We wanted to thank you, again, for EVERYTHING. It was such a great day and night and we've gotten so many compliments from our guests on all aspects of the evening; the beautiful setting, the decorations, the farm tables, staff, the cocktail hours, bar service, the FOOD!; you name it, it was all amazing. And we stayed on schedule and got everything on the list accomplished (all by 7:30 like we planned) and could enjoy the rest of the evening without worry!
Rebecca - Thanks so much, going back to last summer, for meeting and speaking with us, several times to help us see the vision and for completing our booking. We definitely came to the right person!
Ryleigh - Where do we begin?! You worked SO HARD for us since you took over our planning, many months ago. Replied to every email (timely), answered every question, offered great advice and made the experience a relaxed, enjoyable, fun and memorable one for us. Your job certainly cannot be easy, but you are EXCELLENT at it and make it look easy. We can't thank you enough for all the time and thought that went into making our cocktail hour and reception so great. We hope you enjoyed our partying and dancing family and friends, the band/DJ/MC and the day/evening, as well.
Also, thank you, both, for all the behind the scenes work that went into this, that we probably did not even notice or know about.
We will highly recommend the Springton Manor Farm / Queen of Hearts package to anyone looking to get married in this area. -

My husband and I had a wedding reception here in August 2024, and we had the BEST experience. The grounds are simply stunning, the team is so amazing to work with, and they were able to cater to the bride having a gluten allergy. They have a fantastic rain plan, and although our day ended up being sunny and cool, knowing the rain plan was so solid prevented any stress about weather leading up to the event. Our guests RAVED about the food, and we got a few texts saying that it was the best wedding they have ever been to. I am hoping one of my friends has a wedding here so I have an excuse to go back and experience the venue over again haha -

Hidden Gem!
My husband and I can’t recommend Springton Manor Farm enough for a wedding venue. This is a Chester County hidden gem. We looked at many venues in the area and immediately fell in love. We loved that it had breathtaking views and a beautiful tented reception space. The grounds are versatile enough that you can really use decor to create any kind of vibe you are going for. We can’t keep track of how many of our guests have come to us saying it was one of the best weddings they have ever attended and how amazing the food was. We also appreciated all the staff as they were extremely easy and helpful to work with. Rebecca and Ryleigh made us feel at ease and cared for from the start of the planning process to the finish. We truly had the most magical, stress-free day, and it was all thanks to this amazing venue and staff. -

Best. Venue. Ever!
The weather didn’t necessarily cooperate with us and springton manor had a great rain plan and was very accommodating when plans had to change last minute. We had various guests complement how great the venue was and we had the best wedding day!! -

We fell in love with Springton Manor Farm from our first visit. We met with Caitlin, who was the wedding day coordinator at the time, and she made us feel at ease and answered all of our questions. We had a few more venue visits but Springton Manor was the clear winner. From booking to our wedding day, we couldn’t have asked for a smoother process! Even with Caitlin departing (we were paired with Rebecca Brooks who was amazing to work with) there wasn’t a hitch in the planning! Rebecca kept everything and everyone in line especially my rambunctious wedding party! The menu tasting was fun and delicious! All the upgrades (we added the preceremony beverages, the cocktail hour crush bar, s’mores station, donut wall, and sparkler send off) were a hit with our guests. So many guests commented about these thoughtful touches. Springton had a few preferred vendors - dj and wedding cake - which we were very pleased with! Although we didn’t need it, it made us feel good to have the outdoor wedding we wanted, while also having a solid rain plan! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to start our future together! We thank everyone at Springton and especially Rebecca for pulling it all together and making it easy for us. We would highly recommend this venue! -

Everything about our wedding day at Springton Manor Farm was an absolute dream! As with many other brides & grooms, our wedding planning during the 2020-2021 pandemic was far from ideal, and we actually found Springton by way of our "pivot" wedding plan after our original venue was unable to accommodate all the Covid restrictions.
We are so happy that we found Springton in the midst of re-planning our wedding and wish we had known about them sooner! Working with Charlotte and the rest of the Queen of Hearts team was so easy, she was incredibly supportive and responsive to all our needs. We ended up with fairly mild weather for our April wedding and were lucky to be able to have our wedding under the beautiful linden tree as planned. We were able to have the heaters turned on as the evening progressed to keep all our guests comfortable. The backdrop of the park and the beautifully landscaped grounds made for beautiful pictures and all of our family who came in for the wedding kept remarking on how picturesque everything was!
The food was fantastic and we only heard rave reviews from all our guests. Even the filet mignon, which in our experience tends to be overdone at weddings, was perfectly cooked. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day and wish we could relive it all over again. -

Caroline Sent on 04/20/2020Putting customers first, even during a pandemic!
Although my fiancé and I have not yet gotten to celebrate our wedding date (planned for June), we have received nothing but amazing support from Ashley at J.Scott Catering through this whole pandemic. I have heard a number of horror stories in the past few weeks of other venues forcing their couples to change their date, demanding them change their event to a week night so they don't take away next year's business, or even slapping new fees onto their bills. Ashley kindly reached out to us, told us our options and left the rest entirely up to us. She was calm, understanding, and still wants to make sure our day is just how we envisioned it. We now have a perfect back-up plan and I am stress-free! They certainly take care of their customers and value their input. I am so thankful that we chose Springton Manor for our venue and cannot wait for our big day, whether it's in June or August! Thank you, Ashley and J.Scott Catering for putting customer service first! -

We got married in August 2019 at the Manor House at Springton Manor Farm, and could not have had a more perfect day. Rachel and Charlotte were wonderful to work with leading up to our day, and on the day itself. They took care of all of the details, and I could just enjoy the day. The venue itself was incredibly beautiful, and fit our dream of an outdoor summer wedding perfectly. The food was incredible as well, and our guests commented on it for months after the wedding. I would highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for an outdoor tented wedding near Philadelphia.

