The wedding I always dreamed of.

We threw our wedding together in a little over two months. I absolutely loved this venue and we used all the cabins which made it nice for out of town guests and bridal party!!

The Wedding Venue

Excellent venue!! Offers a lot such as cabins for the day, with multiple options to get married at! This gave me the rustic venue I was hoping for!

Kendra is truly incredible and The Lodge at Bridal Creek exceeded our expectations. The venue is so beautiful and full of so much charm! We loved it!

We loved this venue so much! It was full of so many incredible photo opportunities. The space is beautiful and perfectly complimented our special day. We could not have imagined a better place to get married!

The Lodge at Bridal Creek

I truly can’t recommend The Lodge at Bridal Creek enough. Between COVID-19 and state restrictions, the Lodge was extremely flexible and understanding when my June wedding had to be postponed. No hassle, no new contracts, just true honest people who want to do the best for their brides.
The space at Bridal Creek is why I decided to book with them. The reception hall is large, and there was so much room for my guests to feel comfortable. Having an extra room just for food helped leave space for reception fun.
They had set up my tables, & chairs how I asked which made our day easier & clean up quicker. It was so comforting to know that through everything with Covid I never had to worry about my venue and they helped make my new date so much better than I could have imagined! Thank you again Bridal Creek for everything!

Great Experience

Our wedding was perfect and it’s in part because of this venue! There are cabins on site which was very important for me because I had most of my guests from out of state. Kendra was amazing to work with and she consistently answered my questions and provided help for all our needs, she went above and beyond. Their pond and landscape made for beautiful pictures for my bridals and wedding party. I would highly recommend Bridal Creek to anyone in need of a venue for any event!

Wedding Dreams Come True

Amazing Day, Thank you B.C.! I cannot even explain how wonderful our big day was, the venue owners went above and beyond to make sure every need was met and even went on PIZZA RUN when we ran out of food at the end of the night. Hands down best place ever!

The lodge at bridle creek was an absolute dream venue! Gorgeous scenic views just minutes away from downtown tulsa! You get the best of both worlds! They did all the work for us. Told us about all the best venders! I wouldn’t change a thing!

The venue is beautiful. If you're looking for somewhere you can use your own vendors, THIS IS THE PLACE! I picked my own caterer, cake place, linen company, and officiate. Very little restrictions. Even was able to plug in my own music into their system. Absolutely amazing.

Beautiful setting for an outdoor wedding with an air conditioned lodge for the reception or have both indoors. Cheryl and Kenny were so great to work with. They are organized and let you know right up front how they want their facility cared for. We appreciated the well cared for beautiful venue to hold our wedding at. We loved having the 12 cabins for guests to stay at. We all enjoyed sitting outside the night before the wedding. Very close to Tulsa but you felt like you were in rural Oklahoma.

Bridle creek is the most beautiful place to get married. Cheryl is the BEST! She recommended all our vendors and we couldn't of been happier. The scenery at bridle creek is breathatking. We were able to capture some amazing pictures. I will tell all of my firends about The Lodge at Bridle creek.

This venue was the most PERFECT venue for our wedding. It is absolutely beautiful and the views are breathtaking. We got a TON of compliments from out of town guests that just could not believe how beautiful the place was. Having someone help you with the table arrangements is awesome and very resourceful. Cheryl knew exactly what to do and where to put things so it would fit perfectly. Being able to come to the venue that morning and the table and chairs be set up already is really a big deal. We had to rent smaller chairs because way more people decided to come then what we thought. But, she even set those up for us too. There was a couple of times when the mother of bride was panicking and she couldn't reach Cheryl. But it's completely understandable because it's a family business. Not a corporate chain trying to take money away from people. They built a beautiful building on their personal property for future brides after their daughter got married. They wanted to build a venue that didn't have over a million rules and didn't have staff breathing over your shoulder, let you bring what ever kind of food and alcohol you wanted there without paying the $100 a plate at other places that require you to use their catering. The cabins were adorable. I had some requests from family that wished the beds were bigger, but they aren't a franchise hotel either. It was perfect. I loved everything about it.

