Amazing team!

Kacey and the team at Saphire were amazing to work with. We loved knowing upfront the all-inclusive cost of the venue without nickel and dime up-charges. The Lakehouse design and backdrop spoke for themselves and we heard from a majority of the guests that it was the most beautiful space and the best food they’ve ever experienced at a wedding. We were incredibly happy with our choice and felt taken care of by Kacey every step of the way. I would highly recommend!!

Get married at the lakehouse! :)

Working with Kacey Sharpe at The Lakehouse was a DREAM COME TRUE!!! The amount of patience, grace, and organization Kacey has is beyond me. During every one of our planning meetings, Kacey expertly navigated differing opinions among family members, kept diligent notes of our schedule (and the many changes we made to it), and spent as much time with us as we needed, never making us feel rushed. We were always greeted with positivity, professionalism, and a deep knowledge of the venue and broader event team - somehow, she always had a smile on her face! She was always available right away by text or email and responded as soon as possible to any questions or concerns with clarity and kindness. She even worked with us to create the best dining package with our outside caterer that fit our unique needs and coordinated this effort directly with the lead caterer. I admit that I can be quite the perfectionist, and I can say with the utmost confidence that Kacey and her team executed the decorations I dropped off before the wedding beautifully and made the place look stunning.

Notably, when we encountered a challenge outside of both our and the venue’s control, The Lakehouse (especially Hillary Wesson and her team) handled it expertly. They placed no extra burden on us (both emotionally and monetarily) and managed all the logistical changes independently.

We, along with my whole family, 100% recommend The Lakehouse and Kacey as a Producer for your Indian wedding (or ANY wedding, for that matter!), as she is an expert on Hindu traditions. We are grateful to have chosen The Lakehouse as our venue - many of our guests told us they have never been to a more beautiful venue (and we’d have to agree!) :)

The Lakehouse is THE PLACE to tie to knot!

From start to finish, the team at The Lakehouse were rockstars in making sure that our wedding day went off without a hitch. My wife found this venue fairly soon after it first opened, and after touring the grounds we knew it was the place for us. Kacey and the team truly made us feel at ease throughout the process, and honestly made planning our wedding stress-free. Their experience in managing events showed day of when guests couldn't stop raving about the service, flow of the day and gorgeous environment. If this venue is available for your wedding, grab it while you can; I'm sure it won't last for long!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kacey, Event Producer at The Lakehouse, and our incredible day-of coordinator, Alexis.

From the very beginning, Kacey brought such a sweet, calming energy to the entire wedding planning process. She was genuinely caring, always attentive, and made it clear that what mattered to me and my husband was her top priority. She stayed on task with every detail, big and small, and her organization and professionalism made the day feel effortless. Whenever my nerves crept in, she was right there to reassure me, guide me, and keep everything running smoothly.

And on the day of, Alexis was truly phenomenal. She was unbelievably helpful, so attentive, and somehow managed to take care of every single need before it was even asked. Her presence made the entire day seamless, stress-free, and filled with joy.

Our wedding was everything we dreamed of and so much of that is because of Kacey and Alexis. They are exceptional at what they do, and we are endlessly grateful for them. If you’re getting married at The Lakehouse, you absolutely want this team by your side.

The Lakehouse November Wedding

We had the absolute best experience hosting our wedding at The Lakehouse. Daniella, our event coordinator, was incredible. She kept track of every detail, answered all of our questions, and was so flexible with adjusting our timeline to accommodate photos and our traditional tea ceremony. We trusted her with recommendations on décor placement and everything turned out beautifully. She was highly communicative and very responsive throughout the entire process.

The venue itself is gorgeous. Our guests loved the picturesque views, and many commented on how stunning the space was. The food tasting was easy to schedule and attend, and we had a great time meeting potential vendors and browsing décor options. The food itself was also great! We also appreciate how careful and flexible Saphire Event Group was with accommodating allergies and dietary restrictions for our guests. The paella station and Pomme Frites late night station were major highlights, but the biggest hit by far was the chocolate chip cookies To Go station. Guests are still talking about those cookies after the wedding!

On the day of, Daniella made sure everything stayed on schedule, dynamically pivoting as needed when certain events or activities ran longer than expected. We'd also like to give a shout out to our bridal attendant, Amanda, who was also amazing. She made sure we ate, stayed hydrated, and always kept the bridal gown perfectly fluffed or out of the way for photos.

The Lakehouse is a beautiful venue with an outstanding team. Thank you for such an unforgettable day!

The Best Wedding Venue

Our experience with Saphire Event Group was nothing short of incredible. From the very beginning, we felt supported, understood, and genuinely cared for. Kacey, our event producer, was truly exceptional. She was always responsive, available, and one step ahead. She took the time to understand our vision from day one and executed it in a way that went far beyond what we ever imagined. We trusted her completely, and she delivered an experience we will never forget. Thank you Kacey! The entire wedding day flowed perfectly. Kim also exceptional on our wedding day, It was such a relief to know everything was being managed behind the scenes while we simply enjoyed the moment. We also received so many compliments on the food, which was not only delicious but beautifully presented. The venue itself is breathtaking. Its kept immaculately clean, and truly was the perfect setting our wedding. The staff who worked closely with us were professional, kind, and attentive throughout the entire process. Our wedding day was everything we dreamed of and more, and we owe so much of that to the incredible team at Saphire Event Group. Absolutely Perfect!

I could not recommend the Lakehouse enough! It was the perfect venue for our special day. Our guests continue to rave about the venue, the food, and the service. There is not a thing I would change!!! The staff at the Lakehouse goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes off without a hitch. My bridal attendant was even sewing on buttons that had fallen off my dress! A special shoutout to our coordinator, Kacey Sharpe. She was so incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process and brought such a sense of calm to an overwhelming day! I would highly recommend the Lakehouse!

The perfect venue

The Lakehouse was everything we dreamed up for a all inclusive wedding venue. We worked with Kacey and she was beyond phenomenal. Like every wedding there were moments of stress but Kacey and my bridal attendant (she had a little electric fan for me which was so needed on our august wedding day) were simply perfect. If I needed anything I never had to look to far. The food, drinks, and dessert were amazing and we are still getting comments from friends and family commenting on how beautiful the venue is and how great the food was! I also want to note that logistically everything was taken care of, the vendors they suggested were amazing as well. I would get married here a million times over!

