A dream come true! Perfect venue
We had our wedding here back in September! It is an absolutely beautiful venue and the owners were so involved and very accommodating. They really helped make my day go by smoothly without any hiccups. I would Recommend to anyone and everyone!

Absolutely amazing venue! Everything we needed was made available to us. We even decided to change from an outdoor to an indoor wedding at the rehearsal (due to the heat), and the Luce’s walked us through it seamlessly. Everyone loved our venue! Would highly recommend!

Beautiful and Quaint
The Lodge on Red Oak Creek was perfect for our type of wedding and the setting was awesome. We had a small wedding of 60 people and was the right size. We were treated extremely well and all our small requests were met. I highly recommend this venue due the all the great spots for pictures and the option of being indoors or outdoors.

The Lodge on Red Oak was a very fortunate find that contributed greatly to an already incredible day! A Wedding Photographer’s Dream
This beautiful venue, tucked away a short drive south of Dallas, is the perfect spot for a rustic indoor/outdoor wedding. Our son and daughter-in-law chose the gazebo on the lake for the outdoor ceremony and held the reception indoors in the lodge. They were restricted to 50 indoor guests due to current conditions, but can accommodate many more outside in the front of the lodge and in the back patio area with another gazebo and fire pit. The night ended in a sparkler sendoff on the bridge spanning the creek. Our daughter-in-law had her dream wedding.
Kim and Caleb, the owners, were so accommodating answering our countless questions when they’d pop up, as well as numerous visits during the planning stages. By the time the wedding was over, we felt more like family than guests.

WOW, I LOVED this venue! Kim and Kaleb made our special day so wonderful! Due to COVID-19, my husband and I were looking for a small, intimate wedding style and we believed The Lodge would be a perfect spot that would be big enough for our party, but not so big that we would feel swallowed up by size. I felt like the hosts went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything and were always available for questions. They were kind and professional.
Highlights:
-Bride and Groom suites with jack/jill bathroom (perfect for getting ready)
-Accessibility to multiple TVs and outdoor sound system
-Ability to put outdoor lights up if you so desire
-Kitchen and buffet area, perfect for your food vendors
-Pretty outdoor setting for pictures; landscaping was perfect
Everything about the venue was perfectly set up. Kaleb was there day of to help wherever needed... I needed several things put up on the tv and on the groom's screen and he set that up for me without a hitch. Super thankful for the host's willingness to go above and beyond to help our day go smoothly. I would 100% recommend this venue.

I highly recommend Lodge at Red Oak Creek to all of my clients! This venue is the perfect setting for a quaint, intimate wedding, shower, family reunion, or birthday party. The landscaping is absolutely beautiful and creates a stunning backdrop for any photos. The staff is so attentive, flexible, experienced, and detail-oriented. Beautiful outdoor space and intimate indoors
This venue is absolutely gorgeous! The outdoor areas are beautiful for any kind of event; and the indoor space is warm and inviting. Great host/owner! Parking for about 80 vehicles (if I remember correctly). This is a must see if you are looking in this area! He hosts any and all events. It was a little further than we wanted to drive for the wedding, but we are keeping his info for further event needs.

The venue is absolutely beautiful from the cute little “gazebo” in front of a pond and beautiful landscaping to the rustic yet elegant log cabin reception area. We still have guests telling us how gorgeous it was! Kim and Kaleb were so wonderful to work with. They are such nice and genuine people rather than giving off the “strictly business” feel. They are very understanding and went above and beyond our expectations when it came to planning as well as the day of the wedding which Kaleb actually attended and helped throughout the whole night, making sure everything went how we wanted despite the rain in the morning! I would definitely recommend The Lodge on Red Oak Creek over and over again!!

