When I called the company, Linda was very professional yet very friendly on the telephone. They asked good questions. Once we established our needs, Linda sent an email confirming the location, time of use, and the pricing. She suggested if we needed to move the time for when we needed the driver to let her know. That way we might be able to save some money. The pricing was perfect for us. The driver showed up early for the event, let me know she was there and took care of my sone and his new wife. The car was beautiful and clean. The kids loved it. I am very grateful to the Limo lady and would use her again!

Exceptional Experience with Limo Lady

The services provided by Limo Lady for our daughter's recent wedding were exceptional. The limo was clean and beautiful, the driver prompt, courteous and respectful. I booked rather last minute. Limo Lady was extremely flexible, given some unexpected, last-minute changes. The limo driver, who we later found out was the owner, Joanna, went out of her way to make sure that everyone's needs were met. She even went above and beyond by pushing an elderly relative's wheelchair into the church-someone who wasn't even one of her passengers! We highly recommend Limo Lady and will certainly use their services at some point in the future-We have multiple daughters!

If you are planning well ahead of time or have a last-minute idea to add a limo to your event (like me), look no further and choose Limo Lady.

Smooth wedding ride

I only needed transportation for the bridal party to the wedding venue/reception, and this company offered an one hour service that was perfect! Pick up was prompt, and the driver made sure we hadn't forgotten any wedding accessories, the rings or the marriage certificate. It was a nice relaxing drive for me and my girls.

The Limo Lady provided a BEAUTIFUL limo for us. Joanna was so helpful and flexible for our needs on our wedding day. They first picked up the girls at the exact time we scheduled them for. Then went back for the boys. Our boys were so excited to be in the limo. The limo driver, Rich, did some detours for them, and they loved him for it. The inside of the limo was beautiful and so elegant. The drive was nice and smooth. Rich helped with the million bags that we had and was so excited for us! We really enjoyed having The Limo Lady on our very special day!

Phenomenal Service!

I used The Limo Lady’s services as a shuttle for my wedding party this past weekend. Joanna provided prompt responses throughout the process to any questions I directed her way. She helped me to plan an itinerary that I could provide other vendors with in order to plan adequately.
Our driver for the day was Rich. Rich brought a positive and friendly attitude to go along with his timely arrival. He sent some jokes our way from the front of the limo and had a part to play in the enjoyment of our day. Rich also did not make my fiance our I feel rushed as we arrived later than planned to the limo after our ceremony.
The service provided was phenomenal and I would recommend anyone to use The Limo Lady for their shuttle needs. I don’t plan on getting married again, but if I did I know what limo company I would call!

Best limo service ever

the limo lady’s service was beyond exceptional! The limo was beautiful and in pristine condition, and the driver was the kindest and most courteous man. He helped me with my dress, in and out of the limo, and went above and beyond to cater to our needs. He even gave me a small gift at the end! This service And the driver deserves more than 5 stars!!

Joanna (The Limo Lady) is Amazing!

Joanna was so kind and helpful throughout the entire process of planning our wedding transportation. We originally had her booked for our wedding party limo and for our getaway car, but a last minute addition made it so our wedding party would not fit inside of the limo. She was kind enough to reach out to a friend, confirm that he had our date available, and put us in touch with him - even though it meant that she was losing business. You can't beat customer service like that! We did keep her for our getaway car and everything went perfectly. Our driver arrived early and got us safely to our hotel after our wedding. If you're looking for great service, look no further than Joanna!

Excellent service, caring driver

This was the best Limo experience I have ever had. Our driver Rich was very professional but had a very funny personality. He was extremely helpful and doubled checked to make sure we had not forgotten anything. He took very good care of the wedding party as well as me the bride. He assisted me in the church as well. I could not have asked for a better driver. I would surely use and recommend this company to anyone and hopefully get to use them in the future.

Great driver!

Great vender to work with. The vehicle was clean and spacious. Our driver was very professional, arrived early, helped with my dress, and was all around lovely and personable. The price was moderate, but worth it since the service was so great. They allowed us to bring some additional champagne for our wedding party and kept it chilled during the ceremony.

The limo lady company was fantastic. The maid of honor and best man had no issues getting in contact with them and they treated the wedding party with such great respect. The guests had nice things to say about the service as well!!!

Joanna was wonderful to work with and very organized. The company offered several different options to meet the need for our wedding; and she worked with us to find the best package to maximize our budget. The drivers were on time and very courteous. It was a monsoon on our wedding day and they aided each member of our bridal party into and out of the limo with an umbrella. The vehicles were all impeccably clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend The Limo Lady. It was raining the whole day during my wedding and the driver (John) helped walked every single on of the bridesmaids out into the limo with an umbrella. He was very patient with everything and even waiting for me and my husband to finish pictures to help me outside. They also gave us a lovely gift and a bottle of awesome champagne. Would love to use them for any other event we have!!

