I absolutely adore Andrea at The Paper Trail!!
My friend Brooke recommended I schedule a visit here when I got engaged and I'm so glad that I followed through! My experience working with Andrea and her cousin Teresa was nothing short of amazing. From the first visit up until the day before my wedding, Andrea was so accommodating and helpful. She really is an expert at what she does.
With the help of Andrea and Teresa, I picked out my perfect Wedding invitations, Welcome Dinner invitations, Thank you notes, and cocktail napkins! Despite her busy schedule, Andrea would always answer my emails quickly and she never steered me in the wrong direction. I can't thank The Paper Trail enough for helping to make my wedding experience so amazing! I highly recommend a trip to the store even for greeting cards, center pieces, signage, and even balloons!!! -
Danielle Sent on 05/21/2018We recently used The Paper Trail for our wedding, and it was a great experience. We ordered Save the Dates and wedding invitations through Andrea and loved the finish product of both! She was very patient with us as we worked through which photos we wanted to use, the layout, fonts, etc. She offered her opinion, but didn’t push anything on us that we did not want. What I loved most about the experience was the personalization. I felt she really paid attention to us, and I felt important (which you want to during the wedding process!), and like I could customize what I wanted to best fit our needs and wants.
Highly recommend. Not only are you supporting a local business, but you truly get what you pay for. I still have both the Save the Date and invitation on our fridge, just so beautiful! Thanks again for everything, Andrea! -

User1544232 Sent on 02/25/2014I have used the Paper Trail's services several times for general party invitations and find their selections to be unique and creative. The owner is the most delightful and helpful person. Her concern for detail is unsurpassed.
Based on my uber pleasant experiences , I chose the Paper Trail to handle my save the dates, the full wedding invitations and my thank you cards.
I got nothing but compliments and oos and Ahhs from my family and friends.
Even my mother in-law had nothing, but glowing things to say about the quality of the paper and the printing. ( I guess I did something right!)
I can't say enough nice about Andrea and her staff. I left there feeling like I had found a long lost family member... The only negative... Is that I can only have one wedding... Well at least I hope!
I'll keep my fingers crossed and I'll be using the Paper Trail for my next event! Hopefully a baby!

User2718368 Sent on 08/09/2016HORRIBLE service!! I had such a terrible experience working with Andrea at The Paper Trail in Haddonfield. At first I thought she was very nice and helpful as she helped us pick out beautiful wedding invitations. This though, is more a reflection of the wedding invitation companies themselves. However, she really does not know what she is doing in terms of the wedding invitation industry and DETAILS. If you want everything perfect you really have to know your stuff yourself. Things I wish we could have changed: we told her we were having a black tie optional wedding and she never instructed us to put the dress code on the invitation. This is something I had to read online later that I should have done. Then we ordered our invitations and response cards without being guided to purchase a few additional response cards with a later rsvp date, so we could not send out invites to our B list guests with an appropriate rsvp date. It was embarrassing. So moral of this story is PLEASE please do your research and know EXACTLY what you want on your invites and how the process works because Andrea does not know the industry and will not be able to help you get exactly what you need. She also misguided us in terms of how many envelopes to order.
But worst of all, her calligrapher that she recommends is TERRIBLE, absolutely terrible when it comes to getting things done right. There were SOOO many mistakes and Andrea was less than apologetic about the mistakes and blamed us for the situation. I wrote the addresses exactly as she had and then the calligrapher took it upon herself to abbreviate everything.
Never EVER would I recommend The Paper Trail or Andrea to any of my friends or family!
