The Manor House was an exceptional venue from start to finish. I can honestly say we were relaxed and had fun at our wedding, and were not stressed even once on our wedding day thanks to the fantastic team at MH! Danielle was exceptional in helping us plan everything from start to finish - down to the small details we hadn't even considered - and always made us feel at ease and relaxed through what can be a very stressful process! On the day of, Danielle made sure everything ran smoothly and on time. We also used several of the recommended vendors that Manor House provided and had a great experience with all of them - they clearly all worked so well together to make the day come together, and I highly recommend using their preferred vendor list . The day of went above and beyond our expectations. The bride and groom's suites are spacious with beautiful natural light, perfect for a morning of getting ready. One of the windows upstairs faces the parking lot, and we had so much fun watching guests arrive for the ceremony. The food was delicious and abundant, and kept everyone well fed. We loved how there were several different types of Hors d'oeuvres on each tray during cocktail hour so that guests could try different options. MH also allowed us to have red and white wine at the table during dinner, which was an awesome option to have being from a wine-loving family! We chose the buffet option for dinner, where you can select a chicken, fish, AND beef entree, + a vegetarian and vegan option - other venues we looked at only allowed 2-3 entrees, so this was truly awesome! The up lighting in the tent is beautiful and our favorite part of the night was when the MH team rolled up the tent walls and opened to the garden! The MH team truly cared about our experience on the day of - we had a dedicated attendant who made sure we always had water or a drink during the reception, saved us Hors d'oeuvres that we had privately before entering cocktail hour, and even offered to refill our plates from the buffet. This was so appreciated at a big wedding when you're constantly in conversation. Some huge perks of Manor House include that it's a 5-hour reception that can go up until 11pm, we were able to bring our own alcohol, 5 entree selections, and ceremony can be included onsite- these were important to us when picking a venue. We also appreciated that Manor House had an all inclusive price, so we were never hit with extra surprise costs. This venue is such a great option and we could not recommend it enough if you want your planning experience and day of to go smoothly and stress free!

The Manor House was a wonderful experience from start to finish. It was our first venue tour and nothing else compared after this tour. The fairness of pricing and well planned out processes at the manor house made the decision to book even easier. The grounds are beautiful and the numerous ceremony locations provided us with lots of options for our perfect day. The food options were varied and all delicious, our guests all loved the food! Pop, Danielle, and the team were wonderful at communicating during planning and making sure that our day went off without a hitch. There's nothing I would change about our big day and I'm so grateful for the team at Manor House for making it all so special!

The Manor at Prophecy Creek was the perfect place for my wedding! There were zero hiccups and the staff are so friendly and wonderful to work with. 10/10 and would highly recommend. The property the venue is on is breathtaking (especially during the Fall when I had my wedding) and the venue itself is so accommodating and beautiful.

Manor House sells itself with the breathtaking grounds, but what you don’t see at first is the true value of what you are getting with booking them. As an incredibly organized and type A bride planning a wedding from the west coast, I wasn’t sure how much faith I could put into others to execute the day I’ve been dreaming about my whole life-but trust me the MH staff has it covered. They are experts in making sure your day is nothing short of incredible. I had many guests raving to me about the amazing food and staff-even mentioning some staff by name! Danielle was incredible from the beginning- organized, responsive, and professional. Every penny we spent here was worth it, and there were no surprises. I will recommend this venue to everyone I know just so we can experience it again as guests! Thank you to Danielle and the entire team!

I recently had my wedding at the Manor House in April 2024, and it was absolutely unbelievable. The staff was so helpful from start to finish. Amanda worked with us throughout the planning process. My husband and I planned the wedding ourselves, and Amanda was crucial in helping us ensure we had everything covered. On the day of the event, Kathleen and Danielle were absolute superstars. We had to move our ceremony indoors due to high winds, and they made sure everything was still so unbelievably beautiful. Kathleen and Danielle ensured that we had everything we needed to make our day perfect. They ensured we were always well fed and supplied with whatever we wanted to drink. The venue itself is, of course, stunning. Even my unplanned indoor ceremony was beautiful. The guests were able to take in the surrounding gardens during cocktail hour and we took some lovely pictures. The reception area, manor house, and tent were all perfection. Even with minimal florals, the draped white ceiling of the tent made it feel upscale and polished. To top it all off, the food was great. Cocktail appetizers were wonderful, we received multiple compliments on the main courses, and the late night snacks were a perfect addition. If you're looking for a venue near Philadelphia, you won't regret having your event here.

Amanda & her team at the Manor House executed our day seamlessly with the help of our wedding planner. They worked collectively as we moved literally 3x in the year & helped us navigate what works best with their experience with so many weddings in the year - they made us feel special. I loved that this venue was not only beautiful but only has one wedding a day - they don’t rush you in and out and truly put your needs first.

From the moment we saw this venue, we knew it was something special! This place has so much to offer. The grounds are gorgeous and the perfect backdrop for wedding pictures. The food was absolutely amazing - from the cocktail hour, to dinner, to the milk and cookie bar at the end of the night. Amanda was incredibly organized and helpful in the planning process, which helped take so much of the wedding planning stress away. She, along with the amazing staff -- day-of coordinator, waiters, bartenders -- made our wedding day incredibly special. 1000/10 would recommend this venue :)

We had such a fantastic experience with Manor House at Prophecy Creek. First off, the venue and surrounding grounds are absolutely beautiful, with a picturesque garden, lake, and a gazebo shaded by a weeping willow. Lots of great spots for pictures! Inside, the Manor House is a beautiful building with a lot of character, great side rooms for fun wedding details, and the reception area is incredibly charming and elegant! Secondly, the customer service experience was excellent. Amanda, our primary contact, was thorough and attentive and knowledgeable from the moment we toured the venue right up through our big day and every moment in between! We had a lot of very specific layout details we wanted both outside and in and Amanda was super flexible and incredibly helpful each step of the way. Our experience on the day was just as great. Everything was set-up perfectly and our day of-coordinator Kathleen kept things running smoothly and efficiently even when there were last minute pivots (like ill-timed rain). We can’t recommend the Manor House at Prophecy Creek more highly!

When my husband and I were venue shopping we knew right away this was it. We honestly had tears the first time we saw it. The grounds are absolutely stunning, the food is great & the staff is so wonderful to work with. Amanda and Kathleen were our coordinators and they really made the entire processes seamless. I cannot recommend this venue enough. Book them, you won’t regret it!

We got married at Manor House in August 2023. We had a great experience, some of the highlights are the coordinators who help you the day of, the food was delicious, the servers/bartenders are great, and the DJ we hired who was recommended to us by them (silver sounds). The day-of coordinators are there for you every step of the day and make sure everything is perfect and runs smoothly. All I had to do was show up and get ready (lol) which was perfect! I believe our day-of coordinator was named Savannah, and she was so awesome. She made sure everything was perfect and every detail was triple-checked. We loved our wedding, and our guests had such a great time. Not to mention the grounds are so scenic and beautiful, there are so many great photo ops for you as a couple as well as your guests. Would recommended manor house for your wedding!

We had the most amazing wedding at the Manor House at Prophecy Creek! All throughout the planning process, communication was clear and helpful. The venue was stunning, the food was delicious, and every detail was thought through and taken care of. Manor House is just the perfect set up for weddings. Something that truly stood out to me about Manor House was the level of service. So many of our guests commented about the small, yet amazing details, like having salad served and being offered more, and having their meal covered with a lid to keep warm while they stepped away from the table. Our wedding was truly amazing and we are so so happy that we chose Manor House!

