The Cake and Design was Amazing! 100 out of 10!
The cake was delicious and the cake tasting was so much fun! We had trouble deciding because everything tasted so good–we had to come back for a second set of flavors. The Master’s Baker works with our wedding venue, The Crystal Tea Room, and we are so happy they do. Would definitely recommend! The design was wonderful and it tasted even better! -

We booked the Master's Bakers for our wedding cake per the recommendation of a friend who had recently gotten married. Our tasting with them was incredibly thorough and made it really hard to decide since everything tasted amazing. They made payment really easy and their communication from first email to wedding day was fantastic. Our cake looked exactly how we wanted and, most importantly, was delicious. They also give you a small tier of your cake on your one-year anniversary so you don't have to eat year-old freezer cake. 100%, would recommend and would order from them again. -

The Master's Baker was very easy to work with. Our tasting was organized, and it clear that they are professionals and have it down to a science. Literally every flavor was amazing and it was so hard to choose. They were incredibly accommodating - they didn't want a certain flavor I wanted to try so I came back another day and they sent me home with some cake and icing to sample. The delivery was seamless - so much so that I didn't even know that the cake was delivered and set up! Again, so incredibly smooth. Working with them so so stress-free, which is honestly what you need during a wedding. Their pricing was incredible and honestly, it was a no brainer to go with them. -

I am legitimately so impressed. We wanted a dragon to slay and by golly they gave us a dragon. At our D&D themed wedding, Master's Baker provided one of the highlights. Delicious and spectacular. We went with the apple cake with salted caramel and lemon and lemon curd. -

The cake tasting that they provide at their studio in West Chester is amazing. All of the flavor options they have available are delicious. They have so many great cake options/combinations and tons of design flexibility! The Masters Baker was the designated bakery for our venue but honestly I'm so glad they were. We did a private cake tasting at the bakery in West Chester a few months ahead and they made it so easy to go through and choose the flavors & designs. We provided some pictures from our florist's proposal and they matched the colors of the flowers on the cake to a T! Not to mention it turned out stunning and was truly delicious! Wedding cakes can be a pricey endeavor but The Masters Baker is 100% worth it !!!! -

Best Cake and Desserts for our Big Day!
The Master’s Bakers provided our wedding cake and all of our desserts. We chose and lemon and cinnamon for the cake and shooters, brownies, creme brûlée and dessert tacos. Everything they provided was next level, and all of our guests were blown away. Not only that, the cake tasting before the wedding was in-depth, varied, and super organized. Beth was able to take a few different inspirations that we gave her and create exactly what we were thinking. Communication was a little bit delayed leading up to our wedding day but I assume it’s related to how busy they are with weddings during peak season. Can’t recommend them enough for all your dessert and cake needs! -

I cannot recommend The Master's Baker enough! Their cakes, fillings, and frosting is DELICIOUS! For my wedding, we had the triple citrus cake with lemon buttercream frosting on some levels and chocolate chip cake with classic vanilla buttercream on the other levels. Soooo yummy! They also worked with my theme and vision to ensure the cake matched what we were looking for. They are multi-award winning for a reason - go with The Master's Baker! -

The Master's Baker team was truly a joy to work with and we were so lucky that they were the joint company with our venue, Finley Catering. From the onset of the tasting, we were greeted by Aly with such joy and excitement for our special day. The designers were ready and able to show us all of the free options that were provided since they were a partnership with Finley Catering, while also explaining how we were able to upgrade any of the design elements that would best fit our needs.
The cakes were beyond delicious. We loved being able to pair the different flavors of icing/fillings with the different flavors of cakes in order for us to see which pairings we enjoyed the most and to see which would be the best for all of our differing opinions from family and friends. The thing we also really enjoyed about the experience was that Aly gave us so much free range with our decision making - she asked about what kind of styles we were leaning most towards and also asked us if we had any inspirations that we were hoping to emulate, but she also allowed my husband and I to have the room to ourselves so that we could openly talk, discuss flavor profiles, and think about our visions without someone watching our every move.
In the end, we decided that we would have an option available for the "free option," but we knew our hearts were really hoping to create a completely unique cake. We showed her 4 different style inspirations of cakes we saw on Pinterest along with how we wanted our cake to look, if we were to upgrade.
Aly took diligent notes about our requests, presented a drawing from the designers with a thought on how our vision could be brought to life, and the cost associated with upgrading. We were actually shocked at how reasonable the price was for the upgrade for a 4-tier cake so we went with that. The finished product was absolutely breathtaking and it far-exceeded any dream we could have had for our wedding cake. To be frank, we teared up when we saw the cake and were completely speechless about how they brought our vision to life.
At the end of it all, we did save our top tier to try to still enjoy the tradition, but we also love that Master's Baker also provides a free anniversary cake for us to enjoy as our one year anniversary approaches. We may do some flavor upgrades, because their cakes are just that good! Thank you for working with us and making our special day even more amazing! -

