were readily available and responded quickly to questions. The reception room was large and easily fit a large dance floor, photo booth, gift table, and tables for games and favors. Although we couldn't decorate the day before (no one could until 2 pm day of), thankfully our florist was able to come that day and get table decorations done. TPC was very helpful in setting up the room so everything was ready for the reception. We didn't have to do lighting or wall decorating ourselves, for our room included icicle lighting under the cake and head tables. We paid the $300 to have colored back-lighting behind the head table, which tied all of the decorations together. There was a separate locked bridal party suite, which let us escape to cool off, use the restroom, etc. During our reception, the staff was very helpful and professional. Having the catering and DJ provided on-site meant we didn't have to hire outside vendors. Each table had its own server, so everyone got their meal at the same time. The food was incredible! We received numerous compliments on both entrees (pasta and chicken). From the many bar options we chose a sponsored bar, which covered beer and wine. They had a wide selection of both - in addition to soft drinks, water, and coffee - for guests to enjoy. Our Master of Ceremonies did most announcing, but TPC staff were always ready to help. We noticed, however, that once dinner was done there were fewer servers, and it was sometimes difficult to find someone to request a song (the DJ booth is above the reception room). Although TPC was pricier than other options, the multitude and value of the services it included was well worth it. Overall, we were very pleased with the service provided to us by TPC and would highly recommend them.

The Pinnacle is a beautiful facility to hold a wedding reception. The value in booking the Pinnacle Center is that it is an "All in One" Venue. The Pinnacle Centers prepares the food, sets up the tables, provides the DJ and cleans up! The owners have thought of everything! They have checklists so everything is covered!
My only disappointment was the food we tested during our "Taste Testing session" was far superior to what we received. Even though my husband and I were disappointed, the guests were all very impressed with the facility! The garden are was a beautiful area for guests to enter to get out of the music and it was a beautiful area to capture more pictures!

The Pinnacle Center was amazing. It's nice and big, and they'll do anything to help you. They're a bit strict on some things, but nothing too crazy. They made planning our wedding so fun and easy.

The pinnacle center is very straight forward. I had to appoint family members to set up the venue between the wedding and reception, that was kind of difficult, and when it came to needing things delivered it had to be after 2pm which was a pain. But over all it was beautiful! Everyone raved how good the food was, how beautiful the venue was, and how polite and fast the service was. I am very happy we chose it for our wedding reception.

Our experience with the Pinnacle Center was nothing but fantastic. The staff is well trained in events and exceptionally organized. It was great knowing that I did not have to worry about anything on our wedding day.

Food was great! Two months after the wedding, I am still having guests tell me how delicious the food was! The only problem we had, was the guests had a hard time hearing the overhead annoucements of the dollar dance, boquet/garter toss. Overall, a great venue!
