We couldn't ask for anything more!

We chose the Dominion House for our wedding venue immediately after viewing the property. Words cannot express the beauty of this place! The grounds are so well kept, and the indoor ballroom area is so dreamy. Our wedding day was perfect. Andrea, the coordinator, was extremely organized, and paid attention to every detail that I asked her to. I feel that this is rare for a wedding, but there wasn't a single request I made about details that was left unfulfilled. She went above and beyond!! I cannot say enough about her. I was anxious about the timeline of the day, but everything went so smoothly and seamlessly. The best part was that not I, or any of my family members had to worry about where to be and what to do next. The coordinator, Andrea, took care of this throughout the evening, leaving myself and my husband and family to just relax and enjoy ourselves. I cannot thank the Dominion House and team enough for making our day so special. I recommend them to anyone searching for a wedding venue, you won't regret it!

Excellent wedding venue

The Dominion House is a wonderful place to have a wedding, especially with Andrra as the coordinator. It is a beautiful place with options of inside or outside which takes away the stress of worrying about the weather. Finally, the food is outstanding. We used them for rehearsal dinner and reception. In summary, Dominion House is the best venue and value for weddings in central Oklahoma. In fact both of my children got married there.

Amazing experience!!

Andrea and her team were amazing! Andrea is wonderful to work with, she answered all my questions, listened to my ideas, and helped turn my vision into reality. The venue was beautiful and the staff is so professional and great to work with. I cannot recommend Dominion House enough!

Beautiful venue!

Dominion House is a beautiful place for a wedding! The events team is wonderful and made everything perfect. We loved staying at the attached boutique hotel and thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant/bar. Highly recommend!

Highly Recommended

I can’t rave enough! We were looking for a venue that had it all and we absolutely got it!
I also can’t say enough great things about the staff! Andrea is amazing and she worked with us on every aspect, making sure that I was happy with everything. I stayed the night before in the hotel attached to the venue - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - you can be given a tour of unoccupied rooms if you choose to tour the wedding venue...the rooms sell themselves! The venue, overall, is immaculate and also historical (a great bonus for history buffs!). Even in the summer heat, the gardens were beautifully kept, and the bridal suite was perfect for pre-wedding photos. Large or small wedding, I would absolutely recommend looking into Dominion House.

Our Daughters Amazing Wedding

The entire experience from first walk-through to our wedding was an amazing experience! Andrea Englhaupt and her entire staff were so professional and accommodating. Anything we needed they had a way to make it happen. Our daughter's wedding at Dominion House will be a memory we will always love.

Amazing!

We really enjoyed working with Andrea. She went over and above to make our daughters wedding perfect. I upgraded to Fillets the Tuesday before the wedding, Chef Matt and his team pulled it off seamlessly! Every steak was cooked to perfection. We had a couple unusual request one being Chocolate Fondue which is a family recipe, Matt nailed it. The entire staff was really great to work with. Weather it was dining, a special request in the hotel or something special for the wedding Dominion House went over and above to make it happen. You will truly hear about how amazing Dominion House is from your guest that attended the wedding. Especially the food and amazing atmosphere.

Gorgeous place to stay, perfect venue for just about any occasion... The food is exceptional and the hospitality is excellent. The massage was one of the best EVER.

The venue is beautiful and the garden space is lovely! The Dominion House took care of everything and Andrea made our day go super smoothly. The entire process was stress-free and we would definitely recommend it to all of our friends getting married.

The Dominion House

Andrea with the Dominion House was our day-of coordinator and was personally available every time I called. She was available to answer any and ALL of my questions and took the time to ease my mind about some concerns I had. On the day of, she walked us through what we needed to do, took the time to that we needed for our event while keeping everything on task! She was amazing to work with and the Dominion house was BEAUTIFUL for our reception and ceremony. The outdoor ceremony area is absolutely gorgeous and the fact that it is all in ONE place was amazing to us! Couldn't recommend them more!