Most beautiful venue
From the beginning that I spoke to Kim about their venue I knew it was going to be the perfect place to host my husband's 70th birthday party. Kim was so very nice and answered all of my questions and accommodated a quick appointment to go visit the venue. We found the venue breath taking as we drove in to see the venue. Inspite that it was raining and more rain was expected the weekend we booked the venue for Kim and Kelab assured us that they would work things out for us so our celebration would move forward. And they both did just that. Kim provided me with a vendor's list that set me up with everyone I needed. Kim always responded very quick to my emails or texts to answer any questions I had. The day before the event Kelab reached out to me confirming the arrangement of the tables and didn't mind making changes at all. The day of our event it rained but Kelab came through in setting up everything so beautifully. Our guests were so amazed at how beautiful the venue looked that they raved about it throughout the evening. My husband's 70th celebration was a hit and I owe it all to Kim and Kelab for making it all possible. The Lodge is our to go to venue should we need it for another special occasion. I highly recommend this venue to anyone that is looking to host a special event. Kim and Kelab are an awesome, amazing couple that will make sure you and your guests have a very memorable event as they did for us. Unforgettable for sure!!

From the very first meeting with Kim and Kaleb, we knew the Lodge on Red Oak Creek was where we were going to be married. We wanted to keep our wedding local, so we searched the internet for venues in our area and came across this truly hidden gem. Kim and Kaleb are total pros! They kept us informed every step of the way. We appreciated the constant communication we received and felt that they both truly cared and wanted us to have the best wedding possible. Not only are Kim and Kaleb amazing, but the scenery and landscape outdoors, as well as the lodge itself, is stunning and photographs very well. We love everything about this place! We wanted to give a super special shout out to Kaleb and Kim because the day of our wedding, we were in a torrential flood and tornado warning, but they kept their calm and prepared for our wedding as if nothing else mattered. Even when we changed plans because we had a window of opportunity to have our dream wedding outdoors, they never once argued or talked us into staying inside. They were by our side helping us set up, accommodating our needs every step of the way. Our wedding would not have gone as smoothly without them.

We fell in love with The Lodge on ROC at first sight. First impressions are everything and Kim and Kaleb made a lasting impression on us with their professionalism and warmth from our first meeting and throughout the entire process. This venue is absolutely breathtaking. The pond features mixed with the cabin feel and the overall openness of the venue was exactly what we were looking for. During the ceremony all of our guests were able to sit comfortably as well and there was still plenty of room if we needed it. The inside area is just as amazing as the outside, with plenty of space to eat and have a dance floor to dance the night away. And having that inside area with A/C was very much needed for a Texas wedding in June! And I can’t thank our hosts enough. Not only did they plan the entire wedding with us, Kaleb stayed around for the entire wedding just in case we needed anything and he drove all the guests that needed to, back and forth from the wedding site to the inside area on a golf cart. Overall just an amazing experience and we couldn’t have landed upon a greater venue.

This venue is amazing. I had my wedding here 5/5/18 and am so glad I did. The cost of this venue is affordable in comparison to other places in the DFW area and you get so much for what you pay for. The property is rural and breathtaking and doesn’t need a lot of decorations because it is gorgeous on its own.
Kim and Kaleb own the property and are flexible on everything. A lot of venues have so many restrictions in regards to food and vendors but Kim and Kaleb don’t. They are open to making whatever day you envision happen.
So many people have told me that my wedding was one of the prettiest they have ever been to! This is a direct reflection on The Lodge on Red Oak Creek.
I highly recommend this venue. You won’t be just another dollar to them and your wedding day will be special and you will feel that in every part of the planning down to the moment you leave on your wedding night.
This is a 5 star venue charging way less than a 5 star price!

They crushed it! That’s a million dollar venue, for not even close that in price. It is magazine quality scenery, the rooms are like hotels, the communication and helpfulness made us stress less and allowed us to enjoy every moment even though it went by in a flash. This place is so beautiful! We had our weeding here and we have nothing, but wonderful things to say. Kim and Kaleb are very helpful, great to work with, down to earth people. They had everything set up and ready for our wedding so all we had to do was decorate. The grounds are beautiful for photos, the ceremony site is amazing! During our wedding frogs were croaking, Hawks were flyer around, and a huge fish was swimming towards the top of the pond. The inside space is beautiful without even decorating! We loved the wooden beams inside. The getting ready rooms are perfect for any bridal party and quite large from other venues we looking at before. You will not be disappointed if you choose this venue!

