My husband and I are so glad we chose Renee/The Love Officiant to be our wedding officiant! We really needed someone who could be flexible because we chose to elope by the sea in a destination ceremony with our infant son. Right from the beginning, Renee was easy to work with, adaptable, kind, consistent, and creative! She asked us what we wanted for our ceremony and wrote a beautiful elopement script that reflected what uniquely worked for us. Renee was very professional and made sure that my wedding experience was one to remember. She emailed me the script weeks prior to my event and had me approve it before the big day. She did make the changes that I requested and the ceremony had everyone in tears...... even she had tears in her eyes and had to compose herself before continuing. She was recommended by a friend and I would definitely recommend her to my other friends as well.

Renee is so sweet and full of personality. She went out of her way to help us get our marriage license figured out. My now husband, is deployed in Texas and we didn’t know if we had to get a license from Michigan (our home) or Texas. Renee called our Michigan county clerk and corpus country clerk and helped us figure it all out. She’s amazing. She will def go out of her way to help you out. 10/10 recommend.

Heaven sent us Renee to officiate our wedding
Renee was beyond any expectations of what I could of asked & prayed for from an officiant. I definitely chose her based on her reviews & I believe found her on a Port A website & knew she was the perfect fit for us when I spoke with her over the phone as well as received her questionnaire; which gave me a sense of calm knowing she loves what she does & wishes nothing more than to give a couple the best ceremony to fit their needs. I gave her history behind me & my husband's story(OMG he's my husband now lol) & she did incorporate that in the most tasteful way that made it so special. She also included a Native American blessing(husband is Native American) which he loved very much & made him feel very special as well! She even asked what attire I wanted her to wear or if I had any preference which I thought was so very sweet! Her price was very reasonable & she broke up into payments which was excellent for us since I did arrange everything in less than 2 months & had many other expenses. I highly recommend Renee & will most definitely refer her to anyone looking for an officiant. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

We looked at a few different officiants online before we stumbled upon Renee. It didn’t take long for us both to agree she was the officiant for us. She got back to us quickly on everything and she allowed us to make any edits we wanted to her script. On the day of our wedding, we had a few things happen last minute that affected her role, but Renee adapted so quickly and effortlessly! Perfect Pandemic Ceremony!
Renee did an absolutely fantastic job with our ceremony! We were one of the many couples whose wedding plans were derailed by the pandemic. What was initially a much bigger wedding back in our home state of Virginia in April turned into a very intimate ceremony in our backyard with us, our photographer, and Renee in July. Renee was so great and helpful with gathering details before our wedding and prepared a script for us to proof a couple weeks before it. It was lovely and just what we hoped for—straightforward, non-religious, and special. She is also super friendly, so it was even better when we were able to meet her before our ceremony. Couldn’t have had our special day without Renee! :)

The love officiant was very responsive. We were coming from out of town and were unsure of where we were going to have our ceremony, she offered to help us find a place. She was also very flexible with her time as well. We had to move the time due to weather and she was completely understanding of this.

Mrs. Reyes was very kind and courteous when it came to working with us. Beyond Perfect!
We could not have been more happy with Rene. She quickly responded to us when we reached out to her for our wedding on the beach in Port A. Her happy spirit on the phone immediately made us super comfortable and we knew we had the right person. The vows she wrote for us after the questionnaire were beyond perfect. The weather at the beach, along with a person in our wedding party being ill, prompted us to call her on the day of our wedding and ask if we could move up the time by 3 1/2 hours. She didn’t hesitate! We were so happy to meet her in person. The wedding was beautiful and her words flowed seemlessly. Thank you Rene for a memorable experience. She was very flexible with the time, date, and place. Her response time was very quick and our only problem was we were on the road traveling and not able to get information from and back to her. Our vows all tied in together and went along with what we had ask for. The deck of the Lex the water the beach and the backdrop of the Bay bridge and the city sky line were beautiful. Renee Reyes was absolutely amazing being that my wedding was her first time being an officiant. We had been friends for a short time but I immediately felt close to her and loved her spirituality and realness. My fiance and I were not regulars at church and had no pastor to wed us. I wanted a God centered ceremony so a J.P was out as well. Renee has so much love for God and people that I asked if she would want to get officiated and marry us. She said yes and a few months later she married us on the beach!! Our ceremony was perfect and was everything we wanted! Renee is the embodiment of love and acceptance and so she was perfect! She will also be the one to renew our vows in a few years as well.
