Beautiful venue and amazing team!

My husband and I had our wedding at Stonehaven Hall in December. It was the most amazing day! The vendors offered by the company are all first class, the food was so tasty, and their planning team made our lives so much easier. Our planner, Taylor, helped us plan out every detail of our wedding. Cassidy, our day-of coordinator, helped everything run smoothly on our big day! I strongly recommend considering this venue and this team of planners if you are looking for an organized, gorgeous wedding!

The perfect day!

We’ve heard so many stories of couples having negative experiences at their wedding. But my husband and I can definitely say that we had the most amazing and perfect wedding! Wedding planning wasn’t stressful at all and so much more affordable than other venues we looked at. So happy we chose to have our special day here.

Dream Wedding in the Hill Country

I feel in love with the Milestone when my BF got married here. Never did I dream of having my dream wedding here. But with the payment plan it was possible, we got off to a rocky start. But Jordan, Kenzie, & Alexy, soon made up for it! I really feel like these ladies wanted my wedding to be perfect. No detail was left undone. With meetings that fit our busy schedule, emails, and phone calls. I really felt like I had a team that cared as much as we did about our wedding and how special I wanted to make it. Especially since most of my guest were traveling from another state. Everyone was professional and attentive. I literally had the wedding of my dreams! mostly all my guests have complimented me on how beautiful the venue was. And how excellent the food was. Look no further, you're in very good and capable hands here at the Milestone at Stonehaven. We are even thinking of having our a Quinceanera here, it was such a success!!!!

Love the service!

From the beginning we have loved working with the wedding specialist, Liz Mendez. She was able to meet whenever it was convenient for us. She was very professional, friendly and able to answer all our questions. We feel really comfortable with how organized and well thought out everything is. The grounds and reception hall are beautiful! We look forward to working with all of the staff for the big day!

Highly Recommend for 1 Stop Shop!

My experience with The Milestone and their team was great! The venue (Stonehaven Hall) is just beautiful, and the hill country view was exactly what I wanted! The grooms and bridal suite were great! Our rep McKenna was so nice, and kindly answered all the questions when I reached out. She was enthusiastic about our ideas, and was genuinely excited for us! She was even there on the wedding day! The entire staff were all polite and friendly! Our DJ Nicholas with Co-Host was very communicative even if we weren’t and the music was just how we wanted it, fun and got people to dance. We did the cryo guns and that was a fun way to open the dance floor!
And lastly the food was delicious! We received many compliments from our guests on the Lone Star Buffet! It was a perfect, stress free day! Highly Recommend!

Best hill country venue ever

This place is so beautiful. So many different places for wedding photos. Jessica was fantastic! She was the calm during my storm. Could not have asked for a better place and coordinator. If you want a rustic view with a beautiful reception hall, this is your place. Water features were a bonus!

Grand Birthday Masquerade Ball

If I could, I’d write a whole story on how amazing our experience was celebrating our mom’s birthday. As my mother faces a terminal illness, Jess and Grace and the staff at this venue made my mothers dreams of going to a grand masquerade ball come true! The way that they were so readily available to help with absolutely any need to make sure the event went off without any issues was amazing!! Incredibly a joy to work with! Especially in such a difficult time in our lives. The venue was so beautiful on its own. We didn’t need much decor! The food was incredible! All of it!! The staff was so beyond friendly! I really could go on and on… best event experience ever!

Friendly staff, attention to detail.

The milestone new braunfels | stone haven reception was what my wife and I picked, it was the absolute most stunning venue we came across and fell in Inlove with the atmosphere. The food was fenomenal, The Bar was truly exceptional! Everyone loved the food we chose especially, that honey mustard chicken super delicious ! And let me not forget those brisket sliders. Everything was so perfect my wife and I were not stressed at all on how everything was going to play out because everything was right on point and we had a time line on where everything was going to start. Staff was amazing super friendly, very welcoming , made us feel so comfortable throughout the whole process , we are truly thankful for everyone. Let me not forget our ceremony was so beautiful butterflies even started flying out as soon as I walked down the aisle we were all so amazed at how perfect it was it almost seemed like those butterflies were part of that wedding lol. I highly recommend this venue , food , music and drinks were already included with the venue that’s the biggest stress about a wedding and just knowing the fact we did not have to worry about that at all , made everything we spent for the wedding so worth it ! 🤍 thank you so much Jess & Kayci we appreciate y’all so much 🤍

Kayci was awesome

She was available 24/7 whatever we needed she was quick to action. I was shocked at how quick she was to resolve any issues that occurred. The venue was awesome, but Kayci made the experience truly amazing I highly recommend her for future brides and grooms. Here professionalism was off the charts. Definitely deserves a raise as she blew my expectations for the experience out of the water!

