Old Naples at its best!

We had our wedding here in 3/2021, and it was absolutely perfect. Jessica was our coordinator and really did an amazing job. We had our ceremony on the Ocean Lawn and our reception in the Chikki Hut, and these spaces were perfect to accomodate our intimate group of 32! Jessica not only walked us through the planning from the tablecloths to the ceremony procedure, but she even helped to finalize our wedding favors and helped me (the bride) to coordinate some surprise donuts for my groom! It's a shame that this hotel will close and not be available for weddings after May 2021, and I am grateful we were able celebrate our special day here. Would recommend!

Also, I had my bridal hair and makeup done at the salon on property, and Arlene did an AMAZING job, I really felt like a beautiful bride!

Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club Venue & Mary Bowlsbey – AMAZING

The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club was the most amazing venue/hotel I could have ever dreamed of to have my wedding at. The entire hotel staff was just absolutely amazing. They were so respectful and accommodating and truly made the entire stay enjoyable. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and the sunsets are breathtaking. Originally, I was supposed get married in Chicago, but due to Covid Restrictions we looked to move our wedding to somewhere warmer, but on the same date. With that being said, I only had less than 3 months to find a venue and plan an entire wedding. We reached out to the Naples Hotel and begun conversations with Mary Bowlsbey the wedding event coordinator. Mary is the reason that we had the most amazing wedding ever and that the wedding actually was able to be planned in such a sort amount of time. I still to this day call her our Angel. She was all on board to make our event happen. She provided vendor lists, planning items, quick responses to my 1000 emails and never skipped a beat. The venue was decorated in the most romantic/elegant way and I was speechless when I walked into the room. Mary is truly an amazing woman and so talented at what she does. I would 10000% recommend Mary Bowlsbey to be your wedding coordinator and event planner!!!

Amazing Experience!

Mary Bowlsbey at Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club was an absolute pleasure to work with while planning our wedding. She was well organized and always had great ideas to make the day feel special and personalized to us. Perfect venue and amazing staff!!

**Married on January 9, 2021** I recently had my wedding at the Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club and it was amazing! We worked with Jessica McAfee who was so accommodating with all of our requests. Jessica made planning a wedding during the COVID-19 pandemic so stress free and was there with me every step of the way. I don't know what I would've done without her! I had the wedding of my dreams! I would highly recommend Jessica and the Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club!

Incredible!

** Married on 10/24/2020** Wow! Where do I begin?! Seriously, look no further. Not only do you have a beautiful hotel on the beach with a view anywhere you are, but the most AMAZING staff. Mary worked with us on making our dreams come true with planning the most beautiful and memorable wedding. She is so talented, so kind, so welcoming, and such a great communicator. Ladies, we ALL know how important this is! She answered all my questions and suggested ideas herself. What stood out to me the most was on our final walk through, she surprised me with a prop that was used for a prior wedding she planned for that I loved. That touched me so much that she pays attention to detail, something that was mentioned once through conversation. I could gab all day about her. Now.. the food! Absolutely delicious. When you're choosing cake flavors, banana cream is the way.to.go! I'm sure you haven't had anything like it. The chef is amazing, so professional and even came to speak with us to answer any questions we might have during our tasting. On the night of our wedding, he made an appearance and talked with guests. This venue is an all around a package deal. Nowhere in Naples will you find better human beings to create your exact vision of your wedding with exceptional service. Thank you so much for everything. I wish I could relive this day over and over again.

Awesome Service and Beautiful Venue!

We had to postpone our wedding due to COVID, and Naples Beach Hotel was very understanding and helpful through the process. Our rehearsal, ceremony and reception was BEAUTIFUL! Susan did a fantastic job coordinating and making sure everything went smooth! Everyone at NBH was willing to help and so nice. We are so grateful to have our wedding at NBH and would highly recommend their services.

The Perfect Beachside Venue

After having to postpone our wedding in April due to COVID and having to lower our guest count from over 140 to less than 20, we chose to move our reception to the Naples Beach Hotel. From the start, Jessica was so helpful in providing us all of the information we needed as well as giving us a tour of the property. After booking with the hotel, we had great experience doing a tasting of our reception food, picking linens and planning out all of the our wedding details. Jessica even helped me plan a surprise groom's cake for my husband which came out exactly as I had imagined.

The day of our reception, Susan made sure all of our vendors knew where to go and checked in on me throughout the day. The entire staff at our cocktail hour and reception were incredibly attentive and made our day so easy and relaxed. We also stayed at the hotel and the beach views from our suite were just the cherry on top of a perfect weekend. If you're looking for a gorgeous beach side event or wedding venue, we recommend the Naples Beach Hotel!

Naples Beach Hotel was the PERFECT venue!!!

The Naples Beach Hotel was the PERFECT — and reasonably priced — venue for our wedding reception! The sunset view from the Everglades room was spectacular, the food was delicious, the staff were on schedule throughout the reception — everything about NBH was perfect. Also, unlike many other venues we looked into, NBH included many items into its pricing (e.g., tables, chairs, nice linens, cake, centerpiece details, and other items) eliminating the need for additional vendors and extra costs. And Lindsay, the event coordinator we worked with at NBH, was phenomenal and extremely responsive throughout the entire planning process — we can’t thank her enough for all of her help in making our big day a success. She was exceptionally helpful throughout the entire process, from venue selection to food tasting to planning the final details. We cannot speak highly enough of Lindsay and her team at NBH and we would STRONGLY recommend Naples Beach Hotel for your wedding reception or event!

Make sure Tamarin is your wedding planner!

