Exactly what I needed in a venue!
I loved the transparency in pricing, and I felt that many more amenities were included in the packages compared to other venues in the area with similar prices. I went with the "Sweet Simplicity" package, and I was nervous that not choosing a more inclusive package would leave me all on my own with random extra charges for certain decor I wanted to hang or if I found myself in need of a pair of scissors on wedding day. That was not the case at all! Amanda was so kind and reasonable, sent helpful reminders regarding information/payments needed, and quickly responded to any questions I had. I was also nervous about having a fully outdoor ceremony in early March, but the venue was beautiful and perfectly ready for my day! The evening sunlight entering the pavilion at the beginning of the reception was simply beautiful as well. I highly recommend working with Amanda and The Pick Inn!

Absolutely Amazing
We cannot say enough good things about the Pick Inn! The Pick Inn was the first venue we looked at and toured and we knew right away it was the venue for us. We picked the Pick Inn because of how beautiful the scenery is and to have the team be as amazing as they were, was just a plus. Amanda and her team were beyond helpful, they took care of everything and kept it so organized. Whatever questions we had, we would email Amanda and she would get back to us within the same day. Leah was our day of coordinator and she was awesome, she kept things running smoothly, stress free and on time. If we wanted anything, she was already a step ahead and always had the answer to any questions. We cannot thank the Pick Inn enough, they truly made the day so perfect and made the vision of what we wanted for our wedding come to reality.

The process of planning a wedding can be incredibly stressful, but the Pick Inn was there for us every step of the way. Because the care and hard work from the Pick Inn staff, we were able to enjoy our wedding day without worry. Amanda was always there to guide us along the way and helped our special day go smoothly. The whole process was tailored to our own style and desires and we could not have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely recommend this venue and staff for your own wedding. Gorgeous. No-Fuss.
The location is absolutely lovely! We loved having package options to help us consolidate vendors and centralize the planning. Amanda, the owner, was so easy to work with and helped us at every turn and with every question. Aaron, the day-of coordinator, was wonderful in making sure everything ran smoothly. All in all, the day went so well and we really had such a good time!

Best Wedding Ever!
Amanda and her team were fantastic! They made our day so special and smooth. Amanda answered my questions up until the day of and was there for anything and everything we needed. The whole venue is just BEAUTIFUL. We had our wedding on November 12, 2022 and it was chilly but the background was beautiful outside. The Reception area was perfect because it kept everyone warm before the wedding and during the reception. There was plenty of room and it wasn't too packed. The layout was great. The lighting in the reception Pavillion went perfect with my decor and we literally had the time of our lives. I am so glad we picked the Pick Inn. They blessed us with the best day that we can forever look back on.

Amanda and her team were amazing to work with. On our first tour of the property we fell in love and knew this is where we wanted to get married! Our wedding day was beautiful and our vision came to light! Amanda took care of everything for us and was super helpful throughout the entire planning process. Great experience for our Post-Covid wedding
We had a small “close family only” wedding during the pandemic, but decided we wanted a proper celebration with all of our friends and family. We chose the Pick Inn for our post-Covid wedding/reception and it was a fantastic experience.
All of the staff, especially Amanda who we dealt with the most, were amazing. Quickly and frequently responded to email, which was important because we were planning our wedding from long distance (Kansas City).
The day-of was super smooth and absolutely beautiful. We loved everything about our experience with The Pick Inn. Highly recommend!

