I recently had my wedding at the Manor House in April 2024, and it was absolutely unbelievable. The staff was so helpful from start to finish. Amanda worked with us throughout the planning process. My husband and I planned the wedding ourselves, and Amanda was crucial in helping us ensure we had everything covered. On the day of the event, Kathleen and Danielle were absolute superstars. We had to move our ceremony indoors due to high winds, and they made sure everything was still so unbelievably beautiful. Kathleen and Danielle ensured that we had everything we needed to make our day perfect. They ensured we were always well fed and supplied with whatever we wanted to drink. The venue itself is, of course, stunning. Even my unplanned indoor ceremony was beautiful. The guests were able to take in the surrounding gardens during cocktail hour and we took some lovely pictures. The reception area, manor house, and tent were all perfection. Even with minimal florals, the draped white ceiling of the tent made it feel upscale and polished. To top it all off, the food was great. Cocktail appetizers were wonderful, we received multiple compliments on the main courses, and the late night snacks were a perfect addition. If you're looking for a venue near Philadelphia, you won't regret having your event here.

Wow! Do yourselves a favor and choose The Manor House at Prophecy Creek. Stellar service, gorgeous venue, delicious food, impeccable service, seamless planning, and a picture perfect wedding experience. We can't say enough outstanding things about Kerry and his Staff, especially Catherine, who all made the day become a "Fairytale" wedding. It was amazing and we are so pleased with how the day went. No worries, excellent vetted vendors, and a location that will take your breath away. You won't regret creating your life's exquisite memory at this venue.

Robert Fair caterers are the best!! From the first meeting until Terri actually got on the "drunk bus" to say good-bye to my husband and I, it was a true pleasure. Terri Fair really knows her stuff and is able to put you at ease with her extensive knowledge. She was accessible nearly 24/7 by email and it was easy to make an appointment to see her. The food and service on the day of were excellent. People raved about the "
"mashtini" (2 kinds of mashed potatoes with many toppings served in martini glasses) bar and I wanted to lick my plate after eating the seafood newburg. CANNOT RECOMMEND HIGHLY ENOUGH!!!

From the moment we saw this venue, we knew it was something special! This place has so much to offer. The grounds are gorgeous and the perfect backdrop for wedding pictures. The food was absolutely amazing - from the cocktail hour, to dinner, to the milk and cookie bar at the end of the night. Amanda was incredibly organized and helpful in the planning process, which helped take so much of the wedding planning stress away. She, along with the amazing staff -- day-of coordinator, waiters, bartenders -- made our wedding day incredibly special. 1000/10 would recommend this venue :)

I can't say enough good things about Robert Fair catering! My wedding was absolutely perfect thanks to Terri Fair!! Not ONE thing went wrong! As the bride, I was actually able to enjoy every aspect of my wedding. This wouldn't have been the case without the help of Robert Fair Catering. Terri acted as a wedding coordinator, making the night flow perfectly. She also decorated my venu better than I could've myself! She is truly superwoman! To top it off, the personal wait staff that my husband and I received was amazing. They brought us drinks and food, so we never had to get up and we actually ate! The food was delicious! Kerry and Terri worked closely with me to pick the perfect menu. I was amazed at the amount and quality of food for the price. Everyone (even my other vendors) raved about the food. If you want a worry-free, elegant wedding with amazing food and people, look no further than Robert Fair! I would recommend them to EVERYONE!

Terri at Robert Fair Catering is amazing!! She has so much experience and knowledge of how to make the wedding day perfect. Our guests loved the food and thought the service - waiters, drinks, etc- were excellent. Terri did an amazing job of making sure everything the day of our wedding went as smoothly as possible. It was so nice to be able to relax, knowing that she was taking care of all the little details. She worked really well with our other vendors, and did an excellent job with making our wedding day beautiful and fun!

