This is an all-inclusive type of venue so they provided all of the vendors! I loved that because I didn't have to call and search around for different people. They have different packages you can choose from that give you LOTS of different options for everyone's budget AND they offer financing at certain venues. That was a major selling point for my husband and I. We loved all of the vendors that we worked with, they worked so hard to make our day spectacular! -

My husband and I got married at the Milestone Mansion on March 28, 2026. The venue was stunning day of, super clean, and staff was friendly. Our bartenders and DJ were really great. We did passed appetizers and they were SO good, such a hit. Dinner was average wedding food. Dessert was delicious! I highly recommend the classic wedding cake.
We had the best experience with our coordinator Melissa! She helped with everything we needed, from planning calls, suggestions, day of coordinating, helping with our rehearsal, she even personally recorded our first look and vows from my personal cam corder. The weather also dropped significantly for March and she was so great about helping with a backup plan day of. I also DIY a lot of stuff and she helped to set everything up day of so I could get ready without stress. She's the best and I recommend her for your wedding planning.
We also chose to go with the photography through Emily Chapels Photography (part of our milestone package) and we can not recommend our photographer Jose enough! He was such a joy to work with. He brought the best energy, kept us on track, and overall was a great time. Truly felt like we were hanging out with a friend. We so excited to get our photos back!! 10/10 recommend. -

I have to take a moment to rave about Melissa, the incredible coordinator at The Milestone in Denton — because in my 15 years of photographing weddings, I have never met anyone quite like her! From the moment I stepped foot onto the property, she had absolutely everything ready for me — and I mean everything.
When I walked in, my flat lay station was already beautifully prepared and organized, the bride’s dress was perfectly placed for those timeless shots, and she even knew exactly where the best lighting was for portraits and details before I even had to ask. It was like she had read my mind!
But what stood out even more than her organization and eye for detail was her heart. Melissa has this calm, kind, and joyful spirit that instantly makes you feel at ease. She kept me on track without ever making it feel rushed or stressful — it was like working alongside a friend who genuinely wanted the day to be perfect for everyone involved.
Her professionalism, attentiveness, and the way she truly cares for both the couple and the vendors is unmatched. Every moment of the day flowed seamlessly because she was already two steps ahead, anticipating needs before they even came up.
As a wedding photographer who has worked with countless planners and coordinators over the years, I can honestly say that Melissa sets the bar unbelievably high. She is a rare gem in this industry — someone who doesn’t just do her job well, but pours her whole heart into it.

Our daughter was married at Milestone Denton this past weekend. The coordinator, Melissa, who helped me plan our daughter's wedding from 3 states away, was phenomenal! She is so organized and pleasant to work with and was able to help us on all fronts from initial planning to the seamless execution on the day of. We received so many compliments from our guests on the beautiful venue and just how well the whole night went. We had coordination, catering, bartending, DJ, lighting and end of the evening transportation through the venue's vendors.
Besides still be exhausted from dancing the night away after the ceremony & dinner, I have no complaints and my daughter and son-in-law said that whole day was perfect! -

The Milestone Denton was the perfect venue for our wedding. It’s such a beautiful venue! From the moment we toured the venue with Alex, she was so helpful answering all of our questions patiently and showing us every possible picture of other weddings and different set ups.
Once we booked, the best part of the planning process was Melissa. She was so helpful in every meeting providing suggestions, helping us with the wedding timeline, showing us multiple options for different things, and just making the process feel soooo stress-free.
The day of the wedding Melissa continued to be one of the most helpful people. She made sure everything went smoothly - from helping with setting up decorations, to ensuring name tags were placed correctly at each table, order of every step of the day, she just didn’t miss anything!! In every review I had read, Melissa was the highlight of the venue and now I truly see why. She’s an incredible asset to the venue. I would definitely recommend this beautiful venue that barely requires any decorations to anyone and would a million times recommend Melissa to anyone. -

The perfect venue!! Our wedding was so beautiful and went on without a hitch thanks to Melissa ! She really was such an asset dussing our entire wedding planning process. Beautiful Venue, Great Staff - Ask for Melissa
Weddings are stressful. But Melissa was on top of everything. With anything the bride needed or me reconfirming all the little intricacies, Melissa was friendly, supportive, and most importantly on top of everything. We had a button pop off the dress and Melissa had a button to sew back on. We had hand written cards that disappeared and Melissa found them and got everything ready. Her team was organized and the wedding couldn’t have turned out better or smoother. -