The Perfect Wedding Venue
We fell in love with The Pick Inn the moment we stepped on the property. The scenery and landscape was breathtaking. The venue as a whole was very versatile and accommodating. The cabin provides a great space for the bride and groom suites and the close family to enjoy all of the pre wedding festivities. Amanda is very experienced, personable, and helpful. She made us feel at ease through the whole process, making wedding planning so enjoyable. The Pick Inn
We fell in love with The Pick Inn from the moment we came and toured. Amanda and her dad were so sweet! The landscape/scenery is gorgeous!! We loved all of the trees and rolling hills. We did our first look under the oak trees and our ceremony under the pergola. The house was perfect for getting ready and we loved that the grooms suite downstairs was good sized just like the bridal suite (a few other venues did not have a very big grooms area so we were impressed!). I also cannot say enough good things about Amanda and our experience. We had several obstacles/changes to our original wedding plan and Amanda was extremely flexible and accommodating.. I am SO thankful for her making our experience stress free and still the wedding of our dreams. It was the perfect day! Amanda is professional, very responsive, and you can tell she cares about each brides experience so much. I would 100% recommend booking The Pick Inn for your wedding!! Best Venue and Help
Our time at The Pick Inn and help from Amanda and her team was amazing! We got married here back in November 2021, but we first saw the venue back in 2019 when we first got engaged and we were both immediately in love with it. Once we visited the venue and met Amanda, we almost immediately set our date. We were originally scheduled for June and had to reschedule due to Covid. Amanda was amazing and very helpful during the whole process, and easily got our date pushed out! I would recommend this venue easily to anyone and everyone for the amazing staff and beauty of the location! Thanks Amanda for all you and your team did for us, our big day was all the more special with of your help!

We absolutely love The Pick Inn Team! 🤍
The moment we arrived at The Pick Inn my husband and I fell in love. The Pick Inn was the second out of several other venue tours we had scheduled. After we met with Amanda and completed our tour, we went to another venue and to lunch. During our lunch we ended up cancelling our other venue tours and immediately booking The Pick Inn! We couldn’t stop talking about how perfect the venue was for us and how much we loved Amanda!
The Pick Inn matched our style to a T.
The cabin is absolutely beautiful and soo spacious! I loved how my girls and I were able to get ready in the bridal suite together and have plenty of room meanwhile my groom was right below us getting ready with his guys in the “man cave”. The oak trees, the pavilion, the cabin, the views - everything is just perfect.
Amanda is absolutely amazing. I am one of the most OCD people you’ll meet and she made me feel so relaxed during the whole planning process. Planning my wedding with her was a dream. She was there every step of the way and took care of absolutely everything. She had all the answers to all my questions. I can honestly say my wedding planning experience was so smooth and relaxing because of her. The whole Pick Inn team is wonderful. Cori was my day of coordinator and she made my day a dream come true! Everything went so perfectly. Family and Friends kept telling me “something will go wrong on your wedding day and when it does just don’t stress the small stuff”. Well, I can honestly say not one thing went wrong on our wedding day. It was a perfect fairytale. Truly the best day. And I have Amanda, Cori and the whole pick inn team to thank for that! It’s been a whole week since our wedding and I have received so many compliments and positive feedback from our guest and how beautiful the venue was. Our perfect day
We went to a wedding at the pick inn and fell in love with it! So when we got engaged we knew that’s where we wanted to get married. I truly cannot say enough about how amazing the Pick Inn and Amanda were!! They made the day of our wedding flow so smoothly and she makes sure to think of absolutely everything you'd need beforehand so the day goes flawlessly. Amanda and the Pick Inn are amazing. From the very first moment we drove up the hill and I saw all the deer outside and the views from the top, I knew this was going to be the place. Amanda made the process super easy, especially for someone like me who wasn't very picky about any of the details of the wedding and ceremony. She gave me great advice about everything and were super accommodating when we decided to move our wedding up and have it in just 3 months. August 2020 Wedding
We got married at the Pick Inn back in August and it was more than we could have ever imagined. Not only was the venue absolutely stunning, but Amanda and her staff were so great and professional. With the pandemic, we had to change our venue about a month before our date and that is when we found the Pick Inn and I could not have been happier with our decision. Amanda helped ease all of my wedding anxiety and our day was perfect and magical in every way. 10/10 would recommend this venue for any occasion.

The Pick Inn was the most perfect venue ever! Amanda and her team make everything so seamless and easy. We ended up having unexpected rain the day of our wedding, and Amanda was with us every step of the way coordinating a Plan B option for us - even though it wasn't our first choice, I think it ended up just as beautiful. The scenery of the venue is amazing - we had deer all over the grounds which our guests loved. The bridal suite and groom's quarters were perfect for our bridal party. We received so many complements from guests about the venue. Best of all, we didn't have to stress at all because we knew no matter what Amanda would make sure everything was taken care of. We could not recommend The Pick Inn more for your special day - you will not regret it!!