There are truly not enough amazing words for how perfect my husband and I's wedding was because of The Manor House at Prophecy Creek!! Not only is it an absolutely breath taking venue with beautiful spots for pictures. Amanda, Haley and the rest of the staff were THE DREAM TEAM!!! Everything I wanted and dreamed of for my wedding was made possible because Amanda and Haley truly took the time to listen to what/how I wanted things, gave advice, suggestions, and honest thoughts when asked for some guidance, and the day of was beyond smooth. I truly didn't stop smiling from the day I found The Manor House to the day of my wedding!! To put the cherry on top, The Manor House food is literally the best wedding food I have ever had...that's a fact!! I got married in April, 2023 and even still my guest are talking about my wedding and just how overall perfect it really was!! I would honestly do it all over again because it was that amazing! We had a beautiful wedding day on June 25, 2023! Everyone of our guests had a great time and they raved about how beautiful this venue is! Amanda and the rest of the team were phenomenal and did a great job making the day perfect for my husband and I! We are so happy we chose the manor house at Prophecy Creek to get married at!

Manor House at Prophecy Creek is a hidden gem! The grounds are gorgeous and make for incredible photos. The staff is a joy to be around. They are available 24/7 to answer questions and you can always make an appointment to pop into the venue as you see fit.

The venue takes the extra time to make sure the little things are just right. They place all your decor the night of the rehearsal. They clean the grounds so they are pristine. And the owner is great! He makes sure to come to every wedding he can and he's super friendly.

Oh and I cannot forget about the food! Everything is absolutely fabulous! From the or d'oeuvres to the main course and you certainly cannot forget the dessert. It'll all melt in your mouth. And there are TONS of options to choose from!

So if you want a wedding venue that perfectly balances rustic charm and lush gardens with a modern flair, Manor House at Prophecy Creek is the one for you!

We had a beautiful outdoor wedding at the Manor House at Prophecy Creek. There are so many picturesque locations on the property, and our guests loved walking around outside during cocktail hour. Even if the weather doesn't allow for an outdoor ceremony, this venue is still worth it! There is only 1 wedding held per day and staff is experienced, attentive, friendly, and responsive. The space was more than adequate for our 150 guests. There is a beautiful bridal suite and a groom's room as well, which we had access to starting at 11am. The food was also well presented and delicious! I cannot say enough good things about this venue! Highly recommend!

I couldn't have picked a better venue for my wedding than the Manor House! Not only is the venue beyond beautiful and scenic, but Amanda was amazing during the entire planning process. She was so organized and quick to respond to ANY question or concern. Now my husband and I will always be able to look back on our wedding day and remember it to be perfect in every way thanks to the Manor House!

Our wedding was in October and was by far the most magical day of our lives. The entire staff there from Robert, to Amanda, to the staff the day of made us feel like royalty. I know they are super busy during peak wedding season but I’ve always had phenomenal communication from start to end and Amanda answered any and all questions I had. I didn’t even bring up the grounds itself that are meticulously maintained. One time we stopped by for a meeting and Robert himself was out in the middle of the pond working on stuff. He truly cares about everything and it shows. Would I recommend this venue to someone else? ABSOLUTELY! If you want an amazing venue, with an amazing coordinator and minimal worry from you I couldn’t recommend this venue more.

Side note: their donuts are bomb. The food is 10/10. And the bridal suite is 20/10 😂😂

The day we toured the Manor House, we knew we wanted to book! They actually spent time during the tour to sit down with you, give you a details packet, and go over any questions. After booking, we worked with Amanda on all of our details for the wedding. She was so professional and prompt to reply. She organized everything wonderfully and always answered any question I had. I was at ease during wedding planning because it was so easy to work with the Manor House team and I knew we were in good hands. The day of the wedding went perfectly. Everything went according to plan, the food was delicious, and all of our guests had an amazing time! We absolutely loved this venue and would 1000% recommend having your event here!

I would 1000% recommend having your wedding at the Manor House at Prophecy Creek. We toured this venue after looking at several others. All the others we were unsure about but when we saw the Manor House, we decided to book as soon as we got in the car. Every single person we spoke to and interacted with were so friendly and kind. I worked with Amanda in planning our big day and she was very responsive and was it was just such a treat to work with her. Leading up to our big day we also worked with Alexis and Angela who were also both so amazing. Our wedding day went off without a hitch. Everyone did such an amazing job. Our guests commented on how attentive, friendly accommodating everyone was. The owner was ever there that night and greeted us and our parents and congragualted us on our big day. Our guests still have so many good things to say – from the delicious food, the beautiful grounds and just the overall feel of the venue. We had about 100 guests but our day still felt very personal and intimate and I think that is fully attributable to the team at The Manor House at Prophecy Creek. Personally, I just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU to the whole team for making all of my wedding dreams a total reality!!

Wow, where do I even begin. Being also in the wedding industry, I knew it was not going to be easy being on the other side as a client. We toured only one other venue before the Manor House at Prophecy Creek Park. When we arrived in the parking lot, I turned to my now husband and said "this is it, this is the venue" before we even walked in. Kerry's presentation blew us away and the next day we signed the contract in January 2019 for April 17th, 2020. It is the perfect balance of elegance for people who envision that outdoor wedding in a manor house but have the rustic accent barn next door. Also the entire landscaping, ponds and my favorite, the white lamp posts are so unique. Comparing prices to other venues, we were VERY happy with what is included in this venue regarding food, the separate bride and groom suite, grounds, parking and more. The tasting was wonderful as well as the final meeting leading up to our April date. I had a specific vision and they really worked with me and listened to what we wanted for our wedding day. Unfortunately as many other couples this year, we had to reschedule our wedding due to COVID19. Let me tell you... some of my clients have been jumping through hurdles, paying thousands, in legal battles with their venue with rescheduling etc. That was completely the opposite experience for us with The Manor House at Prophecy Creek Park. They were kind, understanding, gave us quickly the available date and made the process easy. Leading up to our newly rescheduled date, we had many talks with Catherine (who is AMAZING) regarding their COVID19 policies, steps we can encourage social distancing and cleaning. We ended up have 108 guests on 8/30/2020 and the best wedding day we could have despite rescheduling and replanning. Not only the beauty of this venue being outdoor/indoor and the STUNNING grounds, but our guests felt so comfortable with the tent sides being up and able to walk around the grounds. Our guests RAVED about the food at cocktail hour and dinner. The bartenders were efficient and there was never a long wait at the bar. The venue was clean and even in the suites, we truly felt like we owned the house for that day. I could continue on and on. They genuinely care about you. You will not regret choosing this venue and staff for your wedding day. We cannot thank the Fair family and their staff enough for all they have done to make our wedding day/ process easy, beautiful and safe.

I knew The Manor House at Prophecy Creek was our venue as soon as I saw it! The Manor House was one of the first venues we saw and I was immediately ready to book it! Robert Fair was wonderful when we met to tour the venue and go over pricing etc. After booking we worked with Kerry, who was GREAT! He answered all of my million and one questions and was super responsive. Our day of wedding planner Catherine was wonderful as well, she was super easy to talk to and took care of everything we needed. She even helped to bustle my dress!! The venue is just GORGEOUS, our Sept. wedding had amazing weather and the view took it over the top!!! Every guest commented about how beautiful the view was. Aside from the view the food was AMAZING!! Food was a big priority to me and after the tasting I knew we picked the best venue that totally fit what my husband and I were looking for. I HIGHLY recommend The Manor House at Prophecy Creek, we could not be happier with our choice to have our special day there. We just hosted our daughter's wedding at the Manor House-From the first time we saw the Manor, our daughter fell in love with the gorgeous grounds. Started out rough the morning of the wedding after a tornado , power outages and debris threatened to make our day a challenge, but their amazing staff worked so hard to ensure the outdoor wedding we were dreaming of. Our guests raves about the wonderful staff and beautiful venue. And Catherine ~ I don’t think we could say how much she completed our day. She made us so comfortable from beginning till end. We cannot rave enough about how comfortable the staff made us feel, how delicious the food was or how gorgeous the grounds are!