A pleasure to work with! Rich, my driver, took care of everything, making sure I remembered to bring what I needed. Then, in a torrential downpour, got soaked trying to keep me dry.

Working with the Limo Lady was such a stress free experience! We made a few changes to our reservation and they were happy to accommodate us. They were extremely responsive and professional. When the driver picked us up he even made sure that we had the wedding bands and marriage certificate so that nothing was forgotten. Planning a wedding can be stressful and the Limo Lady was one of the easiest vendors to work with. Thank you!!

I had a phenomenal experience with The Limo Lady. They gave me a ton of information about limo renting generally (this was my first time). The information helped me consider other options serious, but I had to come back to them in the end because of their price and awesome service.

The car was great. Our driver was kind. And they gave us a beautiful frame as a wedding present too! I cannot say a bad thing about the experience.

I rented a limo as a surprise for my daughter's wedding on 10/30/17. I had been looking for someone who could provide transportation to the venue/reception which was being held in the same place. I looked on the web and found The Limo Lady and the Traditional 1-Hour Mini Wedding Package. Just what I wanted. I contacted her via web and she called me back within 2 days. I got all the info I needed and told her I will call her back. I waited a few months to call her because I was not sure of my daughter's plans. I called her within 2 weeks of the wedding and thankfully, she could provide for me. I booked it immediately. When I was called on Friday to let me know that all was set on their end, I requested a red carpet and was told absolutely no problem. Just an extra touch and surprise for my daughter. The chauffeur showed up on time, was extremely professional, got us to the venue on time and was their to help everyone in and out of the limo. He was patient when we had to wait for a few stragglers to show up and go inside and equally patient when the photographer took the bride out of the limo for pictures. All in all, I would not hesitate to recommend Joanna and The Limo Lady to anyone in Baltimore who needed this type of transportation. She came through for me at the last moment and I can't thank her enough. The smile on my daughter's face when she saw the limo was priceless. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you..

I'm MOB and hired the Limo Lady for transportation for my daughter and the bridesmaids to the wedding. Owner was very flexible when scheduling and with contract (she actually called me at my availability at 10:00 p.m.). Driver, Rich, was superb...so courteous, and protective of the wedding party. We used The Limo Lady for the 14 passenger shuttle prior to and after our wedding as well as the 10 passenger limo for after our reception. It was a smooth and easy process booking the transportation and working with Joanna to schedule the times for the shuttle and limo. The drivers were very professional and friendly. They were prompt and the vehicles were nice and very clean. In addition to that, Joanna left us a picture frame as a gift, which was very thoughtful.

With the great pricing and customer service, we would highly recommend!

I had the BEST experience using this company for my wedding. Everything from start to finish was easy and everything went so smoothly. I booked our limo only a couple of weeks before the wedding and luckily the Limo Lady was able to help us! Joanna was a pleasure to work with and made the process very easy. We book with The Limo Lady to transport the wedding party around prior to the church event. The driver stayed after dropping the us off. He was there at the back of the church as we all lined up. As the MOH I turned around at the altar I saw the driver straighten the brides dress just prior to her start down the aisle. This was over and beyond and really touched my heart.

We had a phenomenal experience with Limo Lady. From the initial contact through the final goodbye, every person we encountered were so polite and accommodating. I wish they had a giant shuttle in their fleet, as we had to use a different company for a bus for guests and did not have a good experience. But Limo Lady drivers picked up their slack and didn't think twice about my additional requests on the day of. I would recommend them 100 times and hope I have a chance to use them again in the future!

Rich was our driver for the wedding. He was right on time, was very professional, got the bridesmaids from my wife's house to the church then just us to the reception without issue. He have us the red carpet service, just married flags, and a toast of champagne when we first got in. Was extremely good value for the money. Some vendors we were calling around to were asking for close to $1,000 for this same service. If it is for your wedding, you have tons to plan already so just save the time, just call the Limo Lady first. Highly recommend.

Can't say enough wonderful things about this company and our driver! They were nothing but friendly from the minute I called to make the reservation. The limo was impeccable. So clean, stocked with water, blue tooth capable and smelled brand new. Even early to pick us up. Our driver Joanna was fabulous. So attentive and helpful. Great company. We booked for our Baltimore wedding. The driver was very friendly and on time, and got us from "Point A" to "Point B" on time and without any problems. Even avoided some traffic jams by taking some shortcuts through the city. The limo was very nice and clean, and the driver was nice enough to give us a wedding present of a bottle of champagne. Took forever to decide on how to get to the venue and back. Called many places and was unsatisfied with ALL of them. After several recommendations, I made plans just days before my wedding to get transportation. I could have talked to Johanna for hours on the phone she is sooo warm and welcoming!! I am a pretty tough customer with high expectations and felt that using The Limo Lady was a great decision.

I used their services to deliver the Bride, Bridesmaid and flower girls to the church, and afterwards to return family and friends to their places of stay.