We researched hundreds of venues as we were planning our wedding, and could not be happier with our decision to go with the Manor House at Prophecy Creek! If you're feeling overwhelmed with the number of options and decisions to make, you won't be disappointed with the Manor House. When searching for a venue, location is obviously a huge factor, but one of the next most important factors is the appearance of the venues. Manor House was definitely appealing aesthetically, but the amazing grounds are only the most superficial of reasons to make this the place for your “dream come true” wedding day. Having a low floral budget was something we wanted to prioritize. And we wanted to do unique DIY wedding projects, but not have to dress up the venue from the ground up. The Manor House was the perfect solution on that front.
The MH team thoughtfully guided us through the planning process from the moment we toured to the last minute of our wedding night. The team helped us make decisions that we hadn't even thought of prior to starting our wedding planning. They are true professionals of the industry and help make us feel confident as we planned our big day. The MH team offered trustworthy vendor recommendations and helped us craft a celebration that aligned with our vision.
Amanda guided us through the planning process and was always easy to reach and extremely helpful. Kathleen was our day-of coordinator and seamlessly picked up where Amanda had left off in the planning process and helped make our wedding weekend a huge success! From every details meeting, to the tasting, to the rehearsal, and every minute of our big day, no detail was missed.
An outdoor wedding was important to us, but the indoor/back up option would have been beautiful. On our day, it rained during cocktail hour, and when we asked the MH team if the tent walls could go up once the rain stopped, they were right on it after checking the weather had cleared. Our guests were able to walk around the entire grounds (which the MH team encouraged), and we received endless compliments about how beautiful the venue was.
The Manor House staff was amazing. We heard only glowing feedback from guests on the waitstaff and bartenders. We only had one bar open due to our guest count, and there was NEVER A LINE at the bar (endless compliments about this as well)! The two bartenders we had were top notch. The staff were generous to our guests and made sure we had everything we needed.
The food did not disappoint! We knew from the tasting that even our pickiest of guests would be happy. A small detail that made a huge difference was having various hot devours available on a platter. It’s the worst not being able to try everything you want as a guest, but the variety per platter made being able to try everything possible. Dinner options were more than most other venues we looked into - there are vegetarian AND vegan options available for no extra cost. There is excess food too - we asked to move one of the stations to be our late night snack, which the MH team accommodated and didn’t cost us extra!
Overall - if you're planning a wedding, start with the Manor House at Prophecy Creek -- you won't regret it! They truly have thought of everything and you get great bang for your buck with the Manor House! We hope to convince friends to get married here so we get to enjoy the guest experience!

Everyone was highly professional, communicative, and kind. Danielle was a great coordinator and helped the day run smoothly and answered all of our questions. The venue is stunningly gorgeous and the food was delicious!

Choosing to have our wedding at the Manor House was the easiest wedding decision we made. From the very beginning we were blown away by all that the venue and the staff have to offer. The grounds are beautiful, impeccably maintained, and are a big part of what makes this place so special. Our ceremony by the pond was exactly what we dreamed about (fountains and all). The reception tent speaks for itself. Everyone raved about how wonderful it looked all lit up at night. We could go on about the grounds forever (all you need to do is see for yourself), but the real reason you should have your wedding here is the staff and ownership. Planning was a breeze. Kerry was incredibly helpful, allowing us to make the night our own while giving his expertise when we needed it. He was never more than an email or phone call away. To say that he is organized is an understatement, every detail has been thought of. Our event manager, Catherine, was phenomenal. From running our rehearsal to overseeing setup, she had everything taken care of. On our wedding day, we felt comfortable and at ease. Catherine made sure Nicole and I, our bridal party, and our family had an incredible day. She was always there when we needed her; answering any questions we had, providing anything we needed, all while keeping the reception running smoothly and effortlessly. The rest of the Manor House staff were equally exceptional. We had many guests tell us about the standout service they received. We couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The icing on the cake is the food. Everything is delicious. We'd choose their entire menu if it was an option. We'd like to thank the Fair's and all of the staff at the Manor House for making our wedding one of a kind. Kerry and Theresa Fair went above and beyond to make my wedding day absolutely perfect. They made sure to have every little detail on paper beforehand so that they could be executed without my involvement the day of the wedding. Theresa was there the whole day to coordinate, helped the florist, the musician and the cake setup, and even made sure the musician had something to eat before he left! The food was superb, the coordination was outstanding. My day would have been a disaster without the able hands of Theresa Fair at my wedding!

My husband, Kevin, and I originally dreamed of a backyard wedding. When complications arose, we found ourselves on the hunt to something that fit our style and our vision. After visiting a number of venues, we found ourselves at the Manor House at Prophecy Creek Park. It was perfect. Our wedding day came quickly and the process was enjoyable and seamless. We couldn't have been happier with the results. The staff was friendly and conscientious; the food was delicious and served quickly. We were blessed with a beautiful day. The grounds are beautiful and perfect for pictures. I couldn't have been happier and recommend this venue without reservation.