Dream Come True

They made us feel so comfortable and important. Even when I had so many questions or concerns, I felt like I wasn’t bothering them. Their response time was amazing and made me feel like I was the only bride on their mind (in which I know they dealt with many at a time). I LOVE THEM. They made my dreams and vision come to life, with no hesitations!!
Outside we had our ceremony in their beautiful lush gardens and waterfall area (has option for indoor ceremony as well). Then we brought it into the amazing ballroom floor for our reception.
All the staff, chefs were amazing and super sweet!! It was so awesome and less stress to not have to worry about hiring outside vendors for catering, bartenders, etc. They done it all and was so worth it. It was all so delish!
It was wonderful that after the night, my husband and I stayed in there awesome honeymoon suite. No need to drive off anywhere. Their hotel rooms at the site is unbelievable and has many options of style of rooms of your preference.

Incredible Venue

This wedding venue was absolutely incredible! With being an out of state couple, Andrea took amazing care of everything and made the process so much smoother than I could have ever imagined. Everything was taken care of on time and the food was delicious as well. You won't regret having your wedding here!

The Most Stunning Experience of My Life

This venue has it all! Charm, elegance, history, and beauty. You can go as elaborate or as intimate as you'd like. We loved having everything in one place and our guests didn't have to travel from the ceremony to the reception and there are so many places to take amazing photos. The food was impeccable and the presidential suite upstairs was the epitome of romance and made it so convenient for us to stay the night of our wedding. We were treated so well and I felt so special. It rained the day of my wedding, but Julie and her staff were more than accommodating to make sure it didn't dampen the festivities. They even allowed us to come back and take photos outside that we didn't get the day of which I felt was something they did to make my experience everything I dreamed for it to be. Little things went wrong as they do with most weddings but if you asked me, my day was absolutely beautiful, memorable, and perfect and I would chose this venue a million times over.

We could not have been happier with the venue and the customer service provided by Julie and Michelle and the entire staff! They made the day stress free and the wedding and reception ran smoothly! Just a quick thanks to everyone at Dominion House. We held our annual Gideon Pastors Appreciation Banquet there again this October. Everything was 110% excellent. All the staff from the ladies up front to David our setup guy, to the Chef and servers, went above and beyond the call of duty to make this the best banquet ever. The food was great, service great, overall setup great. We have already booked 2018 banquet. Because we know exactly what to expect. THANKS EVERYONE AT DOMINION HOUSE!!!!!!

This was the most wonderful venue. Julie and the staff were wonderful to work with and would get back to me quickly on my questions. The venue is beautiful and the whole wedding flowed flawlessly. They kept us all on a great schedule that didn't feel too rushed and worked within my daughter's desires. This was our second daughter to get married and the difference in hands on attentiveness was quite different. I would definitely use them again. The food was excellent and the facilities were perfect and elegant and romantic!

Julie and her staff were great to work with! This was my second daughter to get married at a venue, and Dominion House raised the bar. They always got back to me (timely and patiently) with my questions even though I am sure that my daughter had asked some similar ones. We were planning this wedding between California, Colorado, Texas, and Oklahoma!! That could have been a communication nightmare, but the entire weekend was perfect! As the mother of the bride, I actually enjoyed this wedding as everyone kept us all on schedule and made the whole evening seem flawless-I was free to enjoy:) Security was very good too. I was questioned (nicely) a few times when I wanted to retrieve something from the bridal suite during the reception. They radioed ahead so that I had access to what we needed, and I got back to the reception quickly. The weather was perfect for an outdoor wedding. If you choose to have a garden wedding, make sure you include the chandelier! That was a late decision, and it really added an elegance to the atmosphere. They were very flexible in the schedule as my daughter and fiancé really wanted a certain order to the evening. We had some concerns that we might not have enough time to decorate the reception tables as they give you a 2 hour window. But everyone came together to help, and I think we had some time to spare. (It helps to bring some things the night before which they will do for you, like add the table runners and such.) I had so many compliments on the food, staff, and venue itself. What more can I say? I really truly do not have any suggestions to make it any better! They took so much stress out!

We had our wedding here in March. I cannot recommend this venue enough! It was absolutely beautiful! The food was fabulous and everything was so well planned out. Julie and David were extremely helpful in navigating all the ins and outs of having an almost perfect wedding (no wedding can go perfectly!). They were both so attentive to my husband and me the day of the wedding. I'm pretty particular about having things look a certain way, and Julie was really great about double checking to make sure everything was the way we wanted it. We have heard MULTIPLE times from many of our guests that this was the best wedding they've ever been to, and the food was absolutely fantastic. If you are looking for a dramatic, gorgeous venue where you'll receive everything you need, this is the place for you.