Amazing night ❤️

The place is beautiful, they took lots of stress away by offering in house catering! Food was amazing. Brandon the coordinador was awesome! He was there for us the whole night and made sure we stayed on schedule! Helped us with anything we needed! Because of him I felt the night went so smooth! Wonderful Experience

What an epic evening we had! Our daughter's wedding was truly a memorable event. The setting for the outdoor ceremony was beautiful and added greatly to the joyous occasion. The reception hall was the perfect size for our party, having a large dance space where our guests danced all night. Our coordinator was Kalin. The many emails, conversations, and texts in the months prior to the wedding helped us be ready for the special night. Kalin had great recommendations and insights; she addressed all our questions and concerns and was a delight to work with. I highly recommend this venue to anyone that wants to hold a special event in the hill country.

Beautiful place

The Milestone New Braunfels was so beautiful to have my wedding ceremony and reception at. My husband and I had so many compliments that day on the how beautiful the set up was and the ceremony outside. It started to rain on our big day right before the ceremony but luckily cleared up and all the seats were wiped dry for my guests. My coordinator Lauren was the most helpful on our big day and she made sure everything was the way I wanted it to be. I had the New version of the milestone and I was really pleased and surprised with how much changed and made it much more modern with the beautiful white wood.

Absolutely Amazing

We had such an amazing wedding at the Milestone in New Braunfels. We were in the Stone Haven hall and it was just perfect. Little mix of modern and rustic.
Victoria was our day if coordinator (which is included in the price) and I cannot praise her enough for how wonderful she was during the entire planning process and day of. She answered all of thousands of emails the same day sometimes the same hour. She sent us reminders for everything. She made sure that everything ran as smoothly as possible the day of. She made everyone comfortable and made sure we had everything we needed. She was helping with the families and all the guests as well as trying to contact our cake vendor who was late. It rained the morning of the wedding and she was outside with a towel wiping off the chairs. She kept me calm the entire time, kept us on schedule, and did so many things I wasn’t even aware of that day. Every now and then she was just there fixing my dress while I was dancing so that the pictures were amazing. She brought us our dinner in the grooms suite so we could have a private minute to ourselves including drinks and refills. She bustled my dress for me and put on my shoes. She was just absolutely amazing. My entire family and wedding party just kept asking who she was and where she came from because she just knew exactly what to do and was so kind to everyone. Love her.

I was nervous about the catering because at the open house it was small portions but my goodness we had parmesan crusted chicken and it was HUGE. I couldn’t even finish it. Perfectly cooked. The sides of mashed potatoes and green beans were to die for as well. It was all delicious. People told me no one would remember the food but I had several people ask me who catered because it was so good.

Overall, our experience was amazing. I would definitely recommend them. I would give them ten stars if I could.

Absolutely Amazing

I love the milestone. They were super flexible with the meeting times and the payment plan for the venue. They are also pet friendly and just got new renovations. It is absolutely breathtaking when you see the site and the drive there is absolutely amazing. they also have a hotel that shuttles to the venue and overnight parking for guests who have a little too much fun and have to uber home lol!

We had my daughters wedding at this venue in September 2019. We could not have asked for anything more. It was beautiful, food was excellent, staff was outstanding. Victoria, our wedding coordinator is a saint and truly made this experience so memorable. We didn't have to worry about anything, she took care of it. The Milestone New Braunfels Stone Haven is such a beautiful place i fell in love with it the first time I saw it and knew right away that I wanted to get married there . Shelby was our coordinator and she was the sweetest and such an amazing person . She was constantly making sure I was okay and asking if I needed anything. You know how on your wedding day you just want everything to go as smooth and perfect as possible. She made that happen ! She made sure to tell our DJ that there was a change up in our introductions when we forgot ! So thank goodness for Shelby ! I know for a fact if it wasn't for her I would have been a nervous wreck all day but having her make sure I was okay and calm was honestly so great !!

Dreamed of this beautiful venue since we got engaged. Love the location and landscaping in the back. It’s got a beautiful view of the country hills and trees. Inside the venue made great for the acoustic of the DJ music with the hardwood floors.

We just booked the venue- wedding is in March 2019. The staff answers every question and made the process so easy. They reply quickly and even have a text option with staff that’s very quickly responded to! So far - they are amazing!

