What are you waiting for? If you are reading this review, you have already gone too far because you should just BOOK The Neskes ASAP! They are simply the best videographer duo out there!
Their kindness, infectious energy & amazing editing skills will not disappoint! I booked them a 1.5 years before our wedding & stalked their instagram every time they posted another couple, anxiously awaiting for them to film our wedding & let me tell you they DELIVERED! From the teaser we received within 2-3 days of our wedding & the same day behind the scenes content we received so far, we know it will all be amazing once we get the final edits!
Also to mention, the amount of content you receive for their fee is incredible & something that really excited us when booking them.
Melissa & Steve are an incredible couple and team who know how to capture the emotion & excitement of your wedding day impeccably. They are incredibly easy to work with & a must have for your wedding day. 10000/10 would recommend! -

I can not say enough about Melissa & Steve. Not only are they an absolute pleasure to work/hang out with, they are the most talented humans when it comes to videography. They created the most epic teaser video, oh and did I mention they sent it 3 days after the wedding?? No idea how they did it, but it totally blew our minds. They captured the day better than I could have imagined, and I am so glad I decided to book them!!! Thank you again Melissa & Steve!!! -

Melissa and Steve are the BEST EVER! Instantaneously they make you feel comfortable as if you knew each other for years! They are very talented and artistic. They say you “get what you pay for” and I truly believe that. Since they have delivered my teaser film, I literally still watch it at least 10x in my busy day because it’s just THAT amazing. I first fell in love with their work with my cousins wedding video, in which they shot, and now I have my own. For months I was just in awe about their creativeness to capture the real love between couples (yes, I’ve watched all their videos on their website😂) THEY ARE WORTH EVERY PENNY and some😉 Definitely recommend to anyone and everyone! -

Where do I even begin? When my husband & I first started wedding planning, we weren't even certain if videography was a must-have for us. But after a recommendation from our (equally brilliant) photographer and viewing about 30 seconds of one of their videos - which promptly reduced me to tears in the middle of work- I knew The Neskes would be a can't-live-without vendor for us.
The Neskes create magic. They are somehow able to distill hours into minutes and seconds, capturing each couple's individual story, raw emotions and sheer joy. Every video is so uncannily representative of each couple, you feel you know their entire journey; they are somehow able to make each video distinct, yet so undeniably representative of the Neskes' unique style.
Their videos are actual cinematic works of art - they capture that sensation of seeing flashes of your life as if you're watching your own life story on the big screen. From the carefully selected music that somehow seems to describe your innermost feelings, to the rapid bursts of moments - looks, laughter, tears, cheers, unbridled celebration - that makes up your day, there is so much raw talent and passion that goes into their work. Seeing our teaser trailer mere days after our wedding brought back all those sweeping feelings we felt that day, so much so that we replayed that video well into the night. Each re-watch uncovered some tiny moment we missed on the previous watch, and it was amazing to be able to rediscover the day every time.
Even better, though, are Melissa & Steve themselves. There's a reason every review mentions that the Neskes are their new best friends, and mine is no different. They are the kindest, funniest, most calming and generous presence you could hope for (and they happily share their snacks with you when you start feeling peckish). Melissa was my sounding board throughout the entirety of my wedding planning process - until she became my every day sounding board. So responsive, kind, comforting and encouraging, it is unbelievable that such talented people are also such amazing human beings. And we are eternally grateful for their talent and presence in our lives.
Practically speaking, they make the entire process so easy - it was oddly comforting having just one package to choose from, knowing we would get them for the entire day and wouldn't have to choose what kind/how many videos we would get at the end of it.
I cannot wait to see what they've created for our long-form and documentary videos. But knowing that we get to relive the speeches, the laughter, the joy, excitement, trepidation and tears through their discerning and creative eye(s) is truly such a gift. -

Melissa and Steve are seriously the best!! Words cannot express or fully describe how amazing they are. They are extremely talented, artistic, knowledgeable, and experienced. When looking for a videographer we fell in love with the style and attention to detail their videos had, but when we met them through our first video call we fell in love with them as people! They are funny, genuine, honest, listened to our vision, and made us feel comfortable as if we had known them for years. After the first call I already knew hiring them would be one of the best decisions we made in our wedding planning…..AND IT WAS!!! Leading up to our wedding they truly went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. They were in constant contact with our photographer and planner, helped to schedule our day, and were available when we needed them. Our wedding day was amazing and their presence made it even better. They truly captured the raw, genuine happiness of our day and I can’t thank or recommend them enough! -

