Everything about this facility was amazing the cleanliness, how beautifully it was set up, and the staff was exceptional!!! Thanks to everyone at the pavilion our wedding was the most amazing night of our lives and we can’t thank them enough. And let’s not forget about their food it was so yummy and well worth it!!!

Our wedding was perfect!!! The venue is gorgeous, and the sunset there is so beautiful and made for such amazing photos. I haven’t even gotten all of the photos back from our photographer but he gave us a handful of preview photos and I love them so much. The staff was so incredibly helpful throughout the entire process especially the day of. Originally we had a different place in mind but it ended up being way too much work and I got super overwhelmed. Then we found this venue and the packages included so much that we had to go see it and once we did and saw how beautiful it is we immediately booked. They also provided a list of local vendors for the other things like DJ and Floral etc. which is super helpful and my other vendors had already worked with the venue beforehand which just helped things run even smoother. It took so much stress off!!! And last but not least I’d just like to mention the food, there are different packages that come with different food options and selections to fit your budget, and when we did our food tasting it was so nice, and the food was super delicious. Our favorite was the teriyaki mango chicken, it’s so so good, definitely recommend, and on top of that a few of our family members mentioned how much they loved the food. All said and done this place is excellent and I’m just so happy with the way things went!!!

I love This Vendor! All my guest made comments how it was the best wedding food they had ever had!! The Staff is so attentive and they always make sure you have everything you need.

Hello everyone I know couples come here to look at these reviews to get a little more info on the place they plan on doing their wedding or any otjer events. I would like to share my experience with you all. My spouse and I recently got married at The Pavilion at Champan Ranch on 09/10/16. We met up with Veronica sometime last year around this time to look at the venue and ceremony packages. She was very helpful and explained everything to us and made everything much easier for us by helping us find other vendors for the cake and photographers etc etc. Her customer service was great and she made us feel right at home. The packages were around the same budget we had and it all came out perfect. We were able to communicate with her via email, phone and text. Yes, she gave us her personal cell number which made us feel like she was going out of her way to help us in the process. They also have a payment plan which was very helpful for us. The day of the event she was present to make sure everything was running smoothly along with Juliet. Both, these ladies made our day some much easier and their staff was so respectful and caring towards our guest. I would definately recommend this venue to family and friends along with those reading these reviews. We are a LGBT couple and they did NOT discriminate and we also loved that about this place. If we have future events we will definately do them at The Pavilion at Chapman Ranch again. We were very pleased with their services.

The staff at the pavilion are professional and know what they are doing. Veronica and the team kept in contact with me while I was planning for the big day and that assured me that I had nothing to worry about. This course is so beautiful and our pictures came out great! We appreciate the efforts of this venue and 9/3/16 is considered of the best days of our lives!

I never expected to be able to have the wedding of my dreams...the Pavilion at Chapman Ranch made it all possible!!! The experience of working with their professional team exceeded our expectations! We really appreciated them being so flexible and always working with our schedules to meet up! We were also pleasantly surprised by all the accommodations when we would come up with an idea and Veronica just letting us run with it. You really made it seem like the world was our oyster! The food was delicious! We got so many compliments about the food not tasting like "wedding food"! I couldn't have imagined a more stress-free environment! I would recommend this affordable and beautiful venue to everyone! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, we now have the most amazingly beautiful wedding photos for us to look back on and remember the best day of our lives!