Over and over again, we have heard how romantic and beautiful our wedding was (10/5/13). We've even got some best ever comments! I attribute it all to the amazing beauty of Prophecy Creek. Everything about this location was a dream come true for us. The way the place looks as the sun goes down, the way the place is lit at night - Amazing! Our ceremony was outside near the pond. As I walked down the aisle I was overwhelmed by the beauty of this place. We feel so lucky to have had our special day in this location.

On top of all of this, Terry and her crew ensures that everything runs smoothly and according to plan. She was there for me with answers whenever I needed them. You essentially get a wedding planner in your cost. It's fantastic! They have a beautiful bridal suite that makes for fantastic pictures. We wanted for nothing the entire evening as we had a person dedicated to ensuring we had what we needed. Additionally, the food from Robert Fair Catering was fantastic! We received rave reviews from our guests about how wonderful the food was and how much they enjoyed everything about this location. I don't think we could have picked a better place. You'd be crazy not to have your wedding here! Thank you so much Terry and everyone else that helps make Prophecy Creek so special.

This venue manages to be everything a bride, groom, guests, vendors, etc. could ever want! I will try to list the top ten reasons why this venue is phenomenal (in no particular order):
1) You can have a PERFECT ceremony either inside or outside,
2) This was only venue I found that offers the option of air conditioning in the beautiful tent they have, which is attached to the manor house,
3) This was the only venue I found with a GROOM'S suite, in addition to a gorgeous bridal suite,
4) Terri is your day-of planner, she's included, and she knows EVERYTHING there is to know about weddings,
5) Perfect venue for on-site pictures! They have a lake, gazebo, swing, tall trees, a red barn, a tree-lined entrance, the manor house of course,
6) The tented reception area is very unique - it has two levels and the tent is connected to the manor house,
7) The bathrooms! They are large and there are many. There is also a spacious handicapped restroom,
8) Lots of parking!
9) Location! Near train stations and an international airport,
10) Catering! It's in-house family catering (Terri's husband) and the food was amazing!

We just hosted our daughter's wedding at the Manor House-From the first time we saw the Manor, our daughter fell in love with the gorgeous grounds. Started out rough the morning of the wedding after a tornado , power outages and debris threatened to make our day a challenge, but their amazing staff worked so hard to ensure the outdoor wedding we were dreaming of. Our guests raves about the wonderful staff and beautiful venue. And Catherine ~ I don’t think we could say how much she completed our day. She made us so comfortable from beginning till end. We cannot rave enough about how comfortable the staff made us feel, how delicious the food was or how gorgeous the grounds are!

We had our reception at the Manor House At Prophecy Creek Park on June 5th, 2015. If you are looking in the Montgomery County area, you would be silly not to have your reception here! Numerous guests said hands down, our wedding was the most impressive wedding venue that they have ever seen. The grounds are gorgeous and the staff will make your wedding reception run flawlessly. Terri was a pleasure to work with. We had the prime rib, the baked salmon, the chicken fromaggio and the vegetable ravioli for our dinner selections. Our guests were so impressed with the food and you absolutely get a very generous portion! You cannot beat the beauty of this place and the way it is run. The Manor House At Prophecy Creek Park is outstanding!

We recently had our wedding here and it's hard to put into words how amazing the Manor House is! I was debating between 2 venues before I visited here and there was no question after we saw the grounds (and this was even during the winter!). Not only is the Manor House stunning with such a unique type of venue (we didn't want a traditional ballroom), but the outside is breathtaking. Further, the staff are incredibly responsive, personable, knowledgeable of the industry and so easy to work with. Pete and Kerry were a delight to work with during the planning, and were so helpful with my many many questions. Catherine, our maitre d, was a total rockstar the day of our wedding. She had total control over every single detail, and was so helpful with setting up our decorations. She also took great care of my husband and I. She made sure we got to try the hors d'oeuvres, had time to eat our entrees, and drank water throughout the night. Lastly, the food is out of this world! Our guests are still raving this was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. I HIGHLY suggest you tour this venue, you won't regret it! THANK YOU for helping my wedding dreams become a reality. Now I'm hoping I'll have the pleasure of being a guest here someday!