Beautiful place!! It is the perfect place to have an outdoor or indoor wedding. The views were wonderful! They were also very helpful to make our day perfect!

We got married at Bridle Creek in October. The lodge is amazing and Cheryl was so great! The lodge is huge and everyone just loved the rustic feel and thought the building was so cute. They also have 12 cabins to rent right next to the lodge and that was extremely helpful for our out-of-town guests and for those who wanted to stay late to party with us and not have to drive back home. The cabins are very cute and clean and it was really awesome to just walk down the lane to our room after the reception.

I would definitely recommend Bridle Creek to anyone who is looking for a rustic, affordable and adorable place to get married.

Cheryl was awesome and very sweet! It was the perfect place to have our wedding! It snowed a few days prior and it couldn't have been more beautiful up on top of the hill looking out over the ranch. Totally worth it!

I had a great experience using The Lodge at Bridle Creek. Cheryl was excellent to work with and was so enthusiastic with every meeting. They Lodge is great with plenty of space and accommodations. We took advantage of all the tables and chairs they have available for use and catered in our choice of food vendor. Cheryl was a great help the day of all our tables and chairs were set up how we had planned according to the map we printed out from the website- this saved us a ton of time and stress. I loved The Lodge and the view from the top of the hill is incredible.
We would definitely recommend The Bridle Creek for any event!

From the moment I arrived at Bridle Creek, I knew that it was my perfect venue! Gorgeous location and exactly what I wanted. After I started talking with the staff, it almost seemed like a dream come true! Cheryl (sorry if I spell your name wrong!) and the other ladies (and men for that matter!) were so, so helpful. Great value for the price. One thing I would say, however, is make sure you read the contract very well. I had no problems because I read and re-read it over and over, but I think some people misunderstand it somehow. However, that was not a problem for me! I knew there would be events during my rehearsal and a rehearsal during my set-up time, so I was all good! I highly encourage every bride to check out Bridle Creek! If you're looking for a laid-back setting close to Tulsa, I don't think you can get much better than this.

First of all, Bridle Creek is a beautiful place to have a wedding/party. The owners are amazing, sweet people. Kendra was extremely helpful in referring vendors to us. Also, they are flexible. We decided we may need more time during our reception, so the day before the wedding we booked an additional 2 hours. We ended up not using those hours & were refunded the extra money a few days after the reception when our security deposit was returned. Something we really loved was we could be as loud as we wanted & no one cared. Thank you Bridle Creek, our wedding was spectacular & we love how easy going you all are & nice. You made a stressful day easier. Oh & the cabins were great since no one had to drive home after & could spend the night. We love you guys!!!! We will have more parties out there for sure! I would highly recommend it!

Our wedding doesn't take place until Oct. 31st, 2010 - It's three weeks before my wedding, and I should be stressed, right? Well I'm not. I'm excited,and ready to be married, but stressed doesn't enter into the picture. I looked at several places before discovering Bridle Creek, and I have no doubt that this is the perfect place for us! After talking with other venues, and meeting with resistance to our Sunday evening ceremony, and getting flat out rude comments about the Halloween date, Kendra & her mother have been just the opposite and are wonderful! We had one little scheduling miscommunication when meeting with the DJ, but it wasn't a big deal. Kendra has been so easy to work with, and has been so helpful in the delivery schedules. We've booked the South Lodge & outdoor area for the entire day, so we should have plenty of time to set up, and we are paying their fee for them to clean up afterwards. Kendra was very clear about the services & times they provide and the cost. Planning this has been so easy because I know that they will back me up and help if any emergency comes about. I'll review again after the big day !!

My daughter was married there two years ago. (09/20/08) Our experience with the owners and managers was great. The place is perfect and very clean. They give you everything you pay for. That is the trick, if you want more than you are willing to pay for you won't be happy here or anywhere else. It's a business... just like every other place.
Kendra and her mother responded to my phone calls and inquiries in a timely fashion and were very pleasant to work with.
Overall we found the set up to be everything we needed. We used the main hall for the wedding, then did an outdoor cocktail hour while the caterers switched the room over for the reception. It worked out perfectly.. of course the nice weather helped.
Our family and friends were thrilled with the wedding. Several of her friends commented that it was the best wedding they had ever been to.
We rented all of the cabins for the bridal party and out of town guests and everyone was thrilled with them.
We opted to clean the place ourselves rather than pay to have it done... it's a mistake I will not make again,(too much work on tired feet) however, they returned our deposit within a week just like they said they would.
I would have a million weddings at this place and never think twice about it and I would pay them a fortune to clean it!!! I loved working with them, they were awesome.... and extremely helpful!

