We are from Indiana but love to travel to Tennessee. Our expected wedding date was in November (we booked November 23, 2024.) While venue shopping, we discovered The Magnolia and fell in love. We did our research on other venues, but nothing measured up, not only to the view, but the guidance required for a traveling wedding party and guests. They checked all of the boxes for vendor recommendations, travel accommodations, and all things wedding. We have received nothing but compliments on every aspect of our day and it all started with an email to Macey. We are so happy with your venue and our choice. We wouldn’t have had it any other way. To those engaged and venue shopping, this is your spot. I’ll save you the months of research and just tell you now, book it, you won’t regret it. -

The Magnolia was the perfect setting for our wedding! All the planning was so easy, especially being out of state. We really lucked out finding a venue that had open vendors, could provide our own alcohol, and have our fur babies with us! We had a winter wedding and were assured that they never had to cancel a wedding due to snow and ice before which put us at ease and we certainly lucked out with a perfect day on 12/30! We were also able to get an suv sized trailer up the mountain if you are thinking of bringing lots of decor. All of our guests were in awe with the space and haven't stopped talking about it!

I have been eyeballing this venue since before my engagement. I was beyond THANKFUL and BLESSED to be able to have had my wedding at the absolute most beautiful venue to ever exist! -

The views were stunning!The indoor/outdoor concept was perfect. The drive up the mountain is very steep, so keep that in mind. The bridal suite was perfect for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready. However, they do not have a grooms suite so the guys had to get ready off site which was not ideal. We are glad we chose the wedding date of Aug 4th because the trees still had leaves on them and it made the ceremony backdrop even more beautiful.The Magnolia Venue's reply:

Plus, we provide a shuttle service, which is perfect for transporting not only the groomsmen that day, but also your guests, ensuring everyone can relax and enjoy the day without worrying about navigating the mountain roads before or after the wedding. We came across The Magnolia while researching venues in Tennessee for our destination wedding, and after speaking with Macey we booked it without hesitation and without even seeing it in person. We can honestly say it was by far the best decision we made! The space is laid out perfectly, with covered/uncovered and indoor/outdoor options, and the views are truly unmatched! Macey was kind, professional, and quick to respond. She provided recommendations for everything from vendors to lodging, which was extremely helpful. The Magnolia Venue was awesome. The team there made sure you had everything you needed and would respond to any questions you had quickly. We had no issues with the venue at all. It is more breathtaking in person than any picture could describe as well. The bridal suite was just what you need for the morning of. Get married here
The Magnolia was an absolutely stunning location to get married and all of our guests loved it here! My fiancée and I got married here on March 16th and it was everything we could have dreamed of. The bridal suite was the perfect size for me and my 5 bridesmaids and MOG and MOB to get ready in. The view is stunning and definitely use the shuttle company they are partnered with to get your guests to and from the venue because the road to get up there is steep and has lots of twists and turns!The Magnolia Venue's reply:

We decided to have a destination at The Magnolia without ever having seen the venue in person. Macey and the team at the Magnolia, will set you up for success from start to finish. The booking process was so easy, from seeing calendar date availability, pricing and general info, once we were about ready to book we jumped on a quick call with Macey, which solidified any remaining questions we had. We chose to book the venue then all of our vendors which made our process super smooth since there is a preferred vendor list that we were able to work from. The Magnolia team sent helpful messages along the way continually checking in to see how planning was going. Come the day of our rehearsal getting to see the venue in person, pictures don’t do it justice. It was absolutely breathtaking! The view is absolutely exceptional, and the photos we got from our wedding are just to die for! Our vendor team and venue coordinator on the day of our wedding kept everything flowing so smoothly! Hands down if I got to plan and do our wedding all over again I would choose the Magnolia in a heartbeat!The Magnolia Venue's reply:

I literally could not have imagined a better wedding venue! From my first contact with Macey, I was impressed with her attention to detail and friendliness. Our guests are still RAVING about the views and gorgeous atmosphere. The bridal suite is perfect for getting ready. The shuttle service is impeccable. Every single vendor recommendation was spot-on and we felt the Magnolia made planning a wedding from afar as seamless as possible. Wonderful venue start to finish
The Magnolia team is so attentive from start to finish. Not only do they respond quickly, they reach out regularly throughout the planning process to offer their suggestions and help you make sure you're on tack with the planning process. The venue is hard to access so they have lists for recommended vendors that have worked there before. They really do everything to ensure your day will go smoothly. It was more beautiful in person than in photos and I cant imaging getting married anywhere else in the Smokey Mountains. Highly recommendThe Magnolia Venue's reply:

My husband and I live in Florida, but we are mountain lovers through and through. Finding this venue in one of our favorite locations was a dream. Working with the Magnolia was easy and smooth. Communication was fast, purposeful, and clear. Macey is very easy to work with, and one can see her love for helping others.