I can't even begin to say how much I loved having my wedding at this gorgeous venue!! David showed us the venue and was great at explaining everything and answering all our questions. Julie was amazing in helping me get everything ready and coordinated!! Responded to my emails atleast within 24 hours. Julie was able to meet with me twice to reassure me everything was good. On the wedding day everything was perfect!! It was suppose to storm on our day and Julie constantly watched the weather because I was adamant to have our wedding outside. We pushed the wedding time ten minutes and it was perfect for us to have it outside. The food was amazing everyone complimented on how gorgeous the venue was and how amazing the food was! We wouldn't of had our wedding day any other way!

My daughter's New Year's Eve wedding was magical! It was everything we wanted and more! Julie Ayers, David and the rest of the staff were wonderful to work with! They helped us with all the planning for the big day including decor, food and beverages. They were so organized and efficient. We needed a lot of assistance and they were always available when we needed them. On the actual wedding day they took care of everything! Things could not have gone smoother! Guests raved about the food, my elderly father was driven everywhere he needed to be by golf cart, guests with special dietary needs were given their own food and all the guests had a fun time! Most importantly, the bride and groom were thrilled with their wedding ceremony and reception- I've never seen them happier!!

Julie and her team are incredible! She was so flexible and worked with our crazy schedule and was always super helpful. The venue was perfect and the food was incredible. The Dominion House was absolutely perfect for our wedding. It poured rain right in the middle of our ceremony but that didn't phase Julie and her team! They quickly moved all of us inside (almost 300 people!) and had us ready to go in a few minutes. The staff was wonderful and they were always on top of things. From our vendors being there to all of our guests they handled it all perfectly. Seriously the best decision we made was having our wedding there!

As the mother of the bride, we were thrilled to host our daughter's wedding and reception at the Dominion House. Working with David and Julie was a joy. The garden and grounds are breathtakingly beautiful. There is also a lovely setting indoors for the ceremony if the weather moves you indoors. The photos are gorgeous. The food was delicious and the reception hall is grand yet welcoming as well. My advice to bridal parties would be to pay the small fee and have the facility for an extra hour before the event.

These individuals are seriously so wonderful! They are ready to give you exactly what you need/want. My wedding day was an absolute dream because they take care of everything from the wedding music to cutting the cake. They were always so friendly and professional too. The venue is the best part. I was hesitant at first given the price, but upon one look at this venue I knew it would be worth it! It was the most beautiful venue I had ever seen! I had never wanted to get married outdoors, but as soon as I saw the garden I knew I had to get married right there in the middle of all that beauty! Julie was so incredible, she answered all my calls and emails in a timely manner and was so kind in answering all my questions! The service was wonderful throughout the planning process, but even more fantastic on the wedding day itself! They made sure we had everything we needed, they made sure we had time to see our guests at the reception, and they even made sure we had a to-go box in our car when we drove away! It was the little touches that simply made them the best, I can't imagine having my wedding anywhere else and I am so glad my husband and I chose Dominion House!!!

The Dominion House cannot be beat! The venue is absolutely stunning, pictures really don't do it justice. The garden is gorgeous with perfectly maintained flowers, grass, ivy, and a waterfall/pond. That's where we had our ceremony since the wedding was in May. But the chapel is incredibly beautiful too! Huge windows, very high ceilings, beautiful white features, it was a tough pick between the chapel and garden! We had our reception in the ballroom which was perfect for our size (300+), but they can do anywhere from a small wedding to 350 people in there. It has beautiful tall ceilings, built-ins, and a gorgeous, long room for their food displays. The bridal room and groom's room are both very nice too. The food is INCREDIBLE!!! Best food ever! And they let you bring in our own wine/beer/champagne which was a huge bonus for us, too.

The best part of The Dominion House, though, is the service. David and Julie were so professional, quick, and helpful. They went out of their way to answer any and all of our questions and to make sure everything would be perfect for the wedding day. On the day of, we didn't worry about a thing the entire time. They coordinate with the florist, cake baker, band (or DJ), decorators, etc. and handle everything! They were very friendly and helpful with all of our guests and made sure everyone had a safe, fun night.