Wedding Day!!!

My husband and I got married at The Lakehouse on August 21,2025! It was everything we could've hoped for and more thanks to the wonderful staff of Sapphire Event Group. Absolutely Incredible Venue

If I could give The Lakehouse 10 stars, I would! Our day was nothing short of incredible. When we first booked The Lakehouse, it was still very much under construction so we trusted their vision and booked it anyway- and it was absolutely gorgeous on our wedding day! We first met our event producer, Victoria, about 6 months before our wedding at our food tasting and she was extremely welcoming and friendly right away. We emailed a few times and met her again for our menu meeting where we determined the food that would be served at our wedding. She answered any questions we had and put us at ease about the small details of the day. Victoria single-handedly helped make our day the best day of our lives. Our guests raved about the food, venue, view of the water, and of course, her! We would recommend the Lakehouse to absolutely anyone!

An amazing venue!

The Lakehouse was an amazing venue. So beautiful and everything was exactly how I imagined it. The venue itself was classy and elegant. The Perfect Venue

We had the most incredible wedding at The Lakehouse and would absolutely recommend Saphire Event Group to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-executed event. From the moment we booked (before the venue was even finished), we were impressed with the team’s professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to making our day special.

The venue itself is stunning—modern, airy, and thoughtfully designed. Even with rain in the forecast, the indoor ceremony space felt romantic and scenic thanks to the large windows and lakeside views. There were so many great photo opportunities throughout the space, and everything transitioned smoothly from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception.

One of the absolute highlights of our experience was working with our event producer, Kacey. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and patient throughout the entire planning process. She brought our vision to life beautifully, ensuring that every detail was executed with care and intention. Having her by our side gave us peace of mind and allowed us to fully enjoy the day.

The food was another standout—we received so many compliments from guests about how delicious and fresh everything was. The chef was flexible with customizations, and we loved the wide range of food and drink options available. The presentation was equally impressive, especially the elevated food stations and beautifully plated salads.

Wedding at The Lakehouse

Our wedding at the Lakehouse was the most perfect day we ever could’ve imagined. After visiting the venue, it was the easiest decision to have our wedding here. Kacey, our event producer, was absolutely incredible! The entire process from start to finish was stress free and fun! I enjoyed every minute of planning it and she was so responsive and helpful! Planning was stress free and very fun and easy since Kacey handled every detail, knew exactly what she was doing and how to bring our vision to life. In addition to the planning process being so smooth and easy, the venue is stunning and it made for the perfect photos! Also, every single guest raved about the food afterwards, as did we after our tasting where every single dish was amazing! Not only was the venue perfect, but all the staff working there on the day of the wedding were incredible. They were all so helpful, attentive, and made everyone feel so comfortable! Drinks and food were always available and the timing of everything was down to the minute. Perfect lakeside wedding venue and incredible team - exceeded all expectations!

We held our wedding at The Lakehouse this past June and couldn't have asked for a more magical experience. We saw the venue when it was being renovated and honestly it turned out even better than the renderings. The venue itself is absolutely stunning - the lakefront location provided the most breathtaking backdrop for both our ceremony and reception, and the natural light bleeding into the indoor spaces were also incredible. The clean, modern aesthetics provided a perfect canvas for our wedding vision.

What truly set The Lakehouse apart was the exceptional staff. The entire team was professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. Our venue producer Kacey was incredibly organized and responsive throughout the planning process, answering every question with patience and expertise. On the wedding day, the staff worked seamlessly behind the scenes, ensuring everything ran smoothly so we could focus on enjoying our celebration.

The service during the reception was fantastic- guests were well taken care of, drinks were well-managed, and the timing of each event was executed perfectly. The staff's attention to detail was remarkable, from the beautiful table settings to the way they handled our special requests promptly and with such care.

The food was also another standout. Guests could not stop raving about the quality, presentation, number of options, and just the amount of food total, with everyone going home happy.

We cannot recommend The Lakehouse highly enough for couples looking for a wedding venue that combines lakeside aesthetics, beautiful spaces, and exceptional service. Thank you to the entire team for making our wedding day absolutely perfect!

I honestly don’t even know where to begin. Our experience with The Lakehouse—especially with Daniella—was nothing short of incredible. From the very start, when we were just debating whether to choose them as our venue, they were beyond helpful in finding a date and time that worked best for my now-husband and me.

We're from Massachusetts but currently living in Arizona, so you'd think planning a wedding from across the country would be difficult. Not with Daniella. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt like I was getting the full red carpet experience despite the distance. She was always available to hop on a call, pulled strings behind the scenes to make everything perfect, and honestly felt more like a best friend throughout the entire process. I seriously begged her to just join the party at one point!

If you’re on the fence about choosing The Lakehouse—do it. It’s worth every single penny. I could list a million things that went wrong during the overall planning process and even on the wedding day, but none of it had anything to do with Saphire Event Group.

I also want to give a huge shoutout to Aubre and Cortney. While I didn’t work with them as closely as I did with Daniella, I met them the morning of the wedding and they instantly made me feel comfortable and welcomed. They advocated for me when I needed it, provided reassurance, and made me feel like I was their top priority the entire day.

And yes—it rained on my wedding day. But I loved this venue so much that being inside didn’t even faze me. The transition from the outdoor setup to the indoor ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception was absolutely seamless. I honestly don’t know how this team operates with such perfection, but I’m telling you—they do.

Thank you all for making me feel so supported and at home during one of the most vulnerable times in my life. And Daniella—a huge thank you for all your care, support, and empathy during the MAJOR bumps in the road. I truly don’t know what my wedding day would’ve looked like without you, I probably would've convinced Bryan top elope instead. One hundred time over, thank you SOO much Daniella, you're made for this. Your humanity went a long way for me and its because of you my day was perfect.

ps.. I'd like to add how attentive the servers and bartenders were. I saw them very little, however, when I did encounter them they were super kind and there to do one thing - amazing customer service. I only heard positive comments about EVERY staff member at The Lakehouse. I also cannot forget the chief, I was so overwhelmed by guest raving how top tier the food was. Thank you all for delivering the absolute best experience to our family and friend... and vendors!

