Intimate Setting for Small Wedding
Perfect venue for a small wedding! We LOVED the intimate setting and even though it rained, having dinner inside the chapel was beautiful. The team is so responsive, detail-oriented and organized, with thoughtfulness toward personal touches. Don't hesitate to book with them! -

We stumbled onto The Parlour at Manns Chapel with a Google search while dreaming about our wedding shortly after our engagement. On a whim we saw they had availability for a tour a few days later so we thought "why not?" Whether it was fate or serendipity we immediately knew The Parlour at Manns Chapel was where we were going to be married. Pulling onto the property, then gushing as we entered the chapel, and finally awing as we walked around the grounds -- it was PERFECT. Add in the best, hardest working team and cultivation of experienced vendors and partners, we knew our dreams could come true. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day for our wedding and we truly credit the team with The Parlour and the Gathering Co. for helping us see our vision through. They think of every detail busy couples could easily miss or be overwhelmed by throughout the planning process and flawlessly carry out those details. We knew our wedding day would be memorable and special in its own right, but choosing The Parlour absolutely cemented that. Thank you so much for the BEST day ever! -

From start to finish our experience with the Parlour staff was exceptional. We were won over immediately with the unique grounds that really fit us as a couple- with it's rustic and vintage details and intimate draw. The Parlour's amazing service and staff were just the cherry on top to our entire experience. Kristen and Kit were so amazing when it came to walk throughs and planning of the space for our big day, and were always SO thorough in their communication with us every step of the way from bridal portrait booking, rehearsal night booking and the big day. They even have a stock of rental pieces for use that really elevated our aesthetic for our whole day and allowed us some extra fun features that we otherwise would not have had access to. The easiest part of our wedding planning was working with this amazing group of women, and we honestly could not have pictured our wedding being held in any other space because every inch from the flooring to the lighting to the furniture to the landscaping is absolutely gorgeous. It will forever be so sacred and precious to us, and we will cherish looking back at all of our beautiful photos from the day for years to come. We are so so happy with our decision to book the Parlour and HIGHLY recommend it for any other couples who are wanting to have an intimate and intentional celebration with their loved ones. Oh- and our guests raved about it as well! We know we will be talking about this for years to come and are so grateful for our experience from start to finish! -

We absolutely loved the Parlour as our wedding venue! We had our ceremony in the chapel, which created a beautiful and intimate atmosphere that felt both fresh and traditional. Our cocktail hour was hosted in the garden area and our reception was outdoors on patio underneath a rented tent. Each of the different spaces were beautiful and the facilities were all clean and tastefully styled. It is very visible that the Parlour team pays attention to all of the small details throughout the venue spaces and the team was very responsive and communicative throughout the planning process. The Parlour was a massive part of what made our wedding day so wonderful! It brought together all of our other vendors together into the perfect wedding day, and many of our guests commented to us how much they loved the venue. We were very happy with our experience with the Parlour and would recommend the venue very highly! -

Such a special space for our wedding
We knew The Parlour was our venue almost immediately! We wanted a venue with personality, one that would accommodate a smaller guest list of 70-80, and had multiple on-site locations. The chapel is STUNNING, the courtyard is so versatile, and the airstream is just really cool. We had multiple floor plan ideas to utilize a variety of the spaces and Kristen (the venue coordinator) was so helpful. She went above and beyond sending photos/videos and mocking out layouts to help with planning!
We used the chapel for our ceremony, moved into the courtyard for our cocktail hour and dinner portion then back inside for dancing/desserts. It kept the evening flowing and we loved using all the different spaces. We took their advice and reserved a tent as a rain plan. We did use the tent in the courtyard with market lights strung underneath and the farm tables you get to use from The Parlour. It was incredibly cozy and looked so beautiful. (I’m a converted tent skeptic!) Every location at the venue was gorgeous, the farm tables/chairs they provided perfectly complemented the aesthetic, and the team was so great to work with, especially Kristen! It was an incredible special experience at such an incredibly special place. -