We just had our wedding at the Manor House at Prophecy Creek, and we had an amazing time! Our wedding was, luckily, on a beautiful day, which meant that we were able to get full use out of the amazing Manor House grounds. Our guests could not stop raving about how stunning the venue was. It really was overwhelmingly beautiful, especially since they were able to open the walls of the tent and let the air in during most of the reception, it almost felt like being outside. Below are a few points about our experience with the Manor House in more detail, but the takeaway is, they are a wonderful wedding venue, and you would be lucky to hold your wedding at such a fabulous space!

The bridal and groom suites are perfect. They’re spacious, nicely laid out, and easy to relax in. When we were looking at venues, my wife’s mother cried as soon as she walked into the bridal suite – she said it made it feel real that we were getting married. It is a wonderful place to begin your wedding day.

The ceremony venue is gorgeous! Surrounded by water, you stand on a slightly raised stone platform and gaze out at the beautiful ponds, fields, and trees (at least until your beloved arrives).

The Manor House is ridiculously well-managed and staffed. These folks run weddings all year round, and it shows because they have got everything figured out. Kerry, the main point of contact, was always prompt with responses to our questions and clearly had everything lined up exactly like we wanted it on the day. He also had a great sense of humor about everything, which comes in handy when the stress level gets high. We loved working with him the whole time. Catherine, our day-of-coordinator, came in like a champion. Within half an hour, she knew our wedding plan and décor better than we did, and she kept us on track the whole night. She was warm and fun, and it felt like we’d known her for months, even though we just met her a few days before the wedding. The whole staff at the Manor House was lovely. The bartenders and servers were kind and polite. Service was efficient, and it never felt like anyone had to wait too long for anything.

The food, wow, the food at the Manor House is awesome! Beef, chicken, fish, veggie, vegan, it was all good. In fairness, you’re unlikely to be able to taste anything the day of your wedding (I didn’t believe it either, but that’s a real thing), but the guests loved everything they ate, and everything we tried at the tasting blew us away.

Dance Floor: I add this because it was our main concern with the venue. It’s an L-shaped dance floor, when you count the area in the tent and the band room together. The band is recessed back from the main floor almost out of sight from the tables. Would people dance? Would they be able to get into it? Would there be enough space for the 190 people in attendance? As it so happened, it worked perfectly. The room with the band became the main dance floor. People who wanted to sweat and rock out packed in there, and we had a fabulous time. Older and calmer members of the party hovered and danced just into the tented area, still easily able to enjoy the music and the party, but far enough outside to avoid the crowd gathered closer to the band. We even managed to run a 190-person Hora up there (which admittedly devolved into insanity, but what hora doesn’t?) If you like to dance, and people in your party like to dance, that dance floor won’t get in your way.

Did we mention that you can bring your own alcohol? You can bring your own alcohol! What a massive savings that proved to be! We looked at places that wanted $25 per person or more for alcohol that we couldn’t choose and they probably wouldn’t drink. We saved at least a few thousand dollars on liquor and could bring whatever we wanted.

In conclusion, we loved the Manor House throughout the whole planning process, and especially on our wedding day. We know choosing a venue can be unbelievably stressful and overwhelming, and you won’t go wrong if you choose the Manor House for your wedding day.

I was BLOWN AWAY by this venue and staff! I looked at a few venues within the area for my wedding and nothing compared. I chose this venue on a day when it was raining because even on a rainy day, the site was gorgeous. Luckily, my wedding day was sunny and in the 70’s which allowed guests to walk around the beautiful landscape. There are so many unique spots for amazing photo ops. We took barn photos, field photos and of course pond/fountain and bridge shots.
Another deal breaker- and I didn’t realize until rehearsal night, was their day-of coordinator. Kathryn will keep you at ease from the minute you step on site to the minute you leave. I felt SO confident in her abilities. No need to go with an outside wedding coordinator, she is top notch!
The service was remarkable. The bridal party and immediate family were catered to which was lovely, but what I wasn’t expecting was the number of guests who continually reach out to me to express their satisfaction with the food and service they received throughout the night! The Manor House team treats each person as a VIP guest.

Wow! Do yourselves a favor and choose The Manor House at Prophecy Creek. Stellar service, gorgeous venue, delicious food, impeccable service, seamless planning, and a picture perfect wedding experience. We can't say enough outstanding things about Kerry and his Staff, especially Catherine, who all made the day become a "Fairytale" wedding. It was amazing and we are so pleased with how the day went. No worries, excellent vetted vendors, and a location that will take your breath away. You won't regret creating your life's exquisite memory at this venue.

The Manor House was a fantastic venue. Kerry and his team we’re very accommodating and was able to pull off our big day with success. The food was great and the coordination between them and outside caterers was relatively smooth. “Pop Pop” gave us the initial tour and what a great guy to work with. He was always hands on every step of the way. We had our wedding date planned but we’re still hunting for a venue. When all was said and done we had 7 months to get our act together and the staff at the Manor House helped us pull it off! Every little detail was taken into consideration and it made our day go smoothly. The hors d’oeuvres didn’t make it to everyone but we maxed out their capacity. If you require more than 20 tables for your guests, assuming 8-10 guests per table, they will set up another tent that is an extension of the main tent that will accommodate about another 8 tables. It was pouring during our reception, so it led to water pouring into the extension area. Apart from that, it was great. We had a personal server, Rita, for the bridal party and she made sure we were taken care of and eating. Our guests raved about the scenery and thoroughly enjoyed the picturesque setting the Manor House offered. You will not be disappointed with this place as your venue.

We could not say enough amazing things about The Manor House. The entire planning process was so easy and all the staff was so helpful. The day of our wedding was simply perfect. They took care of everything and the day went along perfectly. They could not have been more helpful and attentive to my husband and I the entire day. I recently had my wedding at the Manor House at Prophecy Creek Park and couldn’t have had a better experience. We first toured the grounds and facility with Peter who was extremely informative and passionate about the facility. We instantly fell in love with the venue’s exquisite grounds (no need to take your photos anywhere else). During the planning stages I was able to work with Kerry who is extremely responsive and flexible. The whole Fair family are very knowledgeable in this field and willing to help throughout your event planning. Our big day ran flawlessly and I cannot express enough how professional and friendly the entire staff was. Especially Cathryn who was our Maître d’ for the day. She was literally everywhere, ensuring my entire wedding party was comfortable and that we stayed within our timeline. I would highly recommend this facility if you are looking for a beautiful venue, professional, and informative staff!

We just got married at the Manor House two weeks ago. We cannot stop raving about every detail of our wedding. The team at the Manor House was absolutely amazing. Kerry helped us with all of the up-front planning and preparation for the big day. He was always super quick to respond to emails and provided all of the helpful suggestions and information we needed to make the planning process a breeze. He was calming and reassuring and helped make the wedding planning process stress-free. Our day-of event manager, Catherine, was incredible. She was cool, calm, and collected the entire day. She made sure everything went exactly as we had imagined, down to the smallest decoration details. Our huge bridal party (10 bridesmaids and 13 groomsman) knew exactly where they needed to be at all times thanks to Catherine's awesome organization and communication skills, and we had personal servers who followed us around with drinks and appetizers throughout the evening. Catherine even reminded me to stay hydrated throughout the night and made sure we had plenty of time to enjoy our delicious dinner. We were the third of three weddings she worked that weekend but she made us feel like we were the only one! We can't thank her enough for all of her hard work during the night. Our guests could not stop raving about how beautiful the venue was and how wonderful the service was. The food was a huge hit and the portion sizes were great! If I could redo my entire wedding, I wouldn't change a thing. Everything was perfect. We can't thank the staff at The Manor House enough for making our dream wedding come true!!

