The Linen Shop was amazing for our wedding day and rehearsal dinner! Hallie was extremely communicative with us from the start - she provided recommendations on fabrics and colors based on the color palette we shared. She sent us many pictures and even brought us samples during our wedding tasting - so helpful! Our linens looked amazing at our cocktail hour and reception - clean, pressed, and dropped off on time. Beautiful Selection
I rented many items through the Linen Shop for my wedding at Trailside Inn in August 2025. Hallie was so easy to work with and very responsive to my emails. I had no idea what I wanted to do with color schemes or how to know what fabric material and colors go together. Hallie was an expert and supported me with the process from start to finish. I loved everything we got, but I especially loved our cocktail hour tablecloths that were white with green florals! We opted to pick up the linens at their shop a few days before which was very simple, and paid for them to pick them up the day after our wedding. Don’t look any further and choose The Linen Shop for your rentals!

Working with Hallie was the easiest process of our whole wedding! The Linen Shop has so many gorgeous options and made it so simple by delivering to our venue (Lake Bomoseen Lodge) and picking up the next day. We had the most beautiful napkins from The Linen Shop at our wedding!! Our wedding colors were lavender and sage green and Hallie was great at recommending simple but elevated napkins that really pulled everything together. Must husband and I are so happy we worked with The Linen Shop for our wedding linen needs. Neither one of us went had a clear idea for what we wanted and Hallie went above and beyond helping us to create something really amazing and unique. She spend an afternoon with us looking at samples, making recommendations, and even crafting custom tablecloths from a new fabric that had just come in. Gorgeous linens and options
We loved the linens we rented from The Linen Shop for our wedding in Waitsfield, VT. Hallie worked hard to find us the correct sizes and amounts of a fabric we loved, and went above and beyond to provide what we wanted. She also worked well with our florist and venue to ensure all was in order. Hallie was very accommodating and let us borrow a large bag of samples when we met with the florist several months before the wedding to ensure that certain colors and fabrics would work well within our vision. Her linens are simply beautiful, and she was great to work with. Highly recommend!

Hallie at the Linen Shop was incredible to work with! Not only was Hallie extremely prompt and responsive to all our emails and questions, but throughout the whole process she was also incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating.
After discussing our overall vision and design ideas, Hallie provided us with numerous color / style options and a detailed itemized quote. Each suggestion perfectly matched the vision we had for our wedding! Furthermore, after placing our order we were particularly appreciative that she coordinated directly with our wedding coordinator to confirm any last-minute changes, the final guest count, drop-off / pick-up of all the linens, etc.
Most importantly, from start to finish she took the time to make sure that the process was stress-free and ensured that we would be 100% satisfied. Overall, working with Hallie and The Linen Shop was one of the most seamless parts of the wedding planning process.

The Linen Shop is the Best!
We got married at the Mountain Top over Labor Day Weekend, and we met Hallie at our tasting back in early 2020 (we postponed a year due to COVID). She came so highly recommended by the venue, and was so lovely when we met her, that it was an easy decision to work with her! Hallie helped bring my vision to life for our rehearsal dinner, cocktail hour and reception. She was so kind, communicative, and knowledgeable – and she listened to what I described and made excellent recommendations! We exchanged LOTS of emails (I'm very Type A) and she mailed me countless samples so I could see fabrics and colors in real life. She even MADE an extra 50 napkins for us within weeks of the wedding so the rehearsal dinner would look just as I'd envisioned! She was so attentive to every last detail, and her close relationship with the Mountain Top made planning and payments so simple (we were able to add our remaining balance to our master bill with the venue, instead of worrying about writing a check day-of). I honestly miss wedding planning and working with all of our incredible vendors because of people like Hallie! Do not hesitate to book the Linen Shop for your wedding!!

We reached out to here and a few other places but ultimately chose the Linen Shop for the number of options, affordability and ease of working with our venue. Hallie was prompt in answering my questions and even mailed me several samples to help us decide. When we realized 1 week before our wedding that we needed additional cocktail hour table cloths, she added them no problem. Their delivery service worked with The Woodstock Inn to make everything gorgeous, dropped off on time, and picked up without issue. A total dream!
What can we say about Connie and her team that hasn't already been said?! She and her team are FANTASTIC. From the moment we met them, they were so helpful in taking our vague vision of "rustic chic but fun" and turning it into options that might match our style. Connie & team were so helpful with sizes, coordinating napkins, budget questions and even mailing last-minute fabric samples when we changed our minds about the plan entirely. In the end, our wedding tables look beyond beautiful in simple 100% flax linen with white hem stitch runner and white hemstitch napkins. Our guests even commented about how beautiful the table cloths were. That's a first! Hire The Linen Shop if you want an easy, breezy experience where the team treats you like an old friend and goes out of their way to make your vision come to life.