As soon as we toured The Parlour at Manns Chapel, I knew that's where we would have our wedding. We fell in love with the story of how the historic venue was restored, the gorgeous chapel with original details, beautiful garden, and charming courtyard. We ended up using each of these spaces for our 70-person wedding: Our ceremony was inside, cocktail hour was in the garden, and then dinner and dancing was under the sparkling lights in the courtyard. We loved the flexibility of the space, and it was the perfect amount of room for our intimate vibe. We heard from so many of our guests that it was the most beautiful, romantic wedding that they've seen!
Furthermore, we had to reschedule our wedding multiple times due to the pandemic. We appreciated The Parlour's flexibility throughout the process. On the day-of, Kristen and her team helped us execute our vision seamlessly. Highly recommend!

The Most Perfect Day
We got married at The Parlour June 2021 and it was everything we wanted and more. The whole planning process was so easy thanks to the Parlour team. We used many of the venue's recommended vendors and curated the most perfect group to make our wedding day dreams a reality. The day of our wedding every detail was absolutely perfect, with no effort or stress from us. We greatly enjoyed and appreciated our guest count of 100, as we were able to celebrate intimately with all of our guests. The space is so versatile; from the chapel to the courtyard and the garden, you're left wanting for nothing. We could not recommend The Parlour more for what was truly the best day of our lives. -

When my fiance and I toured The Parlour, we just instantly knew it was the one. It was the only venue we toured and we booked it the same day and never looked back, which is saying something because we weren’t even engaged yet. It is such a beautiful building and it has such beautiful grounds, so much so that we were actually able to save money by not having to purchase any decorations besides flowers. It is also helpful that they have a bunch of adorable rentals included . As someone who cares a lot about attention to detail, they really have thought of everything. So many of our wedding guests remarked at The Parlour’s beauty and uniqueness, and even though it poured rain, nobody seemed to care. The folks that work there couldn’t be nicer, especially the owner Yvette. They were all very helpful when it came to wedding planning, including recommending great vendors and answering whatever questions arose. The Parlour and its staff will always hold a very special place in our hearts. -

Best Day Ever!
Our wedding was just two weeks ago at the Parlour at Mann's Chapel and I could not be a happier bride! We worked with Jessica who was so professional and flexible with our planning and vendor team. The details at this venue make it truly charming. We loved every bit of our experience and would highly recommend to anyone looking for an intimate wedding experience. -

Couldn't recommend The Parlour more! We had originally decided on them as our venue pre-COVID, and they were so accommodating and supportive as we significantly reduced our guest count and adjusted our planning due to COVID. Jessica was so helpful throughout the process. The spot itself is just so beautiful and sweet - they had everything we needed for an intimate ceremony and reception (gorgeous wooden tables & chairs, the cutest vintage furniture). Our family and friends all thought it was the cutest location and it couldn't have been more perfect for us. -

We are SO happy that we chose the Parlour as our wedding venue!
One of the things that makes the Parlour so special is the fact that you don’t need a ton of decorations and flowers, as the space is SO gorgeous and unique on its own. There are so many stunning vintage pieces that are automatically included as part of renting the space, too—beautiful farmhouse tables, white kindred chairs, pews, altar bar, cake table, cake house, garden table, gold settee, white mantle, framed chalkboard, and more.
There’s so much value in the things included and we know we saved money in the fact that we didn’t have to rent so many pieces. So many of our guests commented on how stunning the venue was, and the space was absolutely perfect for our smaller guest count, while still making our wedding feel big and grand. We held our ceremony inside the chapel and had the reception outside, but you can format the space however you’d like! Our guests loved the outdoor area—we had cornhole, giant jenga, and a seating area (with the beautiful settees included) to sit at! There’s also a beautiful wildflower area that is PERFECT for pictures.
We worked with Jessica and she was SO professional, kind, responsive, and easy to work with. Also, when you reach out to vendors, legitimately everyone will comment on how wonderful the owners and staff and staff are at the Parlour—everyone loves working with them.
Our wedding truly felt like a fairytale and we know it’s because we chose the Parlour as our venue. We will forever recommend them!