We took a gamble and booked prior to renovations and let me tell you, are we glad we did. From start to finish, everything was amazing. The venue itself is stunning. Even though I was super disappointed about having to have my ceremony inside (because of bad weather) it was still beautiful. The food, from appetizers to desserts, was fantastic…the chef even asked each guest that ordered steak how they wanted it cooked! The night flowed like a well organized machine. Kacey was our producer and she was wonderful. Super responsive and made sure everything we needed was taken care of. We had a team of people that night that were also great and catered to everything we could have needed including custom drinks waiting for the bridal party after the ceremony to packing up ALL of our decor so we could party until the last second. Truly, I could not have asked for a better venue and would book them 100x over again. (And I’m not the only one because so many of our guests kept telling us how amazing everything was…even after it was over we were getting texts about it!)

March wedding

We loved our experience working with Saphire Event Group at the Lakehouse. We got married in March with an indoor ceremony which was absolutely stunning! From start to finish, they were so detail oriented and professional. We always had a person to be our point of contact from the day we first toured the Lakehouse. Victoria was our event coordinator who we worked with in the months leading up to the wedding and she was the best! Every single person on staff helped execute our wedding more perfectly than my husband and I imagined, and we feel so grateful that they helped us have such a special wedding day! The best!!

Getting married at The Lakehouse was an absolute dream!! I can be a type-A person, but our wedding planner, Kacey, put me totally at ease throughout the whole process. She was available to explain pros and cons of different wedding options, share ideas, and talk me through everything related to our big day. Every meeting that we had was productive and left me even more excited for the big day. Our wedding went off without a hitch-- everyone was raving about the venue and seamless everything went! The food was AMAZING, every staff member was professional and warm, and we could not have imagined a better venue for our wedding! The Lakehouse is staffed with wedding experts who will help you plan the perfect day. I recommend them without any reservations!

A Dream Come True

Everything about our wedding at The Lakehouse was perfect. From our first call to inquire about it all the way up until our wedding day. When we toured this venue, it was still under construction, and we were shown visuals on an iPad of what each area would look like. While skeptical at first, we decided to trust the vision, and we are so glad we did because the venue is incredible! Every single person working there was so kind, and our Event Producer Kacey was PHENOMENAL throughout the entire process. She made things so easy to understand, was incredibly flexible and helpful during the planning process, and on the day of our wedding she was an absolute pro nailing every single detail we had discussed, turning long months of planning into a beautiful reality! We cannot recommend Kacey and The Lakehouse enough!

Absolutely Stunning Venue

Daniella and the staff at the Lakehouse are just exceptional. She is so organized, thinks about every detail, and made our wedding day go smoothly and it was just perfect. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and all of the staff is exceptional. All the guests had a fabulous time and were raving about everything, from how gorgeous the venue was, to how good the food, and of course the view. Even my husbands aunt who has very high standards was showering us with compliments on how perfect the wedding was. 10/10 recommend. Planning a wedding is stressful, the Lakehouse and their amazing staff made everything less stressful. Amazing venue even better staff!

I got married at The Lakehouse yesterday and I have absolutely nothing negative to say. We toured the venue when it was complete ripped apart during renovations and when finished it looked EXACTLY like they said it would. Daniella, who assisted with planning/coordinating, and Becky, who was my day of attendant, were nothing short of phenomenal. Daniella made all of my requests a reality and made me feel confident & secure that my day would be perfect. I even had the first outdoor wedding of the year (earlier than they normally offer I might add.) The staff all around were fantastic, very attentive, and literally provided flawless service. Food was phenomenal.

December Wedding

The Lakehouse was amazing! Beautiful, good food and amazing staff, especially Victoria R., our wedding coordinator, who made the whole planning process so easy! Gorgeous venue with the best staff!

Our entire experience with The Lakehouse and Saphire Event Group was amazing! The venue is absolutely gorgeous inside and out after their renovations. The decor is classy and chic, yet enough of a blank canvas that you can add your own color and touches. There is SO much space in the cocktail and lounge areas and a huge dance floor, with room for a full band (we had 9-piece). We received so many compliments on the venue and food from guests. Our event producer, Victoria, was phenomenal. Super responsive, organized, and easy to work with. She gave helpful and honest suggestions when appropriate, which was so helpful when deciding on a lot of the small details. The entire day ran so smoothly because of her, the event manager, the bridal attendant, and the entire serving and kitchen staff. I truly don't have anything to critique, it was perfect!

Gorgeous Venue with Delicious Food and Outstanding Service!

If you’re looking for a scenic wedding venue on the water with amazing food, easy communication, and seamless coordination, The Lakehouse is it! Almost a month later and we have not stopped receiving compliments about our wedding day.

We got married in early November, so there wasn’t much foliage on the trees, but that did not take away any of the beauty of this venue! We lucked out with weather and had a gorgeous outdoor ceremony in front of the lake. The transition from our ceremony to cocktail hour to the reception was flawless and incredibly well-organized. The venue itself is breathtaking with its large windows, offering stunning views and a layout that allowed for an easy and natural flow throughout the day. There are also SO MANY photo ops, so even if weather didn’t cooperate, we would have had gorgeous photos no matter what!

The food was nothing short of amazing! All of our guests, even our most high-maintenance ones, were highly impressed from our passed hors d’oeuvres, to our piping hot dinner. They LOVED the cookies & milk station, as well as our late-night french fry bar!

I had been dreaming about this day for as long as I can remember, and I am super type-a, so I have been planning every detail for awhile! It was important to me that certain details were executed the way I had envisioned them. We were assigned Victoria as our Event Producer about 8 months prior to our wedding. She gave us the best advice and suggestions throughout the planning process, which is appreciated when you have so many decisions to make! We had a large wedding of 180 guests, as well as an 8-piece band, so it was important to us to have a large dance floor. Victoria put together the perfect floor plan that allowed us to dance the night away! On the day of our wedding, she setup all of our décor the exact way we envisioned it, and then some! We were so happy to have her there, and she was equally excited to be there for us. We truly did not have to lift a finger once we got to the venue! Our Event Manager, Aubre, kept everything running smoothly behind-the-scenes on our wedding day to the point where we did not have to worry about a thing. Our Wedding Attendant, Emma, was always right there when we needed her! She carried my bouquet or drink, bustled my dress, and even made sure we had and ate our appetizers, dinner, and dessert! These 3 women were lifesavers, and we could not have gotten through the day without them! They were so kind, thoughtful, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure us and our guests were happy and taken care of.

