My husband and I were guests at a wedding that recently took place at Brothers Cove Lodge. The property is beautiful and really captures that rustic mountain feel. The views from inside the lodge and the grounds are stunning! However, the event team that was in charge of the entire wedding really impressed us. Everything ran so smoothly and everyone was so professional. My'Ly who is the Event Director there has a great team working for her. I couldn't believe how much everything just flowed effortlessly.
One of the best weddings we've ever been to.

Brothers Cove was the perfect venue for our wedding on 10/7/22! We traveled all the way from Ohio to have our wedding there! Us and our family/guests stayed in cabins on the property as well. Very good customer service & everyone was very helpful with the venue itself too! I would definitely recommend having your wedding there, especially in the fall! -

Our wedding at Brother's Cove was everything we hoped it would be and more. Jana did an excellent job of implementing our vision and took care of details we'd never have thought of. The day of our wedding ran unbelievably smoothly thanks to the organization of Jana and the rest of the team. We are so glad we trusted Jana to take care of the nitty gritty planning and decorating so that we were able to have a stress-free wedding that we were able to just sit back and enjoy. Of course, the venue was gorgeous and so convenient for our guests who all stayed in the Brother's Cove cabins. Highly recommend!!! -

I got married at The Lodge on June 4th, 2022. I couldn't be happier with the experience! We went with the "all-inclusive" package and Jana Harmon was my primary point of contact and planner. With the package, we had the planner, catering, florals, decor, cake, DJ and officiant included (with an added-on bartender and shuttle service). Being an out of town bride, this made wedding planning so easy.
Jana and her design team nailed the decorations, everything was beautiful! The florals and bouquets were perfect, the cake was delicious and perfect, and all my guests kept saying that the food was delicious!
We had an outside ceremony and inside reception with cocktail hour outside on the lawn. The planner had great recommendations for how to make everything 'flow,' and the day was very smooth. Our entire bridal party stayed at a large cabin on site, and about 70 of our guests stayed on site as well. So the shuttle service was amazing to get everyone to and from the wedding!
With about 90 guests, we felt very comfortable in the space. We used recommended vendors for the photographer/videographer/hair and makeup, and they were also amazing (Shane Hawkins Photography, Studio Motion Films and Bangs and Blush Studio). Overall, we were so happy with our special day. The DJ (DJ TRAXX) kept everyone on the dance floor for hours! Everything was so fun, stress free, and wonderful! For the price, I feel like it was worth it 100%. I couldn't recommend this venue more for a beautiful mountain wedding! -

3M creative consultant were amazing in every way. From start to finish, they handled every detail with a calm professionalism and delivered an absolutely picture perfect wedding. Even managing to arrange for a surprise cameo appearance of not one, but 2 bears, at exactly the perfect time to appear in picture with the bride and groom (as the bride requested)! Myly Christopher and the entire team were consummate professionals throughout the entire process and very detail was delivered to perfection. Highly recommend! -

I'd like give major credit to My'ly with 3m creative consultants. My'ly manages 3m and the lodge at brothers cove. This woman played a MAJOR roll in helping make sure Kevin and I got married this past Thursday at the venue at Greenbriar estates. This woman who didn't know me from Adam who was not my wedding planner who I never paid a dime to for her services helped my wedding planner in every aspect of making March 31 22 perfect in every way. She went as far as paying additional money out of her pocket to make sure we had our amazing day. The kindness and generosity this woman has shown us has just blown my mind. Thank you My'ly for doing something so amazing for our day. The lodge will always hold a special place in my heart for its breathtaking beauty but above all for My'ly and the kindness she had shown us during this crazy time. -

I have had a wonderful experience with 3M Creative Consultants, specifically, Myly Christopher. Myly was recommended to me by Rothchild Catering when I was trying to decide on a venue for our wedding in July. For various reasons, The Lodge at Brothers Cove did not work out for us, however, Myly went above and beyond with helping us find another venue. She has always been prompt and patient with replies to my millions of questions. Myly has offered awesome suggestions and is just a delightful person to know. She has been very professional and is extremely knowledgeable with all aspects of wedding planning. Myly Christopher is a class act and gets a 5 star review from us! -

The 3M team did an amazing job making all of our hopes and dreams a reality. We had been working with Jana for a few years leading up to our date on 10/28/21 and all of her recommendations were amazing! She paired us with the best vendors who fit our style perfectly! She also made things so simple for us. We truly could not have asked for a better wedding - it was a dream come true. All of our guests had a wonderful time and said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. I HIGHLY recommend the 3MCC team! -

Jana is amazing and went above and beyond to help us in every way, from designing the wedding to being a day-of coordinator. She was always quick to answer messages and made our wedding day perfect. We 100% recommend using this team, they are incredible! -

