We had my daughter’s wedding here. We had zero issues. Everything went fantastic! The barn is beautifully decorated to begin with, but also has extra decorations to customize to what you want. And Tom and Cherry were very accommodating and very helpful. We couldn’t have asked for more. -

Our photographer was able to capture the first kiss as a married couple under a beautiful tree with a gentle breeze.
After your ceremony your guests experience a dramatic magical reveal when the doors are open to soaring ceilings, elegant lighting and thoughtfully planned decorations.
At night fairy lights light up the tree, glowing barn and string lights create a warm, cozy and magical atmosphere for your guests.
There will never be enough words to describe how amazing Cherry and Tom are and just how beautiful this venue truly is.....
Every guest keeps telling us it was the most incredible place to have a wedding it is magical. It is a place you would dream of getting married a real-life fairytale experience.

My son and his bride were married here just a week ago and my friends and family are still talking about how beautiful and charming this venue is!! The owners helped us so much with set up and tear down and were so quick to respond to questions. One of the best features is they only do one wedding per weekend so we were also able to have the rehearsal dinner there as well! We were able to set up beginning at noon on Friday and then finish cleaning up (which the owners personally helped us with) on Sunday. It was an absolutely wonderful experience and our son had a guys hangout space for he and his groomsmen to get ready in, while our daughter in law had a bridal suite as well a connected space for her bridesmaids and mom to spend time together and get dressed on the big day. There were so many picture opportunities on the grounds and the barn is in pristine condition with a little area where you can borrow decor that others have donated from past events! Our family recommends this place 100%!! The Little Red Barn of Nunica was the perfect setting for their fairytale wedding! -

The BEST Wedding venue in Michigan!
If you're looking for a barn wedding with an option for an outdoor ceremony, The Little Red Barn is the venue for you!! We were able to book the whole weekend for set up, ceremony/reception and clean up the day after. The BEST part, they clean up for you! You just have to pick up your valuables the next day.
Very affordable and the most genuine venue owners you'll ever meet!

The Little Red Barn of Nunica is the best place to get hitched!
First of all, Tom and Cherry are amazing hosts! The venue is beautifully decorated with tons of lights. Their stash of decorations in the loft saved us so much money! I had my wedding at this venue back in June. Cherry was absolutely amazing to work with from the beginning. Her tours are very thorough and informative. She also gave us tons of suggestions for vendors. Anytime I reached out to Cherry, she responded almost immediately. She was accommodating and let me bring my family to the venue after booking and we went a couple other times before the wedding to get a better idea of what to expect and how to decorate everything. Cherry has so much stuff that she allows her customers to use. I loved the 3 day weekend. Friday I was able to spend the whole day decorating without any rush or hassle. The day of was wonderful. She was so helpful with guests and I didn't have to worry about a thing on the day of. Cherry and Tom are amazing hosts and they really give you the best experience. It was nice that we can bring our own vendors. Meaning, we got to use the beautiful space, but keep the wedding to exactly how we wanted it.
I had almost 200 guests and I had so many compliments and people saying how amazing Cherry and Tom were. You won't be disappointed using this venue for your special day! -

Tom and Cherry have an amazing venue! They were very accommodating, letting us visit a couple of times to make sure we had everything set. They provided great recommendations for vendors and had tons of decor to use! The venue is beautiful and we loved that we were able to have our rehearsal dinner on site. They also offer clean up services, which helped immensely since we left on our honeymoon the next day. ABSOLUTELY recommend doing the flight in to the ceremony if weather allows. All of our guests have said this was the best part of the day. Recommend this venue 100%! -

Dream Wedding Destination
While planning my wedding since last year Cherry Schmidt from The Little Red Barn has been amazing! It has always been a dream of mine to have an outdoor, barn wedding. Cherry was very professional, kind, and extremely helpful during the entire process. We had a Halloween themed wedding and we were encouraging our guest to dress in costumes and Cherry even dressed up for our big day! I highly recommend the Little Red Barn. -