We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful, stress-free experience, and we are so grateful to The Lakehouse and Saphire Event Group team for making our wedding day so perfect and unforgettable!

Stunning venue, incredible staff!

We got married here mid-October during peak foliage autumn season, and we absolutely LOVED the venue and all of Saphire Event Group (SEG)! Firstly, Kacey, our Event Producer, was absolutely wonderful, incredibly knowledgeable, and guided us throughout the planning process. There were many moments where we had not thought of important details that she reminded us of, and she and the Saphire Event Group staff were very responsive to us, adapted to our every need (including our multiple last-minute requests), and were incredibly kind and thoughtful! Including our Asian culture was also very important to us and they were very inclusive to our cultural elements, including welcoming and including our Lion Dance performance. We truly could not have done it without Kacey and SEG, as they are ultimate experts in this industry and have thought of everything that made our weekend the most memorable. Secondly, The Lakehouse venue is gorgeous and stunning. It was the indoor-outdoor space beyond what we envisioned with the foliage around the lake and the boho-style renovations that made the venue unique in the New England area. We have been to many local weddings and have not found another venue like it with this gorgeous style. Many (if not all) of our guests complimented the venue, and mentioned the convenience with it having a huge parking lot and that the catered food was delicious. We also love the flow of the venue from the outdoor ceremony to the indoor cocktail area and reception, the bride/groom suites, and their ability to be flexible pending the weather. Our weather was sunny and perfect, and they even had corn-hole and Jenga set up for us! It is clear that they created this space specifically for weddings in mind given the flow of the space and staff coordination - the entire wedding day was smooth and seamless. We had three SEG staff coordinating our day (shoutout to Kacey, Cortney, and Aubrey!) and they were also so considerate of us as bride/groom (like bringing us our hors d'oeuvres privately). We did not have to worry about a single thing and could fully enjoy our day! 1000000% the best venue and best staff! We wanted our perfect New England autumn wedding, and we couldn't have asked for it to have been any better thanks to SEG!

P.S. The mashed potato bar was our FAVORITE and a HIT!! Highly recommend above all else.

A unique, stunning venue & team

The Sapphire estate group is so professional, organized and likable that we booked the Lakehouse based off renderings, when the venue was amidst a massive renovation.

The venue went from great to amazing with the renovations. The interior is modern and provided a neutral palette to match whatever we wanted. The windows overlooking the lake brought in so much sunlight. The outside where the ceremony was held had vibrant greens leading up to the lake. There was also plenty of lounge space for cocktail hour held outside or inside. We also loved the dock that’s attached to the venue which we found provided some of our best photos. We had many guests say it is the coolest wedding venue they’ve been to.

The food was unbelievable. 3 months later and we’re still salivating thinking about it and getting compliments from our guests.

In addition to the team of professionals that made our dream wedding a reality, we have to give a major shoutout to Victoria, our event producer and the light of our lives.

Victoria was incredible. She was well organized, communicative, flexible, and thoughtful in helping to execute our vision. She may be 4’ 10”, but she commanded everyone and kept the whole day flowing. She eliminated issues before we even heard a whisper of them and checked in on us throughout the day. Our day was incredible and Victoria was a major reason.

Becky, the bridal attendant, was also amazing. She kept us fed, organized, and calm. We didn’t have wedding parties, so she literally delivered my vows to our officiant, bustled me and remembered & put my veil on (which I had forgotten in the bag).

The entire crew was unbelievably professional and efficient. Our car wouldn’t start when we were leaving and only a few workers were left. Aubrey and two others stayed to jump our car and ensure we got home safely.

From selecting the venue to execution of the big day, this group exceeded expectations each step of the way and made our wedding day more memorable than we could’ve imagined.

The most magical day ever!

The Lakehouse exceeded our expectations. We booked it before it was newly renovated because of the way they described what they were going to do. And they blew it out of the water. We couldn’t have pictures getting married somewhere else. Everyone I talked to had a blast and complimented the food which I feel is very hard to nail with a big number of guests. But the food was phenomenal. And the staff was AMAZING. Right from booking it all the way to the day of. Madison helped us booked and answered any questions we needed during that time. Then we had Daniella and I can’t say even great words about her. She was there through it all. She made the planning process super easy and stress free. And then day of Julie was wonderful. She helped me calm my nerves and was by our side all night getting us whatever we needed! Aubre was there to help with anything needed that day as well! I wish I could relive the night over and over again! I cannot begin to explain how happy we are to have been married at The Lakehouse.

Beautiful!

The Lakehouse is straight out of an interior design magazine and the waterfront property is unbeatable. Staff are friendly, professional, and accommodating. They have this business down. Our event producer, Victoria, was so helpful throughout the entire process, always timely with her replies to our various questions that came up along the way. Saphire Event Group provides the service of a bridal attendant the day of the wedding and mine, Becky, was a huge help relieving stress and keeping me looking and feeling my best all night!

Light and Airy Aesthetic

My now husband and I booked with the Lakehouse through Saphire Event Group before it was renovated and they really came through. The renovations are so beautiful and paired with the dock and the lake it was *chefs kiss*. with the renovations done, the venue was beautiful all by itself, I didn't feel like I needed to add a bunch of decor to make it look breath taking. Victoria was our coordinator and was so helpful and always responsive. Highly recommend.

the best venue

We had our wedding on 9/7/2024 and we truly cannot stop talking about it. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful but the staff that run the weddings are amazing. We had Victoria for our wedding coordinator and made the entire process and wedding day perfect there is not a moment of the day that I can say I was stressed out or worried about anything because I knew that she would be able to handle it. This also brings me to my bridal attendant Kim, she was again nothing short of amazing, I barely had a second to think I needed something without turning to her with whatever it was. The venue is beautiful, the staff is truly amazing and the food, to no surprise, was delicious. Between us and our friends and family we all can say how amazing our wedding was and I will always push people to get married within the Sapphire Event Group because of how easy and enjoyable Victoria, Kim and the rest of the staff made our wedding.

Our wedding dream come true!