We couldn't have been happier with our wedding day. It was the best day of our lives! Everything was gorgeous and flawless, and it was such a relaxing day! No stress at all because of David and Julie. I would recommend them time and time again.

The venue is absolutely gorgeous. We had our ceremony out at the beautiful outdoor garden. The staff was amazing as it started raining they watched the radar and all communicated so well! The rain passed quickly they were flexible and aloud us to start a tid bit later! Every staff was wiping chairs down being sure we could have our wedding ceremony in the garden! It was amazing! The reception was a blast in their grande ball room it's beautiful! We had an absolute blast! The staff was fantastic and the chef did an amazing job on the food, bartenders were great and all the staff who helped set up and clean up were fabulous! Julie and David were great and easy to work with!!! Wouldn't have picked a better location!!

Our wedding at Dominion House exceeded our wildest dreams! David and Julie were so helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. I sent email after email of questions/concerns and every time I received a prompt and super helpful response! On the day of, they made everything run so smoothly! We never had to worry about a thing! We had our ceremony in the garden and I can't think of a more beautiful setting... decorations weren't even necessary! There was a beautiful chapel as a backup in case of weather concerns, too. We had our reception in the ballroom and it was lovely as well. Plenty of room for all the tables and a good sized dance floor. We also got lots of compliments on the food- it was delicious! We didn't get to eat much of it at the actual reception, but a few to-go boxes were sent with us in our getaway car so that we wouldn't be hungry later. The support we received from David and Julie paired with such a gorgeous venue with fantastic food made our wedding celebration absolutely perfect. We very highly recommend Dominion House for all your wedding needs! You can't go wrong with them!

This venue is absolutely amazing. You get the beautiful outdoor garden area, which provides an excellent picture backdrop, an amazing indoor chapel if you desire and a stunning grand ballroom for your reception. The staff was wonderful; very helpful, attentive and friendly. The food is fantastic and we received a lot of comments from our guests saying the same thing. I couldn't have imagined a more perfect wedding day.

The only thing I would change is the hours booked. We purchased 2 extra hours and it was used to the fullest. I don't believe we could have decorated and set up with out it. Also the reception needr at least another 30 minutes to an hour. The bridal party only danced three times and bc of the schedule it was rushed. But those things are adding hours to get it to perfection. The Dominion House is beautiful and breathtaking. The flowers were amazing and the grounds heavenly. Food was awesome. So many guests raved about the dinner buffet. Delicious. Julie and David are so kind and patient. They truly have it down and can coordinate to perfection. A wonderful place for a magical wedding!!!

I cannot even begin to write how pleased we were with the Dominion House and their staff. Everything from the initial meeting until my parents walked out the door at the end of the reception was a pleasant experience. David and Julie were great to work with throughout the whole planning process. However, Robin and the rest of the staff for wedding were equally as great. We received numerous compliments on how well organized everything seemed to be and the vendors even went on and on about what an enjoyable evening it was. The food was excellent. Even almost a week after the wedding, we are still hearing how great the food was and how beautiful the presentation was. The staff members worked hard to keep all the tables cleaned and made sure that the drinks stayed full. The staff helped set up our decorations and helped load up everything at the end of the night. Every staff member was very professional and very courteous. David made sure to keep everything on track, even letting my mom know that it was time to stop visiting...HaHa! I can't say enough good things about our experience with the Dominion House and their staff. We could not have picked a more beautiful venue. No matter what the budget is, it is worth every single penny!

I would have loved for the party to keep going on! Be able to dance longer but that was my only complaint. Our daughter's wedding was outside in the garden. It couldn't have been more beautiful. The garden and grounds of the Dominion House are maintained to perfection. The flowers were blooming and the grass was green. Just beautiful. The food was delicious. Our wedding coordinator, David Heiden, took care of our every need. The Dominion House staff was very experienced, professional and pleasant to work with through the planning phase and especially the day of the wedding. They kept the wedding timeline of events moving through the evening with the dances, cake, toasts, garter toss and couple's send-off in perfect timing throughout the evening. The facility was absolutely gorgeous and we couldn't be happier. We received many compliments that this was the most beautiful wedding they had ever seen. We also really enjoyed the confidence of having a beautiful back up plan to use their chapel in the event of rain during the garden wedding, which was thankfully not needed.

