Dream Wedding Day Venue

We just got married at the Medallion Club in Westerville. The staff was so helpful, friendly and professional-especially Thea. They made it easy to plan our big day! The food was excellent! A lot of our guests said that it was the best wedding they have ever been to! Highly recommend!

The most perfect venue

Our wedding was and will be so memorable because of the staff. I had an image of what I wanted in my head and they made it much better than I had ever thought. Miss Chris was so nice and the best to work with. We can't thank them enough for the best night.

Mother of the Bride

The Medallion Club staff were professional and nice. Chris Ramsey was our wedding planner and did an excellent job. They helped us give our daughter and her husband the most beautiful wedding I’ve attended. The food was delicious. Everyone had a great time and are still talking about it. It was perfect. I would highly recommend the Medallion Club!

I don't know how our wedding could have gone any smoother. Working with Chris Ramsey and staff was an outstanding experience for our family as well as our 180 guests. The response time was always quick. We worked collaboratively to get the reception done early and loved the accommodating attitude we received at every turn at Medallion. It was so pretty, food was great and the service was excellent!

Wow, Medallion was beyond accommodating and helpful. My mother hosted my bridal shower here and they helped make the day run seamlessly and stress-free. The food was amazing as well, there was a great assortment for guests for different diets to choose from. They were responsive, kind and made they day run perfectly.

What do you say about a event that was done to "PERFECTION?" Chris Ramsey and the Medallion Staff made our daughter's Bridal Shower a day to never forget for our one-and-only daughter and that is exactly what we hoped for. I recommend Chris Ramsey and give her 5 heartfelt stars! She made us feel like the only event she had and the team paid extra attention (or so we felt) to every guest. The food was amazing and the Charcuterie Tray that was specially made (which was a game-changer for the Bride-to-Be!). We plan to use Medallion again! Kudos to the team!

The Medallion Club provided what we can only describe as an unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked into the venue we fell in love, and we are so glad we did! We did both our rehearsal dinner as well as our wedding at Medallion.
Chris was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She was patient and understanding throughout, and answered all of our questions no matter how small. As my husband states, "when things got hard during the wedding planning process, Chris was the crutch we could lean on."
The venue itself was perfect for every part of our wedding day! The beautiful landscaping and golf course in the back made our outdoor ceremony a dream come true. The ballroom was the perfect size for us to feel close to our guests, but not squeezed together, and of course plenty of room for a large dance floor for our family and friends to dance the night away!
Our guests are still raving about the food! We were told, "this is the best food I have ever had at a wedding", "the filet cuts like butter", and "I couldn't wait to get seconds!". We could not agree with our guests more.
Overall our experience at the Medallion Club is one that we will never forget. Thank you to the Medallion Club and their entire staff for making our wedding a dream come true!

The Medallion Club was everything we hoped for and more. Chris was amazing to work with. She is always so kind and patient as she answered my questions. The club is beautiful and the food amazing. Our guests are still telling us how wonderful the food was.

Chris Ramsey and her staff were amazing. They made my wedding the most magical and memorable day ever. Everything was more beautiful then I had expected. They were all so polite and prompt with the scheduled events. I definitely recommend them to everyone for any occasion.

The Medallion Club was the first venue we looked at after we were engaged and instantly fell head over heels for the efficiency, landscape, and warmth given to us by the coordinator, Chris Ramsey. Everyone told us not to fall for the first venue that we found. Yet no other location compared to the MC from addressing our service needs to being absolutely patient with us every step of the way- even after we had said, "I do". Our advice to couples would be to "Look no further and trust your instinct. The Medallion Club and the people who work there are fantastic and will make your wedding day feel like a dream. Chris Ramsey is absolutely wonderful! We honestly had one of the best days of our lives and even weeks later are still amazed by the staff who makes the Medallion Club- a little slice of heaven on earth."

Chris was amazing!!! She always was available and answered all the questions I had with planning my wedding, she made me feel at ease! Even though my wedding had the typical chaos, she truly made sure we were all taken care of, and I could not have asked for a better, more beautiful place to have my dream wedding!

We worked with medallion and met with them on many occasions. They were very polite and helped us very much. The event went smooth and I was extremely happy with the turn out ! Even the food came out perfect! Some said the chicken had some problems, but when serving 300 guests , I imagine there would be some problems, here and there. All and all, it was a beautiful evening and I couldn't ask for anything better! Thank you Medallion for making our Wedding perfect!