We owe a HUGE thank you to Kerry, Pete, Catherine and the whole staff at the Manor House for our amazing wedding on 05/04/2018! It was truly beyond our wildest dreams and the entire experience/service was phenomenal from start to finish. They connected us with two of our vendors (Nicole Leigh Photography and Soundscape Entertainment for a photo booth), which took stress and worry off our plates since they were highly recommended and were beyond familiar with the grounds and staff. The venue and grounds are absolutely beautiful! We received amazing compliments from our guests on the venue and the care of the grounds. We had a 80+ degree day and were able to have the tent open for the reception and it was perfect to be able to have semi-indoor coverage, while enjoying the weather. The food, staff, and overall experience was seamless and Catherine, who is the day of coordinator, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She made sure the entire bridal party was taken care of with food, water, drinks, etc. A huge bonus to this venue is the top floor bride and grooms suites that they have available prior to the wedding. It was great to get dressed onsite, take pictures and be able to have a private space during the wedding day for the bridal party to enjoy and keep their personal belongings in. We couldn't be any more happy with our wedding day and this venue/staff made it all happen for us! If you don't get married here, you're missing out on a perfect experience.

The Manor House is a one of a kind experience. From the décor, to the landscaping, to the hospitality, it takes the definition of a wedding to the next level! The perfect way to describe how we felt about the Manor House is Love at First Sight. When we pulled up to the property, its beauty brought tears to my eyes and my Husband said to me, “well, this is the one”. The Manor House checks all of the boxes on the list – beauty, nature, unique, and comfortable. Not only is the Manor House beautiful on the outside and inside, the family and staff makes it feel like home. When we met with Kerry, he was extremely thorough, kind, professional, and accommodating. Everything just felt right to us, and it was evident that the Manor House was where we were going to have our Wedding Reception. The feeling of home and family extends beyond Kerry. Peter Fair, Catherine and all the Staff at the Manor House were beyond what we could have asked for on a service level. Working in the Hospitality industry, my (high) expectations were surpassed by the Manor House Family. Peter was such a delight every time we wanted to stop by, always taking a few minutes to chat with us. His love of the property is obvious in the way that he takes care of the land. Catherine, our Event Manager was a gem. We met on the day that we dropped off all of our items and to say that she put my mind at ease regarding all of the items we were dropping off and where I wanted everything to go is an understatement. She even texted me the morning of the wedding to check in on me and remind me not to stress and that everything would be perfect. When we look back on it all, our day was beyond amazing and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. We knew that our Wedding Day was in great hands with the Manor House staff. We are still hearing from our guests that it was one of the best wedding venues that they have been to, that the staff was great and the food was awesome. If you are looking for a venue that exemplifies beauty in its structure, surroundings and staff, this is the place for you. Catherine was our day-of wedding coordinator, accompanied by Kate, who personally catered to the wedding party, and both women were attentive and professional. All of the staff involved ensured it was a beautiful and stress-free day.

Kerry and his entire staff were more than fabulous throughout the entire process of planning and celebrating our big day. The Fair family were so accommodating and helpful throughout the process, making sure we had the perfect day. The day of our wedding went off without a hitch. My husband and I felt so attended to. Our personal waitress managed to find us when we couldn’t even find each other. Katherine was so wonderful the morning of, making sure we were all set and ready to go for the ceremony. Nothing but fabulous things to say about this venue and the staff. All of our guests are still raving about our big day! All around a perfect day and experience!!

Choosing to have our wedding at the Manor House was the easiest wedding decision we made. From the very beginning we were blown away by all that the venue and the staff have to offer. The grounds are beautiful, impeccably maintained, and are a big part of what makes this place so special. Our ceremony by the pond was exactly what we dreamed about (fountains and all). The reception tent speaks for itself. Everyone raved about how wonderful it looked all lit up at night. We could go on about the grounds forever (all you need to do is see for yourself), but the real reason you should have your wedding here is the staff and ownership. Planning was a breeze. Kerry was incredibly helpful, allowing us to make the night our own while giving his expertise when we needed it. He was never more than an email or phone call away. To say that he is organized is an understatement, every detail has been thought of. Our event manager, Catherine, was phenomenal. From running our rehearsal to overseeing setup, she had everything taken care of. On our wedding day, we felt comfortable and at ease. Catherine made sure Nicole and I, our bridal party, and our family had an incredible day. She was always there when we needed her; answering any questions we had, providing anything we needed, all while keeping the reception running smoothly and effortlessly. The rest of the Manor House staff were equally exceptional. We had many guests tell us about the standout service they received. We couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The icing on the cake is the food. Everything is delicious. We'd choose their entire menu if it was an option. My wedding was held at The Manor House at Prophecy Creek just over 2 weeks ago and my husband and I are still in awe of how magical our wedding was. I know this sounds cliché but we truly had a Dream Wedding. Although it was on the high end of our budget, it was worth it!! The location is versatile with many space options indoor and out. They offer a second floor for the use of the Wedding party. The Bridal Suite is charming with 2 rooms to spread out and our own private bathroom. Mirrored on the opposite side of the second floor caters to the Groom also with 2 rooms to relax in and their own private bathroom. The house is uniquely beautiful and is handicap accessible to accommodate any of your guests needs. The gardens are amazing and the views are equally impressive. They take pride in their facility and it shows. From a photography point of view, the site has great areas for romantic pictures.
The Manor House at Prophecy Creek is a hidden gem which we stumbled upon while searching for a venue and fell in in love with it immediately. The place has an amazing character that is perfect for any wedding style. The gardens are gorgeous and in my opinion, the main attraction, although the house is rustic yet elegantly charming and all the guest rooms are so unique and inviting. For my wedding, the weather was delightful and the open air ballroom was perfect for our reception.

It was a pleasure doing business with the Fair Family. Peter Fair keeps accurate records and helped us stay on budget. Robert Fair takes great pride in this picturesque estate and stunning gardens. As soon as you come down the pathway you forget that you are smack in the middle of Blue Bell, PA, it feels like you are at a destination wedding. The grounds are impeccably landscaped with a variety of flowers, trees and streams with a stone wall bridge.

My husband and I just got married at The Manor House about a month ago, and our wedding day blew away our wildest expectations. Kerry, Catherine and the entire team could not have been more helpful, accommodating and attentive both throughout the planning process and on the day of. We ended up having a beautiful night, so we so kept the walls open all evening. The open-air tent created such an awesome and memorable atmosphere for the reception. Our guests are still talking about on the venue, the service, the food and the grounds. I couldn't recommend this venue highly enough.

We were blown away by the beautiful location, friendly and professional staff, organized timeline, and attention to detail at the Manor House! It is a family-run business that works hard to organize the perfect day for you. Robert Fair was the man we first met who made us fall in love with his "Disney-inspired" venue. I truly felt well taken care of just like a princess from the start. Robert is a true visionary and will describe the perfect solutions for you. His son, Kerry Fair is who you contact primarily during the planning process. He is friendly and quick to respond to any emails or calls with ideas or concerns that you may have. Catherine was my Maitre D who took any pressure away from me. She had constant communication with me about any details or decisions that needed to made during the day. She was kind, easy going, and time efficient. Their staff has head sets to remain in contact throughout the night. The timeline is thoughtfully written and enjoyable by both guests and couple. The Manor House provides their own catering services and recommend professionals they commonly work with (photographers, bakery, florist, and DJs who are familiar with the site). Guests informed us that they had the best time at our wedding, the venue was beautiful, and the food was delicious! It was great to know that our guests had as great of a time as we did! They keep the property clean and in bloom. The Manor House was a dream!

From the moment we set foot on the grounds, my mother and I knew that The Manor Place was where I would be getting married. The Fair family was so accommodating to all of our requests (and there were many). I never had any doubt in my mind that my wedding would be anything less than amazing with their attention to detail and awesome communication. The food is absolutely incredible as well. Catherine, my day-of coordinator, was incredibly organized, sweet, and absolutely perfect at her job. The venue is gorgeous; my only critique would be that it would be nice to be able to see the band in the tent instead of having them play in the house; however, I understand logistically why is has to be that way. The rooms are awesome for those personal touches that truly make the wedding unique, and the two-tiered tent and grounds are breath takingly beautiful and well maintained.