I got married during a pandemic and everything about this venue was perfect even with the social distancing changes. They are great. Amanda made everything really easy and takes care of everything you need before and during your wedding day! The cabin to get ready in is also really nice and had a great amount of room for others to enjoy time with you before the wedding. I cannot say enough good things about this venue, the vendors and Amanda that we worked with. I also got so many compliments about how beautiful the venue was.

Let me just say that Amanda was amazing! From the day I met her all the way up until my wedding day! She is a very organized person and for me that is something that is very important because I am OCD about everything being in the right place and being perfect. She definitely succeeded my expectations. I had to plan a wedding in 7 months but I wanted someone to take my ideas and put it all together for me in that little amount of time and she did just that! She was very quick in responding to my emails and messages and did not get mad at me for changing my mind about 20 times lol she was a truly amazing wedding coordinator! My wedding was absolutely perfect, and the venue is just breathtaking! Outdoor wedding on a hill overlooking the beautiful trees on a fall day. My dream wedding came true and I'm so thankful to have had amanda and her team make my wedding so wonderful, I didnt have to lift a finger at all and my day was as stress free as it was going to get lol. Incredible Venue!
Amanda and her crew made our wedding truly the best day of our lives. Dana (our day-of coordinator from the venue) & Amanda worked so hard to make sure everything went according to plan and went above and beyond to do so. This venue is worth every penny and worth the drive outside of Nashville. Between how gorgeous the property is to how much is included with that packages to the wonderful staff, you will not regret booking your special day here. It was absolutely flawless. a wonderful night made easy by Amanda and her staff
The venue is beautiful for the special day. The bridal suite was perfect for the day leading up to the big night. Having Amanda as the coordinator made the whole planning process to the specifics of the day easy.
I also purchased the DJ from the venue which was nice because he knew the venue; however his song choices were not too impressive for his price (especially given that he was given song choices and suggestions.)

Absolutely Perfect
The Pick Inn was far and away the best decision we made for our wedding. With picking this gorgeous location, we were referred amazing vendors and our day was absolutely PERFECT. Amanda is the director of the venue and was our wedding coordinator as well. I didn’t have to lift a finger and she took care of everything. Down to fanning me and giving calming words when the inevitable anxiety took over and I was about to faint before walking down the aisle. Our wedding was everything I ever dreamed about and didn’t even realize I wanted and all due to this amazingly beautiful venue and Amanda. I could go on for years about how wonderful it was. Book them. Do it.

I could not have imagined my day any more perfect than it was and all credit is due to Amanda and her staff at The Pick Inn. We looked at lots of great venues but we chose the Pick Inn not just because it’s so beautiful but mainly because of how much we loved Amanda and the way she runs the venue! She always answered every question or concern that I had so promptly. One of the many things that I love about Amanda is how organized she is!! I cannot say it enough how perfect her organization is leading up to and on our wedding day! She truly made us and everyone involved feel so important and stress free. Amazing venue
We cannot say enough great things about Amanda and The Pick Inn. I will start this review with this... just say yes! The moment we went to The Pick Inn and met Amanda we knew that we had found the venue we were looking for. From day one Amanda answered all our questions (more than once in some cases), she was always responsive to my emails (quickly), and she worked so hard for us up until our wedding was over! I never felt like a number or just another bride. I honestly felt that she treated us like we were the only wedding of the year- and that was absolutely not the case! She is by far the sweetest venue person we met and we visited several venues. Not only is she sweet, she knows how to get the job done. Our guests were so amazed at the talent of not only her, but the whole team. We went with one of The Pick Inn’s all inclusive packages and I would never go back. It was so easy and the team took care of literally EVERYTHING. No one had anything to worry with on our wedding day. Not my mother, myself, my husband, etc. It was a true dream. Our wedding day went perfect. I would 1000% recommend The Pick Inn and Amanda and her incredible team. Thank you so much for giving us the perfect wedding day! I wish I could do it again tomorrow, seriously... it was that amazing!