The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club couldn't have been a more perfect venue for our intimate wedding with friends and family. I've been visiting Naples every year of my life, and HB's on the Gulf has been a favorite place for our family to visit for food and drinks during a day at the beach. It was a dream come true to spend a long weekend at this classic beachfront hotel where the service was top notch and the staff extremely friendly. What made the experience the most enjoyable was working with our wedding planner, Tamarin DaCosta. She went above and beyond to answer every email, phone call, package delivery, etc. over the course of 8 months. She recommended the best team of vendors to us, shared so many laughs and candid conversations with us and helped us plan our dream wedding down to the very last detail. I miss working with Tamarin. She has become a friend to our family now, and my parents have already visited her a couple times while staying in Naples. Tamarin went above and beyond as a wedding planner, and you really don't need to hire anyone else if you work with her. It won't feel like work either because she takes care of all the details and makes the entire process so much fun and stress-free. Our wedding was on a Friday evening on the ocean lawn followed by a reception in the Everglades room. We held a farewell brunch the next day in the chickee hut which was a beautiful venue with the most amazing spread of food and fabulous service - just like the previous evening. Many of our guests are still talking about how much they enjoyed the entire weekend at our venue. My mom, my bridesmaids and I also enjoyed several services from the spa including hair, makeup, facial, mani/pedi and my personal favorite - the body scrub with tanning lotion. While being pampered, the men in our bridal party enjoyed a nice brunch at the Golf Club. If you're looking for a classic beachfront wedding in Naples, then look no further than the Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club!

The absolute best!

To put it simply, Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club made all our dreams come true! Our special day was truly magical and that's because of the incredible team at NBH. We had 200 guests attend our wedding with almost all of them staying on-property for our 2019 MLK Wedding Weekend, which means our guests had 3-full days (at least) of fun in the sun and access to NBH's amenities. The outpour of compliments from our guests keep coming in. They loved the beach, pool, rooms, food, and all NBH had to offer.
Then, the wedding itself! From our cocktail reception on the Oceanfront Lawn to our Dinner & Dancing in the Everglades room, everything was absolute perfection. We worked with Susan at NBH and we can't say enough good things about her and what she did for us. She orchestrated the entire weekend and all its activities so seamlessly. We had some random questions / requests and Susan always sprung into action. She really had a genuine appreciation and care for all the details, even little ones, that mattered to us! Even our late night pizza requests :)
If you are considering Naples for your wedding, you have to check out NBH!

Highly Recommend

I cannot say enough good things about the Naples Beach Hotel & Mary Bowlsbey! From the first time I went to the hotel I knew that is where I wanted to get married. Planning a destination wedding from MA - you have to rely a lot on email communication. Mary was so responsive and professional! From answering all my questions to her suggestions put our minds at ease. Every time we were down in Naples she made time to meet with us! Every thing was absolutely perfect. Our ceremony was out on the lawn with the cocktail hour to follow also on the lawn. Then the reception was in the Everglades room. The service was amazing - the food was outstanding! We added a last minute brunch for our guests the next day and we were able to have it under the tiki hut with 60 guests which was a perfect end to the celebrations! Thank you so much Mary & The Naples Beach Hotel!

The most amazing reception venue and experience!

We couldn't be happier with the entire staff, especially our planner Mary Bowlsbey, at the Naples Beach Hotel. Our cocktail hour and reception went smoothly, the ballroom looked beautiful, and it was such a fun experience working with their teams. They were communicative, responsive, and accomodating throughout the year-ish of planning. I had complete confidence in them to coordinate with our other vendors and I truly felt like I enjoyed the day/night without worrying about anything. Best day ever!

To start off, Lindsay Plantier put our minds at ease before the wedding. She was on top of every aspect of wedding planning and vendor coordination. When it comes to decorations, she was meticulous and the end result was incredible. We ended up creating our own centerpieces and decor, but she took it into her own to make the reception look magical. Additionally, the hotel and support staff were all first class. Everything ran smoothly and on time. We couldn't have picked a better reception location! On top of all of that, all of our guests said it was the most beautiful wedding they've ever seen. We are very lucky to have chosen the Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club and Lindsay Plantier for our wedding.

Our wedding co-ordinator Mary Bowlsbey at the Naples beach hotel did an excellent job at helping us create the perfect wedding. Her suggestions of vendors to use for flowers (Flower spot) did a great job also. The food provided by their catering service was soo good, alot of our guests also commented on how good the food was. The dining room was absolutely beautiful, as was the outdoor setting on the lawn for our beach wedding. This is the best place for a beach wedding!

We booked Naples Beach Hotel for our wedding hotel block and rehearsal dinner. Susan Savino was incredible. If you are looking to book, ask for her! There is so much we could say about having our wedding at the Naples Beach Hotel. We knew it was our venue as soon as we saw it. We worked with Lindsay (who was absolutely AMAZING). The Naples Beach Hotel included so many things in our package and took care of many small details (cake, linens, catering, etc). It was so nice not to have to worry about working with all of these extra vendors on top of all the others we were working with. The weekend of our wedding, I was blown away with how amazing Lindsay and the hotel was to myself, my family, and friends. Not to mention, Lindsay took care of everything the day of the wedding. She decorated, organized, called me to make sure I was doing okay, and even surprised us with a few things throughout our wedding day!! The staff who took over for her after the ceremony were just as hospitable and kind. The Naples Beach Hotel is well worth it. We can't imagine having been anywhere else.

Our destination wedding was PERFECT thanks to Mary Bowlsbey and her team! Planning a wedding from 1,400 miles away is not easy, but they made it SO much less complicated than it could have been. Mary thought of everything and went above and beyond to accommodate our special requests. We got married on Penthouse Beach, did cocktail hour on Penthouse Beach, and had the reception outside under the Chickee. We could not have asked for a more beautiful setup and the weather was gorgeous. Our families and friends had the time of their lives and everyone keeps telling us that its the best wedding they've ever been to! I highly recommend this venue for your wedding, vow renewal, or party!