Due to the COVID my daughter changed from a destination wedding to a local one where we could have close family and a few friends. The Parlour was the perfect choice and they worked with us to make last minute plans turn into the perfect wedding. Thank you to Jessica for her quick responses to our wedding planner. The outdoor settings are beautiful and the bride’s dressing area is gorgeous. Thanks for all you have done to make this the perfect small venue. -

Our wedding day was absolutely amazing and the venue was perfect. We loved the beauty of the renovated chapel plus the courtyard was exactly what we wanted for our ceremony. Every detail made us smile. Cheryl Anne Kast was our wedding planner and she made sure it all went according to plan. Her flowers were spectacular, too. We often say to each other that is was just the most special day and we were surrounded by family. So Very Blessed! -

What an amazing day for our families. We found a venue that had charm and intimacy while being anchored with historic church to tie in our Faith. The Parlour Team could not have been more supportive and helpful as we tried to pull our wedding vision together, each time we met our stress disappeared. We received so many comments from people that it was the most beautiful wedding that they had ever attended. A large amount of credit goes to Aimee and Yvette for creating a venue with such elegance, class, and history all wrapped up in one very nice package. The venue by itself offers so much beauty that it doesn’t take many floral arrangements and other decorations to deliver a magical day.
I was also highly impressed with Aimee and Yvette’s attention to detail and desire to ensure that our day was everything we wanted. Every time we met with them, you could tell they were just invested as we were. They go above and beyond to make sure that they help bring your vision to life.
I am so thankful we chose The Parlour at the Manns Chapel for our wedding day! It was such a beautiful day! -

The Parlour is the most charming place in Chapel Hill! It is romantic, elegant, peaceful, and warm all at the same time. It was incredible being able to have the ceremony and reception at the same location - and the rain plan (which we didn't need) was so easy, as the outside courtyard is very easy to tent. The staff were so accommodating to help creating the best day I've ever had! -

Helping a dad give his baby girl the wedding of her dreams
My youngest daughter and I were in a situation where we were the only ones who were planning her wedding. We visited a number of venues in the Triangle, mainly focused on an urban contemporary theme. Still she wanted to visit the Parlour since she hadn't found a venue that "fit". Literally, as soon as we got out of the car at the Parlour, my daughter, her fiancee and I made eye contact and before we even said a word, we knew this was the perfect venue for my daughter's personality. "Urban contemporary" quickly became "vintage". She wanted small and intimate and the Parlour is exactly that. Aimee and Yvette were great to work with. Not only did they give great advice about the venue, they gave fantastic recommendations of other vendors we would need. I was a "fish out of water" with all this wedding planning and between the Parlour and the other vendors they recommended, I had a team that helped me give my daughter and new son in law the wedding of their dreams. We never felt we were "customers", but were dealing with folks who truly wanted to help bring my daughter's vision into reality. An added bonus was about a month before the wedding, Aimee and Yvette added the retro airliner bridal suite which was a great vintage touch to my daughter's vision. In the days before the wedding I felt I was on a tight rope and something would go wrong. However, on the wedding day, due to the efforts of the folks at the Parlour and all the other folks they referred us to, not only did my daughter get the wedding of her dreams, everything exceeded our expectations. Not a single complaint by any guest on a rather warm day and quite a number of compliments. Since the FOB is the host of the wedding, that was perfect to hear. I appreciate so much as a dad who had no experience at all with putting together an event like this, that Aimee, Yvette and all the folks that they recommended allowed me to give my baby girl the wedding she had always wanted. -

They were helpful. Wasn’t happy with the florist they recommended but they were helpful and courteous.
We loved this beautiful chapel. We had 98 guest so it was a little tight for our wedding party especially with only 2 bathrooms. Parking was limited and not ideal for our number of guest. We loved that the chapel was centrally located close to the Merirott for out of town guest as well as rooms for the wedding party to get ready in. We had our wedding at 4pm in side the chapel and were outside for the reception by 5pm. It was a unseasonably hot day in June but around 6:30pm the receptiin area in the garden became more shaded and would be perfect for a outside dining experience. But by that time we had moved back into the chapel for cake cutting and dancing. Very sweet chapel and all in all a beautiful day. The chapel is charming and beautiful. -