I looked at a million venues it felt like! Many before Bridle Creek and many after. I just kept going back to it in my head. It was great on the price. It was absolutely beautiful for our wedding. Simple but elegant. You can dress it up as much or as little as you want. Every single guest was amazed with the quality of the space, as well were we. Several of my friends have said they want to have their wedding there as well. Kendra was so great to asnswer all of my questions quickly. I really felt like I had personal service with her! I strongly recommend renting the cabins or a cabin the night of the wedding. They were so great and it will give you special (close) place to spend your anniversary later.

This venue is gorgeous! The staff is wonderful, always willing to do anything they can to help make your event run as smoothly as possible. This was the first and last venue I looked at. I immediately knew it was the one and couldn't have been happier with my decision.

Bridle Creek was the perfect place for my wedding! I absolutely loved it and everything turned out wonderful. We just used bridle creek for our wedding ceremony and reception. It was amazing! The venue is beautiful. We also stayed in the cabins for 2 nights which was perfect. They cabins are not fancy, but they are cute and comfortable. This venue was the perfect place for our wedding.

The venue was everything we wanted. It fit our personalities to a "t". It is set in beautiful rolling hills with a sunset that was to die for! The price was nice and the fact that outside catering was allowed saved us a lot of money. I liked having 12 cabins on site where people could stay after the event within walking distance. We were offered a deal if we purchased five rooms in advance we could get the 6th half off and if we purchased 11 in advance we got the 12th free. Cheryl was my contact person and she was very good about answering questions promptly. I would recommend this venue over and over again!

Bridle Creek is such a great place to have a wedding. Cheryl and Kenny are amazing to work with and try to accommodate you as much as possible. They have several rules and take them very seriously, but that is why this venue continues to be so beautiful.

In Love with The Lodge

We LOVED The Lodge at Bridal Creek and would highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for a venue that can be boho, rustic, and country all at the same time! They have ample locations for ceremony set up, the large ballroom is great for small or big crowds, and the cabins out back make for a perfect way to end the night! There were two reasons I didn't give a full five stars, but these are strictly my views and don't want them to be misconstrued. -- When we did our grand exit and got to our cabin, the A/C was not on, so it felt like we were walking into a sauna and had to open doors and put the unit on full blast to get the air circulating to be even comfortable enough to be in there. I also wish they would allow the wedding party to arrive earlier. My bridesmaids and I arrived at noon and were extremely pressed on time to get ready, which led to not getting all of the photos that we wanted/planned on.

This place is absolutely beautiful-no doubt about it! It is out in the country in a beautiful setting, the decor inside is very charming, and it was the perfect backdrop for our wedding. I would recommend to future brides booking this venue to book on a Saturday (we booked a Sunday to save on cost, and the way it is rented only allowed for us to have access two hours prior to our wedding start time-we ended up paying extra to get in an hour earlier because I was totally stressed since we did all the decorating ourselves, and Cheryl was super sweet and really worked with me to make that happen) BUT I only mention that because I booked so far in advance, and didn't think about two hours to decorate being a problem until closer to the date, when I just started to stress out! So this is something to think about, future-brides :) Saturday is the best day for a wedding anyway (for out of town guests to travel, etc). We opted to do our own clean up at the end of the night to save money again, and it was really not bad at all-we had a ton of help and it got done really fast. Again, make sure this is something you want to do, and if it's not-the Lodge staff will do the clean up for you for a small fee. They are really helpful and we enjoyed our wedding :)