We were married at the Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club on 8/29/15 and it was a great experience! Being a family owned resort as opposed to a chain resort is that The Naples Beach Hotel is very flexible in planning and preparing for your special day! We had to switch wedding coordinators midway (8 months before the wedding) through the planning and my wife and I were very nervous but we were pleasantly surprised. I would request & highly recommend using "Justine Grodzki" as your wedding planner. She is very professional, extremely detail oriented, down to earth and very flexible with ALL aspects of planning. She will respond quickly to all emails and phone calls. The venue was perfect but getting married in Florida at the end of August always presents a risk with bad weather and we had to deal with it and Justine was great at making adjustments to the ceremony and it still turned out perfect. All of our family and friends commented on how beautiful, clean and how helpful & great the staff was at the resort. You won't be disappointed if you choose The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club as your venue for your special day!

Lindsay at the Naples Beach Hotel and Golf Club was AMAZING to work with. We were planning a destination wedding in Naples and read umpteen reviews on different locations to have our ceremony and reception. NBH won out because they are right on the beach and their resort is beautiful. We had a beach ceremony and our reception in the sunset terrace. Everything was perfect. Loved getting married here. The staff was amazing and took care of us the whole time. The hotel has a resort feel and the staff was very accommodating. The catering department always had everything ready for is.
The day of the wedding was perfect. As a bride it was so nice not to have to worry about setting anything up, Lindsay (our event planner) had everything in its place, she communicated with me all day and I was a stress free bride.
I will definitely be returning to the Naples Beach Hotel for an anniversary or two. I loved everything about our wedding there.

This is hotel has a beautiful setting for an outside ceremony in front of the beach at the Ocean Lawn. The Everglades Dining Room is a renovated and impressive room for a reception. The food and cake was delicious and well presented. The service was excellent. The suite for the brides is enormous and with views of the beach and ceremony area. A great place to celebrate the ceremony and reception.

Susan was amazing right from the start. After meeting her and seeing the grounds we knew this was the spot. We got such a welcoming relaxed feeling. Of course the place is beautiful and the whole staff is amazing but Susan really went out of her way to give us everything we wanted. Any time we wanted to meet her or had questions she responded immediately. Our friends/family can't stop raving how this was the BEST weedding they have ever attended. They never had so much fun !!!

My wedding was an absolute dream. Whenever I think of my wedding this always comes to mind, but most importantly the people who made this dream possible, I can't thank you enough. Lindsay was such a pleasure to work with. She made the entire planning process so much easier for me and was extremely professional. Not only is the resort beautiful, clean and fun- the staff at this resort go above and beyond to make memorable experiences for each guest. They made me and all of my guest feel so special...they all left wanting to plan their next trip back (we are from Miami).

We hosted our daughter and son-in-law's wedding at The Naples Beach Hotel and Golf Club on November 16, 2013, and we could not have had a better experience... The ceremony and reception were held there. The gorgeous grounds were perfect to capture and enjoy the natural scenery during the ceremony and cocktail hour. The ballroom, with high ceiling and great lighting, was conveniently located and had ample space for seating and dancing. The food selection was excellent and was cooked to perfection. The wedding cake was impressively beautiful and delicious. Above all, the staff was friendly and extremely helpful at all times. Our special thanks to Lindsay Plaintier, our wedding coordinator. Lindsay went above and beyond to guide us through the wedding process and was always ready and able to answer all our questions. We cannot thank Lindsay enough for the excellent service and professionalism provided from the beginning to the end.

Overall, thank you NBH for the perfect wedding, and we highly recommend the Naples Beach Hotel to everyone!

Best decision ever made! The most perfect wedding on the Gulf Lawn. It really seemed like the perfect weekend. We live in Ohio and it was a breeze to plan from afar. My husband and I did the planning. Sarah Cardenas was wonderful in assisting us and she made the wedding day go so smoothly. Our guests loved to stay at the hotel. We also looked at the Ritz and La Playa. This venue was superior and felt more authentic. We went back to visit this winter and will be going back again in March!!

Can't say enough about this beautiful venue! Our guests were raving about what a great wedding it was. You cannot beat the location...our ceremony on the lawn at sunset was a dream come true! Lindsay our coordinator was amazing as well she was very helpful and organized. The food was delicious and the service was great. We also had a celebration BBQ the night after the wedding which was also well done.

Melissa Reed at the NBHGC was FANTASTIC! I can not say enough about all the work she did for us. This was a destination wedding, and Melissa responded to my thousands of emails immediately. Every tiny detail that we thought about was covered by her and her team. We were very specific in the way we wanted the room setup, and she made sure that our vision came to life. The wedding was in the Everglades ballroom which was recently renovated, and it was gorgeous. The neutral tones allowed us to bring in our color scheme and lighting and nothing clashed. The dance floor was big enough to accommodate every guest!! The food was delicious and served promptly and hot! I made sure I had time to sit down and enjoy it. I gave them a picture of my wedding cake and they were able to replicate it precisely.

Our wedding at the NBHGC went off without a hitch and that was completely 100% due to Melissa and her team. I want to have a party their every year!!!!!

Melissa Read was our Catering Services Manager; she is remarkably thorough and professional--and is also a sweet, down-to-earth person. My (now) husband and I wanted to plan our own wedding--and we did take a lead role in this. However, Melissa assisted us in a huge way--making the selection of linens & courses for our sit-down dinner a very smooth process and offering helpful advice in other important ways: e.g., regarding reputable vendors, the best site for the cocktail hour (we already knew which room we wanted for the dinner), and how to best arrange the dining room for visual appeal & function. She also helped with the room block for our guests. About 2 months before the wedding, we sampled different salads, dressings, sorbets, & potatoes, the "dual entrée" dishes we'd requested, various gravies, and cakes. How much fun & delicious this was--in an elegant dining room, with cheerful attendants & Melissa overseeing everything. My then fiancé and I felt so special--like a king and queen. Though the scale on our wedding day was so much larger of course (about 115 guests), the NBH staff managed to make everyone feel royal. Yet there's nothing stiff or snobby about the folks who work there. There's nothing stiff or snobby about the space itself, either. The charming hint of Old Florida that greets you when you step into the lobby and the clean, beachy elegance of the Everglades Room where our dinner was held were very welcoming. The room looked gorgeous when, before our guests came in, I snuck in for a peek. Roberto, the banquet manager, took pains to make sure the table theme cards family & I had made and the favors we'd spent hours decorating were perfectly placed on the linens I'd chosen. Numerous guests would later tell me ours was "the best wedding" they'd ever been to. My sincere thanks to Melissa, Roberto, and all at NBH for the scrumptious food, beautiful setting, and stellar service that made the reception on our blessed wedding day an enormous success!

