The Media Aisle was amazing and the price was very reasonable. Our photographer was Tomi and he was freaking awesome. From beginning to end he ensured us he was ready to capture all of our dream moments. He took time to understand the moments that were important to us and snapped them all phenomenally. His work is amazing and his energy is magnificent. Definitely one you would love to have around on your wedding day. You can also tell he loves doing what he does and is very passionate about his work. We love Tomi and if we had to do our wedding day all over again, we would still choose Tomi and The Media Aisle. Thanks for helping make our wedding day perfect.

Erika & Sofiia were great photographers and videographers. They were amazing to work with. The media aisle was a wonderful company that provided great services for a reasonable cost. Not to mention they don’t push the most expensive package rather they let you build upon your ideal package choice.

I was absolutely so nervous because you hear the rumors on how expensive photography and videography is; with my wife and I paying for our wedding just the 2 of us we had to do the best we could and so when I found a deal, I took it. That lead me here and I was scared the closer you got because they always say you get what you pay for. I could not have had a better experience and outcome! I LOVED the photographer and videographer I was paired with. The pictures TURNED OUT AMAZING! I was amazing in awh couldn't be happier with the way the photos turned out the video everything. If you have the opportunity, I recommend this company to EVERYONE.

Riane was absolutely amazing! She was so very sweet, and made sure she got the pictures that were most important to me! She stuck it out in the freezing cold and made sure we sectioned off time so we didn’t all freeze to death! I really can’t wait to get our photos back because I know she got some great photos! My fiancé and I are not ones who can smile on demand, and Riane made it feel so normal and easy! Amazing fun videographers!
My husband and I got married this past weekend and hired tolman media for our wedding. LAUREN IS AMAZING. She went above and beyond even when I shut her out at times (struggle with money) but she still stuck by me and was the sweetest!
I saw them come across my Instagram so I messaged them, they were very responsive and the first girl I talked to was very sweet too! Then she gave me Lauren’s number and explain everything and show me video after video, she never stopped doing her job at making sure I was satisfied. There was a half off deal in March on the deposit, which was awesome but had other things going on so I didn’t do it. In April, Lauren reached out to me again saying my date was still available if interested, how in the world does a date stay that available, must be God telling me it’s available for you!! So on 6/5 I was with my mom and told her I wanted video for my October wedding, she said I’ll pay the deposit if y’all will pay the rest. So I texted Lauren, again very responsive and quick, she told me the date was available (like HOW) and she would still give me the March half off deposit discount, and they changed their prices on packages but since this package and price was what we talked about originally, Lauren AGAIN decided to give me the original price and not the new higher one…A BLESSING!! And we made it happen and got us booked!! She didn’t have to do what she did on a Saturday afternoon to help me, but she did which I’m forever grateful for!!
I just hope my video will be amazing too!

Although my wedding date is still quite a ways away, I highly recommend Tolman. Kathryn was agent that helped me get started. She was very quick to respond and very knowledgeable. Even on a Sunday when I was in a panic about the venue, she quickly reassured me everything would still be ok on their end. When i found tolman media i was skeptical like others would be. Your spending a lot of money and you want things to go right so you would be nervous right? Throughout the months of planning my wedding they reached out to me periodically just to check in, see if anything changed, double check my agenda, asked me plenty of questions, also have input. My big wedding day they were on time, went with the timeline and got all the details i specifically asked for also super friendly. With my wedding being around the peak of all weddings i got my pictures about a month later than expected. But it was worth the wait. The pictures and videos came out amazing. Easy to schedule and the results are AMAZING!
Tolman Media was very accommodating, and they were able to get our vision through just a few simple phone calls and a questionnaire that we filled out! The images were beautiful, and the highlight video created is amazing quality and brings me back to the feelings of our wedding day! Additionally, they offer a very reasonable bundle deal for both photo and video!! I was able to just enjoy the day of our wedding and reception without a worry about our photos and videos, and now I can look back and enjoy it all again! One more thing--they give you access to the raw footage if you ask--LOVE!

Excellent communication, friendly staff, and beautiful pictures! I had a wonderful experience with them.
They did an incredible job with communication. They responded quickly and I was in contact with my videographer and photographer throughout the whole process. They were also well within my budget which was a huge plus. The pictures turned out beautiful! I would definitely recommend them, especially anyone looking for quality work within a budget.