The masters baker was included with our venue and they exceeded our expectations. Not only was our cake absolutely beautiful but absolutely delicious!!! Our guests were raving about it. They also provide a complimentary one year anniversary top tier so we are so excited for that! Cake tasting is a blast with your significant other too and the cakes and frosting are just too good to even pick! (We went with amaretto, chocolate chip, and chocolate, with a buttercream frosting for each tier) and all the tiers were to die for. -

Our venue Springton Manor Farm included a cake from Master’s Baker in their wedding package. We had so much fun tasting cakes at our planning meeting. They let us choose two different flavors for the different tiers. We ended up upgrading a bit on our decorations to get exactly what we wanted! Our florist added some flowers to complete the garden/meadow look which we loved! Our cake topper from Etsy completed the look! The cake was delicious. We were able to take the leftover cake back to the hotel to distribute to guests and to take our cake topper home with us. The best feature is that for your one year anniversary they will give you a new cake topper as long as you give advance notice! Our freezer stinks so that was a great addition for us since I don’t think our cake would have kept! -

We loved our wedding cake!
Our cake was included as a part of our catering package, but we would like to think that we would have found and used The Master's Baker regardless. They were so easy to work with - from the tasting (which was so much fun) - to our wedding day. The design we had wanted was fairly simple, but it was so beautifully executed and the cake was delivered on time to our venue so that our florist could add flowers the day of. The cake was incredibly delicious and we received many compliments from our guests. We can't wait to pick up our 1-year anniversary cake! -

Delicious cake!
We did a virtual tasting, so I went to pick up a box of the most popular cake flavors and icing/jams. We choose the lemon velvet and cinnamon sugar cake, both with vanilla buttercream icing. It was very delicious, and the cake looked stunning in pictures. -

The Master Bakers were phenomenal!! Our wedding was March 10th, and we had our initial meeting with them back in October where we were able to eat so many different cakes! It was there that we talked about what we wanted our wedding cake to be like, and came to a conclusion on a final vision. A few months later I had a slightly different idea in mind, and when I reached out to them to make the adjustments they were more than happy to pivot the final product! The staff is incredible, and the cake is phenomenal!! (We still have extra weeks later after giving some away, and it tastes just as good!) -

It Is very hard to sum up into words just how amazing working with the Mater's Baker truly was. They were able to bring the vision in my head to life! Not only was our cake spectacular to look at but it tasting AMAZING! (I highly recommend the cannoli filling). We still have guests to this day that rave about how amazing out cake was. The staff at the bakery is extremely responsive and create a fun environment when they go through the tasting and design process with you. I can not recommend this bakery enough, to the point where I even order all of my birthday/ party cakes from them now, as they are extremely passionate with their craft, and their cakes are truly just to die for! -

Delicious!
We had our wedding cake as part of our catering package for our wedding on 10/22/22 and it was fantastic! The tasting was delicious which made it REALLY hard to decide on just 2 flavors. We chose an extremely simple cake because we had other desserts lined up, and chose the red velvet and chocolate chip. The chocolate chip was delicious. Highly recommend and cannot wait for our first anniversary to eat it again! -

Masters came with our package but I trusted them completely. These bakers really are the masters! We got two cake flavors and our guests loved both of them! The design was everything we wanted! The Master’s Baker hit all the marks – delicious cake, beautiful design, and great to work with! We did our tasting in the tasting room at their shop. Despite that it was during the pandemic and there were limitations, they still made it as special as possible for us. They had so many amazing flavors for both the cake and icing. Our cake was included with our venue package and we worked with Steve for our tasting/design appointment and we were absolutely blown away. My (now) husband and I were very particular because we wanted a cake that would go with our celestial theme but we also wanted a cake that would taste good and the Master's Baker nailed both! They had so many flavors to choose from but we ended up choosing the lemon velvet and pumpkin spice as our two cake flavors along with cream cheese buttercream frosting and it was absolutely delicious. Our guests could not stop talking about how not only beautiful our cake was but also how delicious it was. We were absolutely thrilled. Thank you so much for making everything so perfect! -

Amazing quality and service
Wow, I never knew a wedding cake could taste so good!!! We had a four layer cake with carrot cake and cream cheese icing on the bottom two layers; lemon zest cake with buttercream icing on the top two layers. Both flavors were well received with lots of compliments on the taste and design. I’ve never been a fan of fondant so was elated to design a tiered wedding cake without it. The buttercream on the outside was thick and delicious! The leftovers froze well and taste just as good too! They happily accommodated our requests for carrot cake cupcakes for those attending with dietary preferences (vegan and a nut allergy) so everyone could have a piece of dessert. I’d highly recommend The Master’s Baker for designing your wedding cake - it’ll be delicious and decorated as planned in your design meeting. -

