The Best Photobooth Company around!!

We LOVE The Modern Photobooth. They have the highest quality photos. Our guests all raved about the photobooth. My ring bearer and flower girls especially loved the Marvel themed props! Our guests loved the quick access to their photos. My husband and I were so excited to have a full wedding album of pictures from the photobooth at the end of the night. In fact, there were so many pictures we had a stack that didn’t even fit in the album! It was incredible! We appreciated the professionalism and timeliness of The Modern photobooth. We highly recommend for any and all events!

The Modern Photo Booth was excellent! Kevin was very easy to deal with and very accommodating. I requested the closed in booth and it still fit about 10-11 people! So much fun because the guests got to use a remote to take their own pictures! The props were great and the photo quality was EXCELLENT! I made the photos that they give out the favor. Thank you so much Kevin and the people who worked the photo booth at my wedding!

Modern Photobooth was awesome to work with! They were super responsive and were one of the best vendors we had. The photobooth itself was such a hit at the wedding, all of our guests enjoyed taking pictures. The picture quality was amazing and the album and online gallery were a great part of our package. We were able to customize many things including our logo, background, and props. The photobooth pictures and GIFs came out exactly how we had wanted. Thank you so much Kevin and Modern Photobooth!

Kevin & his team made our wedding day extra unforgettable. Our guests had so much fun in the Photo Booth, which was huge! They were great! Everyone had such a fun time with the photobooth. And so easy- they came on time, set up, and had things moving for the rest of the night- didn't have to worry about anything! At the end of the night, they had our photo album ready for us, which was so fun to look over the next morning!

Highly Recommend! This was such a source of entertainment for our guests. We had so many props and so much fun using this photobooth company. The staff were easy and fun to work with, and we got to walk away with both a physical guest sign in book next to their silly pictures, as well as an online link to all of the pictures that we could share with our friends and family (and of course the guests get their own prints, too!). Perfect!

Definitely book these guys! I looked at a lot of companies until I found The Modern Photobooth. This company was professional, courteous and offered an incredible service for the money that I paid. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the booking process, the actual event and after the event too. We absolutely LOVED the movie they send and all of the digital photos, plus each guest was able to email themselves right there at the photo booth. Additionally, each guest left our party with so many pictures and we left with a photo album featuring every photo taken!!! So cool - and the quality was impeccable. Great job and would absolutely hire again.

The staff was amazing and the props where so funny. Great price and it was a hit at the surprise party. Alot of others don't let you vontrol your own photo and its not small strip pictures these where big had a great time will have them for future events

Great quality work. Unlimited prints, great props, huge selections of backgrounds. Just like the name of the company, very modern layout. Booth is open layout so as many as 10 people can take a picture. After the guest takes a picture, they receive a copy of the picture as well as the ability to email the picture to themselves. For the bride and groom, we got 1 copy of each print in a wedding book. The owner is very responsive by email. Very happy with booking them.

These guys are the way to go, extremely helpful and fun company that specializes in photography. After booking them I had nothing to worry about, Kevin (our contact) was very quick to get back to us if we ever had a question. They do not do on site visits but rather go with what the coordinator tells them in regards to placement. Payment was easy as well with different options. In regards to pricing I went to many other companies and they all charge similar but in regards to services that are provided the modern photobooth goes way beyond the rest. Quality of the pictures are great as well. We used them for a wedding but they apparently do parties as well. Will certainly be going back to these guys if I ever need a photobooth again. They print out the pictures for you and have an option to send the photo digitally to your e-mail. Really neat and smooth process. Everybody who came to the wedding loved it.

The photobooth itself was perfect and classy, the two attendants were so sweet & helpful to our guests. We had a great experience with The Modern Photobooth! We loved our silver sequin backdrop and all of the props. All of our friends and family had a blast taking tons of photos and being able to bring home 4 by 6 photos. At the end of the night, the staff surprised us with a photo album filled with all of the photos and even some notes written by guests. Definitely recommend !

LOVED LOVED LOVED this photobooth at our wedding on October 14th.

Kevin and his team do a great job with their photobooths. They had one of the largest selection of backdrops that we saw out of all prospective photo booths so we were really able to find a background that went with the theme of our wedding (rustic industrial.)

They have a fun selection of props and the guestbook with copies of the photos and a place for guests to write a note was also a nice touch. To our surprise, a few days after the wedding, we also got a fun video montage of all of our photobooth photos, set to some upbeat music. LOVED that touch.