As an extremely detail oriented person I assumed finding the perfect wedding venue would be a challenge. We toured the Manor House at Prophecy Creek Park first and left speechless at all that was thought through! No detail was left unnoticed, even ones that I had not even thought of wanting for the day. The professionalism and quality of service left our guests and us speechless. Robert, Kerry, and Peter made the planning process go so smoothly. They were incredible responsive to my questions and concerns. Catherine made my vision come to life on the day of the wedding. When I met her the day before any concerns and nerves left disappeared immediately. She made every minute of the day run smoothly and made sure we took time to take in what was happening around us. Because she pointed out when different parts were set up or about to happen we were able to enjoy the moments and keep the evening from completely going by in a blur. We cannot say enough good things about the Manor House and wish we had an excuse to have another event there!

We have been walking our dogs at Prophecy Creek Park for years as we live nearby the Manor House. It was always a dream of ours to actually get married there. On April 23, 2017, that dream came true! It was absolutely the greatest day of our lives. We were so lucky to share such a special day with family, friends and loved ones. The entire staff at the Manor House was superb. They went out of their way to ensure that the every detail and step for the entire experience was considered and attended to with care and insight. The Manor House staff was friendly, professional and accommodating. We felt like we were treated like royalty. The food, grounds, and staff are all fantastic and we would highly recommend this site for any future couples considering this as their destination for their special day!

For anyone who wants an outdoor ceremony, this place is a true slice of heaven! The grounds are stunningly beautiful and the air conditioned, two tiered tent is incredible! The best part of the venue is the Fair family. They a wonderful people to work with and are experienced and professional. Kerry is a real foodie who will explain everything about the wonderful food! We are getting comments from our guests that the food is the best that they ever tasted, and these are discriminating people. I'm not sure if the spelling is correct, but Catherine managed the crew at my daughter and son-in- law's wedding this past weekend. Every one of the crew was pleasant and friendly. Catherine was fantastic! She was so organized that she made the wedding a complete success! Not only was she a great coordinator, but she was very attentive to our needs. I would like to thank the Fair family and Catherine from the bottom of my heart for making this wedding such a success! I highly recommend that Manor House at Prophecy Creek to everyone!!

We booked the Manor House almost a year and a half before our wedding date. I would highly recommend booking a date as soon as possible. This is such an amazing venue it is easy to see why it books up so quickly. They were very easy to work with from the first tour to the wedding day. The staff there was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had. I cant imagine a more beautiful venue after seeing it all done up exactly the way
we envisioned it. They really made our dreams come true. There isn't one negative thing I can think of to say about this place. The food is outstanding, we still have guests talking to us about how good it was. If you are looking for beautiful location with friendly and efficient staff, then the Manor House is for you.

This venue has everything all in one place! The service is absolutely amazing, along with the food! :) We would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to have both a reception and ceremony in the same place. There were so many places to take pictures on the grounds and they turned out so beautifully. The are very reasonable when it comes to sticking to your budget.

We recently had our wedding here and it's hard to put into words how amazing the Manor House is! I was debating between 2 venues before I visited here and there was no question after we saw the grounds (and this was even during the winter!). Not only is the Manor House stunning with such a unique type of venue (we didn't want a traditional ballroom), but the outside is breathtaking. Further, the staff are incredibly responsive, personable, knowledgeable of the industry and so easy to work with. Pete and Kerry were a delight to work with during the planning, and were so helpful with my many many questions. Catherine, our maitre d, was a total rockstar the day of our wedding. She had total control over every single detail, and was so helpful with setting up our decorations. She also took great care of my husband and I. She made sure we got to try the hors d'oeuvres, had time to eat our entrees, and drank water throughout the night. Lastly, the food is out of this world! Our guests are still raving this was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. I HIGHLY suggest you tour this venue, you won't regret it! THANK YOU for helping my wedding dreams become a reality. Now I'm hoping I'll have the pleasure of being a guest here someday!

My husband and I fell in love with the Manor House (and Robert Fair AKA Pop Pop) the second we walked onto the grounds. We visited it in the middle of winter and it was beautiful, but seeing it the day and night of our wedding (it was a beautiful fall day) was nothing short of breathtaking with the ponds, gardens, and the lights at night. If the weather allows you to raise the sides of the tent up, definitely do it! Our guests are still raving about the food (we got the salmon, polo fromaggio chicken, and the prime rib) and the atmosphere. The prices are very fair, especially with everything that is included in your wedding package. And the staff is absolutely amazing. Our maitre'd, Catherine, made sure everything was flowing smoothly and that my husband and I were able to eat & drink. One of the waitstaff even chased us up the hill when we were taking pictures to make sure we ate some of the hor oeuvres! And Kerry was so responsive to my millions of questions and very helpful! The venue, food, service and staff were all way above our expectations and I would recommend the Manor House to anyone!

The Manor House was our dream wedding venue. It was the first venue we looked at while searching. We visited many other venues after but nothing compared. The grounds are breathtaking with the ponds, gardens and unique touches and the bridal and groom suites are lovely. There are tons of different photo opportunities around the property (inside and outside). We first met with Robert and he was a very warming and pleasant person to talk to. You can tell that he truly cares about the couples using his venue and it is not just a wedding factory to him. Following visits we met with Kerry to do all the planning. He was very friendly and has a vast knowledge of the wedding industry. We were out of the country while planning most of our wedding. Kerry and The Manor House were very accommodating with planning over calls and email. They worked with us on the many ideas we had and found an alternative to things that didn't work. Everything was set up exactly how we envisioned. The day of the wedding Kerry and our Maitre D, Catherine, were excellent with accommodating us and helping us deal with last minute decisions when the weather wasn't looking great shortly before our ceremony. Kerry gave suggestions but ultimately let us decide. We ended up having our guests stand for the ceremony outside so that we could make a more last minute decision due to weather. They still set up chairs for the indoor option just in case the rain came. Many guests told us it was one of the most beautiful weddings they've been to.
The food was absolutely delicious... on par with a high end restaurant! We wish we could go back for dinner! I had the tilapia and my husband had one of the chicken options. We had many guests tell us how great the food was and multiple people say the prime rib was the best they've ever had.
We would recommend the Manor House to anyone. Venue, food, service and staff were all way above our expectations. They truly made our day a fairytale!

I absolutely loved The Manor House! The ceremony and reception were beautiful and exactly how I had always imagined my wedding! The service was incredible as well! We had our own personal server that would check in on us the entire night to see if we ever needed anything. She was even waiting with a tray of drinks and appetizers as we walked down the aisle and started congregating for pictures! They run a strict show but do an amazing job. So many of my guests told me and my family that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Highly recommend The Manor House!

This venue manages to be everything a bride, groom, guests, vendors, etc. could ever want! I will try to list the top ten reasons why this venue is phenomenal (in no particular order):
1) You can have a PERFECT ceremony either inside or outside,
2) This was only venue I found that offers the option of air conditioning in the beautiful tent they have, which is attached to the manor house,
3) This was the only venue I found with a GROOM'S suite, in addition to a gorgeous bridal suite,
4) Terri is your day-of planner, she's included, and she knows EVERYTHING there is to know about weddings,
5) Perfect venue for on-site pictures! They have a lake, gazebo, swing, tall trees, a red barn, a tree-lined entrance, the manor house of course,
6) The tented reception area is very unique - it has two levels and the tent is connected to the manor house,
7) The bathrooms! They are large and there are many. There is also a spacious handicapped restroom,
8) Lots of parking!
9) Location! Near train stations and an international airport,
10) Catering! It's in-house family catering (Terri's husband) and the food was amazing!

My husband and I just had our wedding at The Manor House at Prophecy Creek Park ("TMH") on 5/24/15. It was a true fairy tale wedding! Terri and the rest of the staff were absolutely incredible and accommodating. From planning to execution everything was simply perfect.