Melissa and the Naples Beach Hotel staff was amazing from beginning to end. Our wedding was the best ever due to their attentiveness. We held our rehearsal dinner, pre-wedding prepping, ceremony, and reception here. Melissa was very helpful to work with before the wedding. She understood what we wanted and made it happen. Most importantly, the day of the wedding went smoothly and my groom and I could just enjoy our time all day. That is the best thing you can ask for. The food, cake, and wine was delicious! The ocean lawn is a perfect spot for a ceremony. When we were originally touring it, I got butterflies in my stomach and knew we had to have our ceremony there. Our reception room turned out beautiful with the decor and lighting the Beach Hotel provided. Everything was just perfect. I cannot thank them enough!

Congratulations on your engagement to anyone who is reading these reviews in search of a wedding venue!! I was married in December 2012 at the Naples Beach Hotel and it was the perfect place for a wedding ceremony. All of our guests still talk about it and say that it really was an actual fun wedding to go to, more akin to a vacation than a wedding. Melissa Read, our Wedding Coordinator, was absolutely amazing! She helped every step of the way, was incredibly organized, and really worked so hard to create a very personalized experience. The food was FANTASTIC!! Blew us away, every dish we tried was delicious. We were married on Ocean Lawn around sunset - simply gorgeous. I would highly recommend the Naples Beach Hotel to anyone who is planning a wedding. You will not be disappointed!

Lindsay Plantier is the Catering & Conference service manager and she helped me plan for over 2 years preparing for our wedding reception! Not only did she help me order my wedding cupcake boxes but she also enabled me to order specialty items like our guest signature frame, and dinner menus plus had these items shipped directly to the hotel to be placed in her care. Our reception was beautifully decorated, considering I live in Pennsylvania she made planning a destination wedding so easy. We didn't want to leave this gorgeous hotel!

Brides, this is the perfect setting for a wedding! A grassed area for the ceremony and the beautiful Naples Beach and the Gulf of Mexico beyond. Melissa Read and her staff have many years of wedding venue experience and try their best to accommodate all your wants and needs. Thanks to her experience it led to a perfect stress free wedding weekend. We held the rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception here and everything was wonderful. The food was outstanding, Melissa was happy to help with anything that we needed and did it all with a smile, very professional. The Naples Beach Hotel and Golf Club is a land mark hotel here in Naples and it is easy to understand why it is the choice for a wedding venue for many brides.

Susan, Patrick and everyone at the beach hotel were great. The valets went above and beyond for deliveries and visitors in the morning of the wedding. They were so helpful and accommodating without even being asked. They think of things no bride and groom even know are important until they take complete care of everything. More expensive than other places we looked but well worth the extra money

Staff is amazing and very attentive. Property is beautiful, clean and well kept. The catering manager Carrie Hartman is amazing. Her customer service skills are impeccable. Our wedding was perfect. They are the BEST and most BEAUTiFUL place to have a beach wedding. We can't thank the Naples Beach Hotel and Golf Club enough for the AMAZING job they did on our wedding reception and rehearsal dinner! We had our Wedding Reception on the ocean lawn and it was absolutely PERFECT. The backdrop and the photos were GORGEOUS, just BREATHTAKING! But beyond that Sarah and the staff were incredible to work with. The food was absolutely AMAZING and the decor was STUNNING! Sarah took care of our every need, and we hardly had to say something and she had already taken care of it. The staff went ABOVE and BEYOND and were so helpful. They did more for us than any other place we looked at, and the Chef was more than AMAZING. All of our guests are still raving about the food and decor a month later. We've all been to a lot of weddings, but all of us agree this was the BEST. They also did an amazing job on the rehearsal dinner - the setup was GORGEOUS. They went above and beyond and were so incredible accommodating. The rooms were gorgeous and all of our guests loved the Hotel. I cannot begin to tell you how accommodating they were, or how first class everything was. To top it off our sunset wedding photos on the beach there were EXTRAORDINARY. You won't find a more beautiful spot, or a more talented staff. The Naples Beach Hotel and Golf Club is truly one of our favorite places now and we HIGHLY recommend Sarah and the entire staff. We were just blown away with their level of service and commitment to the details. We can't thank them enough!

My finance and I chose the Naples Beach Hotel for it is charming atmosphere, beautiful Ocean Lawn, and genuine hospitality. We are both locals, but knew that many of our guests would be traveling to attend our wedding and we wanted to them to experience a fun weekend in a relaxed setting. It was the best decision we could have made!

Carrie Hartman, an event coordinator for the hotel, worked with me every step of the way to help me realize my vision of our wedding ceremony and reception. She even helped find the perfect spot for our first look out on the golf course. When the wedding day arrived, the ceremony was expertly orchestrated. After the ceremony, our guests enjoyed a complimentary cocktail hour while we took pictures with our family and wedding party. Then my new husband and I had a photo shoot on the beach during sunset - priceless! When I walked to into my reception, I was absolutely stunned. As a bride on my wedding day, it was hard for me to take it all in, but it was even more beautiful than I had imagined.

Thank you to the Naples Beach Club for making my wedding dreams come true! Our guests are still raving about the lovely weather, the gorgeous sunset, the beautiful venue, amazing food and the warm hospitality. It was an absolutely perfect day!