Stress Free Day
So we are a little behind on writing this review(our One year anniversary was a couple days ago.), but we wanted to be able to compare all the assets that The Pick Inn provides with other venues we knew we would be visiting due to our friends weddings coming up(knowing it was going to be tough to beat our wedding, not being bias). All outdoor venues or most have beautiful views(some man made views, some are naturally created) but the pick inn's views are at the top of the list and the pictures prove this. The house(bridal and groom areas) was outstanding. There was plenty of space to just relax and take in all the beauty the day had to offer. We kept trying to figure out what was making a big difference in all these weddings compared to ours, it was Amanda. She was just outstanding and having her made a tremendous difference in our day. Having Amanda as the coordinator is like having a copy of all your thoughts put into a person. Being able to compare all the weddings we went to, to ours, the difference was the stress levels. We didn’t have to worry about anything and neither did our parents(big key to a stress free day). The brides and the mothers of these brides at these other weddings weren’t able to just sit back relax and enjoy getting ready with everyone involved and be able to walk around and take in all the decorations because they kept having to worry about all the vendors and making sure everyone was on schedule and stayed on schedule, with Amanda she had all that taken care of before we could even start to think about it. So besides it being our wedding and that being a big reason why we liked ours better(being bias of course), the thing that truly made our day the best day we could have was due to The Pick Inn and there staff and Amanda. We would recommend The Pick Inn and Amanda to anyone and everyone getting married.

The most PERFECT wedding venue
Perfect. Amanda was perfect as the coordinator- she took care of everything, thought of things that would have never crossed my mind, and made my day flawless. If there was something that went wrong, I sure never knew about it. Asked if she needed anything from me- nope you enjoy yourself! I never had to stress the day of because it was all taken care of. The pictures are STUNNING and it wasn’t even a miserable temperature in the middle of July between on a hill with lots of trees! I would recommend this place and Amanda to everyone!

Pick The Pick!
My daughter had the wedding of her dreams at The Pick Inn on May 19, 2019. Amanda and her staff were awesome ... and that should not be taken lightly. This mother of the bride is a former wedding consultant and director. It was with lots of thought and contemplating that I was able to turn the direction of my only daughter’s wedding over to someone else. What a great move that was ... I was able to be with my daughter, her tribe, and our family all day long, and be ONLY the mother of the bride! We were treated like royalty and wanted for nothing the entire day. My only complaint is that this special day seemed to fly by and was over too quickly. We had a very unique experience during the ceremony under the giant oaks ... it began to rain ... it rained so much, we moved to the pavilion in the middle of the ceremony! A wedding with an intermission ... how unique! Amanda and her crew were right there, helping us move the guests and bridal party as quickly and efficiently as possible. Amanda even lined the bridal party up again for a “second entrance.” If you’re looking for attention to detail and help in planning, look no more ... I would turn it all over to Amanda again in a heartbeat! You won’t be sorry you chose The (beautiful, peaceful) Pick Inn!

To say Amanda and her team were great to work with is quite possibly the biggest understatement of 2018. From the time that we first met with Amanda she made the whole wedding experience a breeze. First, the venue is absolutely beautiful, anytime of year and the cabin provides the best place to get ready (and is great for pictures!). Amanda built a custom package for us, which included food, music, tables, chairs, ceremony set up, flowers, a coordinator (her!), and bartenders. All we had to do was find a photographer, and get booze (and a cake, but she works with a bakery too!). Amanda set up all of our vendor appointments, it was great! The process was so much easier than I ever imagined wedding planning could be and I think the most stress I ever felt was stressing that I hadn't done something because it was already taken care of. Amanda also recommended a wonderful makeup artist. The attention to detail on our wedding day was absolutely amazing. When we arrived at the venue she was reviewing flowers and was already making a list of what needed to be fixed and what was missing and when our garland for the gazebo didn't quite match she placed new flowers into it by hand. She truly did everything we needed and made our wedding experience as stress free as possible. From setting up appointments, to answering every question under the sun, making sure we got to eat (she made our plates), and making our day perfect we recommend the Pick Inn to absolutely everyone!