A week before the wedding, my planner noticed that the original timing we had set up for the photo booth was a little off and we needed them to come a little bit earlier. Kevin was absolutely accommodating and changed the arrival and departure time without complaint.

This photobooth was one of the more affordable options out there and for what you get - it really is worth it. I work a lot of weddings at a venue in NYC and I see a lot of photobooths. This one was one of the best I have ever seen.

Awesome company ! Everyone at our wedding loved this feature. They allowed my guest to take an abundance of photos and printed non stop, even creating a photo guest book for us. They were very quick to create a stop motion video of all the photos and had a link to all photos the very next morning! They are a must hire !

Worked directly with the owner Kevin and he could not be more accommodating to our last minute request for his services! The photobooth was a hit and i still get comments from guest about how much fun they had. I only wish we had two of them since people were having so much fun, they didn't want to leave! The set up really was "modern" and we got the photos emailed to us the next day. Great job and highly recommended!

We used The Modern Photobooth for our Bryant Park Grill wedding and it was a fantastic experience, from consultation to the event itself. Kevin, the owner, was incredibly responsive and patient, answering dozens of questions for me throughout the process, both by email and phone. The staff at our reception was professional and fun, and the end result was perfect. Our guests loved the Photo Booth, the props were great, the sequin background was fun, and guests liked having control of the clicker. We LOVED having a scrapbook full of photos to take home with us the night of the wedding, and the online gallery and stop motion movie are awesome too. I highly recommend using The Modern Photobooth for any event.

The Modern Photobooth was AMAZING! it was such a hit at our wedding. Our guests loved the ability to take their own photos, receive immediate prints and digital copies of their photos. It was also great that we were able to get a physical album made so that we can see all the fun that everyone had that day! The Modern Photobooth made our wedding complete! The booth was amazing - the props were awesome, and it was set up comfortably for a large number of guests to fit at once. The quality of the photos was beautiful, and our guests had so much fun visiting the booth over and over again that evening. The fact that guests can receive copies of their photos is the best part and definitely encourages use of the booth. We were pleasantly surprised to receive an album of select photos at the end of our wedding, and we will treasure this album for years to come! After the venue, The Modern Photobooth was the 1st vendor my husband and I booked. First, I will say, that I LOVE photo booths and knew it was a must for my wedding. So after compulsively researching different companies, I became convinced that The Modern Photobooth was the best quality and service for the price - and I believe I was right. I couldn't have been more happier with them! They were super responsive via email throughout the entire process (I hate when phone calls are the only way that a vendor wants to communicate). Of all the set ups for photo booths I've seen, I think they have hands down been the nicest looking ones. The evening of the wedding, Kevin came up to me to introduce himself and to make sure we made time to get in the booth, which I very much appreciated considering the evening goes by so quickly and it's so easy to lose track of time. My guests had a BLAST with the pictures/props and when Kevin came up to me at the end of the night with an album of all my guests' picture, I would let no one take the album away from me because I was having so much fun looking at the photos (which were high-quality, btw). Lastly, the video movie link at the end is the best to share with friends was so much fun. I HIGHLY recommend The Modern Photobooth for any event ! You won't be disappointed!

The Modern Photobooth is AWESOME! All of our guests from the ages of 2-80 were in the Photo Booth at some point during our wedding, picking out the perfect props and striking the best poses. SO MUCH FUN

I cannot tell you how AMAZING this company is. I was referred to them by a friend who had used them at their wedding. I loved the concept of the "open" booth. I don't like those small stuffy booths, you can't fit more than 4 ppl in there. This choice was PERFECTION. People are STILL talking about how much fun the Photo Booth was. Everyones FB default is their photo from the photo booth!! The fact that it was open got CROWDS of people in there, and also was so interactive bc I placed it close to the bar, so other people would jump in and join the photos. It was the biggest hit. What was so great about this company is the STAFF. The two workers that were there were so friendly and QUICK with printing all the photos. Everyone that had their photo taken received a photo instantly. The staff knew which photos to print, what to skip over and what to put on a collage. Everyone that was at the wedding left with 3-5 4x5 photos.

Modern photobooth is awesome! They did our friend's wedding last year so we booked them for ours this year. They really have a reasonable price and you get a lot for the price - open photobooth (which is perfect for group pics), props, bride and groom get an album when the event is over and we just got the link to the digital pics and a video link to all our pics strung together. The photobooth was such a hit - it was packed all night and the workers managing it were so nice and patient with everyone. I highly recommend them!