The Master's Baker absolutely perfected our wedding cake! From the flavor to the decor, it was exactly what we wanted! We went with the vanilla sour cream pound cake and vanilla icing. It was to die for - I had 2 pieces at my own wedding! They also had no issues accommodating my gluten allergy :-)
I sent them a photo from Pinterest that encompassed my wedding cake vision and they nailed it. It was an exact replica of the picture I sent! We absolutely loved working with this vendor and couldn't recommend them more highly! Thank you so much! -

Fantastic Cake!
A cake from the Master's Baker was included in our catering package, and we are so lucky it was! The cake is delicious, and we got multiple comments from our guests that is was the best wedding cake they had ever had! We did a classic vanilla for the bottom and top tier, but paid extra to have apple spice cake with butter pecan buttercream for the middle tier. Everything was wonderful, from the floral decorations on the outside to the flavors/textures on the inside. Highly recommend! -

Great cake!
The Masters Baker recently did a wedding cake for us. The tasting went smoothly with a bunch of different fillings and cakes to try. We ended up doing three separate flavors and getting a custom design on the cake, which they were super accommodating for. The cake was delicious as well! -

Our cake was SO beautiful. I cannot recommend The Master's Baker enough! When we had our cake tasting it was so hard to pick which flavors to get because they were all amazing. We had a wedding cake included in our package with our vendor so only had to pay for extras. We loved our wedding cake! First of all we had to move our reception a year out due to the pandemic. We had a small ceremony with family on our original wedding day. We get a small cake made by the Master's Baker and our family loved it! For our reception we had a 4 tier cake and it was decorated beautifully. Flavors were amazing too! Guests loved it- barely had any leftover! They were easy to communicate with on top of it all. We will definitely be using Master's Baker in the future for special occasions! -

Most Amazing Wedding Cake Ever!
We got married at the Mendenhall Inn this past December, so we were set up with The Master’s Baker to design our cake. I have never seen a more beautiful wedding cake in my life. We had a very specific vision for our cake to tie our wedding together, and they accomplished exactly that. We were blown away when we got to our reception and saw the most amazing cake that far exceeded our expectations. People still talk about how incredibly delicious and beautiful our cake was. Definitely go with them if you want something other than a boring white cake!! -

My husband and I both have allergies - gluten, dairy, tree nuts - so we wanted to get two small cakes made for us so not everyone else would have to be subjected to an allergen free cake. Turns out that wouldn't have been a problem, because after my husband and I got a small slice, our guests devoured the rest. So good! Best gluten and dairy free cake I've ever had! And my husband was perfectly happy with his tree nut free one too. -

The Master Baker met with us and went over our cake design options. We were able to custom design the type of cake, color, and decorations. At our taste testing we tried 6 different cake flavors and 6 different filings. All of the cakes were so good it was a touch decision but they allowed us to choose 2 cake flavors and 2 fillings for our 3 tier wedding cake for 88 people. We chose pink champagne with strawberry filling and blueberry lemon with blueberry filling. The cake was beautiful and delicious. -

Our venue offered our wedding cake through The Master's Baker and that was such a wonderful treat! Booking our cake tasting was very easy, and the appointment went wonderfully! First we designed our cake with a consultant, who showed us a slide show of a variety of cakes which helped us to narrow down our style. We then chatted over the various aspects that we liked or didn't and came up with a stunning design. After that we tasted 6 different cakes and 5 different filling flavors, and were able to mix and match! My husband and I liked different fillings, and The Master's Baker allowed us to alternate which was a ton of fun! The day of our wedding, when we arrived back at the venue for a sneak peak at our hall, the cake was already set up and on display, and it was gorgeous. The colors matched the swatch sample we left and it was perfect. The cake tasted fantastic too!! We have the top tier in our freezer and cannot wait for our first anniversary to pull it out and eat it next August! -

Our wedding cake was a mix between vanilla and red velvet as a naked cake. It was amazing! I was so happy I was able to eat some at the end of our wedding. I didn't know I could be so excited about any cake, even my wedding cake, until I had my tasting at The Master's Baker. They are like the Kleinfeld's of wedding cakes! Grace patiently went through a seemingly endless list of flavors, fillings, and designs, then expertly sketched my dream wedding cake I had been describing. By the time we got to taste the delicious samples, I could already imagine what the cake would look and taste like! Then, when I second-guessed all those decisions (blame it on the bride brain) and I had to call back to make a ton of changes, Grace took it all in stride, made the revisions, and even sent me a confirmation email. The whole team at The Master's Baker were so professional about everything and I never had to contact them or track them down to make sure the job was done perfectly. Bravo! Plus they even re-create the top layer for your first anniversary so you don't have to worry about saving it or eating year-old frozen wedding cake! -

