I have been a Wedding Planner for 12 years and have worked with many Officiants. Caroline was kind, professional, and quick to respond. I had a couple that wanted to "officially" get married a couple days before their wedding and have their uncle officiate the actual ceremony. Without hesitation, Caroline said yes!! Amazing last minute wedding
Caroline did an amazing job organising a literal last minute wedding for me and my husband! Originally we had just planned a court wedding, nothing special and found out on our way to meet our witnesses from my side of the family, that it wasn’t possible because it was a Sunday. I found Caroline through Google and explained the situation and she really came through for us and our mini last minute wedding ended up being more meaningful and special than we could’ve imagined. She is very professional and not to mention so sweet and caring! 5 stars doesn’t even cover it! We are forever grateful 🥰

I am so happy to have hired Last Minute Officiant to officiate our wedding! We contacted them a few days before the wedding and didn’t know the location until a day or so before we got married, (it was more of an elopement) and they were so flexible. Francois was absolutely amazing and a pleasure to have for our wedding. He is friendly and hilarious and I would recommend him and Caroline both!

Amazing Officiant! Don’t book anyone else!!!
After our big wedding got postponed because of COVID 19 we decided 2 weeks prior to our original date that we didn’t want to miss out on getting married on the day we had planned for so long. Caroline was recommended to us via a Facebook group for NC Weddings and it was totally meant to be! I reached out to her and within 24 hours she contacted me back. We set up a meeting over the phone and ended up having the most positive and sweet conversation about my husband and I’s love story and god’s plan for us and how he definitely led us to Caroline for a reason despite the chaos of everything going on around us. She was extremely professional, kind and accommodating. For having just met us she knew exactly what worked best for our ceremony and the script she sent us prior to saying I do was perfect! During the ceremony she did stand 6ft away for social distancing reasons and we respected that greatly. She made the ceremony feel so sentimental and not like the rushed feeling of eloping which we didn’t want. At the end she had our families get together for a separate sweet moment prayer for my husband and I and that was one of the sweetest moments of the ceremony! If you ever need a last minute officiant go to Caroline!! She’s the best in the area and her prices are worth every cent for what she provides to a last minute ceremony.

Our Quarantine Wedding at Arrowhead Inn
Caroline was absolutely AMAZING! Not only was she super sweet, attentive and flexible, but she was able and willing last minute. With a week notice, it seemed as if she had months. My husband and I had a fantastic experience with The Last Minute Wedding Officiant! Caroline is extremely responsive. She reached out to me via text message within an hour or two of me describing our needs in an email. We wanted to be married in 2 weeks. My husband had arrived on an approved K-1 visa prior to border closures as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, and Caroline was very understanding and flexible with our needs. Just because she is "last minute" does not mean she doesn't take the time to get to know couples. I would 100% recommend The Last Minute Wedding Officiant!

Great day during difficult times!
Due to COVID-19, we decided to get our ceremony done as our real date was postponed to next year and we want to seal the deal. Caroline was prompt to return our call and discuss options. She even had a location in her area that served as a nice backdrop for the ceremony. She walked us through the process and sent us a script about what we would say. The ceremony was great even with 5-6 people present and she took great pictures of us. I would definitely recommend her!

I recently worked with Caroline at a wedding that I photographed. She was so professional and brought such positive vibes to the whole day! From the second she walked in, you could tell that she had a relationship established with the couple, and she made sure to get to know all of the vendors throughout the day as well. The ceremony was beautifully done, full of laughs and tears! I also loved that Caroline made a point to take a photo with the bride and groom before she left! Last minute wedding plans
My husband and I are both military and were looking for someone to marry us ASAP. He comes down once a month. No one would do it for us and then I ran into them and they did amazing. They were able to pick a very beautiful spot for us. Took photos and a video for us. Overall just great people to be around! I was very impressed and my wedding turned out to be very memorable. 😁

Last minute, but lovely
Caroline made our “last minute” wedding easy. We had a FaceTime meeting - given the short timeframe - to get to know each other and plan out the ceremony. She was very responsive and adapted things to our preferences. She even brought a 2nd witness for us! It was last minute in terms of timeframe, but still very thoughtful and sincere.

Amazing, great to work with!
We planned our wedding very last minute, the week before to be exact. Caroline helped us with the planning, picking a venue, and provided some advice based on her experience. She was prompt, helpful, informative and a dream to work with! We are so glad we found her and glad that she was available to help us on our big day. Caroline has my highest recommendation!

The best ever!
Caroline was fabulous. We contacted her two days ahead of time and she was not a bit bothered with such short timing. She was AMAZING, very friendly and warm. She made me feel like a long lost friend. Caroline hit on the items we wanted and left out those we didn't. I have bragged about her service to everyone I know (& some I don't). I knew after our first conversation that the officiant could be checked off my list of worries. She is undoubtedly the best.

Hurricane Dream come true!
Caroline was great! Our ceremony was threatened by an impending hurricane, which became the surrounding hurricane by start time. Caroline communicated great with us during this time, and super flexible for a last minute venue change. Everything wound up being perfect. Hurricane Florence and all!

Truly lives up to her name!!
“Last Minute Officiant” couldn’t be a more perfect adjective for Caroline. My husband and I made accommodations to have an Army chaplain marry us, but the day before our wedding, our chaplain was called away for duty. We found Caroline online less than 24 hours before our ceremony, and she worked with us to make sure we got everything we wanted; even editing the vows just hours before the ceremony so they were special to us. I was so worried we wouldn’t be able to get married, but she took all the stress away and made our day happen. I will never forget her!