Who doesn't love photobooths? This one is an open air one and fits a bunch of people. Awesome backgrounds to choose from. Great props. We visited Kevin's office before booking, and he let us try out the photobooth.

Love that this one is different in that you get a remote to control how many pictures are taken. And if you take a series of 2, 4 or 6 pics, it shows up on the same 4x6. Everyone in the pic gets a copy of the pic, which was important to me. I hate fighting over who gets the picture when I'm in a picture with others.

Super easy to work with Kevin. And the two attendants were on time and were working hard the whole night. This is a pricier photobooth, but what really made me pick this one is that you get an album with a printout of the first 100 or so pictures (how ever many pics the album can hold) and it serves as a guestbook too. The coolest thing is that you get a link to a stop motion movie of all of the pictures in order. Lots of fun to watch that! And everyone can go to the gallery and download their pics too.

Highly recommend! Everyone had a blast in the photobooth, and I love looking through all the pictures and watching the movie over and over again!

What an amazing find! The Modern Photobooth was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We looked at several Photobooth companies and chose the Modren Photobooth because of the value and the services they provided. For an amazingly reasonable price, our guests had unlimited prints, we were able to take home an album the day of the wedding with pictures our guests took. Even elderly people at the wedding went to the Photobooth and used the fun props. The staff was friendly and easy to work with. Quality of the photos and backdrop were excellent and unlike some other companies we looked at. Because the Photobooth was open (no curtains) and large (10x10ft) we had lots of huge group photos which was so much fun. I would recommend this to anyone hoping to have a FUN event.

I needed to find a photo booth that was on Long Island for my daughter's Sweet 16. I found The Modern Photobooth just by searching the wed and was very impressed with their website. I loved the background options, the quality of the pictures shown and the price! My interactions with Kevin, the owner were always professional. I was very nervous hiring a vendor sight unseen! My worries were unfounded!! The operators of the booth, Dan and Tara, were absolutely wonderful and were so patient with printing all the pictures everyone wanted! We all had the BEST time with the booth and were laughing the entire night! I would highly recommend The Modern Photobooth for any occasion!

They did a great job liaising with our reception venue and coordinating setup, Kevin was super responsive to emails and calls, all staff were super friendly, the props were great (and plentiful), and the photos were wonderful quality. And, of course, our guests had an absolute blast.

The only issues were that I know one guest didn't receive the digital photo she had emailed herself from the event, and a couple of photos were missing from our guestbook. However, these aren't actual problems, as I really loved receiving the photo guestbook, our guests being able to take home prints of their photos from the reception, and the photos being easily viewable and downloadable online from the gallery (and the YouTube video).

Getting a photobooth for our wedding was sort of a last minute decision--something I really wanted but was unsure would fit within the budget.

I reached out to several photobooth providers and was shocked by hot little they provided and how expensive it was. I asked my wedding venue if there was any company that they recommended and that is when I found the modern photobooth

They were very responsive to all emails, reasonably priced, flexible, and fun!

I have to say, if I could do it all over again I would nix flowers, and all that stuff and just have...more photobooth! Honestly, this was the most fun part of our wedding, our guests loved it, and having those hillarious photos to look back on and laugh out is so priceless to my husband and I.

We got the white background and I had so many guests tell me that our photobooth made them look so great in pictures--i recommend the white!

I opted to use my own props to save some money and have some originality and it worked out great.

I also liked it because it was a fun idea for a guest book rather than a boring one..

I can't even explain how big of a hit this photobooth was at my wedding last week. I love goofy photos and a giant one where you can fit 20 people is AMAZING. Every single guest said how much they loved it, and as the bride, I couldn't get enough of it. I was in it every 5 minutes! The people at modern photobooth were great with communicating, they set everything up perfectly, we incredibly nice (esp when dealing with drunk guests) and made my wedding perfect! I was so excited for the booth and they did not disappoint at all. Guests got prints, I got a guestbook of every picture and a day later I got a link with all the photos uploaded online. The price is also incredibly reasonable for how much work they do. I can't thank them enough!!
WOULD RECOMMEND OVER ANY OTHER PHOTOBOOTH!