We highly recommend this venue! Our only suggestion would be if you are bringing in any additional decorations, that you should be very organized and have several friends, not directly involved with the wedding party, available to be in charge of this decorating, as you only have use of the facility from 5:00-11:00. This allows for less than two short hours for completing any additional decorating prior to a 7:00 wedding start time, as guests will start arriving as early as 6:30. That said, the wedding did start on time and it was so much more than we had ever dreamed it might be! We loved Dominion House!

The staff of this BEAUTIFUL event center were wonderful to work with. They catered to our every need and everything exceeded our expectations. Dominion House and it's staff provide excellent service and food as well as a beautiful venue for both a garden ceremony and ballroom reception. Not only were we extremely pleased with every aspect of the wedding, but many of our guests commented on how beautiful it was and that the food was amazing!! The whole staff was awesome throughout the whole process. I truly felt like I didn't have to worry about a thing during the whole wedding. Julie and the staff were so organized during the rehearsal and made all of the wedding party feel completely comfortable with what they were going to be doing during the wedding. The wedding went so smoothly and Julie helped make sure everything happened that needed to happen. She even took the time to make sure my groom and I were able to get a bite to eat in between everything that was going on. I'm so glad I decided to have my wedding here!

Oh, and not only was everything smooth, it was absolutely gorgeous and I had so many people complement how beautiful the venue was inside and out.

Julie and David were amazing! Julie took care of any worry I had before the wedding. I called her because I was nervous about something that some friends had planned to do (which was a big no no in our contract), and she said that if they did that her and David would take care of it!

When it came down to the day of our wedding, they were great! One of the grandparents ended up not being able to come, so Julie made it work. If there was anything that went wrong, I didn't know about it. We decided that we wanted to leave early, so Julie and David called the guy that was picking us up and told him to arrive early. Our wedding was in the middle of June, and while we were finishing our pictures, David had a girl bring us glasses of water! They even sent us to our hotel with boxes of food for the night!

The food was amazing! The service was amazing! The location was amazing! I recommend this to anyone!

I booked The Domionion House over a year before my wedding. Julie, the director here was an amazing person to work with. She answered all of my questions in a timely fashion and was able to provide me with exactly what I wanted for our wedding. The outdoor ceremony site was just breathtaking. We had so many compliments from our guests as to the flowers and details of the locations. We were able to make the reception venue perfect with lighting, flowers, dj, and projector. We couldn't have asked for a better setting for our marriage and to celebrate with friends and family.

The Dominion House is a beautiful venue and very reasonably priced for all you get! Julie and the staff were fantastic to work with. I didn't have to worry about a thing. Everything was taken care of so all I had to concentrate on was getting ready to walk down the path of their lovely garden to my groom.
I would recommend the Dominion House to anyone looking for a wedding venue.

Our ceremony was held in the beautiful garden at The Dominion House. I could not have asked for a more picturesque, beautiful site. It was my dream venue. The reception was held in the beautiful ballroom. The staff, led by Julie and David, were incredible. Our guests repeatedly complimented the venue. They mentioned that they thought it seemed so luxurious. One person even told us he thought we paid an amount that was twice the amount we actually paid. I would recommend this place to ANYONE. It is so beautiful, and the coordinator makes your experience extremely relaxed and stress-free.

My husband and I got married at Dominion House in November 2008. The facility was beautiful and the food was amazing. Julie and her team were beyond helpful and truly made our day the most amazing day for us. Julie and David took care of every detail and we did not have to worry about a thing. It was a great beginning to our marriage.

My wedding could not have been more perfect, except for the snow on the first day of spring. Julie and her team were WODERFUL. She was always available to answer any and all of my questions and when she was not available she would always reply back in a timely manner. I really thank them alot for making my day the most memorable event. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Dominion house went above and beyond! They have a professional, compassionate, and flexible staff. The wedding coordinators ease every worry and ensure you are completely satisfied with every detail! The planning was a breeze. Everyone was very accomodating and accessable. As for the day of, all the bride, groom, family and friends had to think about was having a wonderful time. The event went without a hitch! We cannot thank Dominion House enough for making our wedding so perfect!