Amazing Experience w/Tolman Media
We found Tolman on a social media site and we were skeptical at first but turns out it was the one of the BEST decisions we made. They have a person that coordinates communication and timelines in addition to your communication with the photographers so you have 2 contacts at the company with whom you can converse. The photographer and videographer were both personable, professional and punctual all qualities that are super important on your big day. The pictures are HD quality some pictures we planned many were candid. Overall, the experience was incredible they were great to work and the packages are priced well. You will get more than you pay for, congratulations!!!

Amazing Photography & Videography!
We received an amazing deal from Tolman Media Illinois and quality was not sacrificed. Our photographer and videographer were professional and kind, even during my bridezilla moments! Our photos came back earlier than expected and are absolutely stunning. We are so happy with them. They make us smile every day. We cannot wait to get our video footage back. I googled photographer/videographer combos in my area. Tolman Media was produced and I was so impressed with the price for what I was asking for. Great service and great photos
My whole bridal party had an absolute blast with our photographer, Jabril! He was very professional and made us all feel very comfortable which allowed him and the other photographer to get the best shots possible. They did an amazing job capturing the love and joy of my husband and my's big day. The booking process with Tolman Media and communication up to our day was also exceptional. I planned my own wedding, and did not know what I was doing, but they were extremely helpful in the whole process! I felt confident after talking with them about my decisions.

We loved Riane !

Happy Bride and now Happy wife
Erika was the easiest person to work with from day one. I appreciated how she really listened to what I envisioned and she encouraged me to share with her shots that I wanted taken that day. She is very responsive and enthusiastic which makes it even a better experience. Wedding planning can be so stressful but working with Erika wasn't once so ever. She helped me create a realistic timeline and she herself was super organized, which put me at east too. She had a list of the shots we had previously went over and the day of the wedding she took command! Which was a huge help for me since I'm a bit more shy. She went down the list and gathered everyone together calling them out by name and we even finished ahead of time which was great so that our family and bridal party could leave and enjoy themselves rather than waiting around all afternoon and that also gave us more time for those intimate shots. She really went above and beyond what a photographer does. She helped me with my veil and helped the groomsmen with their boutonnieres. Aside from her personality, her work speaks for herself. I love how personal and real her pictures are, they aren't too posed. You can feel the love and joy in them, which is exactly what we wanted. And the polaroids she took and gifted us was just the cherry on top. All in all, Erika is great to work with and has a good eye for capturing the little moments and details.
Although Saif was not our original videographer, he was great to work with the day of. Our original videographer was in an accident and we got assigned Saif the night before. That was very nerve wrecking to me since I had felt very comfortable with our original one and we had a plan but Saif was very reassuring and comforting. He listened to my likes and dislikes and paid very close attention to detail the day of the wedding. He has a good eye and he really captured the beauty of our venue and the love we have for eachother. As we watched our wedding video, I was able to relive that special day and I will always be grateful for Saif capturing those special moments throughout the day.

This company is super professional and delivered amazing services. I was so last minute to book them but they were quick to respond to my inquiry and followed up with a phone call. We talked about what type of shots I wanted captured in my video and anything else I may have needed. You can’t beat the pricing either for a decent videographer these days! I received a teaser, highlight video, AND raw footage which was the best!! I was able to feel and relive the moments of my wedding with the video I got from them. I did not feel like the videographer was in the way at any point of the night he did a great job capturing some great footage!!

I had Tolman captured our engagement and wedding events. Overall everything was good. But after the wedding, I wish the communication was much better. We started with 2 different directors and at the end it was another person who was in charge.

The photographer and videographer were amazing. However, the editing of the video and pictures felt very not-personal to our day..
We loved the photographer/videographer, but the actual final product was not personal. Our video was a bunch of random 5 second slow motion clips that did not line up with the songs we chose. It didn’t even have an intro saying the date and our new last name. They did give me the raw footage so I at least we have that for memories sake, because I don’t think the highlight reel they made captured the day.