I hired Robert Fair Caterers last year to do my wedding because so many different people had recommended them to me and I had personally been a guest at two weddings that they had catered previously. I was not disappointed. Terri Fair was very helpful and patient with this nervous bride and my challenging mother! She covered every detail from the moment we hired them and kept in touch with me throughout the entire process.
The day of the wedding, September 7, I woke up to a terrible rainy day and panicked because we had planned an outside ceremony! Terri called me and told me not to worry that she would handle everything. When I arrived at the site, Fair Caterers had moved the outside ceremony inside the reception hall and made it absolutely beautiful and tasteful! I was amazed that they pulled this off with absolutely no forewarning.
Their professionalism continued throughout the day and the staff was very nice and took care of every facet to make it a day any girl would dream of. All I heard from all of our guests how wonderful everything was and I highly recommend the filet and cold seafood appetizer buffet! Kerry Fair is a very talented and creative chef. If you’re looking for a caterer to make your wedding day perfect, look no farther than Fair Caterers!

AMAZING! So easy to work with. Loved them!

We got married at Manor House in August 2023. We had a great experience, some of the highlights are the coordinators who help you the day of, the food was delicious, the servers/bartenders are great, and the DJ we hired who was recommended to us by them (silver sounds). The day-of coordinators are there for you every step of the day and make sure everything is perfect and runs smoothly. All I had to do was show up and get ready (lol) which was perfect! I believe our day-of coordinator was named Savannah, and she was so awesome. She made sure everything was perfect and every detail was triple-checked. We loved our wedding, and our guests had such a great time. Not to mention the grounds are so scenic and beautiful, there are so many great photo ops for you as a couple as well as your guests. Would recommended manor house for your wedding!

When my husband and I were venue shopping we knew right away this was it. We honestly had tears the first time we saw it. The grounds are absolutely stunning, the food is great & the staff is so wonderful to work with. Amanda and Kathleen were our coordinators and they really made the entire processes seamless. I cannot recommend this venue enough. Book them, you won’t regret it!

My husband and I fell in love with the Manor House (and Robert Fair AKA Pop Pop) the second we walked onto the grounds. We visited it in the middle of winter and it was beautiful, but seeing it the day and night of our wedding (it was a beautiful fall day) was nothing short of breathtaking with the ponds, gardens, and the lights at night. If the weather allows you to raise the sides of the tent up, definitely do it! Our guests are still raving about the food (we got the salmon, polo fromaggio chicken, and the prime rib) and the atmosphere. The prices are very fair, especially with everything that is included in your wedding package. And the staff is absolutely amazing. Our maitre'd, Catherine, made sure everything was flowing smoothly and that my husband and I were able to eat & drink. One of the waitstaff even chased us up the hill when we were taking pictures to make sure we ate some of the hor oeuvres! And Kerry was so responsive to my millions of questions and very helpful! The venue, food, service and staff were all way above our expectations and I would recommend the Manor House to anyone!

An extraordinarily responsive and flexible caterer. Always available. Food was excellent. Staff was friendly, helpful and competent and went out of thier way even after clean up. Very professional. Very attentive to details - set up, place cards, positioning of bar, stations, gathering personal family items from cermony, packing up, checking in on regular basis. Basic price includes many extras -upgrade of linens, set up, etc.

I absolutely loved The Manor House! The ceremony and reception were beautiful and exactly how I had always imagined my wedding! The service was incredible as well! We had our own personal server that would check in on us the entire night to see if we ever needed anything. She was even waiting with a tray of drinks and appetizers as we walked down the aisle and started congregating for pictures! They run a strict show but do an amazing job. So many of my guests told me and my family that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Highly recommend The Manor House!

Terri Fair and the rest of the staff at Robert Fair Caterers and the Manor House at Prophecy Creek Park did a fabulous job with our wedding. Terri was so responsive and helpful during every stage of the planning process. Manor House sells itself with the breathtaking grounds, but what you don’t see at first is the true value of what you are getting with booking them. As an incredibly organized and type A bride planning a wedding from the west coast, I wasn’t sure how much faith I could put into others to execute the day I’ve been dreaming about my whole life-but trust me the MH staff has it covered. They are experts in making sure your day is nothing short of incredible. I had many guests raving to me about the amazing food and staff-even mentioning some staff by name! Danielle was incredible from the beginning- organized, responsive, and professional. Every penny we spent here was worth it, and there were no surprises. I will recommend this venue to everyone I know just so we can experience it again as guests! Thank you to Danielle and the entire team!