I had my wedding at The Little Red Barn of Nunica this weekend and it was nothing short of wonderful. This barn and the land it is situated on is absolutely breathtaking from the luscious lawn for the ceremony cite all the way down to the beautiful landscaping with blooming flowers, not to mention the collection of vintage decor all throughout the barn. Our guests did not stop raving about the beauty of this venue all night. The amazing owners, Tom and Cherry, could not have been more helpful and attentive starting before we booked all the way to our wedding day. If we could do it over again there isn’t anything I would change! If you are considering hosting your wedding here, DO IT!! -

I cannot thank Cherry and Tom enough for everything they did to make my daughter's day perfect. My daughter and now husband only looked at one venue, the Little Red Barn. From their first contact with Cherry, to their first visit they knew this was the place. You can tell Cherry loves what she does and has thought of everything and Tom loves and is proud of the history of the Little Red Barn that has been in his family for generations. Cherry is very organized, kind and flexible, had great suggestions and I really liked the loft that is filled with a lot of supplies that anyone can use. We were able to visit a couple of times to think through ideas and never felt rushed. She has great working relationships with the vendors she recommends too. She also went above and beyond when we needed help with some unexpected details just a couple of days before the wedding. I know they had no control over the weather on June 30th but a perfect weather day plus the Little Red Barn made for the most beautiful setting for the most beautiful wedding. Thank you Tom and Cherry!! -

A Magical Experience
My husband and I got married here in October 2023. This venue is so beautiful! Tom and Cherry have thought through every single detail and everything is run so smoothly! We came and checked out The Little Red Barn of Nunica and booked immediately! Cherry answered my email right away from the contact us button. The communication was beyond phenomenal. Cherry and Tom are so kind, caring, and professional. They have added an amazing bridal sweet and bathroom. There is a loft above with many things that you are welcome to use for the wedding. Being able to slowly set up for the wedding at our own leisure coming and going as we were able from Friday until Sunday made it very stress free. It rained and my husband went and dried off the benches. A few minutes later Cherry came to us and let us know that about 10 minutes before the ceremony they would be wiping off the benches. They not only made my daughter and son in law feel special, they treated myself and everyone that they came in contact with with love. We had so many compliments on how beautiful and nice the venue was. There are many different spots for photos. The Little Red Barn of Nunica was truly the perfect venue for my daughter's special day. -

My daughter and son in law were married here 9/9/23. We could not have asked for a better venue, experience, planning process, suggestions, and little things too. The venue is available Friday-Sunday, not just the day off, which is very nice for decorating, rehearsal, and clean up. Tom & Cherry also offer clean up for a minimal cost which was so nice after a long, beautiful day. The groom’s room and a bridal suite complete with 2 rooms and a large bathroom to accommodate a wedding gown. Cherry puts a personal touch on everything from the big stuff down to the little details to make a wedding day perfect! ❤️ -

Beautiful ceremony and reception venue
I had the best wedding at The Little Red Barn of Nunica! The barn and property are absolutely beautiful. Cherry and Tom were so nice and helpful through it all. Cherry had lots of decor that we borrowed to help my vision come to life. She was there to text me back pretty quickly after all the questions I would would have. She had a list of great vendors to choose from so i didnt have to find them on my own. She was there to help throughtout the wedding weekend as well. We had beautiful weather but there was a chance of rain and Cherry even had a backup plan in case we couldn’t be outside, thankfully the weather turned out amazing and we still had our ceremony by the big tree as planned! -

They helped us every step of the way- providing recommendations for caterers (who were also AMAZING) . They are so kind to let you use any of there decorations kept upstairs with no extra cost. We didn't need to buy much to decorate at all because they had so many beautiful and different options! Cherry is very quick and attentive to any of your questions and goes above and beyond to make sure your day runs smoothly. We are so grateful to have found this venue for our wedding day. My Dream Wedding Vision Came True!!
This venue made my dream wedding become a reality!! Cherry and Tom were extremely helpful during the whole planning process, always willing to answer questions, work around changes that were made, stay in touch and more! They truly made the day run smoothly and made both of us feel special, we are thankful for them and there property!
I had previously been to the Little Red Barn to do bridal hair and makeup for a wedding party a couple years ago and fell in love with the place. I instantly knew that this barn was where I wanted to get married so I held onto Cherrys business card. Andrew purposed two years later and I instantly reached out to Cherry just in time to snag one of there three available dates in 2022! It was everything I dreamed of and more!
I would highly recommend getting married here, they provide gorgeous decorations, help during the entire planning process, offer reasonable prices and truly care about your big day! -