My son and daughter-in-law just had a beautiful wedding at the venue. Everyone at the facility was so nice. Melissa met with us multiple times a to help plan the perfect day. Everything about this venue was perfect. With my husband we signed up the first time we visited it.
It is an all inclusive venue even if we got some vendors from outside because we wanted to stay in our budget but from decoration to food amazing.
Melissa Austin our wedding coordinator is an amazing person. she is good at her job, got patient, she supported me and understanding, she helped me with my dress and veil I couldn’t ask for more than that. We are Muslim so we were not drinking alcohol but she got an sparkling apple cider for our toast that was so thoughtful and I really appreciated. And Jamal was amazing our Dj, did a good job with the music 👏🏾👏🏾 -

Oh gosh - where do I start? Melissa has been nothing but AMAZING. Once my husband and I got her as our wedding coordinator, we couldn't be happier! She has been there every single step of the way and answering my million questions that I had throughout the entire planning process. She was able to work with us and our schedule as we lived out of the state and couldn't travel to Texas as often as we liked. On our special day, she had everything planned perfectly! She listened to what my husband and I needed and ensured it was respected and executed. She also made sure that we ate on our special day, had some time to ourselves to just be married, and let us know the game plan for the evening! Any little hiccups that we had - she handled it graciously and we didn't know anything happened! Throughout this entire process, she has been absolutely amazing and we honestly wouldn't have trusted anyone else to execute such a beautiful and important day for us. -

Our best day ever
The Milestone Denton, Sarah, our wedding specialist, and Mellissa our wedding coordinator made sure our wedding was everything we wanted. Sarah helped with questions before we signed the contract and was very knowledgeable. Melissa was monumental in ensuring our big day went smoothly. Mellissa exceeded our expectations. It is evident she enjoys her job and that she not only focuses on the big picture but also the little details.
We used the vendors provided by Walters Weddings from the stationary, floral, bakery, photography, and videography. The cake was divine and was exactly what I wanted.
Emily Chappell Productions and Alexis made our events memorable and captured us perfectly. We were lucky to have Alexis for our engagement photos, our wedding photos, and my bridal photos.
I cannot thank Walters Wedding Estates, Sarah, Melissa, Alexis, and all of the vendors for making my dream wedding a reality. Not having to worry about finding vendors and having Melissa communicate with the catering team and bakery took the stress off. I highly recommend using Walters Weddings. -

The Milestone Mansion in Denton was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the moment we first contacted them, the staff was quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and friendly throughout the entire planning process. The venue itself is open, classy, and very convenient for our guests since everything is all together! On the day of our wedding, everything was handled seamlessly behind the scenes, allowing my husband and I to truly enjoy our special day stress-free. Even more perfect than I ever could’ve dreamed up
I wish that I could fully elaborate just how insanely perfect our wedding turned out, but I just can’t , and this is all due to our amazing wedding coordinator, Melissa at Milestone Denton. Without her, we can genuinely say that our special day would have been a completely different experience.
Any issue, mishap, minor inconvenience, request, was met with authentic care and assistance that you likely won’t find anywhere. I really hope they pay this woman well, because the amount of support we received was invaluable. From this point on, I would never recommend a wedding without a wedding coordinator, but I believe our experience with Melissa would be unmatched by anyone else. Thank you from the bottom of our heart for the most perfect day.