I can't say enough about how amazing modern photobooth was for our party! We threw a black tie 60th birthday party and this was one of the highlights of the party. Kevin was so extremely helpful to work with leading up to the party. The attendants were so friendly and made everyone extremely comfortable. My family is from west Africa so there were a good number of people at the party who aren't completely comfortable with English. The attendants were able to easily communicate the way the photobooth worked so that everyone could have a great time taking the photos. The props were awesome and made for some hilarious pictures. The album that came with our package is amazing. We got to see so many of the pictures that were taken by our guests throughout the evening. It's awesome to be able to take it home right at the end of the evening. Within a couple days we got the online gallery. Also the picture quality is better then any photobooth company I have seen. Go with these guys you won't be disappointed!

We can't say enough about how great this photobooth company is! They truly made our wedding night so memorable. Everyone at the wedding loved the booth! Kevin at the Modern photobooth was completely great to work with, and he has a ton of options to go through for backgrounds, sizes, and colors. The props added a great touch, and we really have some great (and quite hilarious) photos from the night. They print photos at the site, and they even include an album and your guests can sign next to the pictures...it's a great way to remember the night (while waiting for the professional photos to be finished). I looked at a bunch of photobooths before selecting Modern, and I can tell you with certainty that they are far and above one of the best options. My wife herself is a photorapher, and the quality of the lighting is something that is key when picking a photobooth. The pictures that Modern gave us were sharp, bright, and great lighting. I cant recommend this company enough!

The Modern Photobooth was the best money I could've spent! From beginning to end, the attendants did such an amazing job with all of my guests! The pictures came out UNBELIEVABLE! My husband and I were so impressed by the service, the quality of pictures and the quantity of pictures! The Modern Photobooth even gave us a really nice guestbook/album with the pictures from the wedding! It is a great keepsake!

All of my guests LOVED the photobooth and we will all recommend this vendor to anyone who is interested in a great photobooth company!

Everyone loved the photobooth!!

As the bride, I didn't get to enjoy this service so much- but I really really recommend this as it's SO much fun for your guests. The attendants were very personable and fun, props are a blast, the set up looks nice, you can fit a TON of people in here (something I don't like about the traditional booths)... and everyone that participates gets a take-away (as many as they'd like!). It was well worth the (reasonable) price.

This particular vendor was awesome- everything was no hassle, we had a book of memories ready to go when we left our reception, Kevin made us an awesome stop-motion movie with all of our images set to the song of our choice (cool add-on!), and we had all of our images on a DVD in the mail the week we returned from our honeymoon. Stellar!

I used The Modern Photobooth for my wedding at reBar in Brooklyn. Main contact was Kevin, and the event staff was Matt and Dan.

Kevin was extremely responsive during the planning process (primarily by email). He worked with me to give us exactly what we wanted (use the venue wall as a backdrop, no curtains, etc).

At the event, the booth was a hit, all the guests had a great time with it, and the staff was very friendly and professional. I heard nothing but good things from the guests who used the booth. It was easy to use, even our youngest guests were having fun with it.

We got our images online the next day -- great quality. The beauty dish lighting and Canon SLR camera makes everyone like like a movie star!

I love that they gave 4x6 prints to everyone (not the little film strip images) and the print quality was glossy, vivid, and sharp.

They also encouraged guests to leave images in an album along with notes and well wishes, which was fun to review the next day.

Their pricing, while not bargain basement cheap, was among the more affordable of the reputable photobooths in the NY metro area. That, combined with their friendliness, professionalism at the event, the quality of the images, that they stay the whole event, and that all guests get full 4x6 prints, make them high value for sure!

We had the Modern Photobooth at our wedding last month and could not recommend them more! It was such a hit, we have such fun photos of our guests (even guests we never expected to have so much fun with it) and it was a great way for us (the bride and groom) to spend a minute or two alone with our guests while having fun. The stop motion video is fantastic- really can not say enough good things about Kevin and this company. Kevin was always quick to respond, was such a pleasure to work with, and nearly every person at our wedding has commented how much fun they had with the photobooth. My cousins have used other photobooth company's in the past for different events but from now on we will all only use the Modern Photobooth. Book them!

The Modern PhotoBooth was the best part of our wedding party. We had about 45 children there and it was a HUGE hit. The adults loved it too. I love the pictures and Kevin and his assistant were great to work with (and showed extreme patience with all those kids … lol). I would 100% without hesitation recommend the Modern PhotoBooth for any party!!! Absolutely fantastic. Only complaint (and it is not their fault) is that I wish the party was longer and the Modern PhotoBooth was there longer too because even though we got hundred of photos – I would have loved even more – they are great!!!! Great memories for me and all our guests. They loved going home with copies of the pictures – no need for other favors.

