Disappointed with customer service
Had a great meal when I visited my aunt back in February. My mom was looking for gift ideas for my aunt and I recommended purchasing a gift card for her-thought it was a great idea to support a small business during COVID. Unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. The woman that she spoke to, I believe it was Kristen, was not pleasant and/or professional. She purchased the gift card over the phone on a Friday. She followed up the following Tuesday because she had not heard from my aunt who lives in the same town/city. She again spoke to Kristen (?) who said that she mailed the gift card herself and something along the line of “I’m not sure if you’re aware that there is a virus”. My aunt ended up getting the gift card; however, the message (to, from, etc) was never entered and she had no idea who it was from. Happy to support a small business but disappointed with the lack of customer service. -