Our August wedding at the Lakehouse was a dream come true! It was truly the perfect day thanks to the wonderful staff. They had every moment of the day planned perfectly We cannot thank Kacey enough for her incredible work as our event coordinator! From the very beginning, she was a beacon of organization, creativity, and support, turning our vision into a seamless dream.
Kacey's attention to detail was amazing. Her suggestions were always spot-on, reflecting her deep understanding of what would work best for our theme and budget.
The planning process was stress-free thanks to Kacey's proactive communication through the planning process. She kept us on track with timelines, checked in regularly, and was always available to answer our questions and calm any anxieties.

Amazing experience at The Lakehouse!

I really could not recommend having a wedding at The Lakehouse enough, or any of the Saphire locations. The entire staff is beyond experienced and organized and literally every step of wedding planning could not have been more seamless. As we began our planning, we booked a majority of our vendors from Saphire’s preferred vendors list. Not only were these vendors amazing as well, but they also spoke SO highly about working with Saphire, which was a huge benefit. I also could not speak more highly of our coordinator, Victoria. We met with her for the firs time ~4 months out from our wedding, but she was always a phone call or email away. As the first of my friends and family to get married, I often felt overwhelmed, but Victoria could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable with helping me make so many decisions. Victoria exudes the confidence in herself and her team that was so reassurring, I knew as soon as I arrived at our venue on wedding day, I wouldn’t have to think about a single thing. Our wedding day was an absolute dream. The Lakehouse is clearly such a beautiful venue, but the space is operated by the most kind, enthusiastic, experienced and detail-oriented staff. I have already recommended having a wedding with Saphire to engaged friends, and I hope to be on the guest side of another of their weddings soon :)

Wonderful venue!

I'm an officiant and recently worked a wedding at the Lakehouse. I worked the wedding with Victoria - she was very professional, and was on top of all the details! We communicated before the ceremony to make sure the processional went smoothly, which it did, and to make sure the couple and guests knew everything they needed to know at the right time. The venue was recently renovated, and it looks absolutely stunning! I would definitely recommend any couple to look into having their wedding here.

The best venue!!

We got married at The Lakehouse on 08/08/2024!! It was the most perfect day. The whole planning process was made soo much easier with the help of Kacey! She was truly AMAZING and such a lifesaver, we were SO lucky to have her. She made sure everything ran smoothly & that our entire day was exactly how we wanted it to be. Our day of coordinator, Becky, was also AMAZING - she was nearby the entire night in case we needed anything and was always checking in. The strap on my dress broke during the first look because it got caught on the boutonniere, but Becky was able to save the day & sew it back on for me so I was not struggling with having to pull up my dress all night long! Becky also bustled my dress for me since my sister forgot how to bustle it (thanks for everything, Becky!!). Becky kept everything organized and packed everything up at the end of the night so all my sister & brother-in-law had to do was put it in their car. They said the venue did everything (they were expecting to gather everything and pack it up!) and said it was absolutely amazing what a huge help the team there was all night long! When we booked, the venue was under complete renovation and down to the studs - but just seeing the outdoor ceremony area, I knew this was the venue for us. The venue turned out to be absolutely GORGEROUS, better than we could have ever imagined. The guests also could not believe how beautiful it was - we even had guests saying if they got married again, they would choose this venue! It is so simple and elegant - you really don't need much decor - the venue is SO pretty by itself, indoor and outdoor! We also loved that we did not have to find a caterer as the venue does the catering - the guests raved about the passed apps & dinner entrees!! You can't beat a pretty venue & amazing food! If we had to do the planning all over again, we would 10000% still choose this venue. LOVED it so much!!!!

I love love love this venue!

We recently had our wedding at the newly renovated ... THE LAKEHOUSE and honestly can’t thank the entire LAKEHOUSE team enough for flawlessly executing our wedding! We could not have been more happy with how our wedding turned out, as it was touch-n-go for a little while with the weather!! But despite the potential rain clouds our ceremony was absolutely perfect!! Our event coordinator, Victoria, did a great job and handled everything with such calmness, grace, and professionalism! She was great throughout the planning process. Our day-of wedding attendant Becky could not have been any better! Her attention to detail and recognizing our every need was refreshing and delightful. We could not of been happier with the team at THE LAKEHOUSE.

Every time we went for meetings, we always got a little more excited for our wedding because the venue was going to be gorgeous and IT WAS!!! THE LAKEHOUSE and THE LAKEHOUSE team is truly the best and did an amazing job with this venue!! The food and service at the wedding was top-notch–all of our guests had the best time and have been raving about how beautiful of an event it was! Even prettier in person! The Sapphire team was amazing!

This venue is just as stunning as the photos. It has to be the most aesthetically pleasing places I've seen in a long time. They truly thought of everything, from the stunning outdoor views, to the landscaping, the large bar area and the massive windows. Additionally, I have to thank our sales rep Meaghan Gurska who was so helpful and informative. I had her personal cell number and she was open to me texting at any time to ask questions which most other venues didn't do. It made me feel like I made the right decision because my fiance and I were taken care of. I cannot wait to say I do!

The Lakehouse exceeded our expectations

We had our wedding on October 7, 2023 and everyone had a blast! The attention to detail that the staff took while setting up everything was amazing! I saw the room before the guests entered and it took my breath away! It was so beautiful and elegant, I couldn’t have asked for anything more! The food was delicious- we had prime rib and NE chicken. My husband’s grandmother uses a walker which I told Victoria, our event manager, and the staff accommodated to her needs so much so that she said she felt like she was “at a Kennedy wedding” 🥹. Several people have told us that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. I’m so glad we went with The Lakehouse. They catered to the bridal party so attentively and they truly do make your day so special! I am beyond grateful to them!

Wonderful!

We were married on 8.11.23! Victoria and the whole team at Sapphire Group were so amazing on the day of our wedding and the days leading up to it. I had a lot of questions, and they were very responsive each time. We got married at The Lakehouse, and the views were amazing. The food was incredible and people still talk about it! The vibe was calm and their decor has really come along, it went right along with our style. I know they are still renovating, so I am sure it will be even more amazing in the coming years. We wish we could do it all over again! :)

Dream Wedding

Lakeside Villa was everything I dreamed of for our wedding day. From the very beginning when we booked Amanda she was so wonderful and always answered any questions I had promptly. She would check in a long the way to make sure planning was on track. She made wedding planning very easy for me as they have package deals with great vendor options. The day of the wedding Tricia killed it. She was on top of everything making sure it ran smoothly. The food all came out great! I highly recommend the Prime Rib! The room was beautiful and the view is to die for. Our wedding was truly the best day of our lives and I can not thank Lakeside Villa enough for helping our big day be so perfect.