Choose The Springs for your wedding! We were thrilled with every aspect of it. Everything about this venue is perfect. We knew the moment we walked in that this was the venue. You don't really need much decoration because it's already so beautiful. The Springs was everything that a Bride and Groom could wish for when picking a venue. The grounds are always immaculate and there is always someone to answer any questions. They were great about providing a list of other vendors to help make the day perfect. We were pleased with everyone that was on their list. We had a small wedding with about 50 guests and I thought we were going to have to much space. The venue is so beautiful and warm that it didn't seem to large. Everyone comment on how beautiful everything was and what a lovely venue we picked. I knew the moment we walked in the door this was it! A few of our guest said the venue made them want to get married again. It really does provide that special romantic feeling!

We fell in love the moment we walked in! This place is gorgeous and has that touch of romance that we were searching for. Our outdoor ceremony was perfection with that gorgeous Texas Hill Country view, we didn't want it to ever end! I love that you don't really have to go all out with decorating, just little touches here and there. The staff was extremely friendly and always answered all our questions/concerns. I loved the flexibility of making my wedding my own. The staff has a cellphone on then so no matter what time of day I always got a response via text of phone call within 6 hours tops. They were very flexible when I wanted to come and see the space or had any questions. Melissa and her team are the best! So easy to get along and the most accommodating people I met with when looking at a venue. If flexibility is important to you, Boulder Springs is the best choice for you!

We got married October 29, 2016. Boulder Springs was the FIRST venue we toured and we decided right then and there that we had to be married there. We needed room and the other local venues we read about would not accommodate our needs. Melissa and her team answered every email, every text, every question I threw her way and they were extremely helpful. The day of Erin and Melissa calmed my nerves by making sure our day was perfect! Such an amazing wedding venue! We used the entire venue starting with our outdoor ceremony, outdoor cocktail hour, to inside for our beautiful reception!!!

When my husband and I were shopping for venues we immediately fell in love with The Springs in New Braunfels. No other venue compared in beauty and convenience . It's the perfect combination for an outside/inside wedding. The staff was also amazing. They answered all questions quickly and steered me in the right direction with all my vendors. I would highly recommend getting a wedding coordinator since the staff is on hand more for set up of tables and help with vendors. Other than that there is no doubt in my mind that brides should not choose the springs!!

When I took Kim the venue over two years ago I knew she would love it as much as I did! Audrey was the manager at the time and everyone made us feel so welcome! I loved my wedding at The Springs in New Braunfels Tx. The venues are just beautiful, and my husband and I received so many compliments on it. The outdoor ceremony area is beyond words, it's so romantic and whimsical. Our photos have been nothing but breathtaking because of the hill country views, beautiful Stone, and rustic elegance. This venue is so versatile, that you can create any theme with it. Most people might say "it's country" but trust me, I was not going for the country look at all and this venue met all of my needs and everything we envisioned. When searching for venues, every other place in town was charging the exact same rates, or more, for an average of 4 hours. The Springs was offering SIXTEEN hours of available time for the same prices! Get there as early as 8am, and have everything out by midnight! It was amazing not having to worry about traveling to hair and makeup salons, worrying about where we were all going to get dressed, and trying to coordinate switching from a ceremony venue to a reception venue... it was just too perfect to pass up!
We had a gorgeous outdoor ceremony, and a wonderfully spacious indoor reception. The attention to all of our needs and questions leading up to the day were expertly met by everyone on the staff, but we'd like to especially thank Melissa for being our consultant for the wedding, and for her willingness to help with anything we needed!

This venue is well worth your time and we could not have had a better experience with them!

Great venue and wonderful staff! Everything was handled exactly as I had imagined. The staff was very responsive throughout my engagement, especially so on the last few days before the wedding.

I do think it would be useful to allow couples time on the day before the event to setup, as long as another event is not scheduled. If there is already an onsite staff member, it wouldn't be difficult for them to allow people to setup during the normal business hours. We were able to get everything done on the day of, but it would have been great to receive the extra time (without the additional charge of 1/2 of the event cost, as discussed).

It was stunning and you hardly had to do any decorating the staff was so sweet and I couldn't have been more happy. I was a little nervous about planning a wedding during nursing school, but we did it! The team in New Braunfels was excellent to work with. I have a crazy schedule, and I had very few windows of when I could get things done. I received a response back every single time within a reasonable time frame. I remember one time thinking, "there is no way I am going to get a response, but now is the only time I can e-mail." Melissa responded immediately after my e-mail. You can't expect that kind of responsiveness every time, but it really showed me the teams dedication to service. They provide every bit of information you could need up front which meant I didn't have to hunt for everything. I had a great experience with every vendor they recommended. I would HIGHLY recommend this venue to anyone.

