The Mill at Manor Falls went above and beyond anything we could have hoped for in a venue! While I was searching for a venue, we wanted something that was rustic without necessarily being a barn. I immediately fell in love with the stone architecture while my husband fell in love with the secret waterfall hidden away. The owners were always extremely accommodating and answered my questions quickly. We had around 90 guests and the entire space felt very spacious for us as our guests utilized the main reception space but the outdoor patio and fire pit space as well. The bridal suite is also incredible! Overall I couldn’t be any happier with the venue as it was everything I wanted and then some!!!The Mill at Manor Falls's reply:

Great rustic venue (that isn't a barn)
We were looking for a venue that had both outdoor and indoor spaces with a rustic feel that wasn't a barn. The Mill checked all of these boxes AND had a beautiful waterfall. Our photographer and videographer all were stunned by how beautiful the property was. Jen (the venue manager) was great to work with and always answered questions promptly. We wanted to use the space for our welcome dinner on Friday night (the night before the wedding) and she was gracious enough to let us book it for a discounted price in January (for a May wedding) instead of the typical 90 days out, which was great! Even when we had to go to a slight backup plan due to weather (moving the ceremony from the creek to the pergola due to muddy conditions) they were quick to help us make the changes needed. The staff made sure our event went off without a hitch and were always super accommodating. I couldn't recommended the Mill enough to anyone in the area!The Mill at Manor Falls's reply:

We had our wedding at The Mill at Manor Falls and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The venue has both indoor and outdoor spaces, and the outdoor area where we had our ceremony was absolutely stunning—the views were incredible and made for the perfect backdrop.
The staff was amazing throughout the entire process. There was always a host on-site, they responded quickly to all our emails, and our final meeting really helped us feel organized and much less stressed heading into the big day. They also handled all the setup and breakdown between the ceremony, cocktail hour, and dancing, which made everything feel seamless and let us actually enjoy the day.

The Mill at Manor Falls was an absolute dream venue for our wedding. From the moment we first inquired, their communication was clear, quick, and incredibly friendly. The venue itself is simply gorgeous - a historic, elegant space that provided a beautiful backdrop for our special day. The team ensured the transitions between events were seamless, allowing us and our guests to fully immerse ourselves in the celebration. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect setting to tie the knot. We highly recommend The Mill at Manor Falls to any couple looking for a truly special wedding experience. -

The Mill was wonderful!!!! We got married here on 8/10/24. We met in Lancaster and wanted to get married in the area but neither of us lived there long and we currently live out of state, so we had no experience with venues or vendors in the area. Jen gave me a facetime tour instead! It looks exactly like the photos you see in reviews and even has a big beautiful upstairs level with brides & grooms suites for getting ready (and to serve as a rain plan area for cocktail hour) and a basement for catering to prep in. The Mill required very little extra decorations as the nature outside was beautiful and the Mill has some lights and garlands already hung inside. Pretty much all I had to add was my color flowers and signage. They also provided a list of vendors they recommend (but didn't require you to use). Being out of town, I chose to use mostly recommended ones since they were familiar with the Mill and they were all great as well! The Mill had plenty of parking and ADA friendly access for grandparents. We easily fit our 100 guests and a spacious dancefloor. Another favorite was the staircase for my entrance to the ceremony! There was so many great aspects to the Mill, I cannot recommend it enough!!! -

Honestly if you are considering this place for your venue, please visit. Jen, the manager, was incredibly kind to us! The only venue we visited was the Mill, and we were so satisfied that we decided to go with it without seeing any other places on our list. They did not hide fees or extra costs, provided a staff member to help during the day, and were able to accommodate all of our needs. They made our day stress free, and we loved to see all of our family and friends stay long into the night, enjoying the beautiful property. We got married in June, and we still can't stop reminiscing over how wonderful it all was. Thank you guys so much!The Mill at Manor Falls's reply:

This venue absolutely helped to make my wedding day the best day ever. So many gorgeous outdoor areas for photos - waterfall, stone path through the woods, stone bridge by the creek, external stone and windows of the main building.. breathtaking! Laura and Jen were so easy to work with and will quickly answer any questions you might have. My final review meeting with Jen helped so much- you can tell they truly care about making your day flawless. My guest count was 115, which was perfect for us because indoor reception hall is on the smaller side. They also have a spacious bridal suite that was perfect for getting ready with my girls. There is a small room for the groom suite, so our guys preferred to hang out in the second floor area that has couches and a full kitchen. The firepit outside was a nice touch to utilize for our chilly October evening. I would 100% recommend this venue to anyone! -