Awesome Vendor
My wedding was on 8/24/19 at Rivercrest Country Club and they work with The Master's Baker. My husband and I were excited to work with them after seeing the gorgeous cake pictures on Instagram. We met with Grace and I loved how organized and detail oriented she was throughout the process. Going into the first meeting I went in with at least 6 different cake pictures I found on Pinterest wanting different elements from each one to make the dream wedding cake. Those elements included a square 5 tier cake that was blue ombre with mermaid scales, shells, bubbles, and scrolls. During the cake tasting Grace helped us pick which flavors and fillings would go best together!

1) Having the same vision as me and wanting everything to match/coordinate perfectly with my mermaid beach wedding - I sent pictures of the tuxes, my dress, card box, and the bridesmaids dresses
2) They are very responsive to calls and emails with same day or next business day responses
3) Willing to address any concern during the process - when I couldn't find my perfect cake topper they added more design details to the top layer no problem
4) Lastly, we do not need to save our top layer because they make us a new cake for our one year anniversary :)
I will definitely be using The Master's Baker for all future cake needs the designs are gorgeous and the cake is delicious (this is coming from a girl who is not a cake person). -

Master's Bakery had a partnership with our reception venue so we went through them to get our wedding cake. The tasting went great, the employee was very patient as I kept changing my mind on the design I wanted ;) We were so pleased with how it turned out and the taste was amazing. I usually hate cake and do not eat it but Master's Bakery cakes were delicious even to me! Definitely recommend this company. -

Grace and everyone at TMB were very easy to work with. The tasting was quite fun and the finished product...words can't describe. TMB made our wedding cake and donut favors, and even packaged them for us! The cake was delicious and the donuts were a hit. And they replicated a photo I sent them exactly. Couldn't have been happier! -

We loved working with The Master's Baker! We were able to go and try about 8 different cakes and about 5 different frostings! We loved picking out our combinations for our wedding cake! We were able to bring ribbon in for our cake and our cake topper for them to use and help decorate our cake! We were able to pick our the shape and style and everything else for our perfect cake! It was delivered to our venue, which made everything stress free! I highly recommend The Master's Baker! -

I already picked this bakery to get my wedding cake prior to being engaged. I knew from so many recommendations that their cakes were amazing. When I booked my venue, luckily my cake was included and this was one of their preferred vendors. It was truly meant to be! During my cake tasting, I was able to try gluten free cake and my husband tried the regular cakes. My cake was the BEST cake I ever tried! We were able to pick out the exact cake design we wanted, and I received a single layer separately for my gluten free at a minimal cost. Also, we were told they would give us another single layer on our year anniversary so that is awesome!! Highly recommend to anyone getting married or wanting to order a specialty cake! -

After sampling several vendors for our wedding cake, we readily selected The Master’s Baker. I have never previously had a wedding cake that I would call “tasty;” most are usually bland at best. The bakers at The Master’s Baker do an excellent job; all of the samples were delicious, and the final product did not disappoint! They worked with us to create flavor combinations that were “us,” and their recommendation in the style of the décor on the cake was perfect! We only wish we lived closer so that we could get more cake! We’re looking forward to our one-year anniversary cake coming up soon! -

My gothic wedding cake
I fell in love with this cake when I saw it. I asked them for gothic scroll work and to have fun with it and they did. The cake was so moist and tasted amazing. We had the chocolate and chocolate chip cake with vanilla buttercream and cannoli filling. It was beyond amazing. Everyone loved it at the wedding. There wasnt any for us to take home, aside from our top tier. I cannot wait to get more cake from them in the future. -

Grace at Master's Baker was so easy to work with and was helpful from start to finish. We were planning a wedding from out of town and only had a few weekends where we'd be around West Chester to taste cake. We weren't able to get an appointment to go into the store to taste (apparently these book out months in advance), but they let us pick up three different kinds of cake, three icings, and three fillings to taste at home!
Once we knew what kind of cake we wanted I just sent in a picture to Grace and they delivered! I asked them to use an inspiration photo of a round cake (photo attached) but to make it square (actual MB cake photo attached). They got pretty on point with the design and the cake tasted great as well!
Lastly, Master's Baker coordinated directly with our venue to deliver the cake. I didn't have to do anything! So convenient.

Master's Baker was the bakery that our venue used so it was easy to choose them! Our cake was delicious and beautiful. The woman we met with was very helpful and patient in picking out our cake, I changed my mind of course about 10x and she made it all work out beautifully!