A Cold Weddinf Day Made Warm With Love!
Amanda and her team are absolutely awesome! Not only was the wedding day a dream, but the journey to the day was seamless. Amanda sets up all appointments with vendors and makes sure everything is in order. She is accommodating and there to answer any questions you may have about the big day. The day of the wedding was extremely relaxing and so much fun. With Amanda taking care of basically everything day of, I was able to sit back and relax and enjoy friends and family. I would 10 out of 10 recommend this venue and Amanda to anyone looking for a place to get married. Although it was cold the day of our wedding, we were warmed with love! I don’t think I’d be able to thank Amanda and her team enough for the memories of that day and the ease they made wedding planning!!

Amanda was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process - from planning to day-of and even after. My husband, Jake, and I got married at The Pick Inn on June 16, 2018 and it was all we had ever dreamed of. Let’s be honest, wedding planning can be stressful and for us, this was a destination wedding which means long-distance planning (even more challenging). When we met Amanda to tour the venue she had tree trimmers in her hand, stuck them in the ground and came to meet us. Right away I could tell - this woman does it ALL. I pulled out my planning binder to go over the email conversations we had before our trip to the venue and Amanda reached for no notes - I was confused. Amanda had memorized every detail of our weeks-long conversations. She knew everything, no notes. I was instantly sold on the venue - it’s breath-taking. But for us, the planning was my concern. After seeing her attention to my most OCD details, I immediately knew that I wanted the most important day of our lives in Amanda’s hands. I truly can’t say more about how amazing she is, as a person and venue owner, coordinator, friend, and tree-trimmer! Amanda, you will forever hold a place in our hearts! We went to TN to find a wedding venue and left with the most amazing memories and a new friend. We love you!!

The Pick In staff were extremely professional. They took care of all of my decor and made sure everything looked perfect. When it started to rain eight before the ceremony they moved all of the decor to the pavilion and it looked just as beautiful as it did at the original ceremony cite. I just got married here May 25th and it was AMAZING! Everything was so perfect and beautiful! It was seriously everything I’ve ever dreamed of. I’ve gotten so many complements from our guests on how pretty the venue was. Amanda, our coordinator, did such a wonderful job answering all of my countless questions quickly and thoroughly. We had such a wonderful experience at the Pick Inn! Amanda was very prompt in getting back to me with all of my constant questions, was very organized, and willing to help us with anything! The day of she and her staff were very accommodating since it rained and we had to switch the ceremony inside! The venue is amazing and we loved being able to all get ready in the same house just steps away from the reception & ceremony! Amanda helped calm me down when there were some slight hiccups the day of! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a gorgeous place to get married and a wonderful staff to work with!

Our experience with the Pick Inn was PERFECT! Any time I had a question, regardless of the time, Amanda got back with me right away. She went over and beyond answering questions I had in addition to putting me in contact with a lot of great vendors. They've put in all new barn wood on the stage and the entrance which looks incredible! I was very particular about our decorations BUT Amanda and her team set them up exactly as I'd hoped. The day before our wedding we ended up planning for rain which is obviously a brides worst nightmare. The ceremony and reception were both under the pavilion but it turned out beautiful! The transition from one to another was very smooth & guests had a great time. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We're forever grateful for Don & Amanda and all they did to make our day nothing less than perfect.