It was truly beautiful, we got some magical photos on the grounds both inside and out. The falls were gorgeous and the flowers well tended, as well as the just stunning bridal sweet.
Laura and her husband were very attentive and quick with communication and they worked with us all the way down to the wedding. They were very professional and flexible especially when we were struggling to nail down the Rehearsal dinner location just 3 weeks before.The Mill at Manor Falls's reply:

I cannot recommend this venue enough!! Laura (owner) has done an amazing job with this venue. She works with you every step of the way and answers emails quickly. About a month before the wedding she has a meeting with you and goes over everything about the day of. This helps you set up the lay out and she gives you some ideas you might not have thought about. She was there on my wedding day setting up tables along with one of her employees who stayed until everything was cleaned up. Both made sure the day ran smoothly and as stress free as possible. The bridal sweet is AMAZING! Best I saw of the 7 venues I looked at.The Mill at Manor Falls's reply:

Almost two months following our Wedding 2.0 (COVID-delayed from 2020) and our guests still can't stop raving about the venue - and we totally agree! It was the perfect backdrop for our renewal ceremony and reception, elegant but welcoming with a historical touch. From a getting ready perspective, my husband was able to relax in the groom's area while my bridal party, mom, grandma, and I enjoyed getting ready in the bridal suite. The pergola was the perfect spot for our ceremony, our photographer found beautiful areas along the grounds for our photos, and the reception area was perfect for our 90 guests. Laura was fantastic about working with us and our wedding coordinator to ensure all of the little details we wanted were included, everything was arranged appropriately, and everyone enjoyed themselves. We cannot recommend this venue enough, and are so grateful Laura and Don worked with us for just over two years to make the day perfect.The Mill at Manor Falls's reply:

The Mill at Manor Falls is a stunning property! I couldn't have asked for a better venue. My husband and I fell in love with the location and the Mill the first time we visited it. My grandparents (married 60+ years) went to see the venue with us and they said it makes them want to get married again! The owners (Laura and Don) are great to work with. Where to begin - because of Covid, we were supposed to get married in June 2020, then postponed until September 2020, then finally tied the knot at The Mill in August 2021. From the start, Laura and Don guided us and had so much patience throughout what was a crazy 2 years of wedding planning. Anything I needed, I emailed Laura and received a timely response. They were so accommodating in every way, especially the day before the wedding, where our setup took much longer than anticipated and they allowed us to stay late to finish up things. The venue is beautiful, inside and out, and we're so happy we chose it. It's got its own character and is very convenient to downtown Lancaster - where we wanted our out-of-town guests to stay. The owners keep the place very clean and the grounds are so well kept - lovely plants and flowers! I received a ton of compliments from my guests from the waterfall to the outdoor patio! Some venues are so large, you barely get to see certain people, but The Mill is more intimate and everything is all in the same place, which we loved. I also loved the bridal suite, very spacious and tastefully decorated. I can go on, but I will leave it at - this is a wonderful place to hold a wedding!The Mill at Manor Falls's reply:

Laura and Don made our wedding planning and day of events so easy! The Mill at Manor Falls is beautiful, inside and out. So many possibilities for ceremony locations on the property. The waterfall and wildflowers provide excellent locations for photographs. The bridal suite was another thing that drew us to the venue. The whole building is beautifully appointed, comfortable and welcoming. Our guests couldn't believe the gem of a venue we found. Laura and Don were amazing to work with. So kind and knowledgeable and they had a great list of vendors that they had worked with before. We used several and it was so helpful. This venue truly provides it all. Warmth, charm, and love! -