A dream to work with Lakeside Villa!

I cannot begin to describe how amazing it was to have our wedding at lakeside villa. Amanda and Tricia literally took everything I said and wanted and made my dream wedding. Amanda worked with us throughout the year to make sure everything went smoothly. Tricia helped the day of making sure everyone was doing what they were supposed to along with being a support For things such as helping with my dress bustle! The all inclusive package where you choose between their vendors made planning so much easier and the fact you pay the venue who pays the vendors saved us so much stress. All the guests could not get over how amazing the food was! (Most weddings I’ve gone to the food is never good...this surpassed all expectations!).

It was a perfect stress free day thanks to the amazing staff here. They set up and clean up and truly take pride in what they do. It was also extremely affordable given what was included and what weddings cost these days! will forever be thankful I found this place.

Amazing Venue!!

Lakeside Villa exceeded our expectations for our wedding. From the first time seeing the venue we fell in love. The perfect spot if you want something on the water but private as well. Amanda was amazing through the whole process and helped us so much, she is so organized and knows so much about the whole process. Her staff are amazing and kept our day going smoothly(even in the rain)! The food.. amazing, guests are still talking about the cordon blu bites durning our cocktail hour. Lakeside Villa was everything we wanted and we are so happy we picked it!

Amanda and her staff were extremely helpful, polite, professional, and wanted nothing but the best for us. The venue was set just as we imagined. The food was delicious and it was an unforgettable experience!! The weather and scenery was breathtaking. So glad we chose the Lakeside Villa for our wedding!

Absolutely picture perfect wedding!

This venue exceeded our expectations! The staff is absolutely amazing! My husband and I just planned and held a wedding at this venue and during this entire pandemic, there was never a moment that Amanda and her staff were not there for us! Amanda held our hand throughout this entire planning process and made sure everything went perfectly. I can’t thank them enough for all they have done. The venue itself is gorgeous and everything a bride could imagine and want for her special day! There is no other venue I would even think of suggesting. This venue is the complete package and that is including the staff and delicious food.

Not a wedding but important to me!!!

I was looking for a venue to have a surprise 60th birthday party. Once I looked at options and menus and menu options and pricing I decided on Lakeside Villa. Not a wedding but I can tell you about the venue.

Did I ever make the RIGHT CHOICE!!! I worked with Amanda laying out what I hoped we could do including entertainment I wanted to include and it couldn't have easier! SO accommodating and the room was beautifully arranged for the event including centerpieces provided Lakeside (I didn't even think of this detail....but hey I'm a guy!!) I couldn't be happier!!
The wait staff and bartender couldn't have been better if you were sitting in a 5 star restaurant.....and the food.....ALL of my guests raved about the food they provided.
Bottom Line: Amanda and the crew at Lakeside Villa made our event unforgettable and should be at the top of your list if you want a top of the line venue that will make your event as memorable as ours was!! — at Lakeside Villa.

Beautiful venue with amazing staff

We just got married this past September at the Lakeside villa and we loved it! Amanda was great during the many months of planning and preparation. She was able to answer all our questions, regardless of how silly they were!
The food was delicious and they were able to accommodate several dietary restrictions. The staff was amazing as they treated our guests well and ensured we ate our dinner while it was still hot!
The ceremony was outside and it was beautiful. We did not have to worry about a single thing as Amanda and the team made sure everything ran smoothly. Would highly recommend this venue. Thank you for making our day magical

Fabulous Venue

You can't go wrong booking your wedding at Lakeside Villa. Amanda was very nice to work with. She was professional and responsive. The package prices were reasonable. The food was delicious. Gorgeous grounds for photos - gazebo, arbor and a dock.

Absolutely what we wanted!

We are an older couple and we wanted a party with a wedding, something close and intimate with great friends and food and atmosphere and we absolutely had it here. Amanda and Victoria were fantastic to work with, Phyl our bartender was fabulous, the room was fantastic, view oh so beautiful and the food...well our guests are still raving about our menu and the quality of the food...so so yummy! We would recommend The Monponsett Inn function facility for any event!

We got married at Monponsett Inn was on July 20th, 2018 and words can’t express how breathtaking Monponsett Inn made our whole wedding. Our ceremony was outdoors because they have a wonderful scenery of a pond and dock area. Our indoor reception was just as charming too, which was just right for us. We had a blast and so did our guest! The food was superb, and they are very accommodating to food allergies or restrictions and our guest. All of our guests continue to share their positive compliments on how delicious their food was and experience at our wedding.

Amanda and Victoria were supportive, flexible, responsive, prompt, professional, and so amazing to work with. They helped us every step of our planning process and when there was a concern they were prompt in solution. They were a joy to work with and will work to make your wedding day go smoothly.

If you are looking for a lovely location that is affordable with great quality, we highly recommend Monponsett Inn! They made our wedding day a dream! We are looking forward to celebrating our one-year anniversary at Monponsett Inn because know it will be just as wonderful as our wedding.

We couldn’t of been happier with our experience at Monponsett Inn!!! The room was beautiful, the staff were excellent! Also the very special wedding planner Amanda Latini went above and beyond her call of duties to accommodate all of my requests to make my evening perfect in such a short amount of time!!! The food and deserts were delicious! The pics at sunset over the lake you just can’t beat!!!
I HIGHLY recommend this venue site you will not be disappointed!

My husband and I decided to go with monponsett inn for our wedding on 10/6/17 and we are so happy that we did! The ceremony took place outside by the gazebo and it was beautiful, their outside area is what really sold us. Amanda was amazing and very helpful, answered any questions we had promptly. Trisha, who was our wedding coordinator on the day of and rehearsal dinner was fantastic! My bustle broke almost right away and she was able to sew the train of my dress up for me! I also forgot to order 2 boutonnières for the groomsmen and she improvised by making some out of our flower centerpieces! She checked on us regularly during the reception and made sure our needs were taken care of! I would go with them if I had to choose again! I will definitely be recommending them to future brides and grooms! And the price was amazing as well, it included so much! And everyone enjoyed the food!

