We booked the KY Science Center for our 2021 wedding then ended up eloping in NC this summer. But I want to state how amazing Jamie and the events team were in helping us book the venue. Due to COVID, we weren’t able to view the event space in person. Jamie talked me through all the details and answered all my questions, and I really appreciate the time she took leading up to my decision to book. As soon as staff could get into the museum, they took a video of the space so I could see it. The customer service was amazing! -

My fiancé and I wanted a non traditional ceremony, and had already decided on a reception venue. I loved the Science Center from first glance, the private 4th floor overlooking the Ohio river and the large windows.
Jamie was incredible to work with, and the space itself literally took my breath away when I came out of the “holding space” with my father.
The market lights are included; and it made the space so bright and pretty.
The true gem of the science center is the bridal suite. The lighting is incredible, and it’s a huge space for everyone to decompress for a while before the ceremony.
I would highly recommend the science center to anyone who is looking for a unique venue. -

Alice Sent on 05/06/2011The science center has a gorgeous room on the 4th floor with a view of the Ohio River. I had a lot of guests coming from out of town and so I wanted a downtown venue near the hotels and this was perfect.
They just renovated the room, exposing the original brick wall. We worked with Allie, the event coordinator, and she was so helpful throughout the process. The space was really generous, could fit up to 250 people easily and was very reasonably priced! Check it out at http://www.louisvillescience.org/site/visit-rentals/.

Leslie Sent on 02/05/2017This far, Melissa has been absolutely amazing!!! She answered all of my questions, including ones I forgot to ask. She definitely set my mind at ease and will be there every step of the way from now until I go home after the 'I do'!!! -
Meghan Sent on 06/18/2018The Kentucky Science Center was such an amazing space for our wedding! Natalie and Hannah made things easy and were very flexible to work with. We used the space for both our ceremony and reception and it was perfect. Also had a lot of kids in attendance and everyone (including adults) enjoyed getting to view the exhibits and experience the entire museum.