Family and friends continue to rave about the venue and the food (e.g., "Best wedding food we've ever had!"; "Gorgeous venue!"). We highly recommend TMH. Never once did we have to worry about everything running smoothly. Terri Fair was just fabulous, and working with the preferred DJ (Richie - Cutting Edge Entertainment) and videographer (Tom - TLJ Studios)--as well as our photographers Tyler Boye and Andy who have worked at TMH for numerous weddings--was also a plus! Everyone knew just how to work together perfectly and make the day flow seamlessly.

We had our reception at the Manor House At Prophecy Creek Park on June 5th, 2015. If you are looking in the Montgomery County area, you would be silly not to have your reception here! Numerous guests said hands down, our wedding was the most impressive wedding venue that they have ever seen. The grounds are gorgeous and the staff will make your wedding reception run flawlessly. Terri was a pleasure to work with. We had the prime rib, the baked salmon, the chicken fromaggio and the vegetable ravioli for our dinner selections. Our guests were so impressed with the food and you absolutely get a very generous portion! You cannot beat the beauty of this place and the way it is run. The Manor House at Prophecy Creek Park was the perfect place for our wedding. Everything at the venue is set and planned in a particular way to make your event they day you have always dreamed it would be. The pond has fountains, waterfalls, a gazebo, a bridge, a barn with a silo, and even a tree swing (we actually had to convince ourselves to stop taking pictures that day because there are so many opportune places to take them! The venue is picturesque). Even though it rained that morning and we had to have the ceremony indoors, the Manor House has a ceiling to floor window that the guests are facing during the ceremony so they do not miss the splendor of the outdoors. When this venue was built the Fair family created the perfect wedding/event venue.
Not only is the venue breathtaking, but the staff is also phenomenal, accomodating, professional, well trained, and friendly. Terri Fair is one of the most detail oriented and dedicated people I have met. Throughout the whole process she was supportive in any way we needed her to be. Everytime I asked Terri a question, she responded within the day. Even after being in the hospital and being told she should rest for the next few weeks, guess who showed up at our wedding to make sure everything was the way we wanted it to be...Terri! The rest of the staff were overly polite, made sure things were out in a timely manner and that my husband and I actually had a little bit of food in our stomachs. That day the staff was so efficient that I did not have a worry in the world.
Then there is the food, and oh my is it delicious! For the quality of food your guests receive the price is very reasonable. This was the only venue that we went to see that actually required us to eat their food before we signed a contract with them. All of our guests told us that they had a hard time deciding what to eat not because there wasn't anything that sounded good, but because everything sounded good and they wanted to try it all!

Prophecy Creek was an amazing place to have a wedding despite the fact that it rained and we had to go to plan B. Terry and her staff were very helpful and made every effort to accommodate our quirky and unique requests. We looked at every venue the area and Prophecy Creek was by far the most beautiful. When the rain stopped, all of the children at our wedding had a ball playing outside around the large ponds that were visited by geese and ducks during the event.

My daughter's wedding was held last Saturday at the Manor House. Everything went flawlessly!!! Down to the last detail! Terri and her staff pay close attention to every detail. Our ceremony was held outside. Then we moved inside for the reception. The grounds and the Manor House itself are just So Beautiful! The staff had all the rooms decorated and spotless. We had a beautiful, spacious area to get ready in. Beautiful outdoor gardens, ponds, and places for pictures. Plus, the food was absolutely delicious! Everyone was raving on how good the food was.

We recall the day she and her fiancé called and said "we have found our venue please make an appointment to come down and see our wonderful find! "We could hear the excitement in their voices so we made an appointment ,and we can honestly say as soon as we walked into the house ,saw its beauty and charm, the view from the tent area is where breathtaking comes in from the two ponds with fountains ,the gazebo ,pristine landscaping and yes the oldest Sycamore tree!, we too knew that this was the place!!
Words cannot adequately describe how thrilled we were with choosing this venue it was a truly wonderful experience from the beginning of the planning stages to the day of the wedding, Terri Fair is extremely professional and she along with her family and staff leave nothing to chance! We corresponded via E-mails or telephone calls and Terri always answered all questions promptly and with a true desire to provide anything that we requested it is obvious that the Fair Family has a passion for what they are doing !
When we walked into the venue on the day of the wedding everything was perfect beyond what we had ever imagined or hoped for our daughter's wedding, the staff so accommodating and caring, and professional, the food absolutely DELICIOUS !!! all evening we heard comments on how incredible the food was and that those that chose the prime rib stated "this is the best prime rib we have ever had!!"as well as comments that this is one o the most beautiful and unique venues for a wedding that they had ever seen, and everything went so smoothly again that is due to Terri's attention to details!!

The Manor House went up and beyond for my wedding. The whole night was amazing. We were married outside and the landscaping made for amazing photos. Our guests enjoyed cocktail hour while we snapped a few more photos then joined them for what was literally the best time of our life. Everything was so beautiful and the night ran perfectly. The staff was so friendly and attentive. Even though it seemed the night flew by, I know I'll never forget it! I would definitely recommend the Manor House to anyone!

Book it as soon as you can before it fills up. We live close to this venue, so we've seen the transformation process. They have done an amazing job, Mr. Fair and the whole family are so involved that it just seems like the venue exudes the care they have put into it. Teri is meticulous and with all the things she's learned having organized so many weddings, she just makes sure everything runs smoothly. Every corner inside and outside at this venue is so photogenic. We LOVE our pictures, make sure you have enough time in your schedule of events to properly utilize all the great lighting and settings. We had a 95+ day in June and the house provided enough air conditioning that we didn't have to worry about any of our older guests and the evening in the tent had a nice breeze from the ponds. Also, people could dance, linger in the house, explore the grounds, it was just so appealing to so many people that we constantly continue to get compliments on our wedding because of how unique and gorgeous the Manor House property is. Totally worth the money.

The Manor House at Prophecy Creek truly exceeded all of my expectations as our wedding venue. We accidentally found this venue through some reviews online when it wasn't one of the original choices on our list and I could not be happier that we chose to have both our ceremony and reception here. Everything flowed so smoothly that day that my family and I did not have one thing to worry about. We had terrible weather leading up to the day of the wedding and once the it cleared, Terri made sure that we were able to put together the outdoor ceremony that we had originally planned and hoped for. My guests raved about the food, cake, and the smooth transitions. The staff is unbelievably helpful - so much so, that I know one of the waiters offered (without being asked) to help my friend's mother find her purse when she misplaced it at her table. In the months leading up to the wedding, I must have emailed or called Terri a hundred times to ask her even the tiniest of questions, and she was extremely responsive and helpful. We used a lot of handmade crafts, decorations and flowers and Terri and her staff made sure that everything was set up exactly the way we wanted it without even asking us twice. I truly think that the pricing of the venue (which in my opinion was very affordable compared to other options for a 200-guest wedding) was one of the things that really stood out to us. The quality for what you are paying for is definitely worth it. I would give the Manor House the highest recommendation possible to any couple wanting to get married in a beautiful setting in the Philadelphia area.

From the moment we walked into the terrace at The Manor House at Prophecy Creek, everything I had dreamed about for my wedding day was realized. The venue is absolutely stunning and includes two gorgeous ponds with fountains, a gazebo, 2 bridges, an old red barn, and a stone farm house with a terrace that takes your breath away. Robert, Terri, and the entire team are all top of the line. Terri is easy to work with and takes all of the stress and frustration out of the planning process. She was always available for consultation - responding quickly to any call or email, worked around our schedule, and made the process painless and easy. On our wedding day, her staff completely blew us away. I had done all of my own centerpieces which consisted of several different candle goblets on each table as well as scattered throughout the house. Her staff set up everything for us (our tables including centerpieces - which meant lighting HUNDREDS of candles, the gift table, concession stand, bathroom baskets & signs, etc). During the reception, my husband and I had our own attendant who made sure we always had a drink in our hands, food on our plates, and a smile on our face. The rest of the staff was just as accomodating to the guests as they were to us. Several people made comments about how attentive the staff was - always asking if they needed anything from a drink to the temperate changed in the room. The food was outstanding - not a bad item on the menu. The mashtini bar was a huge hit! At the end of the night, her staff broke everything back down, boxed it up and had it all ready to be loaded into the vehicles to go home. I never had to worry about a thing! The entire day went flawlessly because of the superior quality of the staff! I wouldn't have wanted my wedding to be anywhere else! Everything was perfect!

