EXCEEDED my expectations!!!
The staff here was so very accommodating & professional!! The food was amazing!!! We had our wedding reception here (December 14, 2019) and after my husband and I cut our wedding cake, the staff came in to cut and serve our guests cake and I was blown away that they did this!! They also had everything set up and cleaned up for us & they even boxed up our wedding cake and our leftover food afterwards, they served our guests with care, respect, and the utmost professionalism!! Absolutely AMAZING FOOD & SERVICE!!! Highly highly recommend, we will literally make it a point to go back to eat there every time we’re in town! -

Our reception was so wonderful. The event staff were very attentive and the meal was devine. We had a small party in the private room of 22 people. It was a great place for a small group. -

Since we were planning a big reception back home, we had a very nice dinner here after the ceremony. They were awesome to plan with, very courteous, and gave us our own room, service was great, and I was very pleased with everything! -

We ate at The Park Grill SteakHouse Restaurant along with five other guests. The food was excellant including an extensive salad bar and menu. The atmosphere was nice with a decorative cabin and mountian theme including live piano dinner music. The staff was acomadating and prompt. The restaurant has a fine dining experiance without the feel of formality. We were allowed to bring our wedding cake and a small bottle of sparkling wine was offered to us on the house. The food along with the service and atmosphere made for a pleasurable dining experiance and a memory that will not be forgotten and hopefully an anniversary tradition to continue. -

We had our wedding at Almost Heaven, and then we had our reception at The Peddler in Gatlinburg. They let us use the small room off to the side, and it was absolutely gorgeous. I would 100% reccomend having a reception here. We had a small wedding party, there were about 25 guests, and they were able to seat us all at one long table in this room. It had a gorgeous view onto the outside patio, and the food was outstanding. This was everyone's favorite part of our wedding. I would do it over again a million times if I could. IT was exquisite! -

After our ceremony we held a small reception at the Park Grill. We rented the Abrahams room in order to have a quieter setting for the families to enjoy each others company. It could not have been more perfect. The staff was amazing and so helpful; they actually went above and beyond to help serve the wedding cake. Some of the best food I've had in a while too; the ribs are a must and salad bar is top notch. I can't wait to go back. -

We held our rehearsal dinner here after my husband and I had been there and loved it. The food was awesome and the atmosphere was perfect. Service at the event was impeccable...no complaints from any of our guests and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. We had a little bit of trouble making the initial reservation but I would recommend not using their online reservation tool and just calling instead, that seemed to work better. Also, there was some confusion (not sure on whose part since this conversation was between my father in law and the restaurant...) but, we thought there would be drinks available from the bar...and then it became BYOB with drinks from the bar being separate. Just make sure before you book so you know what to expect. (again, this could have been on our side....) Otherwise, Highly recommended :) -

Please note that I had a reception for 18 guests only at The Park Grill, not a ceremony (that was not a choice above). I was VERY happy with the food and the atmosphere, but that's about it. We reserved the Abram's room, which was a nice private room, but the cost was $300 and I was told that the room would include table centerpieces. I was sent pictures of the table centerpieces that would be included, but come to find out later that I had to pay an additional charge for them or we only would have had salt and pepper shakers. The meal went well until it got to be time for dessert. We had a cutting cake and several different flavors of cupcakes for our guests to choose from for dessert. I specifically told the waitress that I would like to take pictures of cutting the cake and then let our guests choose what they would like, but less than five minutes later she was cutting the cake. I was beyond mad that she had cut a big chunk out of our cutting cake after I had directly told her that I would like to take a picture of the two of us cutting the cake. Then when it was time to leave the same waitress asked if I would like the gratuity added to the check or if I would like to figure it myself. I'm happy I said I would figure it myself because they figured the "suggested gratuity" based on the cost of not only the food and drinks, but also the charge for the room, the decorations, and the sales tax. That added nearly $100 to the suggested tip. Personally, I felt as though they should have honored the fact that the banquet manager had sent me emails with pictures of included decorations and not charged me extra and I was really upset over the cutting of my cake and the calculation of my check. -