Hands down, one of the BEST decisions my husband and I made for our wedding. Melissa and Steve are a power couple… true artists who captured our wedding so beautifully and uniquely. I spent countless hours going through wedding cinematography websites with no luck, when a co-worker referred The Neskes to me. Once I saw their work, I was instantly drawn to their style and contacted them. Melissa is so quick to respond to e-mails and we were able to setup a FaceTime call with them and booked them right away.
On our wedding day, they were so fun to have around and made us feel comfortable. They got along so well with our photographer (whom they’ve never met before) as well as our other vendors. From using a drone to capture aerial views of the church to crouching down in tall grass, they went to all lengths to capture amazing footage that really paid off in our videos. I also really appreciated the effort Melissa put in to make sure we got the “smoke bomb” footage I requested.
Their video turnaround is also SO FAST. Our Instagram teaser was sent to us TWO days after the wedding! The song they chose was absolute perfection and couldn’t have picked a better one ourselves. I’ve watched the teaser countless times and am still so in love with it! We received our wedding film after 1.5 months. My sister incorporated a slide show with home videos of us growing up during her Matron of Honor speech. Melissa contacted my sister for the footage and incorporated it into the clips. It made the video extra special and I still get the feels whenever I watch it. She was even nice enough to send the video to us in segments so that we could post it to Instagram. After ~2 months we got our full documentary film and it totally exceeded our expectations. They are so so talented and worth every penny! We highly recommend them and cannot thank them enough for being perfect in every way for our wedding.

I fell in love with The Neskes videography as soon as I saw one of their instagram teasers. Melissa and Steve were fabulous from the moment we connected with them. The first step for us was filling out a questionnaire, and then a FaceTime call where we got to see how down to earth they are. Melissa and I stayed in touch up until the wedding day chatting about how excited we were and all the steps as I took them. Both Melissa and Steve hung out in my suite all day with me and the girls while we got our makeup and hair done and everyone loved them. Then within two days of our wedding we got our INSTAGRAM TEASER and it was AMAZING!!!! It was SO fun to be able to show people the quick highlights from our wedding that portrayed both how fun and how intimate the moments from our big day were. People could not stop talking about it! When we got our full wedding videos back, my husband and I popped champagne, ate cake, and cried the whole time watching the amazing footage.
A true testament to what amazing people they are - I had let Melissa know that my husband's grandfather passed away shortly before our wedding videos came back. They surprised us by including an extra video for us of his grandfather and grandmother dancing to their wedding song. Our entire family is so incredibly grateful for this gift they gave us. We will have this to keep his memory alive now and are eternally grateful.

My husband and I are so grateful and lucky to have had The Neskes capture moments from our special day. Melissa and Steve were soooo pleasant to work with. They made us feel comfortable, and we really felt like they were just long time friends hanging out with us on our wedding day.
Their work- all you need is to view just one video, and you will see how amazingly talented this couple is. This husband/wife duo are true artists! I am absolutely OBSESSED with our wedding films. We are totally awkward especially in front of the camera, but some how they worked their magic. I honestly still to this day, watch our videos from time to time! It truly was one of the best days of my life, and to relive that day over and over again is priceless.
From the very beginning, the process was smooth. We reached out via email, and Melissa replied right back. Melissa corresponds to any question/ email in a very timely manner, almost right away which I appreciate! We set a skype meet and greet, and the rest is history!
Videography is expensive, but it is worth every penny! I truly believe that they helped make that day the best day ever! You will have no regrets if you choose The Neskes! This power couple will probably book up quick, so I would consider reaching out to them if you like their work. Best decision hands down!!!

Wedding prep is stressful, but picking a videographer needn’t be, especially if you’re reading this review. You’ve stumbled upon a true gem in the Neskes, and we highly recommend procuring their services. Truly, we’re beyond fortunate to have happened upon these two, and are incredibly grateful for their time and creativity. Knowing our wedding lasted just a day, it was paramount we hired a quality videographer to encapsulate the memory. In essence, we made it a priority to hire the Neskes, and we’re so glad we did! The Neskes produced for us a Wedding Film — alongside a teaser and documentary — that left us awestruck and exceeded our wildest expectations. Their value cannot be overstated and we absolutely recommend them for your wedding.
tl;dr: Easy going, excellent work product, and truly a hidden gem. -

I fell in love with The Neske’s videography style the second I clicked on the first video I ever watched of theirs and then knew I HAD to have them shoot our wedding as I continued to stalk their work. After our skype call with them, it was a done deal and we were signing the contract. They are genuine, down to earth, kind, good people. Who wouldn’t want people like that at their wedding!? Melissa and Steve are not going to give you a cookie cutter wedding video, they truly get a feel for the couples they are shooting and create unique works of art for each wedding. When we watched our Instagram teaser for the first time my jaw dropped at the song they chose and it made me cry because the lyrics were too perfect. After watching their work you may think that your entire wedding you will have to step away to get all these shots and special moments (at least I thought that and was nervous the video would take us away from the actual event) but that’s not the case. Melissa and Steve work so seamlessly through your wedding timeline and find little pockets to get amazing shots and then they are just there in the mix capturing everything without you even noticing. They also took time to mingle with guests and be part of the whole experience which I thought was so sweet of them. They were so easy to work with and their personalities were a perfect addition to our wedding experience. They also worked really well with our photographers who they had never met before! I was actually really bummed when our wedding was over and it was the one and only time I would get to hang out with these two! They are just such cool and chill people! Thankfully, I am the matron of honor for a wedding next year so I have convinced the bride to hire them. Of course, my intentions were that they needed to have their wedding captured by The Neske’s but my hidden agenda was to get them back out to California so we can all hang out again. They are seriously such a dream team and are total COUPLE GOALS! Seriously - incredibly talented, have the coolest job, are so much fun to be around, have the cutest puppies (they made appearances in our skype call), they have great style (two of the best dressed at our wedding for sure!) ... do I need to keep going? The investment here is WORTH IT! -