The Dominion House Guthrie provided the ceremony and reception for our wedding in 2006, just used them earlier this month for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. Very professional, no surpises, all deadlines met. Beautiful facilities. Catering staff is great. About as easy and professional as it gets. Will use them again for future events in our family.

The Dominion House garden provided the perfect outdoor setting for my wedding! I was married in early November during a brunch ceremony and the day was perfect. Julie the wedding planner was awesome. She worked with me on everthing and was always smiling. On my wedding day everything went as planned thanks to Julie and the staff. The only negative was that the day had to end (it was UT, A&M, OU and OSU game day). My wedding cake was delecious and just like I wanted and the food was to die for. I would love to get married all over again (to my husband of course)!

The pictures really don't do this venue justice, it is absolutely beautiful in person. Julie and David are so easy to work with and make the entire process so easy. It poured on our wedding day so we had to move the ceremony indoors which I didn't mind as that was the reason we chose the venue (the indoor space is just as beautiful as the outdoor). It was still pouring by ceremony time and the staff the the Dominion House actually went out to guests' vehicles and walked them under umbrellas to the ceremony! Their entire staff were very professional from the waitstaff to the bartenders. The food was fantastic! We got so many compliments on the food and were even given to-go boxes to enjoy after the reception. The only thing negative I have to say is that they are pretty strict about what is and isn't allowed as far as decorations/send-off materials/alcohol. It's not a huge deal, and is fairly easy to work around, just something to keep in mind. This venue really has wedding planning down to an art and help make the rest of the planning process go so much smoother.

I absolutely LOVE this venue. I have grown up around here and always dreamed of having a wedding here. Fantastic experience and I cannot wait for the big day!!

First, know that the fact that they require you to use them for catering is a good thing because the food was incredible. David was our wedding coordinator, and I don't think he ever missed a phone call from me. The venue is unbelievably beautiful and unique, and I just loved everything.

I picked Dominion House because I wanted a gorgeous outdoor venue, but since we live in Oklahoma, I wanted a plan B in case of bad weather! (not to mention Julie was a fabulous wedding coordinator and made sure everything ran smoothly!- her services are included free of charge when you book here) Dominion House literally has it all. Julie had recommendations for everything! If you book certain things like the DJ or string quartet through Dominion house, you will receive a discount! Julie sweetly and promptly answered every question I could come up with and really took all the stress off of me. The day of, Julie and David were calm and sweet and again, answered any questions I had and helped with anything I asked of them- they were amazing! We had great weather, the garden and flowers looked beautiful and I saved a lot of money by not needing much from a florist. Having Julie and all the vendors she uses, was like having an all inclusive package, really took some stress off of me! The banquet hall is gorgeous and our reception was perfect. We got a LOT of comments about how amazing the food was! (chicken and brisket) Dominion House caters to any budget, you can create the wedding of your dreams here! I could go on and on and on about how wonderful this place is, along with the people running it! To the bride who wrote the comments below... you couldn't be more wrong. I used my own centerpieces and not dominion houses and they couldn't have cared less! I also got a response to all 1 million of my questions within 24 hours! I just had to say something because that is absolutely not the case- The employees at Dominion House are on point, want to do anything to make you happy and are willing to be flexible on everything I asked!!

We had a wonderful experience at the Dominion House in Guthrie. The staff took such great care of us! The food was excellent and we heard from numerous people how the experience started from the minute they drove into the parking lot. Everyone directed and guided them and it couldn't have been more perfect! The location is so beautiful! From the Garden to the Ballroom to the Bridesroom , etc.......everything was amazing! It made for a dreamy evening that will be remembered forever! Thank you to Julie, Rachel , David the wonderful Chef and everyone else that was involved! We appreciate you!