Couldn't help but plan my decor around the linens!
When I started planning my outdoor wedding held in my parents front yard, linens were admittedly not my main focus. However, after signing on with Occasions Catering and Linen Shop I was blown away by the amount of options that I had to choose from. Somehow, linens were now my top priority! I quickly narrowed in on their 100% flax linen (in hopes to bring more elegance to the "backyard wedding"). I mentioned to Hallie that I was leaning towards the linen, however being the indecisive person that I am, I did not commit for several months and entertained several other options they had (which Hallie provided all pricing options for-along with pics and samples). Several months had past and my wedding was approaching and I still had not committed to linens (or anything else). I received a courtesy email from Hallie telling me that the linens I had briefly mentioned to her were now possibly going to be at risk for availability as several other weddings were requesting them. I worked with several different vendors throughout my wedding planning process, and not one of them went out of their way to tell me that something that originally caught my eye, but I did not commit to was possibly not going to be an option if I continued to wait. This is the high level of service and thoughtfulness you are signing up for when working with Hallie and the Linen Shop. I can't say enough about how wonderful Hallie was to work with and my guests were blown away by the beauty and quality of the linens. They made all the difference in the world. Although, they have every style of linen you could ask for, I HIGHLY recommend the flax linen If you are looking for rustic elegance with a pop of European romance.

Our linens were beautiful, arrived on time and were neatly and efficiently tied into delivery with Vt Celebrations (the table and chair rental company we used). My favorite part was how both companies made a call to us for final deposit days before our wedding. We really appreciated having an item on our to do list taken care of for us. Wonderful to work with and couldn't have been happier with the product and service. Highly recommend!!

Friendly, professional, and the BEST...
Hallie and her staff were professional and flexible from the first phone call thru the last revision and delivery. They made it easy, were very patience, and enabled us to have an early pick up and later return to make thing work for our event and wedding. We were very happy with the tablecloths and napkins we chose. I highly recommend them.

Hallie was fantastic to work with. She was very responsive and incredibly kind. When I wasn't sure what color linens to use, I sent her a picture of the tuxedo's and other decorations and she suggested some great colors for me to use. She even dropped off the linens early so I could get into my venue and decorate the day prior. I would absolutely recommend The Linen Shop and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

The Linen Shop was so easy to work with. They were helpful, knowledgeable and gave us great input as to what we needed and what would give us the look we wanted. The linen shop was by far the easiest vendor to work with. I was recommended by them by my venue The Mountain Top Inn. My wedding coordinator at the Inn and the Linen shop worked together to make everything perfect for our special day, and I didnt have to do a thing! I highly recommend using the linen shop to make your wedding beautiful and easy!

Hallie was a pleasure to work with for our 12/15/17 wedding at the Mountain Top Inn. We used farmhouse tables so we really didn't need much for linens, other than napkins and one tablecloth for our cake table. I really just needed to make sure our napkins matched our color theme and Hallie was quick to email me a couple of photos of the burgundy linens to make sure they matched before we signed a contract, and they turned out to be the perfect color. The linens were well pressed and elegant. For a fee they deliver and pick up the linens, and they worked with our wedding coordinator for all the logistics so it was a super easy process for us!

Hallie was a dream to work with for a wedding held in a 1930's train station renovated to an art museum. The beautiful pewter colored linens with the crisp white hem-stitched napkins looked elegant in the marbled hall. She provided all kinds of help and advice. I searched extensively in western Massachusetts and southern Vermont before I found The Linen Shop in central Vermont. It was worth it! They have the linens you want; heavy, well pressed, lots of colors, even some made of 100% linen. Thank you again for help with the logistics and the marvelous linens.

Hallie was wonderful to work with when we selected our linens for our wedding. They have many colors and textures to choose from and it was incredibly helpful laying it out on a mock-up table to see how everything coordinated. The final presentation at our wedding turned out great and it was the perfect backdrop against all the flowers and other decor pieces.