I highly recommend the Naples Beach Club as the #1 place to get married in SW Florida. Susan Savino (our coordinator) was truly amazing. From the moment I met Susan, she was my go to person for anything that my heart could dream up, she made me feel as though I was the only bride/event in the world and even down to the silliest of requests she always made it happen with a smile. You would expect that if you were throwing a very lavish ceremony but my event was actually on the smaller side. We were so impressed that everything was handled for you without the hidden fees that we had experienced at other places and that there was no stuffiness from anyone, just an amazing sense of hospitality was provided to each and every guest. I really wanted a very beautiful, laidback, family celebration and that is exactly what I got. Everyone raved about the beauty of the venue, the taste of the food, and how much fun they had. Best of all on my wedding day Susan and Patrick were my life savers. They took care of every detail and all I had to do was show up. Even when I forgot the flower girl basket and pillow Susan was right there to handle it. My wedding really was one of the best days of my life. I got to have that moment that all brides dream about where it is just about my husband and I and the first moment we see each other. I know that was possible through all of the hard work Susan and the staff put in. I could not give a higher recommendation for the Naples Beach Club, their staff, and Susan Savino.

The Naples Beach Hotel and Golf Club is an exquisite wedding venue. The old Florida style hotel, situated beach-side, is a romantic and charming place for the big day. The outdoor ceremony was beautiful. The hotel set up the white chairs, white arch and flowers, the unity sand ceremony, and a bar and tables for the cocktail hour. The reception inside the Mangrove Room was well executed, with gorgeous food and plenty of space for dancing and mingling. The wait staff was friendly and professional. The cake was lovely, and more important, delicious - I can recommend the berry filling. The best part of the Beach Club is Melissa Read, the SR Catering and Conference Service Manager. She is enthusiastic and efficient. From the first call she was kind and helpful. She thought of many details that had escaped my mind and tied everything together for an unforgettable, magnificent wedding.

The Naples Beach Hotel was an excellent venue for our wedding. They were very flexible with the planning and easily accommodated any last minute changes that sprang up. They have a large campus with many buildings and multiple sites to host events during the wedding weekend. The wedding planner that worked with me from the Hotel (Susan Savino) was fabulous and really a life saver! It was a great event and the staff handled many of the details that I had never thought about. I would recommend the Naples Beach Hotel to anyone!

If you dream of the perfect beach wedding, I highly recommend NBH and wedding coordinator Melissa Read. My wedding at NBH on June 26, 2011 was the happiest day of my life. NBH is a beautiful, resort location. My guests are still talking about what an amazing time they had. The rooms, the beach, the food-- everything was fantastic. One crucial factor for the success of the day was working with Carrie Hartman at NBH; she is amazing and was a "wedding planner" from beginning to end. She was never too busy to meet me, to return my calls/emails, and she did everything with a lovely, happy attitude. It makes a huge difference to have someone like Carrie in your corner; this was my first wedding and sometimes you just need someone who knows what to do! I got married at the Naples Hotel on June 10, 2011 - All I can say is Bravo!! It rained right before my ceremony, so it had to be moved inside and my guests never knew there was a change - just flawless.
Susan handled my entire event from conception to completion with such passion; she is amazing at what she does!
My guests felt like they were at home staying at the resort, everyone treated them like family. We will definitely making visiting the Naples Hotel a tradition!

We worked with Melissa at the Naples Beach Hotel for our wedding this past March. Words can not express how thankful I am for the beautiful rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony, and wedding reception we had there. The customer service I received while working with them was also phenomenal. They were so polite and very accommodating to all of our needs- not to mention how quick Melissa was to responding to all of my emails and phone calls. She served as a great resource for information and had very creative ideas for our wedding. Melissa went above-and-beyond at making our special day perfect- she was very hands-on with everything and her level of profession was very noteworthy. The site looked amazing when it was all set up- it was completely breathtaking. The food and beverages were so well made, all of our guests complimented us on choosing them. Our wedding cake that the Naples Beach Hotel provided- simply beautiful and matched perfectly to all our specifications. At our reception, the Captain did such a fantastic job at making sure our big day was very special and that everything went according to what we had planed. My daughter had a beach wedding on March 11, 2011 ~ it could not have been more perfect! The guests all had a wonderful time and I think they are sold on Naples as well. Melissa Read, the SR Catering and Conference Services Manager at The Naples Beach Hotel and Golf Club was a delight to work with. Our daughter got married on October 2, 2010 at The Naples Beach Hotel and Golf Club. It was truly a magical day for Rachel and Spencer, and everyone who attended. We have received emails and letters for the past two weeks from our guests telling us what a wonderful time they had at the wedding.
We can not say enough about Melissa Read our coordinator. Melissa, went above and beyond in everything she did for us. There was never a doubt in my mind that this wasn't going to live up to all our expectations, and that is only because Melissa was handling it all. I am happy to say that it exceeded all of our expectations and more. Most of our guests stayed at the hotel for the week end and Clinton Winn The Executive Meeting Manager made sure that our guest had wonderful accommodations. Kenny Graham The Director of Audiovisual Services did a wonderful lighting job for us. The food was delicious, and the presentation was beautiful. I do not want to leave out that, the sunset that evening was truly amazing! It was probably the best one yet...

The Naples Beach Hotel was perfect for our reception. This was a destination wedding for us as 195 peoples traveled, mostly from Massachusetts, to attend our wedding.
Many of our guests stayed at the Hotel which is right on the Beach.They had exactly what we wanted. Our cocktail hour was held at sunset on the Ocean Lawn, followed by our reception at the River of Grass Ballroom.The next morning our guests joined us for a buffet breakfast. The food and service we received was outstanding.We worked with Melissa Read and she made planning our wedding so easy. We love the atmosphere at this Hotel. They have a great Beach Bar, the staff was friendly and helpful and the location could't have been better.

All of her knowledge made choosing the minister, photographer, florist and music easy and we loved all of them. I was recently married at the "Naples Beach Club" as we call it here in Naples....My deciding factor on selecting this resort for our beach wedding was highly based on price and my first meeting with Susan Savino, the coordinator.