She really exceeded my expectations! She was so helpful and professional. She even helped out and gave suggestions with my other vendors. You can tell that she is very passionate about her job. A few days before the wedding I came down with a cold. So the day before the wedding I was finally getting over it, but was still a little sick. At the rehearsal, She suggested I take Euchinessa goldenseal drops, to ensure that my cold was completely gone. She even went to the Vitamin shoppe and purchased them for me!!! I felt great the day of my wedding! My wedding day was perfect because of her!

We decided later on in our wedding planning process that we wanted an officiant and Caroline almost immediately responded to us. We felt comfortable with her from the first meeting, she was so flexible with us in tailoring our ceremony to what we wanted including changing small phrases and words so every detail was meaningful to us. She was very accommodating and I knew after our first conversation on the phone that she would be the one for us. The entire process was smooth and easy, she explained everything and was more than happy to allow us to customize our ceremony exactly how we wanted it. She created a script based on what we wanted so that we knew exactly what to expect the day of. Everything was so detailed and thorough that we didn’t even need a rehearsal! She was kind, polite, punctual, willing to listen and make suggestions and absolutely a pleasure and a joy to have officiate our ceremony. You would never have known that she was "last minute", she's amazing and I HIGHLY recommend her, even if it's not last minute. I was amazed at what she had put together for us in a matter of days, I can only imagine what she could do with more time. I wouldn't consider Caroline The Last Minute Officiant, I would rename her as Your First Choice and Best Option. As the mother of the bride Caroline superseded our expectations. She was extremely helpful and great to work with, she has a kind and wonderful spirit. For my daughter's wedding she even helped us out at the reception, something that she did not need to do nor was asked too. But Caroline witness the situation and saved the night. There really aren't enough words of kindness for Caroline, anyone that is in need of an Officiant should not look any further. Trust me, this is coming from someone that takes control of many situations and Caroline came to the rescue. Thank you Caroline for the wonderful ceremony and being so much fun to celebrate with. Caroline was extremely professional, responsive and helpful. The service was absolutely beautiful - it was as if it had been planned for months! I cannot express how much it meant to work with such a positive, personable expert. My son, his (now!) wife and her family were all thrilled.

Francois is a great person and an amazing officiant! He was so easy to talk to from the start, and was always available to help with anything and made it very easy to make decisions on our ceremony - it ended up being very beautiful and personalized - just what we wanted! Everyone only had compliments on the ceremony and thought it was very sweet! He did not hesitate to travel to Wilmington NC from Raleigh to perform our ceremony AND attend our rehearsal. He was the best!

Francois is an amazing person and a wonderful officiant! I am so happy with how he personalized our ceremony, it was exactly what we wanted. His experience put me at ease, he has done this many times and knows exactly what needs to be done. He really helped keep me calm right before the ceremony started by going over exactly what was going to happen and making sure that it went the way he said it would. I am very thankful that he was able to marry us! :)

Francois was fantastic! We lost our original officiant a month before rhe wedding and We found Francois on wedding wire. He was energenitc, fun, and flexable with our schedules. If you want top notch service and a fun officiant for you wedding make Francois your first choice!

I highly recommend Pastor Francois. He was always very easy to contact and replied quickly to any emails (many times within the hour). He was also very flexible and made everything about us. He did a great job with our ceremony and we are really glad we hired him as our officiant.

The prompt and immediate communication by Pastor Francois was EXCEPTIONAL in helping us arrange our son's wedding on very short notice and with a very tight window of opportunity (our son is active duty Army). The bride-to-be, her family, and we were all coming in from out of state and had only one business day to pick up the wedding license at the courthouse, and have the wedding later that day. Pastor Francois was available on the day we needed, offered his Church for the ceremony venue, and performed a beautiful wedding, with words very fitting to the young couple as they begin their journey together! We HIGHLY recommend Pastor Francois. He is extremely attentive and personable and he really paid attention to detail to meet the needs of the couple; you will not be disappointed! Thank you once again, Pastor Francois, for coming through for all of us on such short notice!!!

Pastor Francois was fantastic. Just what we needed for our small, intimate ceremony. Although I have no doubt he could do a large, elaborate event just as well. From our first time speaking on the phone all the way through the actual ceremony, he was kind, courteous, professional and completely respectful of what we wanted for our wedding. We ended up moving up a day at the last minute due to the weather (outside wedding) and he accommodated us with no hesitation. He even took some family pictures for us since we didn't hire a professional photographer… great picture ideas too, I might add! Would recommend him in a minute!!!!

Pastor Youakim came through for us at an extremely important time. My spouse is in the middle of a class in the military that makes his schedule hectic and I live in Texas so wedding planning was proving to be a nightmare. Three days before I was flying out to visit my then fiancé, I contacted Pastor Youakim as a last ditch effort to try and have a ceremony that wouldn't be done by a magistrate in a detention center. He responded almost immediately, worked with us on personalizing our ceremony, and even offered his church as a location so that we wouldn't have to find a venue on such short notice. Thanks to his services, we had a beautiful, stress-free, wedding with memories that we will always cherish. Highly recommend!

He was exactly what I was looking for without even knowing it. Not only did he offer the service of filing our marriage license for us, but he also found a way to personalize our ceremony to us.
