We hosted our rehearsal dinner here on Friday night, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish.
Working with Shannelle was truly a 12/10. She is simply the best of the best. From our very first conversation, she made everything feel effortless and went above and beyond to bring our vision to life.
Our guests couldn’t stop talking about the breathtaking views, the outstanding service, and, of course, the incredible food. Every detail was executed flawlessly. Shannelle gave me complete creative freedom with the menu design, seating cards, and signage, and enthusiastically helped make every idea a reality.
What stood out most was her attitude everything was met with, “Yes, we can do that for you.” She made us feel supported every step of the way and played such a huge role in making the evening so special and memorable.
Because of Shannelle and the incredible team at the club, we already want to host all of our future events here. If you’re considering booking an event, don’t hesitate—you will be in the best hands. Highly, highly recommend! ✨🤍 -

The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire event. The venue manager, Shenelle, was always available for updates. The team was very helpful with flipping the room from ceremony to reception. -

This venue was absolutely amazing! It is in such a beautiful location and able to accommodate large and small wedding receptions. The location is gorgeous and the staff are wonderful! They were flexible, supportive, and kind. The food is delicious and there are so many options to choose from or to personalize what you would like. I wouldn’t have wanted to have my reception anywhere else. It was perfect! -

As a wedding vendor for floral design and coordination, the Lookout Mountain Club always exceeds expectations. The staff and managers go above and beyond to make all requests a reality for any event. Shanelle Pizzini, catering director, works hard to ensure all aspects of the event are perfect. She is available during the entire event and always steps in to assist. She works with the bride/groom/family/coordinators to assure the event (wedding or rehearsal dinner) is always an amazing success. -

Shanelle went above and beyond to make our event, The Chattanooga Owners Club a success. We had 120 attendees, and everyone was taken care of with amazing care and promptness. The club was able to accommodate some last minute needs, and was always helpful. I can't recommend having an event at LMC enough. -

We had our wedding here, and it was amazing. They were very up front with pricing, accommodated nearly all of our requests, and were quick to get back to us when we had questions. The biggest issue was really just weird - we were denied drinks at our rehearsal because we are not members of the club. Though that left a bad taste in our mouths, everything else went flawlessly. I’m sorry about what happened during your rehearsal. I wasn’t made aware that you wanted drinks, or I would have arranged that and made sure the dining room team was informed ahead of time. While our event spaces are open to non-members, the dining room and its bar are reserved for members only, and the dining room staff wouldn’t have known what was going on during the rehearsal since it was arranged only outdoors.
I completely understand how that moment could have felt frustrating, and I really appreciate you mentioning it - it’s something we’ll make sure to communicate more clearly in the future.
It was such a pleasure working with you all. Thank you again for choosing to celebrate such an important day with us.

The Lookout Mountain Club was the perfect venue for not only the wedding reception but the ceremony and cocktail hour also. The dream was to create a Fairytale wedding, and the LMC staff lead by Shanelle exceeded all expectations. The grounds for the ceremony were groomed, the poolside cocktails provided spectacular views and the exquisite ballroom was the perfect setting for a delicious dinner and non-stop dancing. We've had so many compliments on the overall experience, food quality and spectacular setting. Book Lookout Mountain Club and let your dreams come true too! -

Shanelle at Lookout Mountain Golf Club was a joy to work with from the very first phone call. She was so pleasant, encouraging, flexible and willing to try to meet all of our needs. She helped to work within our budget and it was such a beautiful event. The staff were so professional and friendly and willing to help take care of the smallest details. We had my daughter and son-in-laws reception at the Golf Club and had about 100 people. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner buffet after a cocktail reception and plenty of dancing with a DJ! The grounds and building were beautiful and the 360 mountain and valley views were amazing. They were both Covenant College grads and you could see the college from the venue. The set up was perfect as once the dancing started in the bar area, the non-dancers could stay in the dining room slightly offset of the bar area or enjoy the patio outside! We had so many compliments and it was a perfect venue for mixing and mingling with friends and family of all ages. The Lookout Mountain Club at Fairyland has helped me host so many memorable events! My wedding reception, my husband’s fortieth birthday, my husband’s office holiday party, my two daughters’ christening parties, and two showers- a bridal and baby. In all of those instances the club has provided a gorgeous backdrop, and the most intentional assistance whether working with just me or a team of vendors in transforming a space and bringing a vision to life. Three times they have helped me divert disaster- two times with a botched cake transport and once when we last minute needed a bartender even though that wasn’t the initial plan! They are adaptable, communicative, easy going, friendly, and I plan on using them for years to come!The Lookout Mountain Club's reply:

Our bridesmaids luncheon at the country club exceeded every expectation and truly set the tone for what would be an unforgettable wedding weekend. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this would be something special.
The club's stunning panoramic views provided the most breathtaking backdrop for our celebration. The world-class scenery created an atmosphere of elegance and serenity that had everyone in awe. It's rare to find such a beautiful setting that feels both sophisticated and welcoming.
What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff's outstanding service. Every team member was not only responsive to our needs but impressively proactive, anticipating what we might want before we even asked. Their attention to detail and genuine care for making our event perfect was evident in every interaction.
The entire setting was absolutely gorgeous, and the combination of impeccable service and those incredible views created the ideal atmosphere for celebrating with my closest friends before the big day. The club definitely delivered on creating a memorable experience that set the perfect stage for our special weekend.
I would highly recommend this venue for anyone looking to host an elegant, well-executed event in a truly spectacular location. It made our bridesmaids luncheon feel like the celebration it deserved to be.

Most beautiful venue in town!
It is easy to work with Shanelle. She has great ideas and fabulous communication skills. She worked well with all of our other vendors. The location is unbeatable. I highly recommend a Chattanooga Tent for dancing under the stars. People loved the beef tenderloin and salmon. The site was ready when our chairs and linens and tables arrived. We had a lovely cocktail hour on the outdoor patio, followed by an indoor reception in the ballroom. Staff was kind and courteous. Everything was arranged beautiful, from the flowers to the circular bar to the stage. Food was excellent. Very pleased with my decision to choose The Lookout Mountain Club as my wedding reception venue, and I recommend that others do the same! We absolutely loved having our wedding at the Fairyland Club! It is beautiful! Tammy is great to work with, and the chef accommodated our gluten free guests. It’s a great value! We would book again in a heartbeat! -

User5589729 Sent on 02/09/2013Enjoyed the Fairyland Club! One of the top venues in the Chattanooga, TN area in my opinion. The venue is amazing to say the least. The only issue with it is going to be the outside ceremonies being next to the road with traffic passing by occasionally, but that was hardly noticeable considering the uniqueness of the venue and other qualities. The biggest downside is the fact that they don't allow outside catering, which is a huge no. This doesn't allow lower budget brides to afford the place giving them a 3 star flexibility.