We got married at the Pick Inn in the beginning of November this year. It was a great experience from the start! Amanda, the coordinator was very helpful. They're transparent about pricing, have great packages, and wonderful vendors to offer. Amanda was always there by email or text to answer my many questions. She is very organized and always kept in touch to make sure we were on schedule with planning! Before the wedding we did a run through to discuss everything we wanted for our big day; and on our big day we did absolutely nothing but enjoy our time getting ready with family and friends. Amanda and her crew set up all of the decorations and everything was beautiful and stress-free for us! I was a bride at The Pick Inn in the fall 2017. We went with the all inclusive package, and everything was excellent. Our guests have been complimenting us on the beautiful venue, the food, the staff, the DJ, etc. Amanda was very professional and easy to work with. We had a few hiccups in the wedding planning process, and she either took care of them before we found out, or as soon as we asked for anything. We had a decent number of guests with food allergies or preferences, and she set us up with vendors who not only were able to easily accommodate our requests, but who still made it all taste very good. My friends with food allergies have said the gluten/dairy/nut/soy/raisin free (yes, all at once!) groom's cake was one of the best they've had.
The venue is naturally very beautiful, and so doesn't require a huge amount of decorating to still impress. The outdoor atmosphere also lends itself nicely to a more relaxed wedding. I've had several guests tell me it was the most fun and relaxed wedding they've ever been to, and a big part of that was due to the venue and Pick Inn staff. The house is a really great place to get ready the day of, as it's very spacious and set up perfectly for the bride and crew to get hair/makeup done, and for the guys to relax.
PS You can request to have a photo booth added to the package. Highly recommended, was a big hit with the guests, and lots of fun going through the pictures later.

They offered such a variety of wedding packages, it made it sooo simple. Of course I had to add my little touches, but the staff was more than happy to assist and make sure it's just right. Amanda was extremely quick with responding to all my ridiculous questions, without making me uneducated. The grounds of the venue are the ideal picture setting for all your wedding photos. The pavilion was so beautifully dressed and very warm, you won't even notice you're outside. Overall, it truly was the most magical day of my life, and I could not imagine it taking place anywhere else. I highly recommend this venue to anyone and everyone.

Our rehearsal dinner was wonderful!!! The food was hot and delicious, the venue was very pretty, the bar was fast and friendly, and her staff was very friendly and professional. Amanda responded to all my emails and phone calls quickly which I greatly appreciated since I was arranging all of this from Colorado! She was always helpful and upbeat and open to any needs I had. If I am ever in need of putting on another event in the Nashville area in the future, I will definitely call Amanda at The Pick Inn!!

Beyond beautiful site that made my wedding day look like a fairytale and it could not have been the same if it wasn't for the wonderful owner Amanda and her team/family.
From the very first day we went to tour the Pick Inn, through all the planning and prepping, and all of the final day detail, Amanda helped keep me totally calm and I never once felt stressed about a single detail at the Pick Inn or with any of the vendors we booked through them in our package. The Pick Inn is an absolutely georgeous site with the best team to make your day perfect. They take care of all the small details and you don't have to worry about a thing.
I would recommend them to anyone and everyone to make your day look and feel so beautiful and relaxing. Could not have asked for a better group of people or a more beautiful site for our wedding. I'm so lucky to have met Amanda!

Our daughter Meghan was married to Dan at the Pick Inn on Saturday, October 14, 2017. The wedding went beautifully and everything was just about perfect! Amanda and her team were excellent in every detail and made Meghan and Dan's wedding truly exceptional. The views are incredible and the house with plenty of space for the bridesmaids and all others was commented on as being very nice with great amenities. The bottom area for the groom and men was also spacious with a large screen tv and air hockey table that was used. Several guests had were gluten and lactose free and their special needs were taken care of very well. The reception area was just right with a beautiful view and the disc jockey was great - in fact, my sister from Texas said it was the best one she had ever heard! The food was great and persons behind the bar friendly and helpful. All in all, an excellent time - Amanda was there to coordinate the wedding and provide whatever was needed. Thanks to everyone at the Pick Inn to make Meghan and Dan's wedding so memorable! We highly recommend!

Our daughter and son in law were married at The Pick Inn in May of 2017. First of all it is such a gorgeous place to get married. The view is beautiful and it’s very peaceful and quiet there, so no noisy traffic etc. The House their is perfect for the bride, groom, their bridal party, and the family to relax and hangout before the ceremony. Amanda is very accommodating and always was quick to get back with us in the weeks prior to the wedding. On the day of, all I can say is Wow! Amanda, her staff, and our wonderful wedding coordinator, took all the decorations I had brought, combining them with some of their decor and had everything looking magical within a few hours time. Everything went very smooth and it was a very memorable, happy day for Patrick and Bethany! I give the Pick Inn 5 stars!!

