Ursula and Julio made our wedding experience perfect. Our venue was "The Lantern Room" and the view was magical and allowed our guests the perfect view of CLE that could be offered. Not only was their food menu options incredibly tasty (crab cake, mushroom crostini, arancini, and pork belly bites), they gave us the ability to personalize our Bride and Groom menu to what was so important for us to have. Our guests raved about the dinner entree (beef short ribs, airline chicken, and vegetarian curry pot pie) and we got so many compliments of the food plated service and decore all of which was provided directly and a part of their package that PENTHOUSE CLE offers.
Our tables setting colors, along with all the venue decorations came out fantastic, letting Ursula and Julio make the decisions on how to place and decorate yielded the most beautiful results that we could never have imagined we would have been able to come up with by ourselves. Having Ursula and Julio there to guide and manage not only our table setting, decoration, menu service, but also be our own personal wedding coordinator to come up with the timelines, print all stationary and signage, manage all of our vendors, and keep track of everything throughout the day until we were done saved us so much, and allowed us to enjoy our day without any worries.
The included bridal suite that came with the venue allowed us the personal moments together away from our family and friends to make the wedding so memorable to us. The suite was beautiful and amazing to have for us to use for the day.

5/5 Starts the venue is beautiful and the food is amazing but the best part is Ursula and Julio. They are an absolute dream team. We can not speak more highly of these two. They are professional, fun and hardworking. When our previous venue fell through 4 months before our wedding date we needed to pivot quickly. Ursula and Julio made it all happen! The Lantern Room was stunning. Would recommend them a thousand times over! From the food to the decor, Ursual nailed it. Our guests were constantly complimenting the evening. Don't hesitate to book! -

Whether the event takes place at one of their AMAZING venues or they come to us and magically transform a conference room, their ability to provide high quality events, create a delightful atmosphere and deliver unique experiences is unmatched. I recently had my 30-year high school reunion at The Lantern Room, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best venues in Cleveland! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming. The space is beautifully designed with a ton of natural light, blending modern elegance with a cozy charm.
The highlight, without a doubt, is the huge deck that overlooks the stunning Cleveland skyline. Watching the sunset while enjoying the festivities was simply breathtaking! It’s the perfect backdrop for photos and creates an unforgettable experience. So many classmates attending commented on what a cool space it was.
Penthouse Events Cle planned the entire night and they went above and beyond to make it special. Ursula, Julio and the rest of staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Whether you’re planning a wedding, reunion, or any special event, The Lantern Room is a fantastic choice. I can't recommend it enough and can't wait to plan something else. -

They put every other venue to shame. Stop your search right here. No need to waste energy, these people are the only ones you need to know!
The only thing you need to know is that no other venue or wedding coordinator will ever compare to Ursula and Julio. Do yourself the biggest favor and look no further than these two and any of their incredible venues. My husband and I got married at the lantern room and from the first time meeting them to the very last song of our wedding day, they were attentive and focused on making the process the easiest, most enjoyable, least stressful it could be. I kid you not, Ursula just asked us to send her some Pinterest pictures of our vision and she brought them to real life. I hardly did a thing!! How rare is that?!
Not only that but she was incredibly responsive the entire planning process to any email questions that came up. But it didn’t stop there, she put together all of our centerpieces, seating chart, and coordinated with all of our vendors to make sure everyone got where they were supposed to be. On the actual day of, if you didn’t know you would have thought Ursula and Julio were our aunt and uncle. From making sure we had the drinks we wanted in hand to snapping special dance floor moments and even personally scooping the ice cream for guests- they were everywhere, doing everything all with a smile. I couldn’t help but think, is it possible they are actually having as much fun as us?
They clearly love what they do and they set the bar exceptionally high. My friends were all shocked to hear that I didn’t have to do all of the minuscule work of wedding planning like tablecloth and napkin colors and that I had a point person who not only willingly did all of that but also blew it out of the water. I cannot reiterate enough that Julio and Ursula are the only people you need to consider for your special event. You can put all of your trust in them and just actually enjoy the unique process of planing your special day. I want to get married all over again just purely so I can work with them again. I’m not kidding. -

Ursula and Julio did a fantastic job for our New Year's Eve event! They arrived early to help set up everything and had a great staff that kept the event running smoothly and also made some delicious drinks at the bar. The venue has an amazing view of the city and plenty of space for dancing, food, a bar, and seating. The team was flexible to all of our plans and helped us craft the perfect event. I would highly recommend an event at the penthouse! -

Ursula and Julio are INCREDIBLE! Their entire team is outstanding! Our wedding day was beyond perfect. They took the worries out of the day by just making it all happen! Their work ethic and attention to detail (adding all the perfect touches), and their treatment of our guests made for a joyful, fun and relaxing night. Their vendor collaboration was seamless and they took especially great care of us (the couple) on the day making sure we were on schedule, taken care of and fed. Plan your celebration with these two professionals...it is the smartest (and most fun) decision you will ever make!