The Modern Photobooth made my wedding perfect!! Everyone from cousins to friends to grandparents absolutely loved the Modern Photobooth. Kevin was prompt and set up the booth fast. People took tons of great pictures which they could get a print of or email to themselves!! Best of all I got a copy of all the pictures on a CD!!!! Thank you so much Kevin!! The photobooth was the highlight of my wedding! Everyone, young and old, had a blast taking pictures. The booth was so big and held my entire bridal party and their guests! The image/camera quality was incredible. We also got a disc of all our images and an online gallery where our guests could go and see the pictures! The props were hysterical and made everyone laugh and enjoy themselves. Flexible is an understatement, Kevin and his staff stayed an extra half hour because we couldn't keep people out of the booth! You will not regret booking with them! They are so innovative, and it made my wedding unforgettable! Thank You!!!

Kevin was really great to work with and we were really happy with the photobooth!

Everyone loved the photobooth! We got the large photobooth and it was big enough to jam in 8 people (though our friends usually jammed in more than 8 which made for really hilarious pictures).

One feature I had not seen in other photobooths was the feature of socially sharing or emailing the pictures to yourself or friends after you had taken them. That was really really awesome.

We got our DVD shortly after and Kevin was really great and responsive to our emails.

I have never experienced such a fun and unique photobooth until The Modern Photobooth Inc. Most photobooths are small and can only fit like 4 people max and that's pushing it. This photobooth was nice and big and open. The fact that you can 4x6 pictures instead of a little strip is awesome so you can put them in frames at home. What was also AWESOME was they have an iPad set up right outside the booth so that when you come out, you can click on the photos you want and e-mail to your e-mail address. That is so cool!!! All my wedding guests LOVED this photobooth and I will only recommend the Modern Photobooth from now on. Thank you Kevin for a job well done!!

We highly recommend The Modern Photobooth to future brides and grooms! We got married on 11/19/11 and all of our guests very very pleased with their service. They are awesome at what they do!! Kevin and his Modern Photobooth staff were awesome as was the photobooth. It was the perfect size with great props and the photo print quality was great. All of our guests had a ball taking funny photos. The album at the end is a great touch. Kevin was professional and very responsive. We had The Modern Photobooth at our wedding and it was an absolute hit! Everyone keeps talking about how much fun it was. What made it extra cool is that you can fit up to 30 people in this photo "studio". The props were awesome and everyone had such a great time taking pics. Kevin did a great job making sure everyone got a copy of their pic and got in the booth to take a picture. We also got an album of every picture taken as well. My cousin who was at my wedding and loved it so much she booked them for her wedding as well. If you are thinking about having a photobooth at your wedding or event definitely go with The Modern Photobooth.

This was the best part of the party! They were prompt in timing and were extremely pleasant. They let us take as many pictures as we pleased and gave us a great photobook at the end. They also were willing to help us if anyone was having trouble taking a "good" picture.

Kevin and The Modern Photobooth MADE our reception! It was INCREDIBLE to wake up the morning after becoming "Mr. and Mrs." and have over 1,000 pictures of all our guests (young and old) dancing and partying at our wedding!!! Our 5 hour reception seemed like it was over in the blink of an eye... but having our photobooth pictures lets us relive our amazing wedding again and again. We loved our traditional photographer (and pics) but there's no comparison to the pics we have from the photobooth. I recommend Kevin and his team to anyone who wants there reception to be a REAL PARTY and wants there wedding to be referred to as the "BEST WEDDING EVER"... ours was :)

We found out about the Modern Photo Booth from another wedding that we attended. The photobooth was so much fun and all the guests had a blast. Once we were plannng our OWN wedding we KNEW we had to book it. Compared to other photobooths we have seen, we liked this the best because it takes (high quality) full body images and so many people can fit into it! It made the reception so much more fun!
At our wedding it was great because Kevin provided props for people if they wanted to use them. Plus, you could see the images immediatley and then Kevin and his assistant would print them out as well (a great favor)! Kevin surprised us at the end of the evening with a guestbook of pictures from the photobooth with space for our guests to write a personalized message next to their image. My husband and I were hysterically laughing as we looked through it on our wedding night!
Kevin is very professional and worked with us throughout our wedding planning and was fast to respond to any questions that we had. We wanted to thank you so much Kevin for all that you did to make our wedding unforgettable!

