All the staff, event directors/coordinators were amazing! Highly recommend utilizing their all day coordinator services (additional charge), made my wedding day a whole lot easier. Food/linens/chairs/tables/bridal room all included. Beautiful place for wedding photos as well! Optional charge for utilizing the courtyard for cocktail hour, but not that expensive. Overall everything was amazing! -

The staff at The Phoenician Ballroom was Amazing from the very first meeting. We began planning 1 year ahead and they always made sure we were informed and were consistent across the board. Kim & Osbaldo were the Best Team and I appreciate all of the work they put in.
In addition to their Amazing Team, we chose this location because of the all inclusive package options. We didn't need outside food vendors, security, bartenders, linens or tables. It was so much easier to have them take care of it all. We loved the location of the ceremony in their courtyard and the reception inside. Everything was Amazing! -

Highly recommend!!
Osvaldo, kimberly, and Katia were all amazing to work with. We did not stress out one bit because they had everything under control and were so professional about everything. I would highly recommend them again and again for events. It obviously shows that it’s not their first rodeo and they’re so confident with delivering the best services! I promise you that you won’t regret it! Thank y’all so much for everything you did for us! -

Amazing!!!!
Our wedding was PERFECT. Not ONE thing went wrong- all because of the staff here. All night they were running around and making sure everything was taken care of. When planning, they made sure they got my vision 100% correct and asked me for inspiration boards. Any idea that I had, they worked to make it possible. From day 1 to the final day- they were amazing. I’d recommend this place a million times over!! -

Osvaldo and his team did an amazing job!! From day one they worked with our time, our budget, and helping with wedding inspiration. Communication and a very family-orientated environment. Osvaldo's team and himself always made us and my family feel at home, and would always answer our questions. At our wedding for Michael and me, they made us feel like a Queen and King. Catered to our needs and wants. Very elegant turnout and exceeded expectations!! A++!!!! Thank you so much, Kimberly, Edwin, and Katia!!!! You all are awesome. Especially keeping up with all my questions and concerns. Made my stress go away and made me feel at ease. Thank you again Team Phoenician!!! Osvaldo and his team did an amazing job! From day one they worked with our time, our budget and my inspiration. I wasn’t sure what to expect but their knowledge in wedding planning exceeding my expectations. On wedding day they made us feel like queens, catered to our needs and wants. Our family and friends have not stopped raving about the service and how elegant it was. Honestly it’s all thanks to the Phoenician team, Katia, Kim, Edwin and so many names I didn’t catch but definitely worth being recognized oh, and the flowers by Mary were BEAUTIFUL!!! She took our vision and amped it by 100%! Thank you again Team Phoenician! If anyone is looking for the one stop shop with elegance and prestige you will find it at The Phoenician -

Mike and I just had our wedding here this past weekend! It was beautiful! Church and hall was stupendous!!
Osvaldo was our coordinator, he made sure I got as promised. Servers were awesome our guest were happy and pleased!
We didn’t worry about anything!
Even when I had more than expected guest
They pulled out tables and chairs quicker than quick!
Everyone was amazed with the venue!
Thank you to all the crew for making my wedding day amazing! -

We were blown away by the creativity and beauty of everything. The centerpieces and floral decor were absolutely beautiful, fresh, and stunning. The food was so flavorful and beautifully put together and the staff was so attentive and patient and really knew how to handle the big crowd properly. Osvaldo and his wonderful team made us feel comfortable and calm, we never had to worry. They also worked well to coordinate with our outside vendors. As far as price, they are worth every penny. I could go on and on about how prefect they made our wedding and how much they worked with us to throw an event of the season! -

The week of the wedding, help was offered to us 24/7 in case we had any questions or changes that we needed to make the aware of. The food, flowers, drinks, etc. we’re just all so awesome!

The Phoenician Ballroom truly offered Paul and I a one stop shop that fulfilled all of our wedding goals. Firstly, the food was excellent. People are still talking about how amazing it was. Secondly, we love Osvaldo and his entire team. Our event ran smoothly; they assisted our day of coordinator who came from a distance with overall execution. They truly care about you as a couple and the success of your event. What was even more special is that they worked with my mom who coordinated and executed on my decor. This team never told us “no”. They also found a solution or work around for a difficult request. I can honestly i felt at ease on my wedding day knowing that Osvaldo was gonna take care of anything that came up out of the blue. We had a lot of out of town guests and this was the perfect venue to have our ceremony, q beautiful outdoor cocktail hour, and a breath taking reception. All of the amenities have been upgraded, the grounds are well kept and perfect for photos. You will not be disappointed with having your event here. If you can dream it, they can work with you to make it happen. -

It was a wonderful experience planning our wedding. I only wish they would have given us the extra plates of food that they had left… More than 2 tables (of 10 chairs each) missed the wedding and the venue did not give us the extra plates they had. That’s not how things should be done. That is money we paid, that food belongs to us. At least the food, if not a refund. We also had several people in our families who told us there were some waiters insisting on the fact that they did not have chocolate cake (my cake was chocolate bread and buttercream frosting, and my husbands cake was strawberry bread and chocolate frosting.. We only had chocolate cake..) Some guests wanted to try the vegan cake (my husband’s cake) and the venue crew kept telling them that the cake was vegan, and that it was for specific guests only… My husband asked for a cake for 50 people and it was huge, the only vegan guests we had were 4, so we had plenty more vegan cake to give if other guests wanted to try it… Such a shame our guests were treated that way…