The Mill at Manor Falls are the absolute perfect place for our wedding. The building is gorgeous, the creek and waterfall add an extra element of beauty, and the wildflower field during the summer is out of this world. We were scheduled to have our wedding reception at the Mill back in the end of March 2020. Then about a week and a half before our date, the COVID lockdown happened and we had to make the difficult decision to postpone the "big event" portion and just have a private ceremony. But Laura was so helpful and understanding, and we were able to reschedule the reception for middle of November without any issues. Working with Laura was wonderful -- she's very kind and willing to answer any questions you have. She made everything so easy. And the venue itself is absolutely gorgeous. The grounds are beautiful and the charm of the Mill makes it so easy to have a lovely event there, without having to do much decorating. It's already beautiful! Also, for the brides-to-be out there, the bridal suite for getting ready is AMAZING. Our hair stylists couldn't stop raving about it being one of the nicest "getting ready" spaces they've been to. Anyway, I can't say enough good things about our wedding event at the Mill. You won't regret having your event there and working with Laura and Don. My husband and I have technically had 2 "weddings" this year -- if we could have a third, we'd book the Mill again in a heartbeat. ;)The Mill at Manor Falls's reply:

The Mill at Manor Falls is just simply a gem. Beautiful grounds, super-friendly owners, and reasonably priced - what more could you want? Laura was extremely helpful right from the get-go and was super present on the day. She gave recommendations for vendors and worked really well with the vendors I chose. Anytime I wanted to come visit the venue, she welcomed it. The bridal suite is PERFECT (actual space to sit down AND a private bathroom) and the reception area is so beautiful - it's rustic with the stone and beams, but also very modern and stylish. I honestly wouldn't change anything. They also have a beautiful patio for cocktail hour, a nice big bar, big fireplace, lots of lawn space with a firepit and a really nice big parking area. My guests were blown away by the venue and I didn't have to worry about anything on the day - it was just perfect. I couldn't recommend it more!The Mill at Manor Falls's reply:

If you’re looking for quintessential Lancaster County charm in a building with all the modern amenities, look no further than The Mill at Manor Falls! Laura and Don have done an incredible job refurbishing a piece of history into an absolutely beautiful wedding venue. The Mill is located on gorgeous picturesque grounds, with a nearby waterfall and creek that make you feel like you’re in your own completely private world, even though you have all the conveniences nearby. As soon as we saw this venue, we knew immediately that it would be perfect for our late September wedding.
Laura was fantastic and very professional to work with through the entire process, giving us plenty of time to explore the venue, addressing the COVID concerns that are currently happening, and responding promptly to all inquiries. Laura has a selection of well-known vendors in the area that are great to work with, but she’s very accommodating to anyone you would choose for your reception.
The actual mill has two full floors (and we’d love to see the completed third floor one day!). The first floor reception area is a beautifully re-done reception room that only needed some basic table linens, arrangements and flowers to dress up. Our reception was just under 100 people and no one felt cramped or confined inside with our served buffet, bar and DJ setup. The upstairs has a spacious, private bridal suite, though the groom’s quarters were a little snug – but both areas were very well-done with all the amenities you would need. There’s also a spacious open room that could also hold a cocktail hour during inclement weather and served as a great overflow from the bridal suite and groom's quarters (with a kitchenette area and gorgeous fireplace). The surrounding grounds have flowers in bloom spring through fall and will definitely make your photos pop!
Overall our guests still haven’t stopped complimenting us on how beautiful the whole wedding experience was and we’re so grateful for Laura and Don’s hospitality in helping to make our dream wedding come true - and all within less than four months of the proposal! Beautiful!!
This Venue was PERFECT for our Fairy Forrest themed Summer Wedding!! It is a BEAUTIFUL space inside the Mill and outside on the grounds along the Little Conestoga Creek in Millersville, PA! The owners Don and Laura were kind, professional, accommodating, and extremely helpful (before, during, and after the Wedding)!! We could only afford their Sunday rates, which were discounted for 2019 dates though! But, for as far as beautiful Wedding Venue prices go, their rates were more than fair! We luckily were able to miss the rain for our outdoor ceremony which turned out GORGEOUSLY, especially with their beautiful permanently installed Pergola! The cocktail-hour space on the second floor and outdoor on their patio was very spacious and beautiful, as was the bridal suite! The Reception hall was cozy yet comfortably fit our guest count of 130+ AND is Air Conditioned (the whole Mill is!), which was a MUST in our search for a Summer venue space. I am VERY happy with my entire experience at this Venue, especially for being such a new Venue!! We were the second ever Wedding held there and I would have guessed we were the 200th!! I will forever think back to my Wedding day fondly!! I don't have our professional pictures yet, but will post a few my friends and family took.