My Fairytale Wedding!
Cherry and Tom were absolutely amazing to work with! Our wedding day on May 21st, 2022 was picture perfect with the rustic, yet elegant settings at the barn! The Little Red Barn of Nunica is the perfect venue for your wedding! My stepdaughter had her wedding there last month and you could not have asked for better hosts than Tom and Cherry! Professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating. They are the ones you want on your side when you are planning for your big day!
The Little Red Barn of Nunica has an array of decors you can use and repurpose for your wedding so that's already a ton of savings when you pick this venue. If you are getting married on a Saturday, you get to decorate on a Friday night and tear everything down on Sunday which makes it easier for your friends and family to do.
With its shimmery lights and tranquil setting, the barn magically elevates the mood of your guests in celebration of your special day. This is the place you've been looking for! -

Cleanliness was top notch!! the numerous spacious areas to explore on the property are truly gorgeous. Best venue!!
Tom and Cherry were the absolute best! They made my wedding day so easy and really tried to help out in any way possible. I loved this venue before I toured it and once I met Tom and Cherry it was a done deal! I knew they truly cared about US and having our day perfect for us which meant so much. Cherry was so responsive in any question I had about the barn and it made for the planning process go so smooth. I love all of the touches throughout the property for beautiful photos. They really are putting in so much effort to keep it beautiful while keeping it "true" to the old barn that it is. The price of this venue is lower than a lot of the barns around the West Michigan area and they offer you so much with it which we appreciated so much. Highly recommend this place 100% - you won't regret it. -

This is a FANTASTIC place to have your wedding !! Cherry and Tom go out of their way to help in any way they can and are quietly there whenever you need them. You get the venue for three days, so we had our rehearsal dinner there too. That plus the barn's loft which is filled with well organized decorations that are free for you to use saved us SO much money !! This wonderful couple have so much experience with weddings that they have an answer for pretty much any problem you might encounter. Also, Cherry thinks of everything !! She's definitely got your back covered. In the dressing rooms, there is air conditioning which was a blessing for our experience since the humidity that day was around 80% and the temperatures were close to 90. In addition, the highlight for the groom and his men was the big screen TV in their dressing room that they played video games on. There is also a table in the bride's dressing room filled with all the things a bride or her bridesmaids might have forgotten and need like bobby pins, safety pins, lotion, deodorant, you name it, she's got it there. The bride's dressing room also has a counter with mirrors and chairs for a hair dresser and/or make up artist to work at. The bride's room is separated into two rooms. The back one is just for the bride with a platform for her to stand on in her gown, mirrors, hooks for hanging, and pretty much any other accommodation she needs. The whole venue is beautifully and tastefully decorated inside and out. They also have lots of big fans for the barn to keep guests cool and the air circulating. All the old antique tables available to use made set-up so easy. Even on the day of the wedding, I was wishing I had bought a long piece of sheer fabric to drape over the arch with the floral arrangement we got for it and when I mentioned it to Cherry, she said no problem and got me said fabric that another bride had left for other brides to use. Needless to say, it turned out exactly the way I had imagined it !! They also have an area set up next to the barn outside with games like bean bag toss and I think the other one was horseshoes along with a fire pit which we were going to have a fire in to roast hot dogs and make smores, but even as it got dark, it was too warm for that. Lastly, a small detail which I really appreciated was that she got s few wedding pictures for me without me even knowing. She got one of the bride and groom before they melted in the heat and shots of the set up and cake and a few other things I couldn't see because I was getting ready. It was so nice when I came home exhausted, wishing I had taken a few pictures (since it takes time for the photographer to finish the official pictures), to put up my feet and have her message those pictures to me for me to enjoy. That was just a delightful surprise I had not planned on. I didn't even know she was doing that. She just quietly and unobtrusively is there and I was so glad of that !! -