Over and over again, we have heard how romantic and beautiful our wedding was (10/5/13). We've even got some best ever comments! I attribute it all to the amazing beauty of Prophecy Creek. Everything about this location was a dream come true for us. The way the place looks as the sun goes down, the way the place is lit at night - Amazing! Our ceremony was outside near the pond. As I walked down the aisle I was overwhelmed by the beauty of this place. We feel so lucky to have had our special day in this location.

On top of all of this, Terry and her crew ensures that everything runs smoothly and according to plan. She was there for me with answers whenever I needed them. You essentially get a wedding planner in your cost. It's fantastic! They have a beautiful bridal suite that makes for fantastic pictures. We wanted for nothing the entire evening as we had a person dedicated to ensuring we had what we needed. Additionally, the food from Robert Fair Catering was fantastic! We received rave reviews from our guests about how wonderful the food was and how much they enjoyed everything about this location. I don't think we could have picked a better place. You'd be crazy not to have your wedding here! Thank you so much Terry and everyone else that helps make Prophecy Creek so special.

Our experience with The Manor House at Prophecy Creek Park could not have been any better. Guests are still talking about how beautiful the venue was. One guest even commented that she would get divorced just to be able to get re-married there. The indoor-outdoor experience was exactly what we were looking for and the scenery was just gorgeous. Besides the view, the service was impeccable. Terri Fair was a joy to work with throughout the entire process. She was very knowledgeable, accommodated anything we asked and always got back to us right away – even on the most insignificant detail. We really appreciated that she was there every step of the way from our initial meeting to the tasting, the rehearsal and the entire wedding day. The rest of the staff was equally attentive, polite and helped keep everything running smoothly. And I can’t forget the food. While we didn’t get to eat as much as we would have liked at the actual wedding (too much talking!), the food was incredible and everyone loved it! The venue itself is beautiful both day and night. The house, the reception area, and the grounds are spectacular. Our guests enjoyed our food choices because the food was delicious. The real story, however, is the amazing staff!
Beginning with the planning and ending with the reception, from end to end the Sales and Event Planner, Terri Fair, guided us through the process. Terri is knowledgeable, has years of experience, and is a true professional. We really appreciated how easy she made it for us!
In fact, we found the entire staff to be invested in making the evening enjoyable for all. We were so impressed by their commitment to excellent customer service. The staff was well prepared and anticipated our needs throughout. They even knew us by first name!

Robert, Terri, and their staff made the planning process a breeze, which was invaluable to us since we do not live in the Philadelphia area and were planning the wedding from several states away.

The actual wedding was everything we dreamed it would be. The venue was stunning. The food was delicious. The entire event was meticulously run. It all amounted to a wonderful night full of memories that we will cherish for the rest of our lives.

Where I found The Manor House at Prophecy Creek really shined was their ability to juggle all of the little details that go into a wedding. All of our specific needs and requests, from a fully pescatarian dinner menu to drinking from the same champagne flutes that my parents drank from at their wedding, were handled flawlessly. We could not have been happier.

Another thing that the staff at The Manor House at Prophecy Creek Park do a wonderful job at is taking care of the bride and groom. One thing that I was repeatedly cautioned about leading up to my wedding was to make sure that I remembered to eat during the reception. That is very valuable advice, but it was not necessary at a wedding run by the Fairs. The staff were especially attentive to me and my husband and frequently asked us if we needed anything to eat or drink.

I could rave for several more paragraphs but to sum it up: I could not be happier that we chose to have our wedding at The Manor House at Prophecy Creek Park and I would absolutely recommend them to any couple searching for a wedding venue.

I recently had my ceremony and reception at The Manor House at Prophecy Creek Park. I am beyond happy with how everything turned out. I knew the week of that everything was taken care of and could relax. Leaving me to only worry about the weather. It did rain the morning of our wedding, but it stopped by 1pm and the grounds were dry enough for us to have the ceremony and pictures outside!! I was so relieved! The Manor gives a great back drop to pictures and I love that the setting allows guests to walk around on there own throughout the night and take wonderful pictures of their own. Immediately following the ceremony and throughout the night Catherine, our personal attendant, was constantly asking us if she could get us anything. She made sure we had what we wanted to drink and eat all night! She even helped me clean up what was left in the Bridal suite! I felt so spoiled!

When deciding on a location for our wedding, I knew I did not want a cookie cutter country club wedding. This is a beautiful venue and it was the perfect combination of elegance and relaxation. Almost a month later I still have guests complementing me on the venue, the food and wondering how I heard about it!!! I think a few of my cousins may look into this venue in the coming years when they get engaged! Which would be great! I would love to go back again for another event! The food was amazing! I wish I could eat it again! And the cake was amazing as well!

Terri was very helpful throughout the whole process! I sent her many e-mail throughout the year leading up to our wedding and she responded quickly and was always flexible when I changed my mind on different details. I also have to say the other members of the Fair family were very nice as well! They treated us like family!

Words cannot describe the experience we had at this venue. From the beautiful landscape, water, tent and waitstaff this venue was truly perfect. I have never seen such a place come to life as the Manor does. It's elegance is unmatched with a staff to match. From the moment we arrived the staff was friendly and more then accommodating. The food was incredible as well, from cocktail hour to dinner and the cake I cannot say enough amazing things. Thank you to the staff for making this such an incredible and memorable night. I wouldn't have changed a thing.

My husband and I got married at the Manor House 7/13/2013 and it couldn't have been a more perfect setting for our wedding. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and the pictures we have seen so far look stunning. It's such a wonderful backdrop. I also can't say enough about Terri Fair. She was great to work with and made everything as easy as possible for us leading up to the wedding. She is so good at her job. The staff there also did a wonderful job the day of the wedding to make everything perfect for us. The food was delicious (especially the Seafood Newburg) and my husband and were joking that the only negative we could come up with is that we can't go back there for dinner to eat it again! We are just hoping to get invited to another wedding at the Manor House in the near future!

The Manor House was the first venue I looked at and instantly fell in love with it! The grounds are so beautiful and the house had such a warm feeling to it. Terri was amazing! She made sure everything was perfect on our special day and even assigned a server to me to make sure I had everything I needed all night. Now that's service! There were no hidden costs and Terri reviewed all the expenses with us before any signatures were required. So many thing were included in the package: all the linens, flatware, and glasses, even the wedding cake! There's much more, I just can't remember it all. If you want the perfect place for your special day, look no further!

If you're looking for a quiet, picturesque location - look no farther! The Manor House is absolutely exquisite and was the perfect location for my "garden party" themed wedding! The location is newly renovated (Robert Fair Catering took over the property about two years ago), and everything from the decor to the landscaping is done in wonderful taste (Terri Fair decorated most of the Manor House herself, and her and Robert Fair can almost always be found on property, which goes to show how much love has been put into this venue). The tent in which our guests dined was immaculate and overlooks the beautiful ponds and garden.....which all of our guests loved and continue to admire! The food and service was also impeccable and delicious! I would absolutely recommend this venue to any bride, and personally wish I could relive my magical day at the Manor House again and again!

