  August wedding

  We fell in love with Springton Manor Farm from our first visit. We met with Caitlin, who was the wedding day coordinator at the time, and she made us feel at ease and answered all of our questions. We had a few more venue visits but Springton Manor was the clear winner. From booking to our wedding day, we couldn’t have asked for a smoother process! Even with Caitlin departing (we were paired with Rebecca Brooks who was amazing to work with) there wasn’t a hitch in the planning! Rebecca kept everything and everyone in line especially my rambunctious wedding party! The menu tasting was fun and delicious! All the upgrades (we added the preceremony beverages, the cocktail hour crush bar, s’mores station, donut wall, and sparkler send off) were a hit with our guests. So many guests commented about these thoughtful touches. Springton had a few preferred vendors - dj and wedding cake - which we were very pleased with! Although we didn’t need it, it made us feel good to have the outdoor wedding we wanted, while also having a solid rain plan! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to start our future together! We thank everyone at Springton and especially Rebecca for pulling it all together and making it easy for us. We would highly recommend this venue!

  Nothing but a good things to say!!!!

  As a planner with Your Sweetest Day Events, working with the team at Springton Manor was seamless! The venue was absolutely beautiful!! While the weather was beautiful on their wedding day (August 2023) it gave peace of mind knowing there was a solid rain plan had we needed it. The staff were extremely helpful, attentive and accommodating. My clients were beyond happy with their wedding day and overall had a wonderful experience working with them as well. From the first communication with their venue coordinator, Rebecca, to executing the day-of I knew it would go off without a hitch and it did! I couldn’t recommend this venue more when planning your dream day!

  Stunning venue with a top-notch team

  Springton Manor Farm is easily one of the best wedding venues in all of Chester County! It highlights the history of the region with a breathtaking property. We loved the natural beauty of the surrounding park and the vibrant garden surrounding the tent while we were touring. The team at Springton is truly spectacular. Our event had a million moving parts as we had many rentals and ideas we wanted to see come alive. We toured many venues that were very adamant about how they do every wedding the exact same way with little flexibility. Springton Manor and the team there are the exact opposite. Of course they have the typical way they run weddings but they are so open to new ideas. In all of our conversations, Rebecca, our lead coordinator, always listened to our ideas and immediately jumped to say “let me see how we can make that work!”. The grounds are impeccably maintained, the team perfectly professional, and the entire planning experience phenomenal. To say that the venue was the talk of the night is an understatement. Weeks after our wedding and we are still receiving comments about how gorgeous the venue was. We had a threat of bad weather the week leading up to the wedding and, despite a welcomed sunny day the whole day of, a sudden threat of a storm rolling in right at the start of cocktail hour. Rebecca and her team were on it! I was quickly reminded to let them make the call as they are the professionals and I have never felt more confident in stepping away from the decision making. The strong breeze that came along with the passing storm created a challenge for our hand-made place cards. Rebecca immediately pivoted and thought of an alternative way to display them so they wouldn’t blow away and all was saved. We are so happy that we chose Springton Manor Farm and so impressed by the team we had the pleasure to work with there. Thank you all so much!

  Great Venue!

  Springton Manor Farm is a beautiful venue to have your wedding. When my fiance and I first stepped foot on Springton Manor Farm we were amazed by the backdrop scenery and the scenic garden area that they have (perfect for a first look!). Queen of Hearts Catering is the preferred caterer at Springton Manor Farm and they have shown nothing but great service, friendly staff, prompt communication and also being very flexible during these tough times. We were blown away by all the options Queen of Hearts had to offer in comparison to other vendors we had seen. Scott and his staff are true professionals and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend his catering services at any wedding!

  Awesome experience

  The property and house here are so impressive to see. They are clean and keep up with. The views are gorgeous too. The set up for an outdoor wedding is done with lots of thought and care. It flows beautifully, and I am confident my wedding day will do the same. I feel very comfortable working with Scott and am very excited to be planning my wedding here.

  Perfect day at a picture perfect venue!