The team at The Lodge at Brother's Cove was absolutely amazing! The event director, Myly Christopher, is so creative and will help take your ideas and turn them into something even more! Not only that, but she was a fantastic communicator. She kindly gave me her phone number, and any time I would text her, she would get back to me within a few hours! The same goes for our wedding day coordinator Jana. She was very good about communicating with us whenever she had a question, or if I needed some clarification, she would get back to me as soon as possible. Also, they are extremely flexible. My wedding was originally scheduled for May 16, 2020, but due to the pandemic, we decided to push the wedding back. Myly was there every step of the way and offered my different wedding dates at no additional charge. We were able to get married on June 6, 2020! The day was beautiful and the views from the ceremony space and reception lodge were breathtaking! If you're looking for a scenic venue with views to wow your guests, this is the place for you. It makes for fantastic pictures, especially during sunset. The only drawback to this venue is that it is located at the top of a mountain with limited parking. However, the staff offers a shuttle bus that you can purchase to transport guests during your entire wedding until the end of the day. We decided to use the shuttle and we heard it was very convenient and the driver was super polite. If I did my wedding all over again, I would still choose to have it at The Lodge at Brother's cove! I highly recommend this venue and its staff. -

3M Creative Consultants through the help of Jana was the best decision I could have ever made for my wedding day. Not only is this venue amazing but the value is just as great! We had a beautiful outdoor ceremony on August 3rd, 2019 and as the most unorganized bride I think there ever was Jana made sure it went off without a hitch. The communication was easy and relaying my ideas and thoughts on what I wanted and then giving some creative control over to Jana she was able to go above and beyond my expectations.
I could not recommend getting married here more highly, its a beautiful location that you can make intimate and stay on location. The location offers shuttle services to the wedding and everything you could think of in between. It really is a one top shop in terms of ceremony, reception, and lodging. Jana and her team were amazing and made the most unorganized bride also not a stressed bride. It was everything I could have imagined and more and you will be sorry if you don't make this your wedding destination! -

We could not have picked a better venue and planner for our dream wedding. Jana was always available to answer my questions and made every possible thing that we wanted come to life, even more beautifully than we envisioned. The venue is so gorgeous inside and out that we weren't even upset that we had to move the ceremony inside due to the weather (and Jana was so flexible letting us make that call at the last possible second). The services provided, from the ceremony musicians to the catering to the DJ, were phenomenal. If you're looking for a perfect Smoky Mountain wedding, look no further than the Lodge at Brothers Cove and the team at 3m Creative Consultants. -

This review is way overdue, but I cannot forget how wonderful our experience was at the Lodge and with this amazing team! We got married at Brother’s Cove last year and Jana was our planner. I was very nervous at first at the thought of planning our wedding all the way from Alaska, but everything turned out absolutely perfect! From day one, Jana was so responsive and attentive to our needs and desires. I simply sent her a few inspiration photos, had a few phone and email conversations with her, and she brought my wedding dreams to life! Also, all the vendors that they work with are absolutely amazing, from the chef, the DJ, bartenders, florists, baker, and even the shuttle service! Not to mention the venue..the pictures of this place do not do it justice! The views of the mountains are spectacular and the Lodge itself is STUNNING! The first time I walked in, my jaw dropped! Our guests also could not stop commenting on how beautiful the venue was and how nicely everything was decorated. If you are thinking about having your wedding here, do it! You will not regret it! Our guests had such an incredible time and we had the wedding of our dreams! Thank you 3M Creative Consultants! -

The Lodge is the perfect venue for your ceremony and reception. The cabins at the Brother's Cove Property are the perfect accommodations for wedding guests. Everyone stayed on the property the entire weekend, we even hired a chef to come to our cabin for our rehearsal dinner.
Jana is an absolute gift and her team at 3M Creative Consultants are amazing. Jana’s communication throughout the entire planning process was incredible. We could not imagine our wedding process without Jana and her team. They handle EVERYTHING and every detail you didn’t even know you needed. The rehearsal and wedding went so smoothly and our guests had a night they will never forget. Although our wedding was only a few days ago, we have had so many people tell us how amazing everything was. The vendors they use are outstanding. From our food, flowers, decorations, bartenders, DJ, guitarist, cake/cupcakes and officiant-everything was more perfect than we could have imagined. I sent Jana pictures of decoration, flower, cake, and table setting ideas and she knocked it out of the park. We were blown away with everything. Thank you, Jana and the awesome ladies of 3M Creative Consultants, for planning our dream destination wedding. Our wedding was PERFECT! -

Throughout the entire planning process, MyLy made it fun an easy. I’ve experienced so many of my friends stressed, days and weeks before their weddings and I got to miss out on all of that thanks to MyLy. On the day of, we had unexpected rain, right at the time of my ceremony and MyLy and Jana went ABOVE and beyond BEYOND to set up our ceremony inside. They flipped in and made it beautiful in a matter of minutes. That, alone, is priceless. Their attention to details through or decor is indescribable and everything they offered (food, floral, music, cake, etc). met or exceeded expectation. You will not regret choosing TLBC and 3M. They left everything open for what I wanted, with little details that I wasn't particular with, completely taken care of. The food was AMAZING! The pictures were beautiful! The day of coordination really let us enjoy the day with no pressure on us or our families. Extend your time because the DJ kept it hoppin'. I just wanted to that we had planned on an outdoor ceremony and about 2 pm we had to move it inside. Went off without a hitch and the lodge is so beautiful with the huge windows for the gorgeous view. -