Amanda and the team at the Monponsett Inn are phenomenal - we could not have had a better experience! We chose the Monponsett Inn for our August 19, 2017 wedding reception venue and since day one, Amanda ensured that every question, every detail, and every aspect of the reception was answered and taken care of. We really can't say enough about Amanda - she's so responsive and helpful and made sure that the reception planning process during our engagement was so smooth. On the day of the wedding when we arrived at the venue, we couldn't have been happier - the sunset was gorgeous and the perfect backdrop for our photos, the room was decorated and set up perfectly, and we were greeted right away by Patricia, our onsite reception coordinator from the Monponsett staff - she was the BEST. We loved our experience and we're so glad that we chose the Monponsett Inn for our big day!

To finally see everything come together after all the planning and to see it go beyond expectations was so amazing. They made everything so stress free and was with us every step of the way. The property is absolutely gorgeous and amazing for pictures after the ceremony. We definitely have a favorite spot to go to for our anniversaries for years to come. My husband and i will be celebrating our one year anniversary next Sunday. One thing that we continue to talk about is Monponsett. This was the second place we looked at, and we did look any further.....Amanda our weddicoordinator was fantastic!!!!!!! She made our wedding day 100 times better than we could of imagined. She made us feel like we were her own bride and groom... The venue was gorgeous, the outside ceremony area was landscaped beautifully, the food was delicious and staff were great... This venue is by far the BEST venue out there. Not to mention it was so close to home where I grew up, I never knew they did weddings until I saw them on WeddingWire and I instantly booked with them. Their outdoor ceremony was absolutely breathtaking with the lake and sunset backdrop. The indoor reception in the ballroom was set up so beautifully, I couldn't believe it. Amanda is hands down the best wedding manager/coordinator. She is very quick to respond to emails or any questions you may have. Right when I met her I knew I had to pick this venue. Their packaging and pricing seriously does not compare. My husband, John, and I couldn't believe how much is included in the packaging and how much stuff you don't even need to worry about since Amanda and the team there at Monponsett Inn will take care of everything. We had the most perfect wedding day and we still get non-stop compliments from our guests about how beautiful and "movie-like" our ceremony and reception was. And it wouldn't have been that amazing if it wasn't for Amanda and the team at Monponsett Inn. I highly recommend this venue to anyone who is thinking about having a perfect wedding day! Go with the Monponsett Inn, you will not be disappointed!

Monponsett Inn was the first and only venue we looked at, and booked on the spot. Not only do they have the best packages and prices around, but the site is gorgeous and Amanda is amazing. All employees are super friendly and accommodating, and their food is incredible. Our coordinator Trish went so above and beyond to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. I couldn't ask for more for our special day.

We fell in love with The Monponsett inn from the minute we saw it. We had an outside ceremony at 6:30pm and it was beautiful. Amanda is great! She answers all of your questions, answers all emails,and even talks you outdid a panic attack! All of the venders that they have to offer are awesome! It's reasonably priced, and the food is amazing!

Monponsett Inn was the absolute best thing that could have happened for my wedding. My husband is in the Navy and stationed in California so I needed a place that made wedding planning so simple along with a wedding planner that was willing to help me along the way. Monponsett Inn and Amanda did just that. I had my ceremony outside by the gazebo and it was stunning. All my guests raved about how beautiful it was. For the reception the Monponsett staff made sure everything went as smoothly as possible allowing my husband and I to dance and enjoy the night away. We were on time for everything and our guests loved the staff and food. Now not everything was perfect and there were hiccups in the road during planning and even the night of but that happens at EVERY wedding no matter what people say. You just have to have the right team behind you to make it work and that's exactly what I had with Amanda and the staff. My husband and I truly love Monponsett Inn and look forward to going there for our 1 year anniversary dinner!

The wedding venue was amazing! The view from the gazebo for photos with the water in the background was great! My husband and I wanted a small wedding with an outside ceremony and this was perfect! They work with you from step one and gets down to help with invitations, napkin colors, florists, and bakeries. We went to an open house they had to try the food and it was great! The wedding went very smooth thanks to all there help and the dinner was awesome would highly recommend this venue!!!!

Everyone enjoyed the food and the view. Amanda did a great job walking us through the process and she made sure it was perfect on the big day. The size of the Sunset Room was perfect for our 80 person wedding. All the guests were raving about the location. Would highly recommend it!

Amanda Lavalley and the staff of Monponsett Inn helped us plan a wonderful April 25, 2015 wedding. The location overlooking a pond was the perfect background for the gazebo ceremony. Amanda was amazing to work with. She answered my many emails quickly and effectively. All my questions were answered and all of my dreams for my wedding truly did come true. My husband and I just got married here last November. We had a great experience from the planning to the responsiveness of our coordinator Amanda to the actual day. The wedding was perfect, the food was delicious, and everything came out the way I imagined it. All this and their price was the best I found around. I had my ceremony & Reception at the Monponsett Inn On October 5, 2013 and it was amazing! The ceremony site was beautiful, we did it outside at the gazebo with the lake in the background right before sunset. Had formals taken out on the dock and it was just absolutely beautiful.
The reception was done in the Sunset room, and it looked so beautiful. We did question the size of the dance floor, when we first saw the room. However it ended up being perfect.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Amanda who answered my multiple e-mails (some days I would literally send 3 e-mails) but she responded to each one so quickly. I cannot believe the affordability of this venue, for what you get and how beautiful it is, it is defiantly worth you checking out.
On top of everything, I also had so many of my guests rave about the food. The stuffed chicken was delicious. My family is full of Cape Cod shell fishers and they all loved the New England Clam Chowder!
Overall I could not have had my wedding at a better place it was amazing and perfect, I wish I could go back and relive the night over and over!

I could not have picked a better venue for my wedding. I complain about everything, and we couldn't find one thing to complain about for this venue! They did a beautiful job setting up the grounds, indoor and outdoor. Not only were they flexible and met every request, but they repeatedly went out of their way to ask if there was anything they could do for us. Amanda (runs the show at Monponsett) was fabulous. She was professional, full of information, and extremely helpful when it came to meeting our wedding needs and extra requests. The food was delicious, and compared to other venues was the best priced. I couldn't have possibly had a better experience!

Jen was truly wonderful! She responded promptly and clarified any questions, big or small I had immediately. The staff set up all the decorations for us, and it looked exactly as I imagined it. The food was amazing, and we heard many of the guests say the same. The bartenders and waitstaff all had a smile. We weren't able to have our ceremony out in the gazebo as we had hoped and planned, but Jen helped us devise a "plan B" so that our indoor wedding would still be memorable. I was SO glad we chose the Monponsett Inn as our venue!

