Absolutely Amazing! The Perfect Photobooth Experience with Kelly!
We cannot recommend The Photo Booth Cincinnati enough! From start to finish, working with Kelly was an absolutely amazing experience. If you're looking for a photobooth that offers top-tier quality combined with genuine, stress-free service, look no further. Trying to find a company to give me the physical photos without paying an arm and leg was almost impossible. Until I found Kelly at The Photo Booth Cincinnati.
Incredible Responsiveness & Communication
From the moment we sent our initial inquiry, Kelly was immediately responsive and exceptionally organized. She made the booking process simple and was always quick to reply to our questions, which gave us huge peace of mind during the busy planning phase. Their professionalism and excellent communication set TPBC apart right away.
Truly Friendly and Accommodating
TPBC was genuinely friendly and a pleasure to interact with. On the day of the event, the Kelly was fantastic—energetic, helpful, and ensured all our guests had a blast. She created such a fun, welcoming atmosphere around the booth.
Fantastic Flexibility
What really impressed us was their flexibility. I created my own back-drop of black and white photos of me and my husband over the last decade and she was so supportive of this! She gave me the dimensions she needed and we made it work! She handled every request with grace and ease. TPBC went above and beyond to accommodate our needs without any pushback, making us feel completely supported.
The Booth (Camera) Itself
The quality of the photos and props was excellent. Not only did our guests love the digital sharing options, but the fact that they compiled a stunning physical photo book with a copy of every single strip taken was the most incredible touch! This scrapbook serves as an invaluable, tangible keepsake. Receiving the full digital gallery afterward was the perfect bonus.

We love everything! We have used The Photo Booth for 3 years in a row and not planning on getting anyone else...ever! She is so nice with all our guests, works with us on getting the photo design we want, the price is right. She's always on time and send us all our photos right away. We had The Photo Booth Cincinnati at our wedding in Dayton, OH and they were amazing! Their responsiveness was quick and made sure all questions were answered before the wedding. Some of our images had the wall in the photos (happens with larger group photos), so they reprinted everything photo set (doubles) out with the floral background in it and sent them to our house. Everyone had so much fun with them at the wedding and I would definitely recommend this company for any future events!The Photo Booth Cincinnati's reply:

This was a hit at our fundraising event! We did the open air 360 photobooth and were able to include our logo and a fun song for guests to text to themselves and easily share on their social media.