Susan was so easy to talk to and down to earth, she wasn't "stuffy or fake" like the other coordinators I had met with at other resorts. She was able to customize our entire wedding wishes, from the food selections to the alcohol selections she made it so easy and stressfree for us to plan our wedding day.

Also the food tasting was amazing! Susan also made suggestions to us that helped us greatly in our selections. She also returned ALL my email questions and phone calls within a day!

So here comes our wedding day and we had bad storms the night before so the beach was basically washed away, so not enough room to hold the wedding on the beach....what to do?? Susan came through like magic, had our ceremony set up on the lawn area with the beach in the background...our photo's are amazing and better yet our guests didn't get sand all over their feet or in their shoes so they were probably happy about being on the lawn as well!!

The room decor was perfect, just like I imagined it...every detail was perfect. I selected satin champagne linens with white and told Susan I wanted the room to just "glow" with candles and uplighting..and sure enough that's what I got. Very classy decor and they providing potted palms with uplighting and votives in addition to what I provided as my centerpieces with submersible glowlytes and water, etc...Susan stayed to make sure things were going "right" then Patrick took over and he was GREAT as well! Patrick was very "prim and proper" and it just added so much class to the event. For example, someone had tripped over my dress and we both went down on the dance floor! We were both laughing but Patrick zoomed over to help me up and my friend!! Let's see...

The servers, the bartenders...everyone was very professional and relaxed.

My biggest wish for our wedding was that I wanted it to be beautiful, yet fun - no drama - just fun for everyone and good food and plenty of whatever our guests needed....let me say that weeks later my guests are still telling me that was the best wedding food they've ever had and the cake....they couldn't believe how good it was! we did a Key Lime cake and the bottom tier we did a banana foster flavor....truly amazing cake and food.

The rooms: we had the cabana suite on the beach our friends all had rooms and they were much nicer than what I could see on the website.

If you are looking for a casual, super fun, yet beautiful and classy resort on the beach this is your place! If you are looking for a stuffy resort with employees with "fake" personalities this is not the place for you.....

Naples Beach Hotel was a perfect choice for us. We came from out of state for a small ceremony at the beach. The great thing about the location is that with their lawn, we could get married at the beach, without being on the beach. Due to strong winds, and weather issues, we had to move the original site of the ceremony, but Melissa was still able to keep us outside, just close to the building. The location was still beautiful and everything worked out in the end.

Melissa was extremely helpful during the planning process. They were extremely accomodating with all of our requests. Because of our small size (16 total), they allowed us to go into their restaurant for our dinner/reception. This was key in our decision making, because, with our small numbers, we did not want the typical plated dinner reception that you have with larger weddings. The wait staff was a little unorganized, but this was the first time they had done something like this in the restaurant itself, so we have to cut them some slack.

The food was fabulous, and the portions were huge. The chef was willing to accomodate special dinner requests for the bride and groom, which was another key point for us. The wedding cake was DELICIOUS! My hats off to the chef!!

If I had it to do over again, I probably would not use the hotel's salon. Unfortunately, I can't score them separately. I thought they were extremely overpriced for what they did. If you are really picky about how you want your hair, you might want to go elsewhere. While my hair did look good, in spite of showing pictures of how I wanted it styled, it wasn't really that close. I didn't make an issue of it because I was so happy about getting married, and frankly, there was no time to redo it anyway. They did a good job styling my two daughters, except that both styles looked very similar, and the girls did not want to look the same. My daughters left before I was done, so I didn't see their manicures/pedicures until later. I'm sorry to say I wasn't impressed. While having the salon right there is very convenient, and the ladies were very nice, I don't think the quality of service matched the high prices.

All in all, Naples Beach Hotel is a great choice!

I loved having our wedding at the NBH! Most of our out of town guests stayed at the hotel and loved taking advantage of all of the different activities, places to eat, the pool, and the beach. Melissa, our coordinator, was very helpful in making sure that everything went just the way it was supposed to. Our ceremony was breathtaking- on the Ocan Lawn at Sunset. We had an amazing time- couldn't have been better!

I had my ceremony on a grass lawn in front of the beach during sunset, and the reception in the resort's ballroom overlooking the golfcourse. They did the catering and wedding cake too, so that was one less vendor I had to hire. The food was amazing and staff very professional. The pricing was reasonable, and much better than the local competitors such as LaPlaya or the Ritz-Carlton. They were able to work with my requests, even difficult ones. The venue was perfect and i wouldn't change a thing. I have to say that the success of the day is largely in part due to the resort's wedding coordinator (who is included in the package) Paige Simpson. She is one of the most amazing people I've ever met. She is SO great to work with. People kept telling me all day that I was such a calm bride, and it's because I knew Paige was behind everything. She took care of every detail so I didn't have to worry. I was able to enjoy the day and I think that's so important. And my wedding turned out absolutly amazing! I would definetely reccomend the resort for their venue, food, cake, and especially Paige!

A few minutes of rain delayed our outdoor wedding!! But after calming the bride and drying off chairs the ceremony proceeded as planned!! The staff was wonderful in accommodating the delay and entertaining guests! I don't think anyone even knew there was a delay!! Food, service, flowers, cake it was all above our expectations!!!

Our destination wedding at the Naples Beach Hotel was beautiful and perfect! Our ceremony was on the Ocean Lawn and our reception was in the Everglades Room

Great location. We were almost interrupted by Tropical Storm Bonnie moving our beach ceremony into the atrium. The event staff waited it out and made our wedding happen outside as planned and rehearsed. Everyone had a great time!