4 months later still trying to re-edit
4 months after wedding and I am still looking for someone to edit back in the sky that the Tolman team took out of every picture outside. The people look great! However, having a blank sky looks awkward. The sky was a beautiful blue. Weird. Just one picture of MOB walking down aisle. Unfortunately, had head turned and was saying hi to someone. Had to trash. So no pic of MOB. Very sad.
Flip side. Andrew the videographer was the best. His video was great! He worked SO HARD! Even staged a lot of the photos since our photographer didn't help with staging of pictures. She was more of a 'no can do' person, instead of the upbeat person you need.
If you could hire out just Andrew-do it!
FYI- We purchased one of the highest packages. Paid for extra time, video and drone coverage.
I included the MOB pic and 2 pictures of the 'no sky'. But there actually was a beautiful sky that day.

Every bride and groom is excited to wake up the day after their wedding to see sneak peeks. I was unaware that this company "does not offer sneak peeks" until the day after my wedding - or I would have never gone with them. I'm being told it may be 30+ days before I see ANY pictures, even though they have already started editing our photographs and could easily send a handful. Had they been transparent about this, I never would have used them. I'm devastated that I'm a week out from my wedding and still have nothing to post of me and my husband. Brett and Johnny were amazing, and I can't wait to see their work. But it doesn't sit right with me that such a "successful company" can't even spare to send three to five photos for the bride and groom to have until the rest are ready. When I sent an email practically begging for just two photos that they'd already edited so I can have something, all I heard was crickets.
Every other company that specializes in weddings offers sneak peeks, so my advice is to go with one of them.

Booking was easy, however, that was the only time that communication ran smoothly. I have been asking for weeks to communicate with the event director because we were really unhappy with our photographer. The event director has not responded or reached out, despite repeated requests. The photographer was on his phone the whole wedding day, and was rude and acted annoyed. I had multiple wedding guests mention his behavior to me afterwards. He also did not give any feedback or guidance on posing, resulting is bad pictures, many of which have one or more people's eyes closed. We did not capture a lot of important moments because of this. Again, we tried reaching out to the company about this, but were ignored. I wish I had booked elsewhere.

I would not suggest this vendor. They are SLOW to respond and seems like they can’t keep staffing. It would take about 1 week at a time to get 1 response over text. Working with Tolman Media is the biggest regret of my wedding day. They changed the photographer on me a month before the wedding. The editing of my engagement photos was poorly done. The lighting and contrast on the photo was bad, photos weren’t cropped properly and there were people in the background. For the wedding photos, they were okay. The lighting was weird and not flattering at all on many photos. There were only a handful that we really liked. As for the video I can’t say anything it because it’s been over two months and I still haven’t gotten it! They’ve been gaslighting me for the past month saying it’s done and just needs to be sent over. A month later they just stopped responding to my emails. Absolutely awful experience. Will not recommend them to anyone ever.

This is a scam
Do NOT hire this vendor, it’s a scam!!!! They were formerly Tolman Media until the lawsuits piled up and they had to rebrand to the Media Aisle. I didn’t know that at the time I signed them. They were unresponsive for much of my planning, and would often go missing for weeks when I had questions. My videographer dropped out 3 days prior to my wedding (discovered because I made a stink over the unresponsiveness). He was replaced by a fantastic new guy who was great on the day-of. (They contract out videographers and photographers). Afterward, I received an edit in the proper time frame but key people were left out like my mom and a bridesmaid. I asked for very quick and easy edits just to insert them in, but was refused because “they were too busy”. Their solution was to an end me all the raw footage and hire someone else to edit it….. Then they went completely MIA. That was 3 months ago. I even contacted the videographer directly and he said he hadn’t heard from them since that time either. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!