I thought bridle creek was so beautiful and would be perfect for my wedding and it was except for the fact that the day i went to book it we asked the lady (the owner) if she didnt have the place booked the night befor our wedding if we could come in to decorate for my wedding and she said "oh sure thats no problem as long as we dont have it booked" and then her daughter came in and i mentioned it to her (i guess her daughter runs the show her name is Kendra) and she was like " you cant come in and decorate unless you book it for both nights" she would have rather let me scramble around on my wedding day to get ready and decorate all befor my five o'clock ceremony then to let me come in and decorate the night befor (as long as noone had booked it) what a heffer, BUT it was beautiful and my wedding planner REALLLLLY came to my rescue and decorated for me, my point is totally like the mother that owns it nicest person ever her daughter on the other hand well i think you know how i feel about her.

Very easy to work with as long as your extremely nice and understanding. The thing that would have changed my mind was the placement of the arbor. I didn't want big green roofs in all of my wedding pictures so my dad build an arbor for me.

I have always been in love bridle creek and swore up and down that I would have my wedding there. But like the planner and critic that I am I decided since my day has finally come that I should read and do a little bit more research on the place and I have to say that the few reviews that were honest and explained their problems and how the "Bridle Creek" Handled the situation I do not find professional at all. It amazes me that someone who is running such a busy and eventful business would take time out of their day to be so derogatory to a paying customer. A review is for people like me who are looking to make sure that "Their" day is as perfect as can be and if something is wrong with it then the review is where we express how that business conducted themselves and the situation and it amazes me how much they had to say about a few reviews. It does not show much professionalism. So sorry you all had a bad experience and that you were not aloud to express your experience.

If i had known how ridiculous the owner was I would have picked a different venue

The air conditioning was on the fritz and went completely out the day of the wedding. The venue was miserable hot causing the cake to melt hair and makeup to be ruined and people left early due to the heat. It was July and 100 plus degrees. Attempted to get a partial refund and owners chose not to respond to emails and multiple phone calls. Poor customer service in regards to a problem resolution

The lady that runs this place is hateful and unprofessional. Long story short, we placed a deposit 9 months before the wedding date, ran into some financial trouble a month later with helping with hospital and funeral costs for my grandpa who fell ill suddenly. Told Cheryl we would not be able to afford it due to the circumstances, asked if there was any way we could get our deposit back, she reluctantly agreed to half but only if someone re-rented our date. 3 months before the wedding I asked if anyone had re-rented it yet, she said no and was hateful when I asked how I could go about getting the money back (was willing to work it off), at that point I didn’t think anyone would rent it, she didn’t help me with re-renting it. Someone finally re-rented it a month or two before the wedding, she refunded part of the deposit but not the full half as promised. I am writing this to let all the future brides out there know to not sign a contract unless you know 100% that you can afford the place you are renting even if life throws you some financial curveballs. Not everyone is kind and generous. Some are money hungry and don't care about the financial well-being of others.

I am looking at reception venues and came across this one, it is very pretty and I was def considering it.....until I read the reviews section. It wasn't the few ngative reviews that turned me off , (i could care less what only a couple ppl thought) the HUGE turnoff, and reason I will not be considering this venue now, was the responses to those negative reviews from bridal creek. It came off, in my opinion,extremely immature and unprofessional to even respond with anything other than an apology that they weren't satisfied. I guess I would just like to deal with a company that isn't so prideful as to do something petty like that. Sorry if this is offensive, but I just wanted to maybe shed some light on how that type of thing comes across to potential customers.

I have never met a more unprofessional group of individuals. I had several issues during my rental time on my wedding day and when I told the owner about them she hung up on me. When I arrived to the venue the day of my wedding there were dozens of beer cans in the parking lot, chairs were not set up at the reception tables which caused my guests to have to bring their own chairs from the ceremony to the table (how embarrassing!) and the sound system did not work due to something being turned off in a LOCKED closet which when someone finally got there to fix the issue it was too late to play any of the pre-ceremony music and my wedding started late. I was also refused an apology and any form of compensation for these issues. I provided this same review on Bridle Creek's review page on Facebook and they quickly removed the Review tab after their unprofessional response was received with negative comments from other patrons. I WOULD NOT recommend using Bridle Creek for ANY event!!!