My husband and I recently had our wedding and reception at the Naples Beach and Golf Hotel. We are both from Illinois and had never been seen the resort in person, but found it through the internet. Melissa Read was the wedding coordinator and we dealt with her both over the phone and via the internet. She was very helpful and was able to answer all of our questions. The resort had everything that we and our guests needed for the weekend. The restaurants were great, and we were able to hold our rehearsal dinner at HB's on the property. The salon/spa did the hair for me and the bridesmaids and I was very happy with how they all turned out. Our ceremony was directly on the beach, which offered a great sunset and beautiful pictures. If you are outside be prepared for lookie-loos. There was a whole group of random people watching and taking pictures, but they were not in the way. The reception was also on the property and everything was very well done, from the food to the cake and decoration. We would defiantly recommend this location for a destination wedding!

Getting married at Naples Beach Hotel was a excellent idea. Our wedding coordinator Melissa Read was great. She answered all our questions (me, mother in law and groom lol), she also was there for the food tasting and the rehearsal . She knows the business very well and all our vendors were happy working with her.
The location for the wedding ceremony was spectacular, overlooking the ocean and the most beautiful sunset, which allow us to take pictures on the beach after the ceremony. The food was yummy and the room with the golf view was clean and beautiful decorated (I also loved our wedding cake which was included ). After the reception we had a complimentary ocean/pool view room which champagne, roses and chocolate waiting for us ... great ending :)
One thing to be aware of ... the rate of the rooms during season is high 300 + , so we called other hotels and got lower rates for our guest, which worked out well.

All our guest LOVED it and I will recommend this venue to anyone :)

We recently got married and had reception dinner in the Naples Beach Hotel.
Melissa (catering coordinator) provided exceptional service during planning our wedding and especially on the wedding day. When planning, she was easy to speak with, she understood and accommodated our needs very well. She always had clear answers and intelligent and creative ideas for us. We had set up certain budget for reception and I am very happy to say that it stayed respected.
Our reception was fantastic! The room set up was so beautiful and elegant. The centerpieces were absolutely amazing. It was georgeous. Every detail was just perfect!
The wait staff was very friendly and courteous. And the food they were serving, oh man, the food was incredible. Their chicken francaise was the best we (and our guests) ever have.
In our reception package was also the wedding cake. They have a big selection of flavors for dough and filling.. so many choices...we had so much fun cake tasting and picking the flavors we love and so the design. The cake turned out great, looked absolutely awesome!
We had room in NBH too. We received several gifts from our friends and family on reception site, and, I don't know how the staff did it, but it was really cool to find gifts in room after reception, before we went to sleep. And BTW room was absolutely wonderful with an ocean view, just what a couple needs to wake up to on the first married day.
Towards the value, because it was only 19 people total, it was a bit issue to find nice place on the beach which would have reasonable prices. The NBH could offer best prices for comparable services than any other comparable site by far.
We highly recommend The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club for wedding and I believe for any other big event too. They go above and beyond...

This place is phenomenal! It's located directly on the beach in south Naples. It's close to 5th avenue, fantastic shopping and family friendly activities. There is a beach bar and pool bar both offering wonderful cocktails and food. HB's on the Gulf also has great food and service with views of the Gulf! I recommend the mussels. All of the rooms have been renovated and each tower is different which holds true to a family owned hotel. If you want a corporate feel, don't stay here. This hotel is unique - you will never find another like this and that's what I love about it. There are about 6 towers and the rooms in each are different but all updated and have that wonderful Florida and Naples feel about them. Because of all of these reasons and more we decided to have our wedding there. They did a FANTASTIC job! From the planning stages to the food to the setup, etc. etc. It was the perfect place to have a wedding but also a place where family and friends could also have a vacation and enjoy there time in Naples. We had exceptional service, food was great, no stress the day of the wedding, beautiful function space - we truly loved everything! A special thank you to Mary Beth and Sue Savino! You two made our wedding the best it could be and for that we are forever grateful!

This venue is absolutely beautiful! Everything was taken care of for us as far as set up and take down, as well as certain decor and meal items. Anything else was promptly communicated to us. Our event coordinator on site was amazing to work with. My only issue was with members of their spa staff, so make sure you ask about recommendations for hair and makeup services first. Overall, a great experience.

We got married April 2010 on the Lawn and had our reception in the Sunset Terrace- everything was perfect. The staff were tremendous and took care of every detail, we could not have been more impressed. The food was excellent-- our guests all raved about the wide variety and the quality (we had a buffet).

Carrie Hartman was our coordinator and I'd recommend her to anyone- she was absolutley fabulous and took care of everything, right down to picking my train up as I started to walk outside!! She was so organized, thoughtful and friendly- it was like working with a friend. Her experience is evident, and she's able to offer all sorts of helpful advice on everything from the wedding timeline to centerpiece ideas.

We loved our wedding! The setting (and the sunset) was amazing and we have the pictures to prove it. Our guests loved being able to go outside during the reception, and when it was all over a very accomadating lobby bar tender readily poured us another round...

The only thing we were concerned about was that the room rate at the hotel was past the price point of several of our guests. One of the reasons we picked this hotel, though, was that it was close to several more-affordable options that were easily accessible for wedding guests. Plus, this hotel (unlike others that we looked at) did not charge visitors to park their car-- we were really trying to make things as easy as possible for our friends and loved ones who traveled to Florida.

I would do it all over again and do it the same in a second! Our experience was amazing, and such a good way for my husband and i to kick off our married life!

The most memorable and amazing place!! The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club is the location to have your wedding! We had our rehearsal dinner, ceremony on the lawn, the reception inside overseeing the lawn and a brunch the next day. Just imagine a beautiful pristine lawn overlooking the ocean, with palm trees…picture perfect! The food was fabulous and the golf was great because it was right there. Carrie Hartman who was there for us each step of the way and her entire staff did an amazing job! We could not have asked for better service than what they provided. Carrie was such a pleasure to be around, which made our wedding day stress free. She went out of her way for us. We are blessed to have found someone so accommodating, passionate for helping others, and fun to be around. Each department and staffing throughout the whole time was wonderful.

It was picture perfect. It wasn’t just a wedding day but an entire weekend that our guests are still talking about how much fun we all had. I highly recommend your beautiful day there!