My husband and I had our wedding at the Lodge at Brother's Cove and 3M Creative Consultants helped plan our special day. I can't say enough good things about how well everything turned out. I am a very detail-oriented person and Myly and Amy went above and beyond to make my vision come to life! Myly has so many connections in the industry and can do just about anything you could think of for planning a wedding. The only advice I would give is make sure you order extra food if you want your guests to have seconds. Even though it is “buffet style”, there are still servers pre-portioning food for all your guests. Aside from that, everything else was perfect. I would highly recommend The Lodge and 3M Creative Consultants to anyone looking to plan a wedding in the Smoky Mountains! -

Intimate cute place!
The venue is gorgeous, intimate, and off the beaten path a bit. The lodge is only reservable for one wedding a night. The coordinators are very helpful and very good with communication when I had a question. They have a small kitchen so they cater in food and bakery items like cake. The food was delicious and I’m pretty picky so I was happy about that. They offered a cake tasting in which I drove down (10-11hours) one weekend off to taste the cake. I hated it. Because of their contracted people they have an “umbrella” of vendors they use. The coordinator would not tell me who anyone was and wanted to do all the communicating, ok fine but when I hate the cake tell me who it is so I don’t waste my time wandering the town looking for a different baker. I didn’t have time to try all these bakers. Anyways she had the baker make a faux 3 layer cake exactly how I wanted and the cake cutting piece wasn’t that bad on the day (idk why the tasting was so bad) we catered in Nothing bundt cake and their was no problem with that. The coordinators helped cleaned up and got all my stuff in a friends car. Overall I was super happy and pleased with the entire experience -

Carol Sent on 01/20/2018We had a beautiful wedding! Jana did a great job planning! Everything was what I wanted! The reception was beautiful and the DJ was awesome! The only thing I would recommend if you’re getting married here, is hire your own photographer. The photographer was a little cheesy, shot quickly, and was borderline obnoxious. I’m thankful we had Hired our own photographer. Other than that we had a great experience!

Melissa Sent on 11/12/2017If the review was strictly about the setting, I would give them 6 stars if I could! We had our wedding here a few weeks ago and it’s just absolutely gorgeous! The views and the lodge really make it a dream wedding. All of our guests keep raving about how beautiful it was :)
Now behind the scenes is the planning and coordinating with the venue employees. From the onset of the booking they were beyond complicated. Every question I had was always answered with “no” and then several added complications that caused me stress. Instead of helping through the process, they just added more and more obstacles. They definitely do not like DIY brides and do not offer a helping hand whatsoever.
The worst part was that the night of our wedding they began stressing out our wedding planner, telling her that if we were not our by midnight they would charge us $250. We had an issue with transportation which caused a delay. My husband and I were already in panic mode and they did nothing to help. Instead they were shoving us out at 12 and telling us we had to drive the trash down. I wish they would have just had some empathy for us on our wedding day. We spent the last hour of our wedding helping move things out of the lodge.
If you book this place, mentally prepare yourself that you will not have their help and that they will add complications to the vision that you have in mind. But again, the views are to die for.

Well, I don't even know where to begin. My original review was disputed because they don't like what I have to say about my experience.
I have to start off with the fact that you can't argue how beautiful the views are at this venue. But I can't say it's worth it when you have to deal with extremely unprofessional "coordinators". One specific person was Amber. She was the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. She was extremely rude to every single person involved in my wedding. I wasn't even supposed to have her as my coordinator, no one was, but she was still added to the schedule. The dispute on my original post was disputed so she does not have any bad reviews. I made a google review and within 24 hours after that post, she had more than 11 people, not even remotely close to the time of my rental of the lodge, comment on their experience with her. If that doesn't scream unprofessional and shady right there, I don't know what does.
I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about My'Ly, who was my main point of contact and original person I spoke with. She was unaware of the interactions I had with Amber. Amber almost ruined my entire wedding with how rude she was to everyone. We only rented to venue, she was not even supposed to be around other than to unlock the venue and lock it up. She waited at the bottom of the gate to watch my husband and I leave so that she could go lock up, whether or not we still had guests and family using the facility we paid for until midnight. We left at 9:30 pm and she then proceeded to lock up telling my mom that she was not the one who signed the contract. This was absolutely uncalled for. We called asking about where the trash was to be put and she said that's when she headed back to the venue but she was already waiting at the gates. I could go on and on with all of the unprofessionalism and rudeness and stress Amber caused to my day, but I am honestly trying to put it in the past. I have great pictures and my family and wedding party decorated beautifully, but Amber almost ruined my special day.