Look up Tolmen Media. Do not hire this company. They will ruin your wedding.
This company is Tolemen Media operating under a different name. I did not know this when I signed with them. When I hired this company, I thought I was hiring a company that already had photographers and videographers employed by them. False. They auction your wedding off to photographers in the area and those photographers bid on it. This was not made clear to me when I signed with them. They also ask you in the questionnaire what style of photography you want for your wedding. Well, that doesn’t matter. Whoever bids on your project, you’re going to get the style that person usually shoots in. You will get an “event manager” on your wedding as well. My event manager was Omar. He was impossible to get in touch with and when you did, he didn’t seem to care at all about a brides concerns. I booked in June, I got my photographer in November. My photographer lived 6 hours from me and 4 hours from my venue. This made it incredibly difficult to schedule our engagement shoot. I didn’t hear from my videographer until way later. Alarmingly close to the wedding. We spoke maybe 3 times before the wedding. Both the photographer and the videographer brought assistants on their own accord. That’s two more mouths I have to feed. A week and a half before my wedding Omar emailed me to say my video would be delayed if they didn’t get my song choices right away. I asked him how that could be possible if the actual video (my wedding) hadn’t even happened yet. After the wedding I was contacted by Omar saying that I owed $500 for the photographer and videographer staying 2 hours later. I told him that I wouldn’t be paying for that, because there was no proof that they had stayed late. His response was to not provide me with a sneak peak and had my video edited horribly. Our first kiss is a shot of our photographers back side. What bride wants that in their video. This was clearly a retaliation. When I asked for it to be edited Heidi, the New York branch “owner” (who I had never spoken to before this) responded that because I didn’t pay the extra money I will not be gettin my video edited. She failed to consider the fact that I paid for two extra people to eat on top of the two people I already had to pay for, the fact that I didn’t get my sneak peaks (despite adding a tab to our portfolio that was labeled “sneak peaks”), and the fact that I didn’t get my 60 second social media video that was in my contract. I don’t know what company would put their name on a video edited where the first kiss is completely BLOCKED. If you are planning a wedding stay away from this company, and if you have already put a deposit down RUN FOR THE HILLS. The money lost will be nothing in comparison to the horrible feeling of dealing with this company.

I was a videographer for this company. The management is a complete mess, they are currently completely silent leaving the contractors and brides without any communication and in my case they are withholding payment that I earned. (Side note: this is an off shoot of a company called Tolman media who went bankrupt and screwed many brides and contractors in the process, look it up) I took my time to get to know the couple I shot for and incorporate all of their ideas, and then worked hard the day off to make their experience great. I then send the footage to management who destroy everything I built as they disappear with out communication, then show up MONTHS later with a slapped together, awful edit that ignored all of the notes me and the bride provided. I am near certain they out source the editing to non English speakers over seas as anything I have sent with audio comes back making no sense. The photos are all given a copy pasted filter and that’s it, that’s the editing no matter if it’s out doors or indoors and require different edits. I have had enough of being associated with this brand, it always ends bad and i am the one with my face on their product. They are simply the worst option you have. You may save a few hundred dollars but they will shamelessly put in the least amount of effort, ruin what would have been good photos and videos and rip you off.

Horrible. Do not book
Only book if you’d like zero response, panic, and high stress. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. Do not book unless you want unnecessary stress. The booking was easy and smooth. When going through the process to get information about the company and booking, they were prompt with communication and follow up. Once I signed and it got closer to the wedding it all went down hill. We hired them for video and photos. I had to reach out to them about songs for the video. They sent me a link that did not work. I informed them it did not work and all they did was say thanks for letting us know. No other follow up. The videographer reached out once she was assigned. Our schedules conflicted and she quit trying to schedule a meeting. The month before the wedding , I still had not heard from the videographer, I reached out again. It took multiple attempts but she finally reached out. The day of the wedding, the videographer and photographers were great. They made sure I got the photos that we both wanted. After the wedding..NOTHING. I’ve reached out multiple times. Our wedding was 3 weeks ago and I cannot get a hold of anybody. There is no number for you to call on the website. Only a spot for them to reach out to you.

Stay clear. NOT recommended.
The Media Aisle was originally called Tolman Media. Heidi has not provided any updates regarding our wedding photos and videos. It has been almost half a year since our wedding, and their lack of communication proves that you should not trust them. We paid them almost $4K for a photo and video package. We provided edits since the results were done so poorly, but we have not heard from Heidi (owner) and Omar (event manager) for months. PLEASE STAY AWAY. This has cause so much stress and heartache. You deserve to place your investment and trust for your special day on a team that deserves it. The Media Aisle or Tolman Media or whatever they want to call themselves is NOT to be trusted. Just look up Tolman Media on Google.

Absolutely terrible - NO SHOW
Would not recommend. First their photographer cancelled my engagement session because she had a misunderstanding on my location when we talked about it twice and it was notated in the system and then their videographer Jermaine was unresponsive and a no show. Supposedly Jianna or someone told him to not respond nor show up on the day of the wedding? Now I’m left with videos to look back at. It would’ve been nice to have been noticed they weren’t going to come so I could’ve paid someone to show up now im dealing with process of being refined because tolman media was a no show and did not hold up their end of the deal. Not worth the stress they will put you through!