I had my Meet and Greet Party at the Naples Beach Hotel. I was looking for a place in Naples that would allow my guests to be on the sand and see the amazing sunset that Naples has to offer. The Naples Beach Hotel was the only spot I found in Naples that offers just that. Melissa Read the catering manager made the process of planning that much easier. I live in New York and called her last minute to see the space and she made time to meet with us. We did a 1 hour open bar and then switched the bar over to a cash bar which didn't seem to bother our guests. We also had a buffet to allow our guests to have something to munch on. The food was great and the presentation was just as fantastic. They also supplied me with wheel chairs and a beach wheel chair for my two elderly aunts which made everyone comfortable and my aunts happy that they were able to attend the event. The overall experience I had with this hotel and there staff was 5 stars all the way. Thanks to Melissa Read and the wonderful staff at the Naples Beach Hotel.

Vabulous setting!!! Great reception food!! Our guests were beyond thrilled!!! As were my husband and I!! We did have a few problems with room assignments, not cleaning the bridal suite the day of our wedding (therefore coming back to our beautiful dirty room at the end of our amazing night), and in general, I think the $3500 "wedding fee" is unacceptable when you are hosting your reception (and 50 guests for the weekend) at the resort. Some more flexibility in their pricing and "packages" would be nice, but the staff was good and very accomodating.

I was the lucky bride who got to have her wedding on Feb 14, 2015 at the Naples Beach Hotel. The venue was absolutely beautiful, of course, but what makes me feel so lucky is to have had Lindsay Plantier as our wedding planner. She is amazing!

To be quite honest, Lindsay's prompt and professional reply, back when I initially emailed NBH in the fall, was one of the reasons I chose Naples Beach Hotel in the first place. From day one, she made me confident that I had chosen the perfect venue for my wedding.

I am an event planner myself, and was totally impressed by Lindsay's organization and really awesome personality. She not only made me feel like my details were in excellent hands, but I enjoyed working with her, too. This was important for me as a bride! I'm sure other brides, too.

We signed the contract with NBH just about 2 months before our date, and not once did I feel nervous that she would be able to pull off everything I asked for. My parents, too were really impressed with Lindsay, which was important to me also.

Not only in the weeks leading up to our wedding, but also the week where Matt and I stayed at the hotel, Lindsay was so helpful. A few days before the event, Matt and I had concerns about the weather and noise in the Chickee Hut, and she met him immediately after we called to voice our concerns. We were impressed with how she made us feel like we were her only clients, when, in fact, she was actually in the middle of running at least one other event that evening.

We loved her, my parents loved her, and many guests at our wedding mentioned what a great job she did. Lindsay made it so easy for us to plan our wedding despite us living on the west coast.

I highly recommend N.B.C. for a wedding. I worked with Cortney and she was great. She made everything happen that I had asked for. I would recommend them as they have a million dollar view for a fraction of the price.

We had our wedding on the lawn and it was beautiful. Melissa (our coordinator) was great. She went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure our day was perfect. She added special touches to the reception that we did not even ask for. We had the reception in the Everglades room(I was a little nervous at first do to the size and shape) but it turned out great. They set the room up so elegant and lit the window overlooking the ocean with candles. I would recommend it to anyone!

We had our wedding at the Naples Beach Hotel on March 31, 2012. I had always wanted to get married on the beach and when I saw the hotel (7years before I started dating my husband), I knew I would someday be married there. The casual elegance of the hotel and overall beach feel was a real draw. To my surprise years later when we began planning our wedding, they had completely rehabbed the rooms to top-rate style and added an adult pool and a second bar. Since we are from Chicago and most of our guests traveled to Naples from other cities the resort atmosphere was perfect. We worked with Melissa Read as our coordinator and she did a fantastic job. She gave us very realistic ideas of what we could and could not have for the wedding. She also provided her own creative ideas and touches to make the wedding perfect. The food and drinks were fantastic and the guests had a fabulous time. She also helped my in-laws plan our rehearsal dinner on the grounds at Broadwells restaurant on the golf course. As for the hotel there were some problems with the room reservations and I spent our first day of our wedding weekend at the front desk and on the phone with reservations trying to get my wedding party into their reserved rooms in our hotel block. To my dismay as they checked in they were placed in rooms clear across the resort in down-graded rooms. Ultimately the issue was remedied and we were all placed in rooms in the same area. Another issue we ran into is that our Guet Book was somehow misplaced. Our wedding planner put it in our room the night of the wedding and we missed it when we were leaving for our honeymoon. When we called a few days later, they did not have it nor did any of their cleaning staff have any idea of where it went. It basically disappeared from the hotel without us being able to even have a glimpse of it. Another thing we were disappointed in was that they threw out the top tier of our wedding cake that we had made a special flavor for us to have on our first wedding anniversary. They did offer to make a new one which we will probably take them up on but it won't be the same. Overall the venue was beautiful, the food was delicious, and it was a wonderful wedding.

My wedding took place at the Naples Beach Hotel and I feel like it was pretty disorganized on their end. The appetizers ran out, some staff was rude to guests, cake and coffee weren't served to everyone, miscommunication about the bride hiding before the ceremony, attitude directed at the vendors, .etc. I was blindsided that day, and really wish I was not writing this review, because up until my wedding day things were going really well with the hotel and the staff.
The best thing about the venue is the food - everything was delicious. The hotel is great for cocktails and the rooms are really nice, but think twice about booking your event here, especially for the amount you pay.

We recently got married on the lawn at the Naples Beach Hotel and I must say the catering manager (Melissa) was horrible. She threw out some of our wedding items that we personally brought, and did not accomodate our budget requests. Also, she had them make a "grooms cake" which looked HORRIBLE and it was chocolate which my husband is ALLERGIC to. Talk about not paying attention to details. By the time all items are accounted for you would be MUCH BETTER going to the Ritz. The venue itself it quite nice but if you get Melissa as your coordinator STAY CLEAR AWAY!!!