I literally cannot say enough good things about my wedding reception held at The Medallion Club. This venue was a beautiful backdrop for our incredible evening. The staff (especially Chris Ramsay, the coordinator) was insanely helpful. The waiters went above and beyond, the room was set up perfectly.. I could talk for hours. Our night was perfect and it was all thanks to the incredible people at this location. From the moment I met Chris and saw the space I knew it would be the place for us!! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend! Can we do this again???? :) :)

Working with Medallion was a great experience. I worked a lot with Chris (event coordinator) and she was great! She made sure that everything I needed was done. She was very easy to get in contact with and her responses with quick. I would highly recommend this venue.

Chris was a pleasure to work with! She made the planning process very smooth and easy, especially since we lived out of town. Her flexibility and willingness to meet at non-traditional times was greatly appreciated. The room was beautiful! They did a wonderful job making our dream day come true!

I had my bridal shower, rehearsal dinner and wedding ceremony & reception at the Medallion Club. I worked with Chris. She was very helpful and patient with me during my wedding planning. She was always very punctual with answering emails, and making appointments for us to go over details. Chris was very easy to talk to and made me and my family very comfortable. Also, the cost of the venue was very reasonable! And it was all very professionally handled. I would greatly recommend the medallion club to others. The head catering manager, and other staff as well was very polite, helpful and professional. Food was delicious! Our guests went on about the variety and taste of the food!

Chris Ramsay is great and she was very responsive and accommodating. The food was delicious and the staff at the Medallion Club were wonderful. We had both our ceremony and our reception there and everything went smoothly on our wedding day. The facilities were very nice and our guests were impressed and had a great time. The outside area is really pretty as well and there are a lot of pretty photo opportunities. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and I would not have changed anything!

My daughter got married and had her ceremony and reception there. The wedding was beatuiful. Everyone was wonderful. The Medallion Club was an amazing place to have our wedding and reception. Chris Ramsay was a joy to work with and took a lot of the stress out of our wedding planning, and was always quick to answer questions or address concerns. The staff was always friendly and accommodating! Our ceremony and reception were both put together beautifully by the staff, and they worked quickly to take care of everything. We are still getting compliments on how delicious the food was! Would highly recommend!

Medallion Club was an incredible venue for a reasonable price. They offer out of season pricing and are very accommodating for smaller groups. Our reception was approximately 80 people and the set up was perfect. They were very prompt in answering all of my questions which made for stress free planning! Everything from the decorations to the food was set up perfectly. The staff was incredibly attentive to everyone's needs and we left with soooooo many compliments. I could not have asked for more. Thank you thank you!!!

Chris Murray at the Medallion Club was wonderful to work with! She made my day beautiful and easy for me. The location was stunning - we were married on the veranda. Chris's team put together my centerpieces and decorated all the tables for me. It was great having both the ceremony and reception at the same place. Once the ceremony was over, out guests walked into the parlor to enjoy appetizers and cocktails while we took pictures. Dinner was served right after cocktail hour. We did a plated meal. The services was excellent and the food was fabulous! Everyone commented on how convenient and "guest friendly" the event was.

Everything was perfect for our wedding. Chris was so helpful and responded so quickly to emails and phone calls on any questions we had. The staff that helped out at our wedding was professional and very friendly. We would recommend Medallion to our friends and family for their special event.

It was a pleasure working with Chris Ramsay at the The Medallion Club for our daughters wedding. We hosted the Engagement Party, the Wedding shower and the Wedding Reception at the Club and each event was completely unique and truly wonderful. Chris is very professional and therefore the events were worry free and well planned. The food was delicious and the staff was very courteous and very helpful. The venue is nicely decorated and able to accomodate our different size events in the various rooms. The true value in having the events at Medallion Club was the ability to relax and enjoy the parties knowing that they were professionally planned by Chris and professionally executed by the wonderful staff.

We used the medallion club for our wedding and reception venue and we couldn't be more pleased. The planning process was really easy - they were upfront about all the costs so there were no hidden surprises. I was impressed with how organized they were even when I was not.

I got many compliments on not only just the food - which was amazing, but also on how friendly the staff were!

Their staff was so accommodating and there for every question we had. Chris was AMAZING and I really can't say that enough, everything was set up exactly how we planned and we didn't have to worry about a thing!! The food was delicious from the appetizers to the entrees. They took over and beyond good care of our wedding party. They had drinks/apps ready for the wedding party as soon as we got to the reception. I would recommend the Medallion Club to anyone looking for a wedding venue! Their staff knows what they are doing and make you feel right at home!

Our end of year banquet for the WESTERVILLE NORTH GIRLS TENNIS TEAM for the past two years was at MEDALLION ... everything was perfect! Chris Ramsey was outstanding!!! Just booked them again for this year!