Robert Fair caterers are the best!! From the first meeting until Terri actually got on the "drunk bus" to say good-bye to my husband and I, it was a true pleasure. Terri Fair really knows her stuff and is able to put you at ease with her extensive knowledge. She was accessible nearly 24/7 by email and it was easy to make an appointment to see her. The food and service on the day of were excellent. People raved about the "
"mashtini" (2 kinds of mashed potatoes with many toppings served in martini glasses) bar and I wanted to lick my plate after eating the seafood newburg. CANNOT RECOMMEND HIGHLY ENOUGH!!!

We had originally booked a different venue for our wedding. Six and a half months before our wedding, our venue fell through which was a nightmare. We scrambled to find a new venue and came across the Manor House at Prophecy Creek. They (by some miracle) had our date open and after meeting with Terri, we felt comfortable making the switch. This was not easy after our previous experience. Leading up to the wedding Terri was always available to help make decisions regarding the decor, vendors, and organization of the day. She was able to organize our rehearsal and made the day of run smoothly. She was able to direct all the vendors and we did not have to worry about anything the day of. I would highly recommend Terri and the Manor House at Prophecy Creek.

Terri at Robert Fair Catering is amazing!! She has so much experience and knowledge of how to make the wedding day perfect. Our guests loved the food and thought the service - waiters, drinks, etc- were excellent. Terri did an amazing job of making sure everything the day of our wedding went as smoothly as possible. It was so nice to be able to relax, knowing that she was taking care of all the little details. She worked really well with our other vendors, and did an excellent job with making our wedding day beautiful and fun!

I was married at the Manor House at Prophecy Creek over Labor Day weekend, and am still getting comments from friends and family about how beautiful the grounds were, how nice the staff was, and how delicious the food was at our wedding. I appreciate Teri Fair and her professionalism and her ability to coordinate a beautiful day for all her brides and grooms. On a day where you are pulled in so many directions, its important to have vendors that you know have everything under control and are keeping everything going smoothly. The venue is BEAUTIFUL and provided the perfect backdrop for my vision. Elegant, but not stuffy, comfortable and spacious. It is different than a standard ballroom wedding and truly adds a unique element to the feel of your day. We utilized the rooms throughout the house for a sweets station, coffee bar, family momentos, photo booth and more! My husband and I prepared for our day in separate bridal suites and groom rooms. Having the ability to have everything in one location was helpful to our photographers and videographer. I can go on and on. We had a great time at our wedding and would recommend checking our this very special venue.

I could not have asked for a better day. Robert Fair Caterers made that possible for me because of their attentive staff, INCREDIBLE food, helpful service, constant smiles and kind mannerisms towards everyone. Teri was more than I could have hoped for. She answered every question, gave great advice, and was there all night and the night before to help me set up. All of my guests are still telling me how much they enjoyed their meal. We had an amazing experience at the manor house at prophecy creek this past weekend. We were nervous about the little details, but Terri took care of everything for us. If I had known how helpful she was going to be, I would've slept better the night before. She met us at the venue the night before the wedding to run the dress rehearsal. Then the day of, she took care of everything, so that me and my family could enjoy the day and not worry about a thing. She moved the flowers from the ceremony site to the cocktail hour, she keyed in the band to to announce our photobooth, our ice cream truck etc, and she had everything packed and ready to go at the end of the night.
The catering staff was also very attentive. My husband and I (and our families) were never wanting for a drink or food. Everything was delicous and we've been eating wedding cake ever since.
The venue was beautiful and the staff left nothing to be desired. They really know what they're doing there and I would recommend them to anyone. I only wish I could upload some photos to show how beautiful the day was.

My daughter just celebrated her marriage at this venue in June. She does not live near here so I booked this for her after one visit. She fell in love with it over text pictures! Amazing venue (her wedding pics are amazing out by the barn and ponds). They have great food and staff and I would highly recommend this venue and Robert Fair Caterers to anyone. Terri Fair is a true professional and very organized. Robert is a true gentleman and still works on site every day to continue to improve the venue.

Still a new venue, The Manor House at Prophecy Creek Park knows what they're doing. Robert Fair Caterers know how to operate a wedding too. My now husband and I booked The Manor House at Prophecy Creek Park on blueprints because we just knew it was exactly what we were looking for, amazing scenery without the traditional gaudy ballroom style. The large tented dining room and dance floor off the back of the stone house is stunning. The scenery overlooking Prophecy Creek Park is unlike any wedding you have ever been to. As my guests arrived I watched their jaws drop with amazement at how beautiful the property is. To top off the perfect wedding event, the food is delicious! Robert Fair caterers truly knows how to make good food. A variety of options to choose from on both dinner and appetizer menus made for a difficult decision because everything they make they make really well. Not only do they provide great food, but great service and all my guests noticed the service to be exceptional. I absolutely would recommend the venue and caterer to anyone looking for an absolutely stunning wedding experience!

Terry made sure the food was hot, on time and delicious. Everything was so tasty and we recieved a lot of compliments on the hors d'oeuvres. When a medical emergency arose with one of the guests, Terry handled it beautifully,quietly and professionally. Everything was organized and efficient and we couldn't think of a thing we'd do different! Highly recommend for weddings/events.

Absolutely perfect venue for the couple envisioning the most beautiful natural but classy setting for their wedding day and an absolutely fabulous family-oriented team who takes great pride in making your day exceptionally perfect! Terri & "Pop-Pop" (Robert Fair) paid attention to every detail we requested along with suggestions that reflected their expertise. Everyone was etremely accomodating and seemed genuinely happy to have us and our guests there. My husband and I had the priviledge of seeing the Manor House prior to all the restoration and renovations that have transformed it into an even more whimsical site that seems to get better every time we visit!

Kerry and Theresa Fair went above and beyond to make my wedding day absolutely perfect. They made sure to have every little detail on paper beforehand so that they could be executed without my involvement the day of the wedding. Theresa was there the whole day to coordinate, helped the florist, the musician and the cake setup, and even made sure the musician had something to eat before he left! The food was superb, the coordination was outstanding. My day would have been a disaster without the able hands of Theresa Fair at my wedding!

I can't say enough great things about Robert Fair Caterers! I just had my wedding at Cairnwood this September, and because of their hard work, this event went flawlessly. From the moment we met at the tasting, I knew Terri and Kerry Fair were true professionals who knew what they were doing in the wedding field. The 5 course tasting was unbelievable, and showcased how they would handle the main event. Working with Terri was such a dream. She made planning this day so easy, and her professionalism made me feel like I was the only bride she was working with. Robert Fair Caterers catered our wedding, held on August 20, 2011 at Cairnwood Estates. Working with Terri Fair was like having our own wedding planner. She was professional and courteous and knew exactly what needed to be done. The food was delicious and the wait staff did an excellent job. Robert Fair Caterers provided exceptional service. Their catering manager responded to emails within a day during the planning process and we always felt like we were being taken care of. They were also willing to handle a number of extra tasks including the placement of lanterns at our outdoor venue, providing lemonade before the service and putting out some rather intricate place cards. On the day of the wedding they attended to my husband and I with the utmost level of professionalism and care, taking care of all our special needs as the bride and groom. All of this being said, the food was excellent and my friends and family were raving about it in the weeks after the wedding (especially the beef). In addition, they never pushed us to order more food than we thought we needed and the menu was very flexible. Finally, their bartenders were phenomenal. Often times I'll go to weddings and the bartenders only know how to make a couple of drinks, but their bartenders were highly skilled and knew all of the popular cocktails. In conclusion, their level of professionalism, attention to detail and the level of comfort that we felt with their services both before and during the wedding far exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a caterer.

An extraordinarily responsive and flexible caterer. Always available. Food was excellent. Staff was friendly, helpful and competent and went out of thier way even after clean up. Very professional. Very attentive to details - set up, place cards, positioning of bar, stations, gathering personal family items from cermony, packing up, checking in on regular basis. Basic price includes many extras -upgrade of linens, set up, etc.

Highly recommend. The best or the best caterer I have dealt with or been served by.