The Linen Shop was really great! They were responsive over email. Because I was living in Philadelphia, but planning a wedding in Vermont, they sent me linen samples matching the description I gave them of what I wanted in the mail so that I could pick out and order linens remotely. They then delivered and picked up the linens before and after the wedding. The entire process was probably the easiest of any part of the wedding. I worked with Hallie, who was always super nice and helpful. Highly recommend!!

We had such a fantastic experience working with Hallie and her team at the Linen Shop. I planned my Vermont wedding from overseas while living in Australia and Hallie made the whole process so much easier. I really appreciated how prompt Hallie was with her communication and I was always kept updated with new invoices any time we made changes. I had picked the linens from pictures online but when I went to visit the shop two weeks before the wedding, I realized my selections weren't really what I wanted after seeing them in person. Hallie was incredibly accommodating and we were able to change our linens completely without any drama. We loved the final product and it complimented our barn wedding perfectly. We would highly recommend the Linen Shop to anyone planning their wedding or special event!

I called with very late notice, I thought that I had this all set up with another vendor and it fell apart. I called this company and they were so nice to me. They took care of it right away, and assured me that everything would be ok. They communicated very promptly and the price was great. Everything showed up on time and the quality was excellent. The Linen Shop was so perfect for my destination wedding in VT. I am from Massachusetts and was able to set everything up via phone/email. I also go to meet Hallie at our food tasting at our venue. She was well organized and was able to look me up in her folder listed by date so we could immediately talk about the options I was considering. We set it up in advance so she would have samples for me to see in person. On the day of my rehearsal dinner and wedding I did not have to worry for a second about the linens. Everything was taken care of. They dropped the linens off to my coordinator in perfect condition and picked them up the following day. There are many options and styles to choose from which made everything so easy for me. Thank you Linen Shop!

The Linen Shop really came to the rescue for us when our previous vendor fell through, the same week as our wedding! The rep we worked with was wonderful- she responded immediately, sent me prices, rental info, color swatches, and more, ASAP. Once we had decided on what we wanted (and it was certainly a long process!), she even dropped the linens off at our house for us! We chose to work with The Linen Shop for our wedding in Killington this August and couldn’t be happier! Hallie and her team were so easy to work with. Our venue, The Trailside Inn, had a sample book of all of the available colors and patterns so we were able to see what we were choosing in real life. My experience with working with Hallie from the Linen Shop was terrific!
She was very easy to work with; our communication was always timely, friendly and concise.
During the planning process, the examples and recommendations she shared were also very helpful. Overall, the whole experience was stress free and I would definitely recommend The Linen Shop!
Additionally, our florist (Nancy from A Schoolhouse Garden) suggested some particular color options that The Linen Shop had that would go well with the floral arrangements. She even had linen swatches there to show us how they would look paired with the flowers. It’s great how the local vendors in the area have relationships – it makes the overall wedding planning process a bit easier!

Hallie was one of the best vendors I worked with for our wedding. She was so responsive & organized! The only problem is that their website is pretty outdated and is hard to find everything that they offer, but Hallie always had photos she could send me of the linens so it worked out well. The Linen Shop provided navy napkins for my wedding - which was the perfect touch to my table setting. Hallie was very responsive and easy to work with; however, the shipping and delivery costs are quite high if you are just using them for napkins. I rented my tablecloths from another vendor, so perhaps if everything came from them, the delivery would be not as drastic. My dad and aunt ended up driving an hour each way for pick up and drop off the day after the wedding, but other than that, the company is very easy to work with!

The Linen Shop provided all the linens for my July wedding at Mountain Top Inn in Vermont, and I couldn't have been happier. From the lobster bake rehearsal dinner (red and white gingham -- casual, fun, perfect for the setting) to our barn reception with farmhouse tables (champagne-colored table runners -- simple, elegant, perfect), everything was exactly as I had hoped it would be. On top of that, Hallie was terrific to work with, and for a bride planning a wedding hundreds of miles away, that was a huge relief. I can't thank them enough for making this particular detail of my wedding weekend a breeze!

We used the Linen Shop as they were the preferred vendor for our venue. Jodi was very hard to get in touch with--not returning messages or e-mails. When we got our first estimate we were charged more for both our table runners and napkins than we were quoted when we first met, and there was a non-refundable damage fee that we were never told about. Then, a week before our wedding we found out there was a back order on some of our linens and we had to change things; however, this was reflected in the final cost. Overall, I would not recommend the Linen Shop.
