  The Jewelry Exchange in Villa Park was amazing! The consultants actually know what they are talking about and don't try to sell you items you don't want nor need. They are truly focused on what you are looking for and if you say "No that's not what I'm looking for" they stop and change direction to ensure you receive the best service ever!

  I am so happy with my wedding set. My husband and I went in and were absolutely amazed with the level of service we recieved here at the Villa Park location. We had heard some negative reviews at various websites, but when we were shopping around, we decided not to leave this place out. I got a 1/2 ct diamond wedding set then picked out an gorgeous 1 ct center stone, which the staff was very wonderful in helping us pick it out. We would have probably paid double for the same quality anywhere else.
  
  I am beyond happy everytime I look down at my hand :)

  We got my rings(brides) from The Jewelry Exchange. My husband had my ring made special with Amethyts on the side of the solitaire diamond. They did a beautiful job. Then when I went in with him to pick my wedding band they were great with the fact that I wanted alternating amethysts and diamonds in a channel setting. We specified which stone we wanted where and they were so flexible with doing that. They also were really reasonable in price.

  The Jewelry Exchange gave me great service. My sales person was so nice and we had a few good laughs. I liked that he didn't pressure me into buying right away and didn't try to upsell me. He worked with my budget.

  My fiance got my engagement ring from here and we went to get my ring cleaned and we also got the bands while we were waiting. This place was so easy to work with and I would go here again for other items. plus, they get my diamonds sparkling more than any other place I have ever gone! (Have them steam it)

  We purchased the engagement ring, wedding ring and wedding bands here. 'We received a great value, as the jewelry appraised for mor than double.

  We walked into the jewelry exchange and we were immeadiately greeted by the staff. There was no pressure what so ever for my husband and the factory is right there. You can pick your rock, the set, or rings and it can be done right there while you wait. My husband and I picked a beautiful white gold bridal set. The staff are so friendly and make you feel very comfortable. They also have a layaway plan so you don't have to pay a ton of money right away. They even tell you that if you want to upgrade your diamond later in the future, they will buy the current diamond from you, and will be applied to your purchase. Really great people! My husband said he's definitely going back to upgrade my ring for our first anniversary! :) They have gorgeous necklaces there too that aren't gawdy. But very reasonable prices, and to be honest, the website really dosen't do justice for the store alone. There's Jewelry Exchanges all across the U.S.

  My husband bought my engagement ring from The Jewelry Exchange and had a nice experience. He got to choose the loose diamond and setting himself, rather than picking from pre-set rings like they have in most jewelry stores. I had to take my ring back in to be re-sized, and they were able to do it in one day, which was great. Unfortunately I banged my ring a couple months later and the solder-seam had been showing from the original re-sizing (I should have brought it back right away but chose to ignore it), and had to have it re-soldered back together. They were great about it and it now has a proper seam that isn't visible to the eye. Though I had to pay for it, but that's my fault for not having it corrected right away. I looked at wedding bands here but ended up going elsewhere only because their selection of wedding bands was not very extensive, they mainly had other jewelry and engagement rings. However the staff was very nice every time I've gone in, and I'm glad they have a goldsmith on staff rather than having to send my jewelry out.

  Hard to beat if you can actually make it to their store. Where else can you ask to have SEVERAL of a specific grade and size of diamond in for your own inspection when you visit? Costs a fraction of what you'd spend at a big name jeweler and you get a diamond of much higher quality for less money. Can set diamonds in rings within an hour on the spot, quality of workmanship matches thorough knowedge of salespeople

  While most people cringe when their commercials come on, the Jewelry exchange provides decent jewelry for those of us who don't put much focus on jewelry in general. I love my ring and the fact that it doesn't dwarf my hand, OR make it look overly large for the ring. LOL.

  We definitely received a great value for our rings, the staff was ok to work with.
  Not so patient, but atleast they were not pushy like other jewelers.
  
  Best of all they still discounted, so definitely ask to go lower!
  Better than going to the mall.

  My wonderful husband got my beautiful 1.5 carat emerald cut ring in a platinum setting from this place. The ring itself is beautiful, however after one of the prongs came off the ring I went to get it fixed and the jeweler looked at me and said "Clearly you're a woman who shouldn't have platinum." And explained that the metal is soft and subject to damage (I've always read the opposite, so I'd love for some one to tell me the truth) they fixed it but it had to be sent to WA, so I was with out a ring for 3 months (only a month after I got engaged!). Every time I have gone in there to have the ring looked at they give me attitude and tell me I don't know what I'm talking about. They just generally treat people very poorly. And IF platinum is such a soft metal the guy who sold my husband the ring obviously did nothing to help him pick out a metal or ring (eg asking how active I was, asking anything about me etc). I love the look of my ring but I HATE that we have to deal with these idiots now. Guys and Gals do each other a favor and simply save for another month or 2 and go ANYWHERE else, this place is the Davids Bridal of jewelry (eg very bad, cheap, poor, shoddy service). My husband spent a TON of money and they treat us like we're trash. Needless to say we bought out wedding bands from wonderful independent jewelers on Etsy (so happy with them!)

  I purchased a diamond from here back in March, I had it set in my mothers setting, I was not happy with how it was set. It was too low. I dropped it off and left it to have a new head put on it. When I picked it up it didn't look quite right to me, it is a tiffany setting. But there wasn't much I could do. I was just looking through pictures and found a picture of the original ring and I was right the ring was switched, due to the fact that the sentimental value of this item is priceless and I am extremely upset with the fact that my Mothers ring is gone and your company is so deceitful.