We got married early this April and we were blown away by our wedding coordinator, Melissa.
To emphasize my review, I need to give two points of reference:
This is my second wedding and my first was at Walt Disney World and their coordinators are top tier. To this day, I still remember the name of my coordinator there because she was so amazing.
Melissa absolutely blew that wedding coordinator out of the water.
For work, I plan events for groups ranging from 50-100 people and the logistics are very similar to that of a wedding. I have worked with hotel & venue coordinators all across DFW and again, Melissa blew every single one of them out of the water.
She anticipates your EVERY need - you will want for nothing on your wedding day and her ability to anticipate any possible scenario before and during your wedding will let you and your fiancée completely enjoy the wedding - you truly don’t have to worry about anything. She is like an extension of your brain, she practically knows what you are going to ask before you even say it.
I told her that because I plan events for work, I wanted to “be a guest at my own wedding” and not be worried about day of logistics or feel like I had to coordinate people or time or anything the day of the wedding. Melissa took the reins, I did not have to lift a finger that day and she was always 10 steps ahead.
A few specifics that make her stand out and will make a huge impact on the wedding day -
She knows weddings inside and out. When it came to planning, she was always patient while I made changes or asked for different variations of certain items. She was budget conscious on the items of the wedding I didn’t want to spend a lot on.
Come wedding day, you can tell she has done many weddings and has the experience to back her up.
I had an issue with my bustle so Melissa got down and worked on my bustle for a good 20 minutes getting it fixed and making sure it was perfect.
She saved me again by having a steamer on hand at the venue and steamed my dress for me because I had forgotten that very important detail!
Somehow she managed to do all of this for me while still organizing and managing my fiancé and his groomsmen. She is so unbelievably efficient and knows where to put her time and how to manage people effectively.
She was friendly and pleasant with all of the people in our wedding party but was direct and firm when necessary in order to get everything(and everyone) where they need to be in order for things to go smoothly.
I could truly never say enough good things about her and she is the difference that should make a bride choose to get married at The Milestone Denton.
There really are so many gorgeous venues in the area and The Milestone really is a gem offering an elegant and grand Mansion backdrop while still remaining intimate for smaller wedding parties. The “all inclusive” factor of their packages is what really sold me in the beginning.
They offer three different packages - we chose the middle tier option because we already had an officiant and we were arranging our own exit car.. but other than that, the venue offered all of our services besides my hair & makeup.
This made the planning process VERY easy. We were very pleased with all of the vendors they are partnered with to fulfill these services.
I am beyond impressed (and our guests were too.)
Melissa, you are the absolute best and are so so skilled in what you do. Thank you so much for everything!!

I have been to several weddings where things are chaos and have heard plenty of horror stories! But I can confidently say that was not the case for my wedding all thanks to Melissa! Melissa is the most organized, caring, passionate wedding planner I have met and is the main reason my wedding day went absolutely perfect! She communicated effectively with all WWE vendors, helped with all details prior to and on the day of, and was such a hands on planner! I got an abundant number of compliments on the day of the wedding and many days after about how amazing Melissa was - she helped all the wedding party, family, and friends! She really does it all!! The venue is absolutely beautiful, the food was so delicious, and the DJ was so smooth on the mic! Overall, the vendors associated with the venue were awesome! But Melissa was definitely the cherrie on top! -

Wow! Just wow! This whole day was perfect! The bridal suite fit all 7 of my bridesmaids, 3 jr.
Bridesmaids, 2 mothers, and 2 close family friends while we got ready. The grooms suite was awesome! They played pool and hung out before the wedding. My husband thought it was the perfect space as well. Then they have a parents suite that was an awesome extra space for dads, grandmothers, and extra family. The reception hall is the perfect fit for 100-150 guests! It has such elegance and doesn't need much decorating. The outside venue is beautiful but due to wind chill, we opted to move our ceremony to their indoor ceremony area. It has huge windows and was just as gorgeous. I'm so glad we chose The Milestone Denton! I'm also glad we chose Walters Wedding Estates. Their packages make everything so easy if you're a busy bride. They have coordinators assigned to each bride too. If you choose one of their estates, REQUEST MELISSA!! I could not have been blessed with a better coordinator. She worked so hard on every tiny detail to make our day special.
My entire wedding party and family were asking where I found such an amazing coordinator. She made everything run smoothly, knew how to feel the vibe and switch up the plan if needed (although always talked to me first), and she is just truly great at her job. I had a bridesmaid nearly tearing up at the end of the wedding thanking her for all her hard work and telling her that wedding planning and making another's day so special must be her calling. I could go on and on... honestly, the Milestone was gorgeous, but Melissa was the one thing that truly made it all come together. I could not have done it without her!

Dream wedding!
Thanks to the Walters Wedding Team we truly had our Dream Wedding! The venue - The Milestone Mansion Denton was truly magical! The entire facility is stunning. Every vendor was fantastic, super easy to work with, responsive, and had excellent service/quality, and the Walters wedding team was truly PHENOMENAL! Cannot thank them enough for making our special day everything we hoped for and more. Susanna and Delaney are top tier! I can’t begin to explain how amazing this day was. I contribute a lot of the perfection of the day to the amazing team that was by our sides through it all. Before planning our wedding we heard how stressful and overwhelming wedding planning would be, however we experienced nothing of the sort. The Walter Wedding Estate team at The Milestone made wedding planning the least stressful experience through their responsiveness and amazing packages(there truly is something special about booking everything at once). Because of this we were able to focus on the most important thing through the wedding planning process- our love for one another.
Now let’s talk about the wedding day. WOW! A special shout out to Susanna and Delaney for making the day go SO SMOOTHLY even with the curve balls that it had thrown. It is amazing when your coordinators are able to have fun with you and allow you to fully experience the day while also keeping to a timeline. Susanna helped in so many ways- from singing along with us in the bridal suite to “shake off” the nerves, to handing us water throughout the photo session as she saw we were clearly dehydrated. I can’t sing her praises enough! Towards the end of the night Delaney took over and I couldn't be more grateful. A guest stepped on my dress and tore my bustle down, I knew as soon as that happened I had someone I could count on. I ran out into the foyer and Delaney was by my side in .002 seconds- pined me up with clothes pins and I was able to get back on the dance floor in moments.
To sum up, this was the best day of our lives and we owe it all to The Milestone team. What an amazing experience! Thank you Milestone team! -