My husband and I got married at the Monponsett Inn on September 08, 2012. Everything down to the wedding consultants, food, vendors, PRICE were all fantastic. I couldn't of asked for a better location or price. The grounds are gorgeous, and the complete package includes everything, besides the photographer. It includes Cake, invitations, DJ, flowers, ect. It's a great package for the price. We did use chair covers that made all the difference in the world, yes it seems like quite a few dollars to spend on just chair covers and ribbon, but it's worth it. Amanda and Jen were angels for any bride. Every e-mail was answered and every phone call was returned. Both were to accommodate any request I made. I would suggest to any bride, looking on a budget who wants a 5 star experience to have their wedding at the Monponsett. I will never forget my special day, and it couldn't of happened without Amanda, Jen or the Monponsett Inn.

I highly recommend the Monponsett Inn. The food was amazing, the room was big, and the staff went above and beyond to make our special day PERFECT. Furthermore, it was the most reasonably priced venue that we looked at. The gazebo and outdoor area provided for a ton of photo options.

Jen and Amanda at the Monponsett Inn were both amazing! They are so helpful and answered any little question I had. I was most impressed with the way they set everything up! I dropped off so many decorations and also a candy bar and they set it up perfectly! They went above and beyond my expectations! Not to mention the beautiful ceremony at the gazebo! I would recommend this venue to anyone I know getting married! We had the best time!

I LOVED working with this place!!! I had to cancel my original venue last minute and Monponsett was available for my date and gave me a great break and took care of everything. They saved my wedding. I worked with a girl named Jen who is the sweetest and so nice about all my bride mania and confusion. The place is BEAUTIFUL, inside AND out, they set all the tables and decorations up, so all I had to do is show up. (AWESOME!) They included a day of choreographer, Francine who was wonderful, and literally, everything went off without a SINGLE problem!!

It was a pleasure working with Amanda Lavalley, and the vendors she referred us to were all wonderful. Our guests were delighted with everything, from the ceremony through the last dance, and above all, with the delicious food. Serving family style was brilliant--it made for more interaction at the tables, and assured that everyone got as much to eat--or as little--as they wanted. We had a cash bar but provided wine poured as needed and soft drinks, which worked very well and kept our bar bill affordable. In all, we highly recommend Monponsett Inn!

The Monponsett Inn did a fantastic job on our wedding Feb 14 2010. Amanda is wonderful to deal with, always responds to questions and makes herself available to clients. The value is great and the package is a must. The staff on the night of the wedding was wonderful. Jen kept things together very well and was very professional and helpful. All in all I would definitely recommend the Monponsett inn.

Working with the staff of the Monponsett Inn was a very positive experience. We choose the package plan and every detail was taken care of. The limo, flowers and dj were fantastic. I felt like I was treated so special by everyone involved with the Monponsett Inn. The food was delicious, the wait staff were friendly and attentive and always had a smile on their face. Nothing was rushed and everything went along so smoothly. We had so many guests call us through the weeks after our wedding and complimented on how wonderful the Monponsett Inn was and "it was the best wedding they ever went to". I would highly recommend this Monponsett Inn for any function and you will get total satisfaction.

The Monponsett Inn was a fantastic choice for my wedding. Amanda made the process so easy and I could not have had a better wedding. Everything from the cake to the flowers to the decor was perfect. I HIGHLY recommend the Monponsett Inn for a wedding. The staff was attentive, the food was fabulous, and the overall quality of every little detail was flawless. Again, I have to say, Amanda went above and beyond for my wedding and anyone who is getting married at the Monponsett Inn will not be disappointed.

Everything was great! Thank you! The only thing I wished I had done was pay for 2 hours. We were just getting in to dancing and it was done. The ceremony cuts in to a big chunk of the reception. We were rushed with formal pictures. But, I understand that was to make sure there was enough time for everything else. Thanks again.

BEAUTIFUL!!! OUR WEDDING DAY WAS PERFECT!!! the outside and sunset room were just beautiful... If you go and check out the menu which is delicious and for everyone you would end up with the most delicious entrees around, very comforting and simple to the elegant and tasteful cusine... the rooms are beautiful and the staff know their jobs. We had a wonderful day!

After hosting our daughter's wedding at Monponsett Inn, I can't imagine why anyone would choose another venue. The staff, service, food, atmosphere, and location (lake side) were impeccable. The decor, lighting and extra little touches were absolutely beautiful. We were able to provide my daughter with the wedding of her dream at a very affordable price. We researched several lake side/water front locations and Monponsett was not only the most affordable, but in my opinion one of the nicest.

Special thanks to Amanda and Gidget. Amanda graciously and patiently answered my daughter and my unending questions/emails, and facilitated our special requests. Gidget was a champ..from standing in the rain with us the night of rehearsal, to making sure every little detail was to our liking, to insuring the wedding ran smoothly from start to finish.

Perfection and value, what more can you ask for??

My only complaint is... as all beautiful weddings do, it ended all too soon!! I wish I had other daughters to marry off, so that we could experience it all over again :-)

We were so happy to have our wedding at the Monponsett. The staff was great and the food was amazing. They did a great job adjusting our ceremony plans as it was raining and they made everything seem flawless.

Monponsett Inn was the perfect site for our ceremony & reception. The outside gazebo area was decorated beautifully for our ceremony. Erin was very helpful throughout our planning process. We had several children at the reception, and all the parents raved about the attention they received from the staff. No complaints!

September 2025 Lakehouse Wedding

We cannot say enough positive things about our experience with The Lakehouse for our wedding on 09.05.2025. The venue itself and the team exceeded our expectations. With the recent renovation, the venue is stunning and our guests were raving about how beautiful and spacious everything was. Our event coordinator, Kacey Sharpe, was absolutely wonderful. She helped to ease all of our worries and stressors and allowed us to truly enjoy and be present during our special day. Kacey was always calm, confident, organized, and caring. Her attention to detail and thoughtfulness helped us to create the day of our dreams. The food was awesome and the day ran so smoothly. We are so grateful to The Lakehouse and highly recommend this venue, as well as the Sapphire Event Group as a whole!