  Everything about our wedding day at Springton Manor Farm was an absolute dream! As with many other brides & grooms, our wedding planning during the 2020-2021 pandemic was far from ideal, and we actually found Springton by way of our "pivot" wedding plan after our original venue was unable to accommodate all the Covid restrictions.
  We are so happy that we found Springton in the midst of re-planning our wedding and wish we had known about them sooner! Working with Charlotte and the rest of the Queen of Hearts team was so easy, she was incredibly supportive and responsive to all our needs. We ended up with fairly mild weather for our April wedding and were lucky to be able to have our wedding under the beautiful linden tree as planned. We were able to have the heaters turned on as the evening progressed to keep all our guests comfortable. The backdrop of the park and the beautifully landscaped grounds made for beautiful pictures and all of our family who came in for the wedding kept remarking on how picturesque everything was!
  
  The food was fantastic and we only heard rave reviews from all our guests. Even the filet mignon, which in our experience tends to be overdone at weddings, was perfectly cooked. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day and wish we could relive it all over again.

From the beginning of our planning process to now both Scott and Rachel have been extremely easy to work with and we are at ease with putting our wedding day in their hands. Every bride should have a coordinator like Rachel who is always demonstrating calmness, and ease in her words. Rachel was excited and beyond flexible to accommodate all our requests.   Putting customers first, even during a pandemic!

  Although my fiancé and I have not yet gotten to celebrate our wedding date (planned for June), we have received nothing but amazing support from Ashley at J.Scott Catering through this whole pandemic.   Perfect setting for an outdoor tented wedding

  We got married in August 2019 at the Manor House at Springton Manor Farm, and could not have had a more perfect day. Rachel and Charlotte were wonderful to work with leading up to our day, and on the day itself. They took care of all of the details, and I could just enjoy the day. The venue itself was incredibly beautiful, and fit our dream of an outdoor summer wedding perfectly. The food was incredible as well, and our guests commented on it for months after the wedding. I would highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for an outdoor tented wedding near Philadelphia.

  Best wedding venue ever !

  My wife and I got married @ Springton Manor Farm Aug 3rd 2019 . The staff was second to none! J Scott catering and staff made sure every aspect of our wedding was on point! They treat you as family and set the stage for a perfect wedding.

  We love Springton Manor Farm!

  My husband and I cannot say enough wonderful things about our wedding at Springton Manor Farm! The team at Queen of Hearts Catering was amazing to work with - very responsive, patient, and experienced. The grounds of the Manor House are stunning - they've done a beautiful job with landscaping. The reception tent is gorgeous, and feels light and spacious even with a large guest count. The Queen of Hearts team did a great job setting up all of our decor on the day of the wedding, and kept things running smoothly throughout the whole evening. They were working tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure everything was perfect. There were thunderstorms on our wedding day, and without us even asking, they rearranged the ceremony site twice so that we ended up being able to get married in our desired location when there was a respite from the rain. The bridal and grooms suites are spacious and newly renovated. The food was AMAZING and we had so many guests tell us how delicious it was! Thank you to the entire Springton team for the best day!!

  Perfect Day!

  Ariane and Tessa at J.Scott Catering could not be more accommodating. They both were so helpful and made our wedding so special. Springton Manor Farm is a beautiful venue, and we received so many compliments on our location. I completely recommend them for anyone who wants a beautiful outdoor wedding venue.

  I fell in Love with Springton Manor. The grounds are so beautful and the caterer provided everything we needed to have a great wedding. I chose Queen of Hearts and Ariane was my Corrdinator. She was incredibly helpful and organized. The day of the wedding was like a dream. She set up everything so perfectly, I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Also the food was delicious and the serving staff were very efficient and kind. I feel so blessed to have had such a perfect day. Thank you!

  We LOVED our wedding at Springton Manor Farm! The setting was beautiful and we got tons of compliments from out guests. Amy with Queen of Hearts Catering was a pleasure to work with. She was patient and flexible and helped us keep organized in preparation for our big day. Can't say enough good things- wish we could do it again!

  The Manor House At Springton Farm is a beautiful and versatile venue to host any celebration.
  
  Their expertise in creating an amazing party to celebrate our son Michael and wife Jess's recent wedding made it easy to plan.
  
  The team could not have been more gracious, accommodating and fun to work with. Alicia, Jess and Jessica were always nearby making sure everything ran smoothly. The chefs, servers, bartender, golfcart tour guide and security supervisor were all amazing.
  Everyone was so impressed with the food, presentation and beautiful ambiance you provided. Springton Manor is the perfect venue for any event. The large tent afforded everyone a beautiful view of the fields with barn and animals in the distance. The historic house is beautiful. We added photographs and personal touches to make it uniquely our own celebration.
  
