    I just had my wedding in the Stardust Suite at the Orleans in Las Vegas. Everything was perfect. The food was amazing (including the cake, which I was a little worried about), the room was very large and looked beautiful, the bartender and all of the other staff were so nice. We would definitely do everything the same if we had the choice to do it all over. And the hotel has a movie theater and a bowling alley and an arcade so if you don't want to gamble there is plenty to do.

    The staff and venue at The Orleans was fabulous. I was told by all of my guests that this was the prettiest wedding they have ever been to! Thank you for everything! My wedding was top notch because of you!!

    We held our wedding reception at The Orleans in October (in the Stardust Suite), and the entire staff of the hotel was absolutely fabulous. From the room to the food to the service, all of our needs were completely taken care of at a price that was far more reasonable than every other hotel that we priced. The Orleans also gave our guests a great discount on room rates, and everyone who stayed on site had nothing but great things to say. If you're thinking about holding your wedding reception in Las Vegas, I'd definitely recommend The Orleans - it's one of the best hotels in Vegas on or off of the strip.

    We stared planning our wedding back in February, we wanted something different something fun something no one has even done, so we flow out to Las Vegas with 60 of our family and friends. We found the Orleans Hotel and my new friend Jose. Jose help me to plan an really cool in-suite reception. The prices for the hotels were great, the hotel is every kids friendly something I really loved (we have 9 kids with us under the age of 10) and almost every person that worked in the hotel was super friendly.

    We were so impressed by the site, the staff, the entire venue of The Orleans Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. Off the strip...we were married out by the new cabanas near the pool at sunset! It was perfect for the two of us! Julie (the Spa Director) and her staff are better than you could ever imagine! There is no 5 star hotel and resort that could hold a candle to the entire package that we put together at The Orleans!

    We rented the Stardust Suite at the Orleans for our wedding reception. The suite was absolutely beautiful, the catering fantastic and open bar flawless. Our guests talked about the food for a week after. It was a buffet set up and they made sure there was plenty of food for everyone to have some of each selection and seconds if they wanted. The suite has a beautiful view of the Las Vegas strip and for the money we spent not only did we get more than expected it was extremely budget friendly.

    The USMA Ball was held here, and it was a wonderful experience. The event coordinators did an amazing job. You can tell that a lot of time was put into this special event for our USMC.

    I'm struggling with this review since overall, everything worked out in the end. We used the Orleans as our group room block for our guests. Our wedding wasn't until March 2017 and we set up the block around September/October 2016. I was going to block about 20 rooms but, Jasmine, the Sales Manager assured us we should just block the 10 minimum and we could always increase the room block at a later date. In December, I emailed Jasmine again and asked her to increase our room block to 15 rooms for the entire week. I received an email stating it had been done. Come February, I started getting Facebook messages and texts from our out of town guests saying the room block was full. Long story short, it turns out that week in Vegas was SUPER busy and the Orleans had sold all of their rooms ("sold" includes giving to other room blocks). Even though I received confirmation that the room block was increased to 15, it was never done. I had to scramble and find another hotel that would give me a block of rooms about a month before my wedding all because Orleans made mistakes. It was so frustrating and stressful. The reservations agents I spoke to were super nice and even gave me some insider information - the hotel wasn't really completely booked but other blocks were holding on to their rooms. Closer to the wedding, we checked again and another Sales Manager was able to really help us out. She took such great care of us which is the only reason why there aren't less stars. She was super responsive, professional, and really kind. She even notified us that we actually did still have a group rate available even though the cut off date had passed. Overall, it worked out kind of - the only closely affordable hotel I could find was CLEAR across the other side of town (20+ miles away) and we had to force some of of our guests to use that hotel due to a contracted attrition even though Orleans had a cheaper rate and availability.