Best wedding venue ever !
My wife and I got married @ Springton Manor Farm Aug 3rd 2019 . The staff was second to none! J Scott catering and staff made sure every aspect of our wedding was on point! They treat you as family and set the stage for a perfect wedding.
I can not thank the entire crew enough for making our special day absolutely perfect!
The setting is perfect, the facility is super clean and very inviting for all your guests.

Perfect Day!
Ariane and Tessa at J.Scott Catering could not be more accommodating. They both were so helpful and made our wedding so special. Springton Manor Farm is a beautiful venue, and we received so many compliments on our location. I completely recommend them for anyone who wants a beautiful outdoor wedding venue. -

Rachael Sent on 06/29/2016My husband and I just got married at Springton Manor Farm through Jscott catering this past weekend. The venue is beyond beautiful in my opinion. Springton manor farm is also a public park that has a working farm, pond, fire pits, goats, a gazebo, beautiful historic manor house, rolling trees, and pastures of wild flowers. From day one our wedding planner Amy was wonderful to work with. She was very responsive, professional, positive, and flexible. On the day of, everything went off without a hitch. Our guests said the food was excellent and we got comments on how great the service was that they received. We had a lot of personal items for the reception and ceremony and the Jscott staff set everything up with no problem. I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful place and a better team to work with! -
Kelly Sent on 06/28/2018Springton Manor Farm is such a gorgeous venue no matter what the season. You have two catering options with Springton Manor Farm - Queen of Hearts and J Scott Catering. We chose J Scott Catering and we're beyond impressed on our wedding day. Ariane and Tessa did a great job guiding us through the wedding planning process and helping us make decisions about our timeline and what was important to us on our big day. Everyone commented that the food was great and the food running service was impressive with everyone at each table being served at once. We had hail on our wedding day and the team quickly flipped our cocktail hour inside. The venue has plenty of space - we had 155 guests and there was ample room on the dance floor. One thing to note is that you want to have a super DIY wedding and bring your own chairs/table/DIY decor for the tent/house you will not be able to with this venue. I wanted everything taken care of, so this was not an issue for me. You are able to provide your own decor for tables and outdoor areas. As others have noted, there is an upcharge for everything outside the standard package, but the caterers are very upfront about the additional costs, so there are no surprises. Overall, I was beyond impressed with everyone's communication, guidance, and professionalism. The day of staff made sure everything went exactly as to plan and our guests were very impressed.

Our daughter’s wedding day was everything we hoped for, and much of that is thanks to Ryleigh and the beautiful Springton Manor Farm. The entire event was meticulously organized and professionally executed, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment.
The venue itself was stunning and provided the perfect backdrop for our special day. The food trucks were a hit, and our guests loved the variety. If I had one suggestion, it would be to have more people cooking the cheesesteaks, as it took a bit longer than expected to get everyone fed. However, the food was worth the wait, and everyone enjoyed it immensely.
We also created our own drink menu, but we learned that keeping it simple is key. A more complex menu seemed to back up the bartenders a bit, and some of the drinks didn’t quite follow the recipe. Despite this, the drinks were still a hit with our guests.
One more tip: I highly recommend hiring a day-of assistant. This allowed us to truly enjoy the day and simply leave at the end of the night without having to worry about a thing.
Overall, this whole experience was top-notch, and we are incredibly grateful to Ryleigh, Rebecca, and the entire staff at Springton Manor Farm, for making our day unforgettable. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to create a memorable wedding experience. You truly won’t regret it. If I could relive it a million times over I would.

We had the best experience getting married at The Manor House at Springton Manor Farm. It checked off all of our boxes, and we were able to do absolutely everything we wanted to! The sprawling, gorgeous setting felt like it was all ours for the day. The bridal suite and groom's room were beautiful spaces to get ready in, the porch made the perfect spot for our first look, the first floor of the house was a warm, welcoming spot for a cocktail hour rain plan, and the grounds made for incredible photos, the tent was everything we'd hoped for. The weather was breezy, misty, and in the 50s, and our guests were none-the-wiser. Caitlin and her team were helpful and reassuring throughout the entire process. We couldn't have asked for a better venue! -

We fell in love with Springton Manor farm when we toured it in early 2020 and when we spoke to the owner of their exclusive catering company, Scott, we felt like he listened to our needs and was flexible in creating the family style menu that we were looking for in our budget. We were hoping that COVID would be far behind us in spring 2021 and had some difficulty in convincing our coordinator (who ended up leaving the company before our wedding) and the contract manager that we didn't feel comfortable having a safe wedding. We were told that could postpone a month before the wedding if we still felt it would not be safe and we didn't want to inconvenience our many our of town guests so we made the decision in February 2021 to pay an extra fee to push the wedding a whole year.
When the day finally came, our coordinator, Caitlin, and the staff treated us so well. They were flexible and calming when we had bad weather in the forecast. The wait staff were really great -- when a guest's flight was delayed and they were running late, I asked one fo the wait staff if they could make a vegetarian plate for her and I knew that they would handle it. Everyone really went above and beyond to take care of our needs.
There were awesome photo locations and Caitlin drove us around the park in a golf cart which meant we were able to join in part of the cocktail hour.
All our guests loved the space and they raved about the food. -