My daughter was married here in June 2013 and we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful ceremony and reception. Julie and David were wonderful with every aspect of planning. The garden was gorgeous and the ballroom was elegant. We had 200, a band, a photo booth and plenty of room to dance. So many venues we looked at would have been so cramped, but not the Dominion House. The food was incredible and we have had people telling us and our daughter and son-in-law that it was the most beautiful wedding they have attended. I had people tell me the ham was the best they'd ever eaten! Advice to parents ~ try to eat the delicious food ~ harder to find time to do than you think! Julie was absolutely wonderful at coordinating all the details. We added an extra half hour and were so happy we did. The only thing that could have made it better was if they had been more flexible about when we could get in since we felt very rushed before the wedding. It was absolutely the most beautiful, fun wedding ever!

I am was very happy with how my wedding turned out at Dominion House. I had my ceremony in the gardens and recpetion in the ballroom. The gardens are beautifully kept and the ballroom was layed out exactly the way I asked with colors, placements, etc.
Julie does an excellent job staying in contact with her brides and making sure everything is the way you like, to ensure the prefect wedding day. Julie recommended a DJ and string quartet which I used and I was very pleased with them as well.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Julie and her team at The Dominion House. I felt a little overwhelmed and lost at the beginning of the wedding process and Julie helped put everything into perspective and let me know exactly what decisions needed to be made, suggestions when I asked, and she and her team executed our wedding day perfectly. I wasn't concerned for a second whether everything was under control or if the reception area was ready, etc. I knew that all I had to do is listen to where they told me to be and just enjoy my day and that's what you want from your vendors.

Something else that we were blown away by was the food. Their chef is extremely talented and we received so many compliments on the food and how it was nice to go to a wedding where people could actually eat real food and enjoy it.

But my advice is if you want a venue and a coordinator that is first class, very nice and accommodating and always helpful so you can have the least amount of stress on your wedding day then you should go with Julie and her team at The Dominion House. They made our wedding day a memory that I will cherish for a lifetime.

The Dominion House staff and Julie Ayers were lovely to work with and so helpful. She was always available to answer any question I had and was very perfessional and detail oriented. The recomendations for other vendors (Ex. DJ, photographer, make-up) were great and just as relaible as she was. It was very easy to relax and trust the Dominion House to turn out a beautiful wedding. I just wish the reception could have lasted all night. :)

Picturesque Location, Excellent Staff

Really loved having this as our venue. Everyone was very professional and had everything put together for the day of. You can tell they have experience. We only some small issues, one of which is that after we paid the deposit we did not have very good contact. That was resolved due to an issue with our emails going to their spam folder. We had our wedding in the garden that they have which is great if you are wanting a lot more greenery like we were. They catered the food and everyone had great things to say about it. Really happy with this venue and would recommend.

We cannot say enough amazing things about this venue. From the service, to the food, and the property itself, it was everything we could have asked for in a venue. Andrea, Michelle, and Julie are all so easy to work with and every one of them went above and beyond to help make our wedding day perfect! We have received so many complements about how great the wedding was and so much of that has to do with this venue and their staff. We truly cannot recommend them enough!

A Big Thank You to Julie and the rest of the team at The Dominion House. Our daughter and son in law's wedding was absolutely amazing! Our day was completely stress free and enjoyable. All the details of the wedding were carried out by a wonderful staff who kept us informed every step of the way. This allowed us to enjoy the day and focus on what really mattered. The venue itself was an amazing setting that did not need excessive amounts of decor to add to the beauty which meant we didn't have to spend extra money or time making it look fabulous. Our party showed up to the venue and just simply enjoyed the moments. The wait staff catered to our guests at the reception which allowed us to move around the room and visit freely. The food was amazing also. We recommend the brisket! The wedding coordinators kept the party moving and kept us informed while doing so. We didn't miss a thing! All of our guests had a magical night and so did we. When it came time to clean up for the evening the entire team rallied around us and got us on our way with ease after a very long day and night. I highly recommend this venue for your wedding or special event. They exceeded our expectations across the board. It was worth every penny and we can't wait to see all the wedding photos. Thanks again Dominion House!

PS- We also highly recommend UpTown Grocery in Edmond for the cake and flowers. Both were amazing and they did all the delivery and set up. The Dominion House boxed up all the flowers and leftover food and cake for us at the end of the night. This tired mom was so happy!

The dominion house banquet hall is beautiful. The director was there the night of the wedding and coordinated everything very smoothly. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful during the planning process and the wedding day.