Plan B was better than Plan A
With about 3 weeks to go before our wedding our our original venue cancelled on us, and could no longer host our event - it was a disaster! Our original venue was also our bar service, and caterer. .. Luckily for us The Little Red Barn of Nunica was available, and had a list of highly recommended vendors that were affordable and familiar with their venue! (I am assuming someone postponed due to Covid-19 as they are always booked and usually hard to get a spot due to their popularity!) I just want to say Tom and Cherry were amazing! Anything you needed, they had available! My Groom and his Groomsmen loved their room, and the hangout area next to it. The Bridesmaids room, and Brides room were also amazing! Any little thing you may need for day of emergencies Cherry had readily available. They also have several different items available to use for decorations that have been donated by previous brides, or that they themselves have collected. i highly recommend to Anybody thinking of renting this venue to set up a walk through and to go see if for yourselves - you will not be disappointed! I cannot wait to see and share our pictures we took onsite! This was everything we had hoped for and more! It truly was a blessing in disguise that our original venue had cancelled on us. Thank you so much for everything! -

My daughter's wedding was on August 9th 2020, the venue and setting is absolutely beautiful we couldn't have asked for anything more, Cherry and Tom are awesome people and help you in every way they can to make the day extra special.
The wedding was rescheduled from May 2, 2020 and and Cherry was so very helpful , she took away so much of the stress from the bride and groom ( and mom) to make the new date happen with ease.

The Little Red barn is such a beautiful venue, I am so thankful that we were able to celebrate our wedding day here. All thanks to Cherry and Tom for going the extra mile for making us feel like royalty! If it wasn’t for them I don’t think things would have gone as smoothly. Tom and Cherry are some of my favorite people. I built a relationship with them when still looking at venues and not only loved the venue but loved working with Tom and Cherry. They treat you like family and are so helpful! Due to Covid, I was unable to have my wedding at the Little Red Barn, which broke my heart, but I would recommend them to everyone! My whole family came to love the venue and Tom and Cherry, and now my brother is getting married there next spring! Best venue ever for not only the scenery, decor, and value, but for the two kind hearted and loving people you get to work with if you book here. -

The Little Red Barn of Nunica, LLC is a beautiful venue with a variety of ceremony options, gorgeous backdrops for photos, any decoration or centerpiece that you can think of provided at no cost to the bride and groom, and owners that are just as lovely as their venue! Tom and Cherry were so attentive, friendly and accommodating and it is so obvious that they have a heart for what they do! We instantly fell in love with the property and Tom and Cherry when we toured The Little Red Barn of Nunica last year and chose it as our venue for our wedding this past September and it was even better than we had dreamed of! We were also able to take our save the date pictures at the barn, at no additional cost to us! Thank you Tom and Cherry for hosting our wedding. We will cherish our memories from our wedding day forever and the Little Red Barn of Nunica will always have a special place in our hearts! -

Tom and Cherry have got to be the best people in the business to work with. They are so sweet and accommodating, they really do want to make sure every couple gets their fairy tale wedding. The whole venue is so stunning and has so many wonderful spots for ceremony sites and beautiful places for photos. I can't even explain how much time and hassle it saved me that they also have a fully stocked loft full of free to use decorations, I barely had to spend anything on my table centerpieces or anything extra in the decorations, they have signs, jars, flower girl baskets, birdcages, shepherd hooks and just about anything else you could imagine. I even left behind something I did buy for another bride to use. We used a ton of their recommended vendors, but had the freedom to use whatever vendors we wanted. They also offer the venue for 3 days all included in 1 cost. I could not have done it if it weren't for that fact alone. There is no way I could have gotten everything set up, and cleaned up on the day of my wedding, but I had all day Friday to set up and was able to come back on Sunday and get everything taken care of. If you are looking for the rustic, barn wedding of your dreams please look no further than The Little Red Barn of Nunica, you will not be disappointed. -

Our wedding was Saturday and i loved it before, but now it is my absolute favorite place to be. Cherry and Tom are amazing loving people and make you feel like family. We love you guys and thank you for everything and we cannot wait to come back!