My husband and I can not sing The Pick Inn's praises enough! We were looking for a venue that had it all: a great view, an inviting atmosphere and an inclusive package. Amanda and The Pick Inn team delivered just that! We LOVED having the amazing cabin to ourselves for the entire day, the "Man Cave" was great for the guys to relax and the upstairs was absolutely perfect for my bridal party! The planning process was made so seamless thanks to Amanda's dedication to making our day perfect! Every single one of our guests had a blast and made sure to tell us how much they loved our venue! A 5/5 doesn't begin to explain how great The Pick Inn is. I was looking for a venue with a beautiful view, along with a long time span. I was so happy being able to pick a package and make it fit to what I wanted my day to be like. Amanda was so incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. I felt so comfortable going to her with questions and ideas. I didn't know the first thing about picking out flowers, and luckily she was there to help. Amanda and the staff set everything up on the wedding day, and it all looked perfect! I honestly couldn't have asked for a more perfect day. We just got married at the Pick Inn this past June, and I cannot say enough great things about them! Our wedding day was perfect, thanks to Amanda, Don and the rest of the Pick Inn staff! Amanda was always quick to respond to any questions that I had and provided great recommendations for vendors! We couldn't have been happier with Wildberry Cafe & Catering and Grand Central Party Rental. Amanda was also our wedding coordinator. The Pick Inn staff and herself set up all of the tables, decorations and chairs on the day of the wedding. The ceremony and reception was planned out perfectly and everything went just as planned. The pumps for the kegs that we purchased before the wedding stopped working during the middle of the reception and without even a second thought, Don drove to the nearest store to purchase beer for our guests. I didn't even realize that it happened until after the reception was over! We couldn't have been more pleased with the owners, staff and the service provided by the Pick Inn.

I could not be any more thankful for Amanda and her staff! They went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect, and it was nothing short of that. Through the whole process she acted as a friend, not a business owner. The venue was also perfect! We visited multiple times through the year, and the views were always miraculous. The Pick Inn is a gorgeous venue with several different outdoor
wedding sites from which to choose. They also have a big covered pavilion that was great for the reception (and it made a perfect "Plan B" in case of rain). Amanda was amazing to work with. She was so helpful and responded quickly any time we emailed her with a question (which I feel like was all the time). She made the whole process smooth from start to finish. I would definitely recommend the Pick Inn for your wedding!

Venue shopping with my fiance (now husband) was amazing! After, a long two days of looking around the Nashville area we decided it's time to choose. This beautiful, country style venue was so easy to work with! Amanda helped run everything with ease and so smoothly. I told her how I wanted things set up and let her take the lead, and she did a wonderful job! The day of the wedding, the temperature dropped but they kept the barn warm for all the guests. The whole wedding party used the updated house to get ready in, which was so convenient. I would highly recommend!

First of all, the venue is absolutely gorgeous! We were not sure from looking online as to what we would expect, as their weren't a ton of updated pictures at the time. But, when we saw the venue, we were blown away. The bridal Suite is perfect for getting ready with tons of light up mirrors. You can't help but feel like a princess. The groomsmen suite was awesome! It had a big TV for the guys to watch football as well as air hockey and tons of space to move around, which was a big selling point for us since most areas for the groomsmen to get ready aren't big or nice. Amanda is so organized and on top of everything that it took so much stress that normal planning would have on couples. I felt very little stress during my wedding as they handled pretty much everything the day of the wedding, setting up, trash, decorating, taking down, meeting with vendors, which made our entire day a breeze. We did a ton of research in terms of pricing and this venue offered the best value for your dollar and way more perks, great package deals including dj, cake, videographer, day of wedding coordinator, and much more, than any of the venues we researched online or called to inquire about so after being blown away by our initial visit, we chose this venue immediately. It's the perfect outdoor country style venue with a 5,000 sq foot reception area with a real stage for singing, dancing, performing, or whatever your heart desires. I couldn't be more pleased with the level of customer service Amanda offered as well as the professionalism of the vendors she recommended and her entire staff the day of the wedding. If you are looking for a pleasant, stress free experience, with a girl who knows how to organize your perfect wedding, I would highly recommend the Pick Inn for your next wedding!