  The dessert table was set up in the dining room under the chandelier in front of the large fireplace. With the votive candles and pedestal stands, it was stunning.
  
  Lawn games were a big hit and the golf cart tours around the beautiful grounds were memorable for everyone. The grounds are perfect for the Treasure Hunt I planned.
  
  Our friends and family had a wonderful time, thanks to J. Scott Catering and their team.

  The Manor House at Springton Manor Farm was everything we could have ever dreamed of for our wedding. Every single person from the chef to the bartenders to the wait staff was phenomenal, and all their hard work was much appreciated by us and all our guests. Our coordinator was Alicia, and she went above and beyond throughout the entire wedding planning process. She made everything about planning our wedding so easy and straightforward. The food was amazing! And the venue is just breathtaking.

  My fiancé and I recently booked The Manor House at Springton Manor Farm for our wedding in September of 2016. We visited and booked the venue prior to renovations, and now, having seen the venue post-remodeling, it has absolutely blown away our expectations. Although we are having a church ceremony, the property does have intimate sites–all of them gorgeous–for ceremonies. The large tented area where our reception will be held includes a newly laid cement floor that has ample room for our guests to dine and dance all night. The reception area is surrounded by charming flowerbeds with a larger, whimsical garden steps away. Also next to the reception space is the beautiful Manor House, which was recently renovated as well. They really preserved the Manor’s historic elegance while also adding modern rustic accents. The Manor provides large bridal suites on the second floor, which are totally perfect for pre-wedding photo opportunities. Not to sound cliché, but the views from around the property are absolutely breathtaking.
  On top of all of the amazing features of The Manor House, we have also had the opportunity to work with J Scott Catering, Springton Manor Farm’s exclusive caterer. Just like the venue itself, the experience working with them has been nothing short of outstanding. I would recommend The Manor House to any couples looking for a rustic, romantic, outdoor wedding venue, and J. Scott to cater!

  My husband and I just got married at Springton Manor Farm through Jscott catering this past weekend. The venue is beyond beautiful in my opinion. Springton manor farm is also a public park that has a working farm, pond, fire pits, goats, a gazebo, beautiful historic manor house, rolling trees, and pastures of wild flowers. From day one our wedding planner Amy was wonderful to work with. She was very responsive, professional, positive, and flexible. On the day of, everything went off without a hitch. Our guests said the food was excellent and we got comments on how great the service was that they received. We had a lot of personal items for the reception and ceremony and the Jscott staff set everything up with no problem. I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful place and a better team to work with!

The tent was beautifully set up and seated everyone comfortably (200 guests). For a summer wedding the fans provided attached to the tent are unobtrusive and helped keep everyone cool. The use of the Manor House for cocktail hour, the front porch, and the back lawn give ample space for guests. We heard so many comments of people raving about the venue for its spectacular views and great amenities.

  Springton Manor Farm is such a gorgeous venue no matter what the season. You have two catering options with Springton Manor Farm - Queen of Hearts and J Scott Catering. We chose J Scott Catering and we're beyond impressed on our wedding day. Ariane and Tessa did a great job guiding us through the wedding planning process and helping us make decisions about our timeline and what was important to us on our big day. Everyone commented that the food was great and the food running service was impressive with everyone at each table being served at once. We had hail on our wedding day and the team quickly flipped our cocktail hour inside. The venue has plenty of space - we had 155 guests and there was ample room on the dance floor. One thing to note is that you want to have a super DIY wedding and bring your own chairs/table/DIY decor for the tent/house you will not be able to with this venue. I wanted everything taken care of, so this was not an issue for me. You are able to provide your own decor for tables and outdoor areas. As others have noted, there is an upcharge for everything outside the standard package, but the caterers are very upfront about the additional costs, so there are no surprises. Overall, I was beyond impressed with everyone's communication, guidance, and professionalism. The day of staff made sure everything went exactly as to plan and our guests were very impressed.

The weather was breezy, misty, and in the 50s, and our guests were none-the-wiser. Caitlin and her team were helpful and reassuring throughout the entire process.