I am getting married on Dec. 23, 2023 at this venue. The venue is STUNNING. My wedding vision is minimalistic but classy. Since it is a winter wedding, our colors are emerald green, ivory and gold. The venue fits this vision perfectly but could be used for any ideas. It is absolutely beautiful. Everyone that we have come into contact with has been extremely helpful making my vision come true. I have also enjoyed going to the showcases every month and trying different menu items for our plated dinner. These are always so much fun and I feel like I accomplish so much more in my planning after going to one.
Our wedding planner, Hallie, has been wonderful. She is so thoughtful and provides excellent hospitality. She exactly understand my vision and has many tips and ideas of how to make it happen. I am looking forward to more meeting with her in preparation of our big day. I already know that this is going to be my absolute dream wedding with my dream man. Thank you WWE and Hallie!! -

This venue is truly magical. My husband and I had our wedding at The Milestone November 12th, 2022. The moment we booked with them, the thing that has stood out the most to us was their amazing communication. All the managers and planning team have been amazing to responding to emails, texts, and answering all of our questions. They even let us store wedding items there the day before the wedding which made set up way easier. We absolutely loved that they had their in house vendors to choose from. Being a business owner, finding the time do find vendors was very stressful so having it all in one place was extremely helpful. I truly believe this really helped me with the planning process. All the vendors were also amazing during our planning process. Cohost Entertainment matched us with Daniel and he was truly phenomenal. The flowers from Joche W Events were beyond gorgeous. The cake and dessert bar from Jenny Layne was amazing. The invitations from Lyons Paperie was absolutely perfect. All of the vendors through Walters Wedding took our wants and made it spectacular. For the day of the wedding, we did have some hiccups but Crystal was great about checking in on us and trying to keep things orderly. Amanda helped so much during the overall planning as well. We truly loved the women who helped make this day so special. Overall, I’m glad we chose to have our wedding at The Milestone and book with Walters Wedding. This venue was magnificent. We were married on Halloween this year and that fell on a Monday which was perfect. They didn't charge extra for it being a holiday, and we even got a free Photo booth for contracting in during one of their specials. The grounds were stunning and even for the cheapest package (Which was the one we got) There was soooo much extra. Food, Floral, DJ, they even had a stationary option that we used for our front sign and our thank you cards. All very beautiful, professional, and easy to communicate with! -

Amazing, beautiful venue, great communication
My husband and I had our wedding at The Milestone November 3rd 2022. From the moment we booked with them, the thing that has stood out the most was their communication. The thing we loved the most is that they had their in house vendors that we chose to use. I know some brides prefer to have their own vendor (which is perfectly fine!) but I preferred the idea of having all our vendors under one roof. I believe this really helped me with the planning process and kept everything smooth sailing! All the vendors were also amazing during our planning process. Cohost Entertainment matched us with the perfect DJ, Jared. The flowers from Joche W Events were beautiful. The cake from Jenny Layne was divine. Was my wedding day 100% perfect I’d be lying if I said yes. The days leading up to my wedding we had freezing temps, my now husband ended up spinning his vehicle out on the highway. I called the venue a number of times where Allie assured me everything will turn out great! Day of wedding, my wallet is gone!! (Found it 2 days after the wedding) So with all that being said I was already stressed/over it before we made it to the venue! Sadly the venue wasn’t ready ( due to again the freezing weather!!) no fault at all by the venue (I mean I could have lost my husband on those roads!) so all good! Allie and Aubrey worked their butts off running around making sure everything was good to go!! One huge thing on my list was not forgotten our flowers 🙃 yep I forgot mine! But all good they got them for me. We actually were ahead of schedule and really enjoying our big day! The food omg it was delicious!! We really loved the fact our food was giving to us ❤️❤️ loved them helping out with the Grand exit! The staff amazing!! ( it’s no fault of no one for us being a hot mess couple that is very prone to mishaps) But with every small hiccup we had they were right there to fix it we are so very grateful for everything!! Even the day after the wedding we called about a missing item and there Allie was to help us out!! Thank you to both Allie and Aubrey for everything the night was beautiful!! -