I would, without hesitation, recommend using Medallion as your venue. Chris Ramsay was wonderful to work with, prompt in responding to every need, and very workable with changes made even the week of the wedding. There were no surprise fees, everything was spelled out and carried out exactly as we agreed to. I would say that our only negatives were minor: one the tables was completely missed during the serving of dinner, and the guests were afraid to complain. As a result, they weren't served until after the cake was cut. Also, we had a soft drink station and there were no glasses there for a good portion of the night. Again, minor issues when you look at how well the whole night went. Also, clean up was a breeze: I expected to be there late in the night packing up. However, the staff collected all of our decor into a small area and allowed us to pick up the next day. Wonderful!

Dani was a pleasure to work with- she and her staff made everything run so smoothly. The golf carts we got to take out on the course for pictures was such a nice touch. My guests loved the whole party and everyone thought I spent so much more than I did. Medallion has my highest respect and thanks.

Medallion was a great space to hold our 250 guests! They have a large space along with a veranda, parlor, and locker rooms in which everyone utilized. It is a bit pricey but after viewing other venues it is quite comparable and actually had enough space to hold my wedding guests! Medallion makes a point to cater to the bride and groom on their wedding day. They frequently come up to you and ask if you need anything and make sure you get what you want. Chris was wonderful and without any questions would do what was requested. Overall, it was a perfect evening and an easy planning process with Medallion! :)

The Medallion Club proved to be a wonderful choice for our wedding reception. Upon pulling up to the Club, the bridal party was given golf carts to ride for picture taking. The service was quick and friendly. The food was good and well-priced. In all, a great venue for the price. Never felt pressure to do anything we didn't want. David from Night Music was our DJ and did a wonderful job. They have done a lot of weddings there, so they knew the equipment well. Chris Ramsay is a joy to work with and on top of things. Detail-oriented, which I appreciate.

The Medallion club was beautiful, and the staff very professional! So many of our guests were just amazed with the quality of service during our wedding reception, as were we! Not only were they helpful in so many ways, but just so friendly and professional!
My only complaints about the facility were the suites for the wedding party, as they were just the locker rooms. Although they were nice locker rooms, there wasn't anywhere for us to keep our stuff safely, and there were members walking around and showering in there, so we didn't have the space to ourselves. Also, we weren't able to use the rooms until 2 hours before the ceremony, so that put a small wrinkle in the day.
There was also a bit on confusion and lack of help for our rehearsal the night before.

All in all, the venue was great, as was the staff, and we would definitely recommend it!

We enjoyed having our daughter's wedding at the Medallion Club and working with Chris Ramsey. We received so many positive comments from guests about the appetizer hour, the dinner, the ballroom and having a Children's Room available. We had to work with Chris from the Pacific Northwest and she always answered phone messages or emails quickly and was accommodating when we were in Columbus. The Medallion Club is a beautiful facility and several guests said it was the BEST wedding they had been to. Thank you for helping to make this truly a memorable day for our daughter & husband.

We held our wedding at The Medallion Club in August 2018. We wanted to create a customized Asian-American wedding’s experience. And we’re very happy to report that we were successful. Along with Chris Ramsay help we able to work out the various detail of the wedding as planned and very pleased with the overall result. However, on a few notes. We wanted more food options/varieties to be available but that is very limited. The foods were just decent but leave a lot of room for improvement. Our guests reported back to us they loved the hors-d'oeuvres a lot more than the main meal. So make sure you order a lot of those – and they goes by really quick. Overall, a good place for wedding and events.

Chris was great. She accommodated with all our requests. She did great with all our decorations for the ceremony and reception. It was beyond beautiful. Everyone loved the food and location. She was prompt with responding to my email. However, wasnt very clear with payment process.

-Positives: food was delicious with large portions; basic centerpieces, all set-up, catering, and white tablecloths were included; Chris is quick to answer any questions and was usually willing to work with us; we were able to get ready, have the ceremony & the reception in one location; the wedding day went very smoothly and the directer coordinated between vendors very well- we never had to personally greet the DJ, cake vendor, etc.

-Negatives: the chairs are unattractive (for a wedding)- chair covers are available, but only for a fee (in our opinion, when paying about $14,000 for a wedding venue and catering, patrons should not have to pay to cover the chairs); some of the provided tablecloths had large stains on them- when our mothers brought this to the attention of the staff, they were given a response along the lines of "at least it's better than no tablecloths at all"; we were unable to bring any of our own food to snack on while getting ready before our wedding