Mario and I would like to thank you for the wonderful job you did with the photo booth for our wedding in August. All of our guests could not stop talking about how much fun they had with the photo booth. You and your assistant made all our guest feel comfortable when they decided to step into the photo booth and that is why we got the best photos ever. With our wedding photographer he captured all those traditional and some candid shots but your photo booth caught all the candid moments; our guest loss their inhibitions and just had fun with it, those are the pictures we are smiling about and will laugh about years from now. Modern Photobooth was great! I was so glad they were available as I booked them months after my inquiry email. Kevin was still very nice and super accommodating. They were familiar with my venue (Bourne Mansion) and had a beautiful set up. I didn't have to oversee anything. My guests LOVED it!! I was complimented on the white sequin background, which lent that extra dash of class to the typical photo booth set up. The props were funny and perfect for the event -- the right amount of kitsch!! It was AMAZING to receive the photo book at the end of the night. My husband and I spent the next morning looking over the pictures. My guests didn't understand that they were supposed to sign the guestbook, so I suggest have a sign there asking them to add a note next to their pic! I was also amazed to get the link to the photos so soon, which included a really fun stop-motion video of all the snaps. Modern Photobooth does everything right, and I cannot recommend them more highly!!

We booked the Modern Photobooth at the last minute, less than a month before our wedding, since we were on the fence for a while about whether it would be worth it to have one. We're so glad we did! Everyone loved the champagne sequin background, and the fact that they put together a photo book for us to take home that day was perfect, considering my phone was put in the wrong bag at the end of the night, so I had no way to see any photos of the night other than the photo book! One small point that could be improved, was that everyone looked at the screen instead of at the camera lens, because there wasn't an arrow or any indication you had to look down towards the lens, so this could be improved upon. And the props could have been a bit better, but overall we really loved having them, and the company was a pleasure to work with, and very professional both leading up to the event, and during the actual wedding.

Kevin and Modern Photobooth were a bit hit at our wedding! The photobooth was huge and fit so many guests, everyone loved it. The line for the photobooth was longer than the line for the bar and the guestbook we got at the end of the night had some fantastic pictures. We love the stop motion video too. Kevin was very responsive and worked with us to give us a night we'll never forget. Highly recommended!

The photo booth is always a hit at the wedding. The props were okay and the service was just okay, as well. No one was really directing the photo booth, half my pictures people didn't know where to look. The attendants gave my guests the clicker to snap the picture and every shot you see someone holding the clicker. None the less people had fun in it, but I would suggest going with a company where the attendants help explain things to the guests so they know where to look to get the best pictures.

Unresponsive, rude and cancelled on us

We booked Modern Photo booth because it was different, more photography quality forward (which was really important to me), and I liked the idea that you were in control of taking the photos. Well, they cancelled on us less than a week out. Granted, it was due to COVID reasons, but if the company was managed better this would have been avoided.
Before I get into my other greviences, let me explain my expectations. From a professional vendor in the wedding business, I'd expect that they understand emails are important and should be responded to timely, especially when the client has made it very clear that we were planning from across the country. I'd expect them to respond to phone calls professionally and treat clients with respect. I'd expect them to be up front, and also very understanding to clients as things shift in the middle of a pandemic. Maybe I asked for too much from them. I thought I was expecting bare minimum. 🤷‍♀️
I should have realized that when I first contacted them via email (multiple times) and had to end up calling them to get answers was a red flag. Because this was an issue each time I tried to contact them. What really rubbed me the wrong way was when I emailed them twice within a week and received no response, I proceeded to call them to get the answers I was reaching out for. Again, my expectation was that as someone from a different time zone, I wouldn't always be able to call during normal business hours, so when I call too late, I should get their voicemail and have them call me back. Not this place! The owner apparently uses his own phone and immediately answered my call, once I started to identify myself so I could ask my question, he told me it was too late to be calling. So I explained that I expected him not to answer if it was too late for him. He told me it was a knee-jerk reaction to answer and essentially blamed me for his mistake. So he said to just email him with my query and he'd get back to me tomorrow. I had to explain that I'd emailed twice already with no response, which was the only reason I called. Well, no apology, just told me to email again. 🙄
Then, there was the issue that the contract time that was set wasn't able to be changed without a fee. All the other vendors I used understood that times change especially after 8-9 months, that details get ironed out as you get closer to the date. So we were just going to bite the bullet and just pay for the time change but we never received a confirmation when we get the email that they need to cancel on us 5-6 days out. We got our money back, and thankfully found another company that provided wonderful service (insta: thephotoboothqueen).
Overall, I had a terrible experience with this vendor. If you can handle the delayed and rude communication, maybe the day-of service is better.