A Dream Come True!
I am a wedding coordinator so naturally I had high expectations for our Wedding. It turned out beautifully and went so well! Planning our wedding was SO EASY!!! We paid for the package that included table centerpieces, chargers, high top tables, buffet dinner, beer and wine, passed hors d’ouevres, and a day of coordinator. That left us with small decor items and a few other vendors left to secure. We were able to put together our dream wedding within a 7 month long engagement. We are so thankful for Chelsea who was so patient, flexible, professional, and caring towards us in our big moment and the days leading up to it! She even helped us out by setting up our decorations the day of the wedding!!! I have never experienced a venue who invested so much into their customers!!! From the first moment I saw the venue I knew I wanted our wedding to take place at The Milestone Denton. It exceeded our expectations and I highly recommend choosing The Milestone Denton for your event!!! -

I highly recommend the milestone Denton/krum!!! First of all, the venue itself is beautiful and breathtaking. Second and foremost I recommend because of the staff! Chelsea and Allie were always on top of everything we needed or wanted before I even thought if it! Because of them, this mother of the bride was able to enjoy every aspect leading up to the wedding day and the actual day! Raegan helped me and my husband have the wedding of our dreams! Wedding planning is stressful, as most of us know, and Raegan helped answer all my questions and keep me calm when the pandemic was looming. I emailed her in a panic (I am a planner and I need to have a plan for every possibility) and she called right away to talk and let me know that even though there are many unknowns, she has my back. Our original date was 4/5/2020 and she had to call and break the news that we had to postpone. Raegan quickly helped us find a new date and then helped us postpone AGAIN because my husband and I got COVD on that second date. She knew about our family dramas, eloping on our original date, and kept notes of little details we had told her. My bridal party has been apart of quite a few weddings and they said the Rehearsal with Raegan was the most efficient Rehearsal they had ever witnessed (those ladies and our families were impressed before the big day even happened!). When our day finally came, 4/11/2021, Raegan made everything beyond special! We felt like we were at a Disney Resort with surprises around every corner. She herded the cats we call family with ease, made sure we ate and had a moment alone, and created surprises that are still making me tear up writing this. The Milestone was beautiful and exactly where we wanted it, but Raegan made the whole process and the day of beyond special! -

This venue has it all! Location, class, style, photo opportunities, a friendly and caring staff, great food, and plenty of space for your bridal party! We can't begin to say enough good things about this venue! From the moment you pull up to the property you feel like you're some place special. In all honesty, you could not decorate a thing and this venue would still look amazing! Raegan and Emily were so helpful getting us to our big day and made sure we felt heard, supported, and that all our little details were accounted for. They even let us practice our first dance after our rehearsal! There's plenty of storage and room in the bridal suite ... my husband said the grooms room was great too but could use a few more hooks for tuxedos :)
The buffet was great! And while the bride and groom usually don't finish their meals, the portions we did eat were so good! Do yourself a favor and check this venue out if you're looking for classy, elegant, and a great staff to work with for your big day! -

The Milestone Denton is an amazing venue. We had our dream wedding there and would not change a thing. We toured many venues and this venue was by far the best value and the most beautiful. Reagan was awesome throughout the entire process and walked us through everything step by step and was right there on our wedding day making sure everything was perfect.

My husband and I loved this venue! It is gorgeous, secluded but not too far out of Denton, has an incredible staff, and made wedding planning so much more manageable. They let me do a tour via FaceTime (I was living out of town at the time) and were available and open anytime I needed to drop by to show my mom, fiancé, and photographer the property. Working with our assigned coordinator Kaytee made everything so easy on the day of the wedding. We ran into a few mishaps (liable to happen to any wedding) and she handled them like a pro while managing to keep me calm the whole time! -

Jordan Sent on 10/09/2017This is such a beautiful mansion and event space. They were very helpful throughout the planning process. I loved that booking with them that a lot came with it. When booking with The Milestone you get catering, bar tables, chairs, linen and flowers for the tables if you choose. WE were very happy. They had a lot of preferred vendors and that is how we found the rest of our vendor. we had an amazing wedding and it went off without a hitch!