YOU NEED THEM! THEY MAKE MAGIC HAPPEN! Trust us on this one! We searched for a long time for a videographer that wasn't cheesy... something that was unique. We were up late at night and were literally about to settle when we came across the Neskes.
We watched a couple films they had of previous weddings and immediately I said to my fiance at the time "Dude, I love them. Can we do this?" We had a certain budget but when we found The Neskes....we basically said "f*** it, they're worth it!" lol That's that.
Steve and Melissa are a husband/wife dynamic duo. They're with you literally all day with no time limit, so the investment in them is totally fair. Steve and Melissa were so chill and such a joy to work with. You want unique and artistic? Do you dare to be bold? you'll freakin get it! I could go on and on. Stop worrying, and contact them. You wont regret it.
I wish we had gotten a photo with them!! To meet them in real life is so surreal. I got emotional having to say bye to our "vendors" and now friends, because we had all gotten so close. Love the people you work with and it won't seem like work at all. They helped make that day the best day ever.
I wish I could write all our feelings down but my hand is about to fall off lol
P.S. Our wedding highlight was finished August 6. We cried so much and loved it.

They were unbelievably professional, punctual, and most importantly talented beyond belief. They did such an amazing job in guiding us and making us feel as comfortable as can be. They were able to create the most romantic scenes with a couple of lights and smoke in the parking lot! My husband and I absolutely love their work and have watched our wedding video at least 1000 times. They are simply the best and we would hire them again for any special event. -

My husband and I didn't quite realize we had invested in a Hollywood-quality production when we hired this team, but that's exactly what Melissa & Steve deliver! It had immediately become evident we had made an outstanding choice with our initial Skype call with them. They really wanted to get to the heart of our specific story and they NAILED IT!!! (**Advice** If Steve asks you how "adventurous" you're feeling from "1 to 10" while shooting your footage, tell him 10!!!) These two are true pros who have a finite intuition about what your film will be, so trust them as if they were your best vendor at your wedding (yes, they were our best) and your wedding memories will be forever solidified between the soft-sweeping drone angles and sunsets to die for!!! Thanks you guys!!!

Alexandra Sent on 10/02/2017Melissa and Steve were an absolute dream team to work with! From the moment I contacted them, they showed nothing but professionalism and enthusiasm. They readily responded to all of my emails and questions, and never seemed to be bothered when I remembered “just one more thing” I wanted to go over.
Originally, when I contacted Melissa and Steve they had informed me that they had recently moved from the LA area to Huston, TX, but I am so happy we did not let this move deter us. (Now they travel all over, which is lucky for couples all across the country!). The videos I had watched on their website were the only videos that had made me cry (in a good way!), as I could truly feel the bond that had brought each couple to each other. The way Melissa and Steve captured the wedding day of my husband Kevin and I was no different. They were able to create the perfect blend of beauty, joy, fun, and love, and for that we can not express enough thanks. We now forever have these memories captured, and will be watching them over and over again. Each part of their package (the instagram video, the short love story, and the documentary film) provides a unique perspective of our wedding day, and together they are perfect.
Melissa and Steve were also an amazing presence to have for our special day. They were calm and upbeat, and made me feel completely comfortable while being filmed. To have a camera following you around for 8+ hours is a bit strange to think about (at least for me), but they made it seem completely natural, and allowed me to relax and act myself.
Kevin and I could not be more thankful for everything Melissa and Steve did for us, and would recommend them to anyone!! -

Crystal Sent on 08/24/2016We searched for what seemed like FOREVER for the right videographers and I am glad we did because the saying "SAVE THE BEST FOR LAST" is so true. I communicated often through emails with Melissa, and then had a FaceTime meeting both Melissa and Steve, it felt like talking with friends (because we started talking about our fur-babies, of course).
I felt like I knew Melissa forever when she walked into my mom’s kitchen the day of the wedding, it was like Melissa and Steve were regulars there. From joking around with my Husband and myself, talking to our families and working with our photographer (whom is a close friend of ours).
Sincerely beautiful and amazing people inside and out, we got so many compliments on our “Paparazzi” team. Melissa and Steve worked so well with Michelle (our photographer) our Family and Guest thought they were One Team!
I cannot wait to see their final product and be able to relive what Our Family and Friends got to see.
I will be bragging about them to everyone I know and to every couple I come across planning their Big Day!!