I found this venue while doing a google search in need of something different within my budget for my baby shower celebration. The Lodge is a beautifully hidden gem! Every thing was beautiful from the landscape outside, to the Bridal and Grooms room, to the reception hall. Kim and her husband are very kind people who patient with us when we couldn't deside on a date and how we wanted to do the reception. She was helpful with vender selections and suggestions. By the time of our reception everything was clean, beautiful, and ran smoothly. We couldn't have picked a better place, I truly had my dream reception. Pictures doesn't do this place justice. You have to view this venue in person. From the time we went and checked the venue out in Aug or Sep 2016. Kalab and Kim Rocked everything. Being a same-sex couple you look at venues differently as not wanting to be judged or wondering if you are getting the best service that people have to offer. It was NEVER a doubt in my mind that we weren't being treated fairly. For that I'm grateful. There aren't enough words that can express how truly happy I am for selecting The Lodge on Red Oak Creek for everything that have done to make sure that our wedding day was one to remember. Kalab and Kim thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You were a God send. For any bride and groom looking for a great location with exceptional views of the great outdoors, this venue is for you! The wall-to-wall nature surrounding the lodge is nothing short of aesthetically pleasing. The natural beauty alone made it super simple for us to keep ceremony & reception decorations to a minimum so as not to take away from what all the venue truly has to offer. Kim & Kaleb Luce were very accommodating and responsive. They even went above and beyond to help the tent company setup the evening before and the morning of the wedding when it looked like we might be in for a bit of rain. Kim is an amazing asset for any future bride who feels overwhelmed with the planning process. I had an awesome experience with The Lodge. They respond very quickly, are extremely flexible, friendly and affordable. I would definitely recommend the venue (which I did and it was booked for a wedding).

Beautiful venue inside and out with lots of areas for pictures. The owners were awesome to work with, quick to respond and very attentive. They made sure everything was covered and were flexible with a change we made in timing for the day. They were very caring and made sure our day was special.

I absolutely love this venue and the owners! Pictures do not do this place justice. My wedding day was perfect. Both Kim and her husband went above and beyond anything I could ever ask for to make my day wonderful.

We seriously do not have enough good things to say about this venue and its owners. Leading up to, the day of, and even after our wedding, Kim and Kaleb were incredibly accommodating and helpful. The ceremony and reception locations were beautiful and well kept and made the wedding more than magical. This was the happiest day of our lives and we wouldn’t have wanted to have this experience anywhere else!

Kim and Kaleb were absolutely amazing! I would 100% recommend them to other couples looking for a beautiful outdoor and indoor space. We had some rain the day before our wedding and they were prepared with a backup plan and ready to do whatever needed to be done to make our wedding as wonderful as I had imagined. They delivered. Luckily we were able to have the ceremony outside still, and had a beautiful reception indoors and on the covered porch. The weather even cooperated and we were able to have the paper lantern send off I had been dreaming of for years. If you're looking for a venue with people who actually care about you and your special day, definitely check them out. It felt like having 2 more family members at our wedding.

I can't say enough good things about this venue. The location is great and the entire setup is just beautiful for an outdoor or indoor wedding or any other event. This venue location is absolutely stunning. The owners, Kim and Kaleb, are amazing people and worked very hard to ensure that our event went great and helped in many ways to make sure everything went great. The owners are very responsive to questions and assisting with vendor referrals. I would highly recommend this place. A++++

Hidden gem in our back yard! Kim & Kaleb are very approachable and accommodating. Awesome indoor/outdoor venue that would give any big city venue a run for its money. If you've not yet found a venue, The Lodge on Red Oak Creek is worth the the time to stop in and look.

The venue was very beautiful and spacious for my baby shower. The owners were nice and friendly and accommodating. I would use them again for future events.