We got married on 10/1/2016 at the pick inn. From the get go Amanda was so awesome! Our wedding day was amazing. Amanda and her crew put all the decorations out for us and set them up and when I got to see them I was blown away. I was in love with everything. I highly recommend the pick inn. I have heard from friends of horror stories about owners of venues but I do not have 1 bad thing to say about the owner of this venue!!!!! Check it out!

We had attended a wedding of a friend a few years before and so when he popped the question, we immediately knew where we wanted to get married. This venue is amazing for anyone who is looking for that rustic yet elegant place to have their wedding. It is so quiet and we'll maintained. My husband and I were married here June 2014 and loved it! The venue was perfectly priced and could fit the 250+ amount of people we were expecting and without having to share chairs between the ceremony and the reception! The venue is easy to get to while still having seclusion, plenty of parking without being in pictures, variety of places to take photos (barn, swing, lake, etc.), and excellent staff. The Pick Inn also covered many details like a plan for bad weather, places to get ready the day of, even down to tablecloths! We loved the overall welcoming, homey feel of The Pick Inn too! I couldn't have asked for a better place to have our wedding!

The Pick Inn was the perfect place for our wedding and reception. It had everything we needed for a medium sized outdoor wedding, from a covered outdoor pavilion with closeable side panels and space heaters, a house for the bridal party to use encompassing 2 floors and a 'Man Cave', and the most beautiful location in TN! We wanted an outdoor location for both the wedding and reception that was affordable and worked with our schedule.
Also all chairs, tables, and tablecloths are provided, really saving on stress and money for rentals. The scenery was gorgeous for our October wedding, and the deer were an added bonus!
If you're looking for an affordable, beautiful, outdoor location, with flexible owners, I would strongly recommend The Pick Inn. They worked with us when there were scheduling conflicts and they were a dream to work with.You won't find a better deal on an outdoor venue in middle TN.

The quality and value of the service I got at The Pick Inn was far above and beyond what I could have asked. Not only is the site beautiful, but Joy and her workers were there to make sure everything was ready for my family and friends in time. Joy is very thoughtful and sweet. The staff work really hard to keep the facility well kept including the nature and animals. Joy and her husband even left my husband a few gifts that we did not expect to be included. Thanks Joy for all the hard work and the kindness you showed my entire wedding party and family!
Also, something to keep in mind is that this location is an outdoor wedding venue. Considering that I grew up in this area of TN, I would not plan to have an outdoor wedding in the middle of the summer. It can get extremely hot and humid. It could mean a pretty uncomfortable experience for those who were invited to the wedding. My husband and I had our wedding at the end of the summer in early September. The weather was perfect. The flowers on the bushes were beautiful, butterflies were flying around, deer and wild birds were wondering around out in the distance. I could not have asked God for a more beautiful and relaxed wedding!

We decided to get married at the Pick Inn because of its stunningly beautiful location. The hills surrounding the place and the big old trees are gorgeous. We had planned to have our ceremony outside but it was unusually cold that day, so there was a last-minute decision to set up everything under the pavilion. The Pick Inn crew had it set up in no time, and it looked phenomenal--rustic-style ceilings, paper lanterns and twinkling lights everywhere. Joy McReynolds, the co-owner of the Pick Inn, had nice and toasty heat lamps ready to go, so no one noticed it was chilly outside. Everyone had a ball.
Joy and her team couldn't have been more accommodating. She went out of her way to make sure our guests (and us) were happy and taken care of. Her husband, Jesse McReynolds (the legendary bluegrass picker) actually came by and played at the reception a little bit--we were thrilled and all of our out-of-town guests had a genuine Tennessee night.
I recommend the Pick Inn to everyone. It's a beautiful place run by the nicest people you'll meet.

My husband and I got engaged and married at The Pick Inn, it was absolutely an incredible experiance.The Pick Inn made for a gorgeous rustic romantic back drop for our dream wedding. The location is breathtaking and very serine. The price is well worth the accommodations and personal service that both Joy and Jesse provide. I would recommend this venue to any bride who wants a serine, quiet and very personal outdoor wedding. It was the perfect location for our magical day!!!