We were recently married at the Boulder Springs venue and were absolutely thrilled with our choice! The scenery is beautiful with spacious buildings laid out perfectly. The ceremony site (outdoors) is extremely private and has a charming rustic feel. The staff was always quick to respond and very helpful! There is both a large bridal suite and groom’s suite on site which was extremely convenient for us and our wedding party. We had the venue for the entire day which made it very easy to set up and take down. I would highly recommend this venue to any bride as an all-inclusive site that will not require much decor as it is already very picturesque.

This was the perfect venue for our wedding. It was so pretty and they Were so accommodating. I could call or text anytime with any questions and they would get back to me asap.

This venue was absolutely AMAZING. Whenever I had a question or needed clarification on something they were a text message/phone call away- very quick with responses/answers. These girls are so caring and understanding. When I scheduled my bridal portraits time/day I had to change the appointment a million times because of my photographer and the office staff was so understanding and flexible! Extremely easy to work with and want nothing more than to make your day completely special. Highly recommend this venue, not only because the venue is absolutely gorgeous but because the management is wonderful.

We used Boulder Springs for my daughter's wedding and I cannot say enough good things about the staff and facility. They were so kind, caring and responsive to any and everything we needed. From the first time we met & they gave us the tour, they made a positive impression they were there to take care of us. The facility is gorgeous, clean, and well maintained. The dance floor is huge and the sound system they have available is great for either a DJ or live band. They never failed to reply to any question or concern and would always respond almost immediately. I cannot thank them enough or recommend them any higher. I would give them 10 stars if that were an option. They were first class & first rate. Look no further. Just book your event at Boulder Springs. You will not be disappointed!

This is a beautiful venue! even with little decor it is still a beautiful venue. the staff is very helpful and friendly! everything is clean! i would recommend this venue to our friends and family for a wedding or any kind of event or banquet!

When we first started looking for venues in September of 2013, we came across Boulder Springs and immediately knew that we had to get married here. They were the only venue we looked at and we booked that day! The outside ceremony area on both the Legacy and Stonehaven halls is BEAUTIFUL and the reception area on both is absolutely STUNNING! We originally had booked the Stonehaven Hall, but due to the size of our wedding party we switched to Legacy and it was perfect! They definitely helped us immensely in that change and we were lucky enough to be able to do that since Legacy hall hadn't been booked yet! Not only is it beautiful, but we also booked them because of the flexibility of being able to use our own vendors. They also gave us a list of recommended vendors which was extremely helpful to us and we ended up choosing quite a few off their list! Last, but certainly not least... Audrey & Melissa were amazing to work with. They were extremely responsive to any emails or texts sent! Also, there was a small hiccup in what can be used during the "wedding exit" but they were helpful in trying to look at other options and I really appreciated their diligence in making sure that we were happy. We had a great experience at Boulder Springs and would highly recommend them to anyone!!

Boulder Springs' two buildings offer stunning views of the Texas Hill Country and are the perfect location for outdoor or indoor weddings.

The owners are very flexible when it comes to vendors (they have a list of preferred bartenders, but all of them are very good), so you can have the wedding you want. You may even have the option of setting up the venue the day before your event, if there isn't anything booked (this may have changed, so ask before you sign or plan anything!).

Inside the venue is clean, airy, comfortable and beautifully built. Open beams adorn the ceiling, the bride and groom's rooms are comfortable and help you to relax before the big day begins.

The best part: they clean up! You can have a fantastic day and be comfortable in the knowledge that you don't have a lot of cleaning to do the next day. I went up the day after our wedding and it was as if nothing had ever happened, ready for the next event, which was already setting up!

Sometimes you get what you pay for: with Boulder Springs, that is certainly true. A perfect venue for the ceremony and reception without either overlapping. 10/10

I cannot say enough amazing things about this venue and most of all, the staff! They were absolutely phenomenal from the first day I came to look at the venue. Extremely kind and accommodating, never pushy or rude. Audrey (the GM) is always very organized and so thorough, she and her staff made things so easy for me with anything pertaining to the venue. They supplied ample information for me and we used several of the recommended vendors. They are always on top of everything, reminded me of things I forgot to think about, and had a solution or answer for every detail that came up. In addition to the amazing staff, the venue itself is absolutely gorgeous. We received numerous compliments and the reception hall provides an almost just as beautiful plan B (in case of rain) as the outdoor ceremony site! The landscaping and flowers are very well kept, beautiful quiet river flowing, and great dance floor and lighting inside. I HIGHLY recommend this venue, it exceeded all our expectations and made our day perfect! Thank you!!