From initial communication and ordering, through to follow-up communication on the day of use, all the professionals we dealt with were great. The Driver (Rich) was both courteous and safe, the car was on time, clean and well kept. The owner was caring and helped us right up until the end & despite our being a little behind in time.

A great buy for anyone on a sharp budget and looking for professionalism & value !!!!

The limo service was absolutely amazing. The limo driver that was assigned to me that day was helpful and made the experience wonderful! He made sure that I (the bride) was comfortable during everything. The second car that we had rented that night was a town car to get us from the venue to the hotel and he was absolutely amazing as well. They all showed up perfectly on time and without a doubt got us where we needed to be. Joanna was amazing with the whole planning process as well. She was very helpful in helping me pick out times that would be best and payments. The whole experience was great! I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Joanna provided a limo for my daughter's wedding on 10/10/14. The driver Rich was fantastic. So helpful getting all ready and keeping us organized. The reception was held a week later at my home and we had set-up for parking at the local fire dept. Joanna shuttle our guest to and from our home in a passenger van.
They were so wonderful and all the little extra details, such as the sign on the van stating it was Maggie and Evan's wedding shuttle and the signs on the back of the limo; "Almost Married" and "Just Married", made the event extra special. The most important aspect for me was that when I called to make the arrangements, Joanna actually answered the phone. When shopping around I found that other companies were using online reservations and you never got to talk to a person. Not for me. On such an important special day, I wanted to talk to a person and make sure everything was right. I will definitely use Limo Lady for any future transportation needs. Thank you Joanna and Rich

We could not have asked for an easier booking service thru Joann or a more gentlemanly and respectful driver. My only small suggestion was that a regular black stretch limo be offered. White is a little embarrassing unless you are getting married! :)

Service was excellent from beginning to end. Limo Lady worked carefully with me to plan just the right transportation and helped me stay on budget. When a change in size of group occurred, she easily shifted to larger car, and she didn't even charge for upgrade. Communication was great throughout, especially with driver on day of event -- important, since major activity going on downtown with lots of traffic. Joanna was absolutely wonderful and so were our drivers Marty and Rich. She was so flexible with things constantly changing right before the event. She never once got frustrated with me and helped me get pictures in Baltimore between our ceremony and reception. The drivers spoke with the photographers to work out a schedule so we could make sure we met in the same location. They took the initiative so I wouldn't have to that day. Love this company. The Limo Lady limo was awesome! I spoke directly to the owner on the phone and explained the kind of complicated use of my limo on our wedding day and she let me know which limo would work best and the timing as well. LOVE THIS SERVICE!! I didn't realize but I booked my wedding in the peak of prom season so it was very difficult to get limos for my bridal party unless I wanted to book them for 6+ hours. Joanna worked with me and got me the package that I needed without having to spend a million dollars. We did a mini wedding package for me and my girls which was a one way trip to the venue from the hotel and the same for the groom and his guys. We had a bus taking everyone back to the hotel so we only had to worry about getting the bridal party there. We had another one hour package to take me and my hubby back. They had just married signs and flags. The drivers of all 3 cars were so friendly and arrived ahead of time and got us where we needed to be on time! Thank you!!!

The limo arrived on-time, the driver was very nice, poured sparkling cider for the kids before we even had a chance to ask, and took us on a nice tour of the town before taking us back to the hotel. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about Limo Lady. They were incredibly thorough and helpful ahead of time and clearly explained the answers to all my questions. The price was definitely lower than other comparable limos, and the day of was nothing short of spectacular. The driver was trained to make sure we had everything we needed for the big day before we left and had some great idea we wouldn't have thought of. And the car was brand new and gorgeous!

On top of everything it really felt like you were dealing with a smaller, boutique sort of business that was really personalized. If you want a limo in Baltimore I don't know why you would go anywhere else.

We are both so pleased that we used the Limo Lady to transport my fiance and her father to the church before the service and then my wife and I around Baltimore for photos after. Our driver took us up to Federal Hill for photos of the city in the background, drove around to find a good spot in the harbor with the Dominos Sugar sign in the background and then was quite happy to make an impromptu stop in front of Camden Yards before dropping us off at the reception venue. The service we received, both the booking and administration side of things, and actual driving itself was fantastic and I would not hesitate to either use the Limo Lady again or recommend them to friends and relatives. The driver was personable and very attentive to the bride's needs. Especially taking extra time to help her get in and out of the limo with a lace dress. Overall the experience was outstanding!

The Limo Lady was amazing. Joanna is very professional, flexible, and provides quality transportation. They showed up on time and my bridal party had a good time. I will be using The Limo Lady for any future events I have.

The Limo Lady" was outstanding in every way! I found her just by chance and, in the future, she will be the first call I make! Friendly, courteous, professional service. Couldn't ask for more! And, on top of that, she donates a portion of the fee to cancer research. What a class act!

The service provided by the The Limo Lady for my daughter's wedding was phenomenal. The car arrived on time and the driver (Rich) was absolutely outstanding. Very courteous and professional.
